I wish to bring your kind notice of the incident that took place today on the above order # WSPP[protected]. I ordered a product on 11-Jun-2022 in Cred App and it was shipped to my place on 19-Jun-2022, on the same day I received a call from the delivery guy Mr. Harish asking for the location. I have responded and given location details to reach us for delivery. I waited for a day for the product, but received a message saying "YOUR PRODUCT IS DELIVERED SUCCESSFULLY'.
Next day, I raised a complaint with Cred Support about the manipulation. Till today the product was not delivered, by search I could able to locate your e-Kart outlet and visited just few hours back for collection. I felt your Company SHOULD BE ASHAMED for the way your employee respond, Mr. Harish behaved like an arrogant and stand on his words that the product was not delivered yet. After showing the message from Cred, he started behaving like a barstared. He doesn't have the curtesy to say sorry for the mistake. He kept the product with him for 11days and for making delivery now at your outlet feels something. Really, you Company may lose the hope and faces failure for having this unknown, non-sense guys.
He could not able to see the other order which is also update as delivered, but not received by me till now. Really, I felt e-Kart is under branded Company on his behaviour. I don't know for how many customers they have done like this before, just for the sake for your delivered targets or money. He also said go anywhere and complaint on him, no Company or anyone or even GOD will not able to punish for his mistakes or mischiefs. He asked me to take your Company's name Board photo to raise a complaint. I felt, if I know someone in the PS then I would have raised a FIR on his metal & 3rd class behaviour.
