I was supposed to get the product by 5th of Sept 2020, and I didn't get the product and the product is not even out for delivery yet, In my earlier orders also the tracking details are rarely wrong that is something that should not happen, If there is an option to see the tracking details that should be accurate, I am facing the issue many times this is so frustrating and probably this is the reason I am not preferring Flipkart these days...

    I have received the product to ekart courier service today 04.09.2020 to my surprise when i opened the package there is a titan watch in it instead of smartwatch with shots x1 earbuds.

    This is pure cheating to a customer by such e commerce company’s.

    I have received the product to ekart courier service today 09.09.2020 to my surprise when i opened the package there is a fastrack watch in it instead of smartwatch with shots x1 earbuds.

    Even the no mention on the box is fake...

        I had ordered Poco M2 Pro with exchange offer from flipkart, and exchanged my Samsung J7 Max. The wishmaster/ delivery boy (SUKURANA ALI) delivered Poco M2 Pro and picked up my Samsung phone after checking it. But after some time, when received delivery & exchange message from Ekart, it was showing that exchange of Samsung phone was cancelled and the exchange amount was paid by cash on delivery. The same was also showing in My Orders section of Flipkart.
        Now, I think the wishmaster had kept my Samsung Phone and paid the exchange amount. Now, what if that phone is used for illegal work? Because as per records, the exchange phone was cancelled but actually the wishmaster took it and paid the exchange amount. Now, I'm highly disappointed and request you to take necessary action in this regard.

              I am a small Saller, and I delivery my product through Ekart logistics.
              I make a shipment on 19Aug, 20,

              This Shipment AWB No - SRTP[protected].

              This shipment Pickup from me on 20th, Aug, 2020.
              But till today 2nd sep, 2020, not go for shiped to transit.
              Not get any recent updates, of my shipment.
              Is this percell is lost???
              If not then I want urgent delivery and update recent status on system panel.

              otherwise I want full refund of this product with shipping cost and extra charge for this type of harrasment

                The complain is about, we are receiving orders which are not placed from us,
                few days back also happened the same thing, but today again we received message saying that

                Kindly help with this

                  I received wrong RTO, AWB no. SRTC[protected]. When I open the packet I found the item is wrong. The value of my actual product is Rs. 4475.00, item is 3 pcs. saree and weight is 1.5 kg. But which product I receive it's weight is less then 500 gm. The seller name of this product also wrong. Image upload.
                  Please help me to Return the actual product. Or arrange proper compensation for this loss.

                            Recently I generated a refund request with Flipkart. after conforming to Flipkart approved return request.

                            26/08/2020 I got text msg for pickup but nobody came and at evening suddenly I received msg for pickup rejected.

                            I sent an semple and the same text received me continues 3 days but nobody came for pickup and wrong information given to flipkart.

                              It is a small technical issue but everything depends on it. Ekart Logistics system has not updated my delivery status to "Delivered" because of which further process is on hold for a long time. It still shows "Out for Delivery" but I have received the product on 14th of August 2020 around 3:30 pm. Please update your system asap.

                                Sir my order is stucked in District- sehore(466001) ekart hub from several days, and our area(Nasrullaganj-466331) many orders are getting cancelled ..the ekart sehore hub is not releasing our order..my order is of replacement it can't be cancelled or returned..iam too much concerned about that..ekart service is very good but this kind of problem really hurts a customer feelings
                                please have a light on this issue

                                      I ordered for a saree which doesn't look like a saree... It's just a piece of cloth no trimmings no borders... I have tried various numbera to reach out the same day... Mail id provided to submit complaint is bogus... Call centre numbers are not connecting... Pls don't cheat people like this... I placed order direct at ekart i guess that was my mistake...
