I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to raise an issue regarding my order, which was confirmed on March 21, 2025, and was supposed to be delivered on March 31, 2025. Unfortunately, there was a problem during the delivery process, and I have not yet received the product.

On March 31, the Ekart delivery team arrived at my home. However, while I was receiving calls from the delivery team, the OTP required for completing the delivery was not triggered on my phone. As a result, the delivery team informed me that they could not complete the delivery without the OTP and took the product back.
They assured me that the delivery would be rescheduled. However, despite waiting for over a week, I have not received any further updates, and the product has not been delivered yet.
I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and provide an update on when I can expect the delivery of my product. If there is any further information or action needed from my side, please let me know.
