I would like to inform you that, regarding my product OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G (Aurora, 256 GB, I did oder my product on 16th of July product is shiped on 18th, and reached at my nearest hub, on 20 July.
I am waiting from 20th July for delivery but now 24rd product is not received, last date delivery was 22 but not received yet,

Almost 5 days to go but product not received, on 22nd July at 3 o clock received out for delivery msg i was waiting for delivery but delivery person not come after that 7 clock again received out for delivery msg then I did call delivery boy he did say will reach within half an hour i was waiting 1 and half hrs but he did not come, then I'd call again to delivery boy he was not respond i did lots of call of time and also told him product is very important please deliver timely he was say I will come.. my patients level is over he was not come .. again 10 o clock says will deliver tomorrow your product 9 o clock or 9:03 I was waiting but he is not come and when I am trying to contact number is not connected .. I did waist lots of time energy and product was very important but not delivered now I am totally fed-up .. pathetic service .. let me known what should I do .. I did invest 40000/- rs but. Till time not received my product. If not received Today I will cancel my order definitely

    I ordered a pack of 3 premium classic casual cotton shirt combo. (#Order No -23345) from the site slimfitshirts.myshopify.com/ (Pin-712223 SHEORAPHULI HOOGHLY) And therefore first lag there was only two shirts present in the parcel & when handed me i too thought why is it too light it must be bit heavier i opened it & there were two shirts only and that too with a complete different shirt. Then i refused to accept parcel, Then the delivery man named Prabhu Jyoti Neyogi abused me and family & threteand me that if i prepaid any orders he will come to drop location and mark it as delivered! And hence he won't be handing the parcel to me and go he said that loud and clearly. So I'm really very worried to order anything from Flipkart since last few days hope so it must be settled out at the earliest. Thank you.

      Very Narrow minded employees EKART have ... For all orders they're asking for more money ... Though the pincode is allowed in flipkart 😂 always they want extra rupees... good step took by EKART 🖕

      🤣 Delivery Boy & Other employees of ekart iny area be like ---- paisa deke mal lena hai le nahi toh gand mara😂

        I ordered 3/4 products from Flipkart to my nearest pincode 799286 ... But may b the courier service center is not exactly In my area...

        I got those products one day after day & daily for delivery they were charging extra money for give delivery... Though I selected the pincode of my area 🤣🤣🤣

        Very Dangerous strategy flipkart is using to loot customers ... 😎😎 . Worst delivery service-- EKART 😠

            I'm s.praveen kumar, I am a customer of flipkart.i had orders a bluetooth head Set on 19 July 2021 and I did not recived the product on the reported delivery date(21.07.2021).they extended the date for next two days, the last date that they promised is today(23.072021), but they didn't deliverd the product, I think the time will going to extend so kindly please make me satisfied.thank you

              I have received a parcel coming through ekart on cash on delivery which is not ordered by me at flipkart. But when i am absent at home ekart delivery boy delivered item and collect cash. parcel tracking id is wspc [protected].when i am open the parcel some torn cloths inside

                I order some stuff from flipkart and they show next day delivery. And on that day i call delivery boy, so he said sir today i was not come because i am very far away from your location. So i said ok, when you was deliver my package. So he said i deliver it tomorrow. And i wait but there is no product received.

                    I ordered 3 kurti set for 899rs. But I received 3 different kurti. Not only was the product different but what I received is in a very bad condition. The site from which I ordered offers return policy. But after I received the product I couldn’t return it. I tried to contact them but I didn’t get any response.

                      I Aniket Das working as delivery executive in Ekart Logistics (AdraHub_ADR) Pin - 723133, Dist. - Purulia, West Bengal. Employee Id - 969406, Ekart Employee ID[protected]. Username -[protected]. under CABT Vendor would like to put following few lines before you for your kind supervision and necessary action, Sir I joined my duty on at location as delivery executive sir my point of discussion over here through this letter is to inform you that i am facing problem with my route, Sir I was told per packet I will get 13 rupees per parcel and I will get my payment in two slots in Rs 1500 with 20th to 25th date of a month & rest amount with 10th date on next month. sir after completion of 10 days, that is till 30th June, 2021. I left the job for emergency leaves given by hubs and lots o[censored]nnecessary pressure. So I disagreed to work in that type of environment so Informed the CABT vendor & Hub as same. Vendor agreed to release my full payment and asked for NOC from HUB. I contacted the Hed TL for the NOC, he agreed but not giving the NOC to me as well as to the vendor for payment, CABT vendor said my payment will be kept on hold if HUb Dosent provide NOC to me, sir there is not transparency in payout. When we ask for payment Incharge is using abusive language and telling to complain whomever I can he doesn't fear. I will provide you the number of Cabt vendor who recruit me for Ekart Company.

                      Sir this type of peoples in reputated organization like E Cart is totally unexpected and intolerable I pray you to enquire about the matter and take necessary steps as early as possible.

                      Not Cabt Vendor is giving terms and conditions which was not told at the time of joining. First they asked for noc from hub. And now they are asking for 45days notice period. Why this was not told before at the time of joining. Neither hub nor Cabt vendor Said this even once.

                              In reference to my Order Id OD[protected], For the past 2 week I used to get the below message from your pickup partner(EKART) Lucknow.

                              Early Morning,

                              Out for Pickup: Bajaj GX1 500 W Mixer ... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com, will be picked up before 9pm today by an EKART Wish Master .Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.

                              At the end of the day the Ekart reschedules by pick up by sending a following message to me,

                              Pickup Unsuccessful: Bajaj GX1 500 W Mixer ... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com could not be picked up today due to unforeseen circumstances. We will try again tomorrow.

                              On inquiry they are told to change address etc... How can I change my delivery address?

                              It's Pathetic... Kindly change your delivery partners in the Lucknow region and help me with my refund process.

                                  I returned my cat walk heels which i ordered on myntra and delivery boy came and collected them but i didn't receive any confirmation message and instead i got return pickup failed when i called him and asked he said that's not an issue it will be resolved in few days but it's been 10 days and the app showing it as product delivered where the product is picked up and i didn't receive any refund again i tried to call him but it's asking for pin which i amn't aware of

                                      I have ordered 3 mobiles from flipkart and in against exchange of 3 mobiles..
                                      My 3 orders were automatically cancelled as per ekart policy for reattempt of more then 3 times...
                                      Issue is delivery boy never came to my address for delivery and automatically reattempted the orderes and 2 of them got cancelled, 1 is still with them but they are not trying to deliver it and that 1 also will get cancelled by 3 attempts ...i have not received even 1 call for delivery...
