I ordered an orange and brown color design saree which looked really good in images. Once delivered i found that it was a duplicate pink and purple saree of very poor quality likely to be in range of ₹200-300 and to think it cost me ₹1099.00! I demand complete cashback, all of my 1099 rupees! No excuses, nothing. I want my money back right now. That's it.
I'm really dissatisfied with ekatr.

I have ordered earphones from xiomi... The delivery date was 29 jan... It delivery service was provided by ekart... The delivery boy had called me on 28 jan and told me that he will come tomorrow but he didnt came and didnt called again... Still i am waiting for my parcel... My order no. The delivery man refused to deliver my products even after charging rs50 as delivery charge. I ordered from flipkart supermart. I live in the 3rd floor. He asked me to come to the ground floor and open the gate whereas my gate was already opened and i know that because i have a cctv camera there. I called him several times to say that ask somebody else around you to open it and i won't be able to go down and get all those heavy products by myself, afterall what's the purpose of choosing hone delivery then. But he ignored, didn't picked up my phone and very rudely answered me through the balcony that i am talking to the company and i won't be able to deliver your product. That time i seriously didn't knew where to complain and the worst part is i didn't got any call from your company ecart about this issue. As why they are canceling my order!! What is the problem!! Do the customer really need the product they ordered or the customer is cancelling?? That # delivery guy simply cancelled it telling it to her owner that i cancelled it. It shows that your company dont care a # about the customer's views, why then i should choose your services??

I have orders on xiomi on 25 jan ..and the estimate delivery was 29 jan... but i hv not received my order yet and order should be delivered thorugh ekart ..my nem is Ritu phone no is [protected] order no. is [protected]
delivery boy called me on 28 and said that i will get the order on 29 jan...but he did not come..and didnt called again

Ekart logistics delivery person took me on his office. Also he told me give your old phone, i will go to office, checked by manager & return back then handover your new phone. This type of stolen activity by ekart logistics.

His manager intentionally denied the phone, because i lodged a complain. Also threatened me.
This is illegal activity.
Answer me how dare ekart took me in his office forcefully? You have to answer. You have to sac the manager from his position.
His executive intentionally remove body portion from side & told phone is dent & send this picture to flipkart for reject the phone.

Also this manager call the police, & threatened me.
This type of behavior not acceptable.
If phone is dent then why wish master not indentify that when he 1st check the phone on 1st delivery day, 22 january?
Phone was rejected 1st time due to body discolored not body dent.
I lodged complain so he deny it by intentionally dent the phone. He removed body so in phone so his nail spot on it.

I will take legal action against that. Have to sac this manager else i will go with my lawyer.
Also lodged complain against flipkart & ekart logistics in national consumer court & consumer forum.
Also escalate this issue in social media.
See flipkart image will damage.

I have contacts in news channel, this issue come in media.

For this harassment i want refund of ₹2100 in my account else it will too much painful for flipkart

Not call me today, i will busy in office work. Call me on tomorrow between 10 am to 12 noon.

I ordered lemfo les2 but i received wrong watch, and the watch i received is not working as is description when i placed my order and this not charging too... It's totally # watch, i complained to the guy i received by eart, they told they will return my product but now that guy doesn't even care after delivery [protected] it's the guy no...#189010 it's my order. I have ordered this item and its still not delivered on expected date. The courier company ekart has updated the tracking status twice to "delivery attempt failed (Customer rejected)" without any intimation to me or my family.in-fact i am trying to contact delivery and flipkart [incident: in[protected]] since 2 days. I have also told them to inform my alternate number [protected] to delivery person. Same problem was informed by me through your twitter handle

I have booked watch fossil gen 4 from some app but it was delivered by ekart does ekart deliver fraudulent products. More than 100 complaints has been registered on the website but ekart is supporting that app and delivering the fraud products. If i don't get proper response from your side i will post this in social media and i will share with my friends so that they will share it others and we will give worst and negative review in google play store and share this as much as possible so that flipkart will be effected

I ordered a pink saree on[protected] from pretty saree (Order id[protected] however a black saree was delievered to my address as i was out of station at the time of delivery my staff received the parcel and paid rs 1150/- on opening the parcel now i find a black very sub-standard saree in it. Pl return this products. Pl solve my problem. Delivery boy cannot solve any thing. I booking casual comfortable shirts for men pack of 3xxl. But not get original shirts. Since I am not getting a way to resolve Rangin fradulent online shopping company, I am complaining about e-kart courier services. Why do they even provide services for such fake online shopping company? I actually wanted to send back the product to same courier guy who delivered but he refused to even take the courier. I don't understand from where they collect the courier from when the address, contact is all fake. My another concern is, if e-kart is also associated with such fake online shopping company and cheating money?? See the delivery bills attached

I have ordered something from flipkart and a guy called me to come and pick the courier. I have chosen for home delivery and he needs me to go and pick that up. I couldn't go that evening and later that day i checked my flipkart, and it shows item have already been delivered. Wtf. Even without receiving the item, the courier service has made the status delivered.

Hi sir i am kaviyarasu i was ordered a product on nov 14 2019 prepaid method on flipkart online shopping today date nov 20 but still the product was not delivered not reach my delivery location they told the product was delivered on nov 22 how many days to wait for my product and this is a prepaid method order so they need to deliver the product before the date of they promised so please concern my issue

Sir i have received my order today from ur shipment... The weight on the packet was mentioned 5kg but the actual weight of the packet is around 50 to 100 gm only... And when i opened the packet i found the wrong material inside it... As order yellow silk saare with heavy red blouse bt i found green gandi jaali wali saari in the packet... Plz collect the packet and return my fund asap...

Ekart failed to deliver my order [protected] coveritupstudios private limited of tracking id pkrp[protected]. Ekart official didn't even contacted me and now they are sending the message me rejected order. Now money and order is also lost. I already payed for the order i placed and now money is gone and i have no information about the product i placed. Government of india should completely ban these kind of online fraud companies. And the the behavior of ekart officials to the customers are really bad. I know they get payed minimum wages still treating customers like nothing is unacceptable. It's the corporate behind scenes the one who blamed. I need you to consider this issue soon and solve my query.
