Today I received a product as COD but i was not in town so my parent took the delivery and paid the cash.But after opening the package it was some old clothes as i was waiting for some orders from flipkart so thought ut was those but got fake package and also no invoice or anything found inside the package lost my 299*2 = 598

Sir, I ordered two pairs of footware through snapdeal, but they delivered only one and another one is missing. They provide only one delivery code for two items, and I shared this code to the delivery man at the time of delivery, but he delivered only one item. I only now noticed this while checking on snapdeal app.. Delivery was on 27th July 2023.Tracking id is SDLP [protected] and the OTP send was 826784, it's from Ettumanoor, kottayam, Kerala

The agent who delivers order in solan Oachghat area the behaviour of that person was not that good instead of doing a reqst he is just showing his arrogant behaviour. Kindly send that agent for delivery whose behaviour is nice.

I have ordered many things on Ekart in the name of Akshaya Karthik but they are refusing my order in Snapdeal Myntra and Flipkart and they are talking rudely that I can’t deliver your order and I know how to cancel all of your order. Please take action against this or I will meet High Court for refusing my orders without my permission or OTP....

Hi Team,

This is to inform you I have been forged by EKART.

On 5th August I received 2 packages from EKART. The packages were from flipkart and were delivered by same guy who comes to deliver all the flipkart products.

One of the 2 products was on COD and I payed 804 for the product. On checking I found that I have never ordered it from flipkart. On further investigation I found that the order ID was not in the format used by flipkart and the payment which I did through gpay also had different transaction ID.

it was a fault from EKART and a customer should not bear the consequence of the forge done by you guys.

I am attaching the gpay details along with package details which I received.

Just to inform you in that package came a 5 rs worth of handerchief. I have kept it safely in case u need it back. Please look into the issue and come up with a solution asap.
This is not acceptable at all from reputated companies like you. I am adding my phone number. please free to call me.

Actually my pickup was raised on 31st July and there are two hubs near my house. They sent the lead of my pickup with each other and now they are saying that we will mail and then solve it.
I m suffering alot for my pickup

I placed 3 orders on Flipkart and received it on 15th July via Ekart logistics. One of the items was wrongly delivered to me and Ekart agent charged me money for that. Since then I have been raising complaints in Flipkart but they ignored my request and said that the mistake has been made from the Ekart end. The product does not belong to me and I want refund for that product.
I'm attaching details (pictures) of the product and the UPI details of the transaction done via my side.

It's been close to one month that my request has been ignored. so I seriously want you to look into the matter seriously and provide solution at earliest.

My order, FMPC[protected] was not yet delivered by ekart maibang office, they delayed on delivering my parcel now my parcel got cancelled by them. I went to maibang ekart office to get my parcel but they said they could not find my parcel, they told me my parcel is misplace, I want to complain it's not only me in maibang who faced the same but there are many who did not even get a call to get delivered. I hve heard many problems like that. They called me once and said they will deliver tomorrow but they didn't even call me. Elwhenever I call two three times they, denied to deliver, . Thats my complain. Most importantly they don't do their work properly which causes a huge loss to company tooo. Hope u will work on the issues

I have ordered a set of 4 shirts from Kandymint.onlineshopping.com and received the product from ekart services. The shirts are completely damaged and old smelly. Along with that when I have tried to contact the ekart logistics, I was trapped in a scam and have face a loss of 1 lakhs.
If proper steps are not initiated, I will have to lodge a formal complaint against the same and will have to make to sure the matter is taken to court.

I have bougth a pack of 4 shirts for 1199.
on instagram by seeing ad . i dont know the company name

My name is Durga Prasad Adduri I am working in Ekkart Logistics Kirlampudi 533431 for the last few months.On 31/07/2023 I went as usual with the grocery boxes on delivery at van.When the evening comes don't make me work.We don't need an auto from tomorrow or we have arranged another auto. Said. I asked if it is ok and give me the money.Bharat kumar [protected] & Rajasekhar wenders are shouting at me and threatening to file a case against me if we ask them to give money 21000. Also they want to give me the old dues of 10000 and they have not given it. Please give us our money. Total 31000

I ordered one headset it was not delivered to me.But they marked as delivered. How will marked my product as delivered. I raised a complaint many times in Flipkart but they didn't take any action for this. Ekart logistics customer number also not responded properly. Till now I didn't receive my product. I need my product immediately or I need that agent number who marked my product as delivered. Otherwise I will definitely raise a complaint against that.

Paracel with tracking no BGSP[protected], received at nearest hub on 30th jul, expected delivery is 1st aug, but not delivered, ekart and delhivery are pathetic courier services, they should not do business with anyone except Flipkart and Amazon.

I have ordered many products in flipkart but they didn't delivery my products.
