Hello,
I last year ordered marq air conditioner from flipkart.
The seller is omnitechretail.
They delivered me it via ekart courier on 20 may 2020
Then after, on august the ac had an service done by marq officials itself and they found that their was an complaint for the outdoor unit motherboard and for the replacement for that would cost an amount o[censored]p to 9000 and after that i called marq customer care and they told we are out of stocks for the motherboard so we will arrange and full refund for the a/c and asked me to provide bank details to provide the amount. And after that they said the amount would be initiated after the pickup. Then flipkart accepted my return request.
The pick is assigned to ekart logistics.
On 22 september 2020, they updated message that wishmaster is "out for pickup" at 10:31am. (Attached photo)
Then they came and asked whether the product is having its original brand box i said this product is almost one year old and we did not had any original box cover of it and then they asked me to call the customer service later and inform this and they left. So later i called the customer service and they told if you dont have the orginal brand box with you kindly arrange an another box for packing it. Later i somehow managed to get the product packed properly and i had again requested for pickup and they had approved on 5th of october 2020. (Attached photo)
Then after the approval the next day on 6th october 2020, they updated message that wishmaster is "out for pickup" at 9:49am. (Attached photo) ekart called me and asked me the address and asked whether i had arranged an brand box and i said i have arranged an another box and packed it and they said they will be arriving by evening 5pm and they didn't arrive so i called them but they are not taking my calls and after that i got and message saying "return is cancelled" at 7:44pm (Attached screenshot)
What is this???ðŸ˜
So i called the wishmaster the next day but they didn't responded
So what is about service???
Ekart wishmaster even not visited me to check the item and he is refusing and postponing pick up.
So who is responsible for my 25000rs if pick up is not done)
This is all due to worst service of "ekart logistics.
