We purchase a Chimney with Elica dealer I.H.B Enterprises in Bangalore on 4th Sep 2021
Got the product on 8th Sep 2021 & technician came to install on 10th Sep. While installing the product we noticed their is a damage on the body of the product.
As we saw the damage we informed the dealer who was very arrogant & said it will not be replaced with the new product but will replace the item within the product which is damage, for which we are not ok, as this is a fault from the company
Elica as a company has a policy that they will not replace the product if this is damaged & this was not informed to us while the product was purchased.
