Datawind Ubislate — my product delivery delay of half month and not response from company

sir, i order a ubislate 7ci+ from datawind company website ubislate.com with online payment in advance .i booked that on 7 march 2013 .. and as written on website it would be delivered within 72 days but today is 22 march 2013 that still not delivered .. when i call on customer care .. after a long time they attend my call .. and said .. it will take 1 week more to dispatch your product ... this is not a fair ... i buy this for my uncle .. he is asking what i do with money. i am stressed now is i lost my money in buy this product ... is broke the market promises ... and they not have good customer care .. they cut phone every time whenever i call in mid. they have third class ... i never want buy any product again from this company .. they are liar every time lie when i do inquiry
I WANT LEGAL ACTION ON THIS COMPANY ... NEED HELP ...

I have the same problem but in my case it's been 4 months since I booked akaash 7ci and already paid the full money.
I was promised to be given with in a week but after months we get nothing.
Even though they answer my mail but as expected only one reply is coming every time. and it is "Your order has been already dispatched. Soon you will get your AWB no. "... that's it.. I have got this reply multiple times or every time I ask them.
I think they forget about receiving calls from customers, I keep on trying but never even connected for once.

My product id is PMF2CF2

Hope this issue will be taken seriously after these complaints.
