Dear
I have ordered whirlpool washing machine from Flipkart and was delivered on 25/05/2023 through Ekart logistics.
Delivery agent Aayush opened the box and found product damaged.
He take photo and also communicate to vijay about the damaged product.
Mr. vijay told that he himself raise the return exchange complaint and product will be exchanged within 3-4 days.
From then Mr. Vijay not picking up the phone and also no response from him. This lead to problem for me.
I have raised return request to Flipkart
Your ekart person communicate to Flipkart and seller that they have delivered product intact and ok

Your person mislead and has done fraud to me
Pls look into the matter to exchange my product or I need to raise a fraud complaint against your persons

      I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue with my recent order. I placed an order for a MasterLander 2.0 (Order Number/Tracking ID: NMBC[protected]), but unfortunately, I received a different item instead.

      Upon receiving the package, I immediately noticed that it did not contain the MasterLander 2.0 as expected. The item I received is 3D MASSAGER. This is a clear deviation from my original order, and it has caused inconvenience and dissatisfaction on my end.

          I am complaining for the third time but no action has been taken.the delivery boy does not deliver the parcel at doorstep.he calls in the road.he says that it is not allowed to deliver the parcel at doorstep from ekart company.delivery boy behaviour is very rude and poor.please change the delivery boy from my area.

            I ordered a top through myntra id :- MYNP[protected] . The product was out for delivery on 6th June 2023 . At 2:30 pm he called and said will come now . But he didn’t come. After that he was not attending the calls . At 10:07pm i got message that product is delivered. But I didn’t get the order. Kindly look into this.

              I ordered boat airdops 131 and it delivered on 4th June it was an open delivery but the guy didn't open it after the delivery we saw that the box was damaged and inside one eirbud is missing we talked with filpkart customer care and they said that they will replace it,
              And the replacement got accepted and the today on 6th June the delivery guy came to replace it he opened it and he is not ready to take back the replacement he is telling that I opened the box but he didn't do it, I want to raise a 102 complaint as per the ekart delivery boy complaints the number he called ([protected]) pin 125 chintamani-563125 chikkaballapura district I want immediate response

                      I ordered "Trunkit high quality water resistant hiking travel Bag" from Flipkart on 5th may 2023. And the delivery time was 11ty may 2023. On 11ty March 2023, I received a message that the package was delivered, but No call from courier boy or anything, I didn't received the package. I complaint to Flipkart but they are not helping me. The order amount is 509.

                        I have placed an order in Flipkart website. I received a message with Ekart Tracking ID : FMPP[protected], but i did not receive any product till now.
                        delivery expected date: 03 jun 2023.

                        as per Flipkart website: Product reached to my nearest hub....

                        Is there any alternative way to get the otp for my number because even the delivery person can't cancel the order

                                  Delivery agent assigned deliberately pushed delivery date to satisfy his ego. He did not wait for me to go down from my floor. and later updated status as 'Unsuccessful Delivery attempt failed (No response from customer)' even though I was on a call with him. And when I called him, he kept cutting my call.

                                  This was a high value product valued at least 50, 000 INR.

                                      There is no option cancellation.. once I received the message I call them to inform that not to deliver my product as it is a duplicate one... The person is other end speaking uncessarry.. questioning me in rude manner..
