I have placed order for this item on 5th of aug and it supposed to delivered on 6th of aug but now its 12th of aug and still there is no proper status on my order.

I needed this to gift my sister on her birthday but you totally ruined for me still no proper resolution provided by ekart or flipkart.

Kindly look into the matter and please deliver my order as soon as possible.

    I had ordered a mixie in flipkart. The product had reached the ekart office on 9th Aug. For two days I had received 'out for delivery' message but they didn't contact me. On 11th Aug I called delivery person and he said that he would deliver the product at 3 pm. I called him at 5 pm and he said that he couldn't carry that product on bike, so he asked me to collect the product in ekart office. I said I would collect it on tomorrow.Today(12th Aug) I went to the office, they said that my product was cancelled and if the product was not delivered within 3 days, it will be automatically cancelled.

    Due to their irresponsibility, now I need to reorder the product and wait for another one week. If I reorder the product I don't have any guarantee that they will not repeat this thing.

    Because of their irresponsibility, they wasted my time and money.

    Please take a necessary action on this and make sure this won't repeat again.

        My replacement product Realme Narzo 30 pro was supposed to delivered on 8th August. It hasn't been delivered yet. It was rescheduled to 11th August. And today is 12th August. No delivery till now.
        As I can see here, other customers are facing the same issue.
        And My product is an expensive product. Why am I getting bad services from Flipkart?!
        Since one month, most of my product delivery is being delayed or rescheduled as well.
        If you can't promise fair services, your website should stop functioning.
        This has been the most frustrating experience in my life!

          The ekart delivery guy behaved badly. Any delivery can be cancelled at doorstep and so i cancelled the same in return he said me to cancel from my phone rudely. Completely unprofessional and disgusting. Need action against him strictly. The tracking ID was SRTC[protected]

                My order was delivered when I was not at home. The delivery agent said he has kept my order and asked for OTP. I trusted him and gave him the OTP. Instead of keeping my order at my home, he took it. And updated the product as delivered. After getting home I cannot find my order. I called my delivery agent but HE HAS BLOCKED MY NUMBER. You company's agent is a thief and I want him fired. I am attaching his contact number. You need to call him and tell him to return my product or else I'll file a police complaint against him.

                  Delivery person make loud and unwanted noise at mid noon without ph call. When ask not create noise, he misbehaving with lady and denied to ph calling. Same thing done in earlier delivery also .

                  Being a plus member i want better service from your side.
                  Request to take strict action against him.and don't send that person in future.

                      Hi Team,

                      I order a mobile in Flipart and during delivery time, the product got cancelled due to the exceeding the limit of delivery. Bu the delivery guy haven't contacted me or came to my home for delivering the product . I got a call from them saying that due to bad weather the product can be delivered on next day. And on the next the when I checked the status of my order it was showing as cancelled due to exceeding the delivery attempt. I was available in home only for all these days, they haven't even contacted me and didnt delivered the product. I extremely disappointed with the service you have made to me. I would like to have a quick action on this incidence.

                        Hope you are all doing well!

                        I have ordered few items in Flipkart and my Address pin number is 505474. Every time they were unattempted my product once reach the Huzurabad office. I have heard some news on Huzurabad Flipkart delivery boys. They were very lazy and worst persons. It's really worst service provide by ekart. Please take a serious action on them (Huzurabad 505468 EKart office team especially the delivery boys). I have taken their number contacted to them but they didn't respond well. They were directly rejected my call without proper information once discussedy issue with them.

                                Ekart Logistics No. - FMPP[protected]
                                This consignment/product has not been delivered yet.
                                Contact info for delivery agent not available.
                                Today, it was a delivery date as per status of ekart tracking, but i have not received any call from any delivery agent. How can i get my product delivered.
                                It is a fault from Ekart side that the delivery is not attempted today bcoz delivery agent called me yesterday that he will come on 10/08/2021, but i have been waiting since morning. I need my product as early as possible.
                                Action may be taken against delivery agent as he/she did not attempt any delivery today.

                                  I paid money online and saw OTP, the told me OTP delivery is not possible and they need cash. Last one month they are not accepting OTP's.

                                    Delivery boy came on 7 aug[protected] and check old phones to assess value. He asked to get it reset. Since father is of old aged. He went to mobile shop to reset mobile on charge of rs. 100. Thereafter courier person removed protection glass (rs. 100). During this mobile fell down from his hand. After that he said that it is d shaped so value of old mobile is rs. 600 instead of rs, 1200. Father (70 yrs aged) contest that from where it is d shaped. Courier person told that he will come back in evening with manager and finally will decide the value of old mobile. But after 2 days, never came and returned the mobile on ground that customer has rejected to take delivery. It is undue hardship to senior citizen. I am outside Ajmer. Now old mobile is also not working after fell down from his hand. It is case of cheating to senior citizen. Thus compensate to him immediately otherwise we will move to consumer court.

                                        With regards to tracking ref FMPP[protected], since Saturday the status remains the same, the item has been dispatched for Mumbai, no updates post that.

                                        I am expecting the delivery today, can you please what is the latest status? Will it be delivered today? And why the status is not updated?
