I ordered a leptop on flipkart on 26th june. This is my order id od[protected]
It was supposed to be delivered on 4th july. I'm a web developer and leptop is most important part of my job. But the ekart logistics doesn't care if i lose my job. My shipment is still halfway and the increased the delivery date to 26th july. They said they can't do anything. No customer support is there to help me. They don't pickup my call. Sometimes they say the shipment will be delivered by 7th july. Sometimes the day it will take 1 month to deliver the product. I fear i might loose my job. I don't know what to do.

Ekart is sending fake products without ordering, there’s no sender details and order details on the package. I didn’t order this product and there’s no order confirmation and there’s no address to return the product

I got my parcel which was already open and there was a note written on invoice that is "i love you main v dhanbad se hu" and delivery guy was ill mannered.

I have ordered 2 product from theclothia.com which was delivered by ekart delivery guy. Both the products are not the one i ordered. I need to return and need my money back.

Ekart delivery boy (Kanahiya lal - [protected]) has cancel the order by own its own without asking me.

He took this decision by own its own and on the next when i check the status, it shows Delivery cancel(customer rejected).

ekart please take strict action to this guy

Delivery people are not delivering the product i have ordered throught flipkart tracking id: fmpp[protected]. They are neither calling nor picking up the call.

I getting fraud about product its totally messed up. And i am very upset.
I had baught watch with earpods in 1000 rs. And in the box you delivered its toy watch fake. Bc
Your delivery boys was very uncomfortable and rude with customers look like they are ceo of company.
I need my refund or case dile against product merchant...
Whats going wrong with you... You are very useless... Why are you confirmed its products or not... Its all about your responsibility.

I have orderd a smart watch from flipkart from the add displayed on facebook but i recived an ordinary cheap quality wrist watch

Full description of incident :

(1) the courier fellow has charged rs.300/- in place of rs.239/- only which is the total cost of the item. This is nothing but out & out cheating by the ekart representative.

(2) verbally the boy said, it is rs.293/-. There was no change of rs.7/- with the boy. So, i repeatedly instructed the boy the put this seven rupees in my wallet. But the ekart boy has cheated me by not doing so.

(3) i have all the records of having paid the money by debit card.

Hope justice will be done to me by

(A) refund of the extra money charged - rs.61/-

(B) punishing the ekart fellow for cheating a valuable customer.

Courier boy deepak mallick has treated me very badly after delivering realme 5i to another place.
Deepak mallick is threatening me. Please change this delivery boy to another zip code.

Product i'd number is - od[protected], this is portable car fridge. This car fridge not working condition, so i cancel my order and apply for refund but the delivery boy is very inresponsible and not attend my call i called him 5 to 6 time and he disconnected my call, and cancel my request himself. Delivery boy is cancel my request 2 time.

Respected sir, i have tried too much to reach you but fail. Kindly help me to retrieve my shipment. As it was picked on 15.06.2020. From hisar to kurukshetrra. But till date it is not delivered. I went to ekart office at kurukshetra branch but they didnt provide any satisfactory answer. Kindly do needful
