Hello,

Today rs. 2868 was collected from me & a small packet delivered. The packet did not contain the products i ordered and i have been calling the delivery person continuously since evening today to report the issue. He received the call but kept saying he will check n get back to me but never did.

Please help & return the cash collected from me or deliver correct package

    I have purchased a laptop on 30 july, during the time of purchase it showed me 3-5 days delivery, so i was expecting ot before 4th august. But they didn't deliver it. They are not even updating the tracking status. They rescheduled to 10th august and promised me that they will deliver it before 10 august, but today is 11 august and still no response from them. Whenever i talk to flipkart executives they always tell me to wait without doing anything from their side, third class customer service of flipkart.

    I have order realme 5i from flipkart on 29 july 2020 and tge expected date for delivery is 10 August but tge order did not get delivered and the next the i have waited because the next date of delivery is 11 August but still today i have not received my order. and i am not able to get in touch with any of your person
    I am not able to track this order it says invalid tracking id, order id OD[protected], is it going to delivered me or will it be cancelled like my earlier 3 laptop orders, your representative suggest to wait till delivery date, earlier order also didnt got delivered post delivered date, my online classes are started and I want this order asap

      Today is delivery time and delivery boy is out for delivery i got message but delivery boy is too rude.. He didnt bring my package today.. If i can give that delivery boy point i'll give him 0.. He cant deliver my package then give to others

          Why ths one mentioned have to paid, why it is been deduct 1599.43? What kind business you are doing??? In email trail i mentioned all billing information. I will wait one day if i not refund or product i have to take action.. Your citi credit card

            I ordered 4 itmes from flipkart and you didn't even attempted delivery of 3 products and cancelled from your side automatically and another one order for which i have asked to deliver next day also got cancelled from your side. Can you please explain me why did it got cancelled without any information.
            I hope you will come forward to explain me why all these happened.

              My ekart ref no. Fmpp[protected] which was expected to be delivered to me on 6th of august 2020 but it didn't happened and i got a call from delivery boy on 7th stating that it would be delivered early morning on 8th and he gave the feedback o[censored]ndeliverable. I gave my feedback accordingly but on 8th at 6.42 am i received a threatening and abusive call from the delivery person ([protected]) and his associates assured me that they will not deliver the item. It was harrasment for me. The product is still not delivered to me. And all the norms of ecommerce has been violated. I was left speechless and annoyed after this call and my entire family had to feel the trauma very early in the morning. Please do take any action as i am willing to go tot he utmost limit for the wrong and harm done to me.

                    Delaying for delivering my order

                      I ordered the boat headphone from flipkart but the product is defective so, i applied for return. Today, i got the message from e kart. Wish master will coming for picked up the product. So, i call in give no. And asked to wish master when will he come than he gives the reply i am not coming in your place. He told me to come another place which is far away from my place and he just make a fake allegations that there are corona case but there are not single case of case where i live & he also talk very rudely. So, you please take any action on him.

                        Is this the service you provide to your customers? I ordered a product online and it was out for delivery today and the delivery had contacted snd said that he cannot deliver the product to my place bu he will drop the product at some shop which is precisely 3km away from this place. I have already paid delivery charge along with the price of the product. Why do you think that i have to pay delivery charges if it is not delivered at my doorstep. If i have to go to some shop for collecting the product then why do i have tp do online purchases, when i asked why can't he deliver he said that in our company its like this. Seriously.. Is this your company policy? Its beacuse of wrong policies like this some people still hesitate to do online shopping and do some kind of traditional shopping, and please make your delivery boy understand that home delivery means delivering the product at the customers doorstep as per his/her convinence and not dropping out the product somewhere as per his convinence. I think that youf company will take proper measures to mitigate this.

                          With refernce to track id-fmpp[protected] i would like to convey the intentional delay in delivery of mobile poco x2 from ekart.
                          As per tracking id details product was dispached from bangalore on 1/8/2020. It reached delhi on 3/8/2020 but to my surprise it did not deliver it to me, it sent it to gurgaon on 5/8/2020. Destination delivery address is rohini sector-15, delhi.
                          It again came back to delhi on 6/8/2020 and again instead of delivering it to me it again sent it back to gurgaon on 7/8/2020.
                          I can't understand what is going on? Why is it sending packet again and again to gurgaon? Something is wrong and fishy. Kindly look into the matter and get my delivered at the earliest in untampered condition as it need it urgently as my previous phone has broken down.

                            My tracking no is fmpr[protected] and fmpr[protected]. Your wishmaster has picked my four jeans and said he will mark successful but later he send me msg of product mismatched order rejected and blocked my call. I want my product or refund.                                 Fmpp[protected] my product tracking i'd, my product reached nearest hub to me by 2nd august, but still i didn't get my product, i visit ekart courier office, they says your item reached our hub but it is missing, why they behave like such irresponsible, i understand they are busy but they have also understand our needs, so i'm giving a complaint to solve my issue possible, thankyou

                                      I have bought the product but at the time of receiving i wasn't available at 3 august, so the delivery boy said that he will deliver next day, but until now 4 aug, i haven't recieved the product and the payment has been done already through flipkart. I am unable to contact him as the product is stated to be delivered in my app.
