Hi,
I am writing this regarding a product with tracking id: SHBC[protected]. I want details like who have ordered this product using my name and address - Details I want like Name, email, Ip address, Location and from which site this product has been ordered and Customer Id of that site, So, that I can identify the person.

Hi, My name is Vansh Sharma from Moradabad, Currently in Mohali, I ordered multiple things from Myntra on COD so order arriving one by one .At most 0f the time I was in my College so asked me to pay me and give my ordered or parcel to My Landlord but on 27Jan 2025 .He asked me to pay for the order but didnt delivered and after the payment he blocked me from everything.

Order No. SHOC[protected]. I or anyone from my family never ordered this. It came to my address for COD of 499. I spoke to flipkart and they said I did not place nay order. Who ordered it and when. How can it have my exact address and phone no. They are scamming people by forcefully sending some orders and asking money in the name of COD....

I have not booked any order with any ecommerce site for delivery of SP 4 toothpaste. But suddenly received an SMS with tracking No.SHOC[protected] and Invoice No. 350972. The delivery is Cash on Delivery and my daughter took the delivery by paying Rs. 600 through gpay thinking that we ordered it (both myself and my wife went out)... It is very strange how the Ekart delivered the product and also SMS from their official msg. system reached...

It is a matter of grievance and utmost shame as well for being scammed by the renowned Ekart Logistics team and services.
I have received an order of a product (Bee Venom Joint Pain Relief) worth Rs 500. Whereas this product has not been ordered by me through any app or online website. It was attempted to deliver today (18 Dec, 2024) by ekart logistics personnel, the packaging was done very nicely. I asked for an open box...

I placed an order through Toyloft, but the shipment process has been extremely disappointing. The status of my shipment was stuck at "Pickup Exception" from December 13th, 2024, without any updates. Today, on December 15th, 2024, I noticed the status changed to "Marked RTO: ORDER_REJECT", indicating a return-to-origin action.

I received a product which was not ordered but due to miscommunication I have to take it.

When I try to call the number provided on website [protected] they are doing whatsapp call and asking to switch to video, which I did not do so, they also sent few apk files and insisted to open so I have to disconnect the call.

I need my refund of 699/- Rs and the above mention method is not standard to create a refund I...

Dear team,

I've been receiving an unordered parcel which is COD in nature and the delivery partner is asking for payment. Once I deny the order in person, I'm getting rejection message and codes from Ekart and constant calls from the delivery person. Kindly look into the matter and stop harassing if the customer is rejecting the parcel. Also, the delivery has been reattempted 3 times in 2 days after rejecting and the delivery...
