I am buy a phone and my old phone exchange in flipkart but delivery boy not except old phone and demand exchange phone balance amount demand ! they not take responcebility in exchange product I am very harras what I do... I send old exchange mobile video

    Flipkart and ekart logistics is not eligible to delivery a educational product on right time... It's 2nd time delayed delivery without sny information.. There is no solution oriented customer care service.

      Delivery ID FMPP [protected]
      The delivery agent is refusing to give doorstep delivery and he is asking me to collect it from his office otherwise he will cancel the order. When i raised a complaint to flipkart about this even though my address is proper he has raised it as wrong address and he can't locate it. If possible i would like to speak to your executive.
      Hope your customers complaint will taken as serious issues

        Hello,
        I last year ordered marq air conditioner from flipkart.
        The seller is omnitechretail.
        They delivered me it via ekart courier on 20 may 2020
        Then after, on august the ac had an service done by marq officials itself and they found that their was an complaint for the outdoor unit motherboard and for the replacement for that would cost an amount o[censored]p to 9000 and after that i called marq customer care and they told we are out of stocks for the motherboard so we will arrange and full refund for the a/c and asked me to provide bank details to provide the amount. And after that they said the amount would be initiated after the pickup. Then flipkart accepted my return request.
        The pick is assigned to ekart logistics.
        On 22 september 2020, they updated message that wishmaster is "out for pickup" at 10:31am. (Attached photo)
        Then they came and asked whether the product is having its original brand box i said this product is almost one year old and we did not had any original box cover of it and then they asked me to call the customer service later and inform this and they left. So later i called the customer service and they told if you dont have the orginal brand box with you kindly arrange an another box for packing it. Later i somehow managed to get the product packed properly and i had again requested for pickup and they had approved on 5th of october 2020. (Attached photo)
        Then after the approval the next day on 6th october 2020, they updated message that wishmaster is "out for pickup" at 9:49am. (Attached photo) ekart called me and asked me the address and asked whether i had arranged an brand box and i said i have arranged an another box and packed it and they said they will be arriving by evening 5pm and they didn't arrive so i called them but they are not taking my calls and after that i got and message saying "return is cancelled" at 7:44pm (Attached screenshot)
        What is this???😠
        So i called the wishmaster the next day but they didn't responded
        So what is about service???
        Ekart wishmaster even not visited me to check the item and he is refusing and postponing pick up.
        So who is responsible for my 25000rs if pick up is not done)
        This is all due to worst service of "ekart logistics.

            My product was to be delivered on 7th of october. I still haven't got my product yet. The tracking id still shows the product is in gurgaon bay and is in gurgaon bay from 3rd october.

                    Ekart logistics such a worst courier ever. My tracking id is FMPP[protected]. On 3rd October delivery boy called me and told that he can't deliver it to my address. Ask me to collect from hub. I told him to deliver after that he agreed to deliver it next day. But till today no one contacted with me from ekart.

                      Shipment arrival delay

                      FMPP[protected] i have ordered Realme X50 pro which i already paid with my debit card. the shipment left guwahati for lunglei on 25th september, today is 5th october 2020 and it still has not reached lunglei. where is it?? i've made several complaints to flipkart but they never gave me clear cut answer, i was told to wait till 7th october..Where is my shipment, why does it take so long to reached Lunglei, was it lost or something?? please...

                          Delivery agent talks in very dirty language. I asked him to come to my address, but he refused to come. And he called me 1 kilometre away from my given address.
                          Behavior is so cheap, he behaves like Illiterate, even he slaped me for not attending my phone.
                          This person should be punished for his activities and he is no more servicable.

                          Please take deciplinary action against him. 🙏

                            Yesterday a delivery boy came to deliver my phone.. I asked him to give me doorstep delivery but he refused.. even though I told him the direction to reach to my house and also provided him a landmark to reach.. Even after coming to the landmark he refused to come to my house and deliver the product.. my order id was FMPC[protected].. The behavior of the delivery boy was also very rude.. he do not know how to talk to customers.. very disappointed..

                                    I have ordered some products from flipkart. Total amount of 25k. Around 10 products was there. Last two products was delivered by ekart. Those products were unpacked and delivered. This has happened before, but i haven't reported. It won't be good if i ignore this time. It looks like some snatchers are running business there from my experience. I will be forced to stop purchasing online because of the ekart services in my place.

                                    Uploading picture of the invoice of one product though experienced the same situations many times. Hope this will do the purpose.

                                      Dear Sir/Ma'am.
                                      I Deepak Prasad Singh working as delivery executive in Ekart Logistics (BhubaneswarHub_BBI), Employee Id - 600064, would like to put following few lines before you for your kind supervision and necessary action, Sir I joined my duty on at location as delivery executive sir my point of discussion over here through this letter is to inform you that i am facing problem with my payout, sir before I should say anything let me inform you that Karvy Vendor had never gave me the rules and regulations of joining and leaving except a identity card that to without official sign and stamp on it, Sir I was told per packet I will get 14.50 rupees as average for maintaining conversion percentage rules and I will get my payment in two slots in each fifteen days gap, sir after completion of 15 days, i left the job for dissatisfaction of salary. So I disagreed to work in that type of environment so Informed the karvy vendor 5 days before leaving and he agreed to that but he was not agreeing to release full payment he Everytime tell that he is not getting fair payment from head office so it will take some time, my payment will be kept on hold with some other employees who joined in my batch, sir there is not transparency in payout. When we ask for payment Incharge is using abusive language and telling to complain whomever I can he doesn't fear. I will provide you the number of karvy vendor who recruit me for Ekart Company.

                                      Sir this type of peoples in reputed organization like EKart is totally unexpected and intolerable I pray you to enquire about the matter and take necessary steps as early as possible.
