From last 5 days the shipment is pending at pune location

I ordered a laptop worth 55000/- from flipkart more than a week ago and the expected delivery date was between 2-3 days. Since nobody contacted me regarding the delivery in expected time, i went to the ekart logistics company myself which is very near my home. They said that there was a delay with the deliveries due to the pandemic issue which is understandable. So i asked them to check on my item and deliver it asap because it was urgent. But they didn't even pay attention for whatever i was saying. They kept on telling that it would be delivered in 2 days. Days passed.. No-one contacted after 2 days and i went to check on the item again because it was prepaid and worried whether it would complicate things being undelivered.
Even after 2 days, they said wait for another two days. Since it was very urgent and i didn't want the order to be cancelled without me knowing it, i contacted the manager of the company and he said the delay was due to containment zone issues, though my place was not a containment zone. However, the manager promised the delivery for the very next day. And when i was eagerly waiting, the order got cancelled the next day. And they couldn't explain further. Very worse experience with ekart logistics. It was like... As if we were begging for our product that we paid for!!!

I got a message on 17th july that my order will be delivered on that day. But they didnt deliver and also nobody contacted me. Its almost a month now. They provided me with a pin number but i am not able to contact them. When i enter the pin number they are saying its incorrect. Tracking id-mynp[protected]

Hello i received a watch which was not been placed by me in any online shopping app. I have an order of flipkart also delivery time to be same. I thought it's that product i have to receive that at cod. But which is different from my order. I want to return the product. It's ekart invoice id is - 4bc5d0ga00000885

I had ordered a Infinix hot 9 and it shipped but not delivered

Today i received a courier through ekart. It was a cash on delivery courier in the name of one of our family member. But when we checked we found out that no one from our family has ordered anything from any e-commerce site recently.
Hence it is requested that please check details and deliver that courier item to its right owner.

I am order of flipkart the ac order no od[protected] ason 17july 20. The amount rs 33499/- paid on 17 july and ekart logistics despatch no fmpp [protected], despatch from guragram ason 18 july 20 and showing to delivery ason 20 july 20 at lucknow. But item not deliver till date.

Why the product was not delivered to me give me a reason i am tracking the product with the details given by ekart logistics and the response from them nothing so i want my product as soon as possible

I'm md soyed anowar from kolkata west bengal. I have booked a mobile phone (Poco m2 pro) on 14th july on flipkart in first sale and the seller (Vision star) also approved the order and the order has received at our nearest hub on 21st july but today on 24th july my order has been cancelled by the seller side without any authentic reason and i communicate to the flipkart customer help line for resolve the issue but they didn't help me properly. And this happened to me a second time. So i would like to request you sir please take some necessary action against on this matter like resume the cancelled order or take a fresh order of this product. Because always flipkart was my first choice for online marketing and now consistently i'm loosing my faith on flipkart. So i hope you will help me out and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i will take the legal actions. Dear sir i hope you will resolve the problem as early as possible. I'm waiting for your positive response. Thank you

I had ordered a mobile phone infinix hot 9 and the order is shipped but it is not delivered by the ekart

My order didn't delivered yet... Delivery date is 24 july

I had ordered a mobile phone infinix hot 9 from Flipkart and the order is accepted by the dealer but not delivered by the ekart

I had order 2 Milton thermos bottles i.e. 1000 ml and 750 ml vide flipkart order dated July 16, 2020.

i recieved call from Mr. Vaity[protected]who reached near by building at 9.30 pm on July 20, 2020 and delivered only 1 item i.e. 750 ml thermos bottle out of 2 which i had ordered. However i the below confirmation despite the delivery of only 1 item :-

"Delivered: Milton Thermosteel duo...+1 more items from flipkart.com was delivered by Ganesh Vaity. Click to give feedback: http://ekrt.in/v4sIxPNNNN"

When i had asked about the whereabouts of teh 2nd bottle the delivery agent denied that he is not aware of any such other delivery.

I highly recommend to kindly investigate the situation as i do get a sense fraud may be involved.

Dear sir i, ishank rawat, had placed an order on flipkart which was promised to be delivered by 21st july, 2020. The order was nokia tv 55inch with tracking id fmpp[protected]
Till now as on 24th july i have not received any updates on my order. The customer support has failed to provide any support or feedback after several queries. My order is fully paid with rs. 41999.
Please help me to get my order since there is no other way i can get help.

I placed order on 11th jul on flipkart and expected delivery was on 19th jul and it get rescheduled on 21st jul but still i have not receive my product. Please deliver it as soon as possible.

My order was to be deliver yesterday but it hasnt received till now so please check once and let me know.. Code fmpc[protected]

My Ekart Tracking Id: AEPC[protected]. It should be delivered on 18th July 2020. But till now we didn't receive any message or phone call regarding "Out for delivery". When we tracked our product, it is showing that "Delivery attempt failed (Customer rejected)", which is completely a false statement. And the Promised delivery date was 22nd July 2020. But till this time we didn't receive any response from the Ekart Courier.

Will the product be delivered or?????
