The middle burner is having issue as when we use the small flame using sim mode it gets off and gas leaks, the other 2 burners are working fine in sim.mode but the middle one is causing issue. Please check

        I bought a Elica 4 burner gas stove 694 CT VETRO 2J (TKN CROWN DT AI SERIES)on 23rd Jan 2021. The auto ignition for one of the burners was faulty from Day 1.

        After multiple visits by ill-informed technicians, who first refused to acknowledge any problem and finally ended up changing the auto ignition unit last month.

        Since last week auto ignition is again not working. Have been asking to replace the entire unit as it is faulty from Day 1. However no response. Have written to Suren Pillai as well but abs no response.

        Pathetic after sales service and need a permanent resolution.

          I have raised a complaint (Complaint ID : 99_1949170) on 23 July and it's been more than one month I have not got any support from customer care and as well as a local store. Every time I call in for an update I am only being told: Sir we are sorry and your part is in order state from Pune. I am failing to understand how does it take more than a month to get the complaint resolved in any form.

          It is mental harassment for me to call every time for an update from you guys. This is the worst service I have ever faced from any electronic company and I will definitely not buy anything else again from Elica and will not recommend also to anyone.

          Requesting help on a priority basis.

            I purchased elica flat glass island etb plus ltw 90 pb led chimney on 10th August 2021 and the service engineer came to install the product on 18th August 2021. Before the technician came it was informed that the installation charge is 1500rs + 1500rs for the aluminium pipe and all accessories (although it doesn't cost 1500rs).I agreed and he came to install the product. After arrival he said that 2 aluminium pipes are necessary and fitted the chimney with two aluminium pipes and charged me a total of 5500rs.The main problem is that the product was installed as if a paper was crumbled and made back into its older shape ...the place was dirty(its ok since drilling on the wall was done).And the main part is that, after charging a total of 5500 rupees, he didnt install the aluminium pipe with a clamp, instead it was tied the pipe with a wire and also the chimney shakes a lot even if I gently touch it.He was asking me for a clamp as if I was responsible for bringing it.The work is so untidy and inorder to hide his mistake he frequently repeated that you have do false ceiling inorder hide the chimney pipe.He has made my kitchen look so horrible that I will not recommend anyone, anywhere to purchase elica product.I didnt know that elica is backed up with a service team of such a poor technicians as they can't even bring two clamps from the service centre. After complaining about the issue to elica customer service team, no actions were made against the service technician, since complained, who didnt install the product correctly.I request you to make an enquiry regarding the matter and take necessary actions against SRA ASSOCIATES, CHALODE, KANNUR, KERALA

            The technician has done drilling on the outside wall so bad that even after he filled it with cement it looks dirty and I had to repaint it.

              I have raised complaint on 16th Aug'21 with CRM ID 99_1993774 for Elica chimney. but till as on today 21st Aug'21 they have not yet called be back or visited my house.
              I have waited till 48 hrs as per there commitment to resolve the issue. I started calling their customer care on [protected] from 19th Aug'21 to till date, every time i am getting only one answer " Today the service person will call you definitely and visit the place". But, till now i am calling them everyday .
              I dont know why this brand sell there products if they don't give service.
              I have all the calls recordings from 16th Aug'21 to 21st Aug'21.

                    Worst product. Highly not recommend. I request everyone not to buy any products from Elica. Worst products and the worst service.

                    I purchased hob stove and chimney worth of 37000 and it's not been an year but my chimney is not working and stove is also.

                    Customer service is very very very bad. It's the indias worst customer service.

                    It's better to purchase a product from prestige. They are more responsible for their product mistakes. But Elica service is the waste service.

                      We lunch at 12:30 pm and the burner and platform clean at the time.. When we sleep at afternoon and sudden burners glass is breaking down.

                      And i also ordered other one burner same like this today so i am not greatfull to your product thats why we return this new burner who arrived today..

