Track - SHBC[protected], Payment taken for Rs 699 which I was not ordered the product. It is a SCAM.

When I call back the Ekart delivery agent number provided on the Flipkart application, I always get a message saying the delivery agent is busy or on another call. Additionally, if the delivery agent calls me, it shows that I am not available. It seems that my number might be blocked by Ekart. I have complained to Flipkart about this, but they have not yet resolved my issue. Could you please resolve this issue for me?

    I got a delivery from ekart delivery person, which I ordered from flipkart. I ordered a lehnga from flipkart on 29th January 2025, I got a message of cancelation of order on 30th January 2025 and get a refund on same day. But on 1st February 2025, when I was not in house a delivery person from ekart came to house and gave flipkart envelope whose photo attached below. Delivery person get Rupee 800 cash from my wife for this order as she was unknown that order was cancelled and I got my refund. It was a complete fraud happen with us if you can't resolve this. I will go to consumer court because I have all the evidence regarding this.
    Kindly resolve this and get my money back.

      I want details about product which I haven't ordered

      Hi,
      I am writing this regarding a product with tracking id: SHBC[protected]. I want details like who have ordered this product using my name and address - Details I want like Name, email, Ip address, Location and from which site this product has been ordered and Customer Id of that site, So, that I can identify the person.
      I received this parcel on 27th Jan 2025, 4:30pm at Sector - 1 Chandigarh location.

      Hi, My name is Vansh Sharma from Moradabad, Currently in Mohali, I ordered multiple things from Myntra on COD so order arriving one by one .At most 0f the time I was in my College so asked me to pay me and give my ordered or parcel to My Landlord but on 27Jan 2025 .He asked me to pay for the order but didnt delivered and after the payment he blocked me from everything.
      His name is Ankush Kurli he is handling order of Myntra on Bhago majra, kharar, Mohali-140301 side .
      very disappointed from this type of behvior as a student 500 is very amount.

          My friend sent me parcel through Ekart on 20th January, it was an urgent parcel and high value parcel too. No updates was there till 25th January. On 26th january got an update showing Marked RTO : ORDER_REJECTED. The full amount including courier charges are already paid.

                Payment issues and order cancellation

                Experienced in the name of your logistics company. On 08.01.2025, I received a request from an Ekart Logistics agent (via call no. [protected]) to pay the listed price for it, so he can cancel the order and process the billing so that I will be able to receive both the money (I paid) and the product (I ordered).                     I have ordered a jacket from myntra on 15 December 2024 which was delivered on 19 December friday ( here starts the fraud delivery guy deliver product with damaged and open packet My father received the product immediately my father called and said that parcel is damaged and not the one which i ordered and suppose to recieve then to confirm i call the delivery agent he said no sir i deliver the order in seal packed condition then i put the orders on exchange on myntra app (with option choosed that product recieve is damaged or different ) now the day of dispute comes 22-12-24 delivery agent puts the remark stating that your product picked up has failed immediately call the delivery guy asking him why he put false remarks
                    he is saying that i know your product is damaged that why i put remark
                    to which i asked how do you know he said he has opened the product while delivering then is said who gave you right to open the product . and even if open the product who gave you right to cancel the product your are just here to deliver the product after which he has called some 3-4 guys they were arguing with my 66 years old father and arguing with my mother saying

                      Order No. SHOC[protected]. I or anyone from my family never ordered this. It came to my address for COD of 499. I spoke to flipkart and they said I did not place nay order. Who ordered it and when. How can it have my exact address and phone no. They are scamming people by forcefully sending some orders and asking money in the name of COD.

                        I have not booked any order with any ecommerce site for delivery of SP 4 toothpaste. But suddenly received an SMS with tracking No.SHOC[protected] and Invoice No. 350972. The delivery is Cash on Delivery and my daughter took the delivery by paying Rs. 600 through gpay thinking that we ordered it (both myself and my wife went out)... It is very strange how the Ekart delivered the product and also SMS from their official msg. system reached us without no one in the family ordering the product... Please repay the amount and take back the order.

                            Received a fraud product through Ekart

                            Hi,
                            It is a matter of grievance and utmost shame as well for being scammed by the renowned Ekart Logistics team and services.
                            I have received an order of a product (Bee Venom Joint Pain Relief) worth Rs 500. Whereas this product has not been ordered by me through any app or online website. It was attempted to deliver today (18 Dec, 2024) by ekart logistics personnel, the packaging was done very nicely. I asked for an open box...
