Not delivering at doorstep and wrongly updating in system

Tracking Id SRTP[protected] . from last 2 days delivery boy is not delivering package at doorstep(i.e. 4th floor of office building). 1st time he updated as "Customer Rejected Delivery". 2nd day he updated as "Customer requested future date delivery".

May I know why door-step delivery is not offered? There is no restriction for delivery guys to go to any floors for delivery yet he chose not to do doorstep delivery.

      I was supposed to receive a shipment which was shipped through EKart. The shipment tracking id is SRTP[protected].

      I tried tracking the shipment through Ekart website and it shows that the item has been delivered on 17th April. However, I have not received the item yet.

      Also, there was no number or mail id available to reach out to Ekart directly about the issue.

      Kindly look into it and ensure that my shipment is delivered to me at the earliest.

        Not delivering and cancelling my order

        I ordered a onBank Supreme Books Pack 2020-21 (English Edition) (Paperback, Adda247 Publications), TGK Flip Cover for Realme Pad 10.4 inch Tablet on 14 april 2022 through prepaid method.on flipkart.

        It showed expected delivery date as 20 april 2022.. But my product has reached Nellore(nearest) Hub on 16 april 2022 itself, but still they postponed my order to 20 april 2022 saying my order is out of delivery area (Pincode- Address...

        The item I had ordered (high value item) is lying in the hub since 15 April 2022. Today is 20 April 2022 and the item is still not delivered. On calling the customer care, they said that they will deliver the item on 23 April. Every time a delivery agent calls me, the only question they ask is if they can deliver it the next day.
        What the hell is going on with the product? What does Ekart expect me to do? Nobody is helping out regarding the delivery, neither Flipkart nor Ekart.

          Dandeli Delivery Service refusing to pick up a return order

          The Dandeli Delivery Service is refusing to pick up a return order. This is happened for the second time. They are giving unnessary reasons saying that we have decided to keep the product. They haven't even attempted to call. Directly they have sent a message informing pick up request has cancelled. This Service is not reliable at all....

            I ordered an AOC 23.8 inch Pc Monitor which i received on 13th April and which was defective as there was extra white light on its right edge. I immediately requested return as there was 7 day replacement policy but while placing return request there was the only option which was 'Refund'. But the product has not been picked up till now and request has been cancelled by them without informing me and without any reason. I'm totally frustrated now as i had spent all my savings on that monitor.

              My shipment from Flipkart through ekart logistics was scheduled to deliver on Monday 18th April, with tracking ID FMPP[protected]. It didnt delivered on the day. But from next day ekart website is not showing any tracking info, instead showing error message Oops! There seems issue with tracking id : FMPP[protected]. Please try again. Really frustrating service from ekart. Please guide to resolve this issue.

                    I ordered a phone on flipkart.com.
                    The phone was supposed to deliver on 16th April. It was also reached my near by ekart hub, which is few Kilometres away. But they delayed delivery to 18th April. Now they are saying it was state misroute and the tracking status is now changed to Item yet to be delivered. Below is screenshot of before and after of changing the tracking status.

                        Ekart has cheated with me plz return my money .I ordered a mobile in 6000 thousands from ekart customer . Even the delivery boy delivered my parcel but that was wrong parcel . There was a worst power bank paking was also so bad I think they cheated to me I ordered a mobile .I have full proof I have recorded everything in pictures and videos .Even I showed my parcel Ekart's customer on video call and I send all proof in her WhatsApp, She told me that it will be returned and your parcel will be delivered with in few days so I waited but my parcel didn't come then she said to me that there is some issues so we will refund your money, 😢 maybe she is a liar, she said your money will be returned back on Saturday then she said on Monday then she said on Thursday, She is not saying fixed day .she said that promise your money will be returned on Monday, it means today but still ekart didn't return my money plz return my money .I am a student .

                          Everyday i recieve this kind of msg and after when last day come for the pickup they mention it as a mismatch product so is this some game which they are playing.

                          Out for Pickup: SKYBAGS Trance Check-i... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com, will be picked up before 9pm today by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 195). Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.

                          I tried calling the given number but everytime my phone was rejected after two-three rings.
                          Why this number is provide if people are not receiving the call.
                          My pickup is not done yet continuously recieved this MSG for past 5 days.

                          Please stop providing the fake contact details to customers.
                          Till now 4 th time i have placed return request and from Flipkart customer care service they are initiating the return request still the pickup is not taking place. Funny part everyday i am being assured that today the pickup will be done with fake hope by the Flipkart customer care service. Now a days small companies are also supporting with an efficient pick up and delivery service but a reputed company Flipkart has acquired a fraud company like ekart logistics. Very much disappointed

                            Hello,

                            Above consignment was undelivered. This was taken for out for delivery at 12.07 pm and was marked as undelivered at 10.10 pm. Delivery attempt was not made by the delivery agent.

                            This type of activity would not support the growth of any logistics organisation at the initial stage of growth of the organisation and may make the company defunct. This will only subside the growth.

                            Almost daily consignments were delivered daily by EKART by Flipkart for me. So, ask the concerned delivery person not to lie giving fake reasons for his INABILITY to deliver the deliverables.

                            I will avoid ekart products and services very soon. I will also not recommend ekart to my family and friends. This will also be posted in logistics newsletters and other media. This is for your information.