                        Very very very verrryyyy poor customer care elica has, they wont pickup ones cal, even if they pick up, they hung up phone on your face if you give complaint to them and next time they keep ignoring your calls. They does not care even if you say it's an emergency situation. I wont recommend this brand to others. Shame on elica.

                        I was purchased a four-burner Whirlpool Hobtop in the month of July 2021, and I have facing an auto-ignition issue from day one when the service engineer installed it in my home.

                        After that I have 7 times complained about my issue and every time the service engineer failed to resolved my issue. This is not acceptable whereas this is an emergency case. So, I need proper action on that else I need to go with a legal way. Please let me know your action on this urgent case.

                            Sir,
                            I have brought elica 3 burner gas stove on 27 July 2021, installed 31 July 2021. Within week product got issue of low flame of 2 burner out of 3. And I am like stupid calling every customer care service no. provided by elica itself. No response . First day whoever attending the call, directly she replied that I can't help u. Another guy me some other no.to complaint. Again I tried today, this time customer care service person who is attending call, promise me that he will send technician today only. But this is the limit of negligence to customer. No technicians. No confirmation message.
                            I just don't understand what to do.i am facing problem in kitchen with single burner.
                            Can anyone help me.

                            same issue arising again snd again. All are doing only the procedure .from croma customers service to elica customer service. During this 4 months whenever i registered the complaint, technician comes and doing there repairing job. they are following the procedure.I asked refund but they assured me again there will not be any problem. But problem remain same.Automatic cooktop convert into normal traditional manual cooktop. Other dangerous things that the nobs turns on, even after slight push.if u r in hurry and such things happen, u will never get idea that nobs is on position and gas are leaking. So many times this things happen with me with elica cooktop. And other irritating things if u r turning gas manually with lighter u will get current

                              Hello Sir/Mam,
                              This is the worst service I have seen so far, we have raised a complaint to replace the damage part of our chimney mother board. After installing the chimney we used for a month and later the mother board got damaged, it's been like around 4-5 months we have raised our complaint, but it's not been resolved. When ever we try to reach to the Customer care they are like it's not yet dispatched. We can't tolerate this kind of service to words the customer. It would be really helpful to resolve this issue within a week time else please do a refund to our product we would be very happy.

                                My kitchen chimney sensor not working.

                                I would like to inform you that i bought one Elica kitchen cheminy 9months back.Now the sencer was not working properly.I have reporter on 6th July, but still to nobody not responded.so, i am very unhappy about product and service.                                     Issue happened[protected]
                                    We purchased Elica glass burner stove with chimney in 2018, today after cooking breakfast 20 minutes later when stove was off the glass stove just blasted in the house causing safety issue in turn literally causing loss of life. Luckily for us my family was not close by to the stove and the glass just scattered in the kitchen.
                                    this is a serious issue which Elica has to fix at its own cost also guarantee such issues do not causing injury to a person or life.

                                    Technician visit to replace broken glass - 4th Aug 2021
                                    which they offered to service the glass in warranty but I had to pay for technician visit (charges 430), while replacing the glass technician was careless with the way he was handling (all the things first technician told might cause the problem 2nd tech was creating that - kept the heavy metal on the glass, carried the glass using the holes instead o[censored]sing the edges). During the replacement of glass he offered to service the Chimney at the cost of 1K, i told him it is usually 450-500, for which he explained this is deep cleaning where they will remove the motor, clean the entire inside (I checked urban clap they were charges 1200 for similar work which included cleaning of Chimney inlet to entire outlet).. thought 1K is a good deal and agreed as he quoted usually company charges 1800 for similar work.. For my surprise he just did the normal cleaning (grill and through the grill hole just the motor outside).. I objected to pay 1K as the work defined to what was done was different, he told check with company they charge more, am giving discount.. eventually I had to pay the amount as I was already fed with safety issues of stove which blasted in my house..
                                    Product which is used for cooking can cause safety issues - than the product shouldnt have been designed such a way..
