Order stuck at JKS motherhub

My order from optimum nutrition with id ANSP[protected] was shipped 10 days ago via Ekart.
Since then it is not moving from Gurgaon hub and there’s no response from ekart....

Flipkart Order not being delivered from nearest hub

This is regarding my flipkart Order having tracking ID FMPP[protected].

My order reached the nearest Ekart hub - Vyasarpadi on 13th Oct'23 and it was out for delivery on 15th Oct’23. I have still not received my Order and the status of the tracking id shows still "Out for delivery", On physical visit to Vyasarpadi hub the person-in charge of the Hub informed that the Order was returned back to the Ekart Mother Hub “CSK”....

Product not delivered but showing delivered in the app

I have placed an order with Myntra on 09 October 2023. I received the tracking number MYNP[protected].
On 04 October 2023. I received a message from VK- EKARTL saying your product is out for delivery.

The delivery executable called me around 20:00 but I was unable to receive the call. Around 22:00, I got an mail from Myntra, notifying me that the product was delivered.
After 12.30 pm I started receiving messages...

I saw the order details in the Flipkart order section and after seeing that my order has reached the nearest hub of Ekart Kampur. So I called the delivery boy named Shantonu. But he replied to me with loud voice that he can't deliver the parcel and asking me to go to office for collecting the parcel. I have requested him many times but his response was not changed. I wish I could give him minus -10 star for his neglected service...

Fake product delivered/ ekart scam

Dear Sir,

I have received a fake product order from ship rocket and delivered by Ekart logistics.

I have ordered for Summer cargo pant (two Nos) and today received through Ekart, where packet was not packed intact. I have received totally wrong product either it was done by Ekart delivery team or Ship rocket factory Hut fake team. Under my packed cover few more Ekart delivery covers and packed as appropriate.....

Delay of 5 days in delivering my product

Order not being delivered from nearest hub

I ordered Iphone14 from Flipkart on 7th Oct'23 (Order ID-OD[protected]. My order reached the nearest hub - Sahibabad on 7th Oct'23 and it was out for delivery twice (7th and 8th Oct). On both days it went undelivered due to operational issues at Ekart's end (tracking ID FMPP[protected]). The delivery agent number is not reachable whenever out for delivery. I had an order scheduled to be delivered on 3rd of july 2023. Even got a message at 11am in the morning that it was out for delivery. They provided a contact number with protected pin. At 2pm, I called the del;ivery person to check the status of package. He replied rudely that it will be delivered by 6pm evening. I waited till 11 pm, but didnt receive the order. At 10:45pm, i got message that order was delivered.

Order from Myntra with pre payment did not received

I ordered campus shoes from Myntra and EKart is supposed to be delivering that on 30th June. Now when i check the order status. in my Myntra account it shows delivered.

The order was already paid.
I did not provide the OTP to anyone and still the order got delivered....
