    I ordered 17 grocery item on flip cart but yesterday 16 grocery item
    But Emami refined sunflower oil not delivered. The delivery person said it was missing and this item missing and money should be refunded but neither ordered canceled nor money return

      Address: All ekart company, especially ekart hyd hub, Manikonda. Satya Colony branch.

      It is such a worthless and shameful logistic company ever. It has a history of not delivering orders on time. Shameful ### even don't give proper updates on the delivery.
      My product supposed to be delivered 3 days back itself, it got delayed and from 3 days no communication from this stupid ekart. No updates, no delivery I of and total ###.

            I have ordered a mobile phone on 22nd July 2021 through flipkart. The delivery date was on 26the July 2021.The product has been reached the next day at Kochi Hub. Usually, the product is delivered the next day itself after reaching Kochi hub. But they did not deliver the product on 26th and there was no updation regarding the delivery. Later in the evening on 26th July, The delivery date was postponed to 29th July.. But Ekart tracking didn't update it. I have contacted flipkart several time and they asked me to wait till 29th. But that day also the product was not delivered and didn't get any updation from the side of Ekart logistics or Flipkart. I have contacted flipkart again and they says that there are some un for seen issues to deliver the product. Then i was asked to wait till 3rd August for a resolution. This was too much or irritating and disrespect to a customer. At last on 1st August, i got a message from flipkart saying that the product was cancelled!!!. Till that date, neither Ekart or flipkart.didn't update the tracking details. Later talking with the flipkart customer care executive, he said that the product was damaged and it can't be delivered. But this was utter negligence from the part of Ekart. it's not a customer friendly approach. The service of ekart is really pathetic and they are not giving importance to the customers. This is the second time, this type of negligence happend to me!!!

              Dear flipkart logistics service. My self Gaurav thawait from korba chhattisgarh. I ordered a laptop on 29th july . which after tracking it is stuck in mother hub malur since 31st july 06:17 pm . May I know when and how long my parcel will be dispatched from that place.
              There was the shipment status of product .

                This is so disappointing that I already waited 8 days for my order and on 4 of agust I was going to get my product
                But now they are saying I will get it by 9
                Means you will go by your comfort ...

                    Tracking number "MYNP[protected]".its a package from myntra and i payed for it.when e kart called us i request them to return the package, but they dont return it.now it seem like delivered im my myntra website.please help me ...if they return it.then only i get my refund...

                        I have ordered Kurta Pajama on Flipkart but due to quality and colour issues I had to return it. The pickup was scheduled on 31st July but executive did not come for pickup and till now no update after that.

                        Flipkart guys are telling this has been escalated but not sure what's the issue really and not getting exact date when it will be picked up. Please help to resolve this

                            Hi i have ordered 3 combo shirts from comboshirt.com and received only 2 shirts n that too wrong articles. This parcel was delivered from your ekart courier through cod. Kindly make a return and refund the cod amount from that fraud seller who has courier the shipment from your company. As you have other details of the fraud person. Kindly do the needful as it will ruin your company name to deliver fraud people shipments..

                            kindly return my product. The product i ordered is misplaced, I ordered for wireless buds and headphone. This parcel was delivered from your ekart courier through cod.but i received bluetooth headphone with out working condition. But in the tracking it is updated as

                                I've ordered the laptop on 30th July 2021...at that time delivery date was 1st August then on 1st August it got changed to 4th August. My package has been shifted to Delhi on 31st July. But they are not delivering it.

                                It is revolving in Delhi only again and again without address mistake I'm pissed offf.

                                  Today a pickup boy came for pickup at my office/home, i was not there so mu wife gave him the order, and also asked him about the previous shipment which he lost, and she asked very politely and his answer was very rude and manner less that i don't know about it i have all proff i will send to flipcart you ask them(in a very rude and harsh way) is this the way you gave them training to talk to a lady.

                                  What's wrong in asking for the mistake he done as its been 8 days there is no track of my product and he is sending me false screenshots of next order. Take STRICT action against him . His name is Durgesh patel from jabalpur office(mp). 482001 or 482002
