I am requesting elica hyderBad ind.to look into my chemney noise prob. But no one is turned up from last 4months. Warranty may expire in a couple of months. I never saw such worst service people and product in my life.
When you can't provide the service it's better to shut down the products. Don't put customers in troble.

    Everyday I am calling to Elica customer care and customer care people saying your issue will be resolved today only. But till now my issue is not resolved. And Chimney is completly off and not switching on.

    Please help to resolve issue at least by tomorrow.

      I’ve never been this sick of any customer care as much as i am for Elica… their CC is so sick tat I request the entire world to not buy any of their products!!! I’ve been following up with them for a complaint tat i raised two months back… and till now there is no update abt thr service… but they keep calling me for feedback… how funny is that!!! Now ny chimney is out of warranty and so ultimately u guys literally robbed me!! Guys please DO NOT opt for this company.. time n money waste! The after sales sooo bad!!

        We bought elica chimney and hob from Verma Stove Bhawan chandigarh on 10 September.They told us civil work will cost 1200 at the time of installation but they sent local technician for installation. They did not do proper civil work and also damaged the cutlery Tray. Till now we have not got our hob installed and yesterday we have called elica customer care and did not got any response from them also. The owner of the verma stove bhawan is also very rude and the staff is also very poor.

          I have registered a complaint on my kitchen chimney with the Elica customer service on July 8th of 2021 the first time.
          The chimney is making a weird sound & the also the normal sound had been increased which makes my family hard to use it.
          And ever since that day they haven't sent a technician to me yet.
          Now the customer service want to close my request without even trying to solve the issue, even after 80 days of asking me for feedback via phone calls .

            I have purchased Elica 4 burner Hob (Flexi 470 DX) and the chimney.
            Hob having the issue with the one of the burner, even after switching off the knob, gas is getting leaked from the burner. I have raised complaint on the 2nd Sept. It's been 20 days, till now no one visited. Whenever I called customer service, getting same answer "Sorry sir, will escalate the issue and will arrange the technician by tomorrow".
            Till now not faced this type of worst and pathetic service from any of the company.
            I strongly recommend don't go for Elica products, even if they offer free product also don't take it.

              Iam very much dissatisfied with elica company behaviour after 40 days of complaint and lots of calls they changed the pcb .and denied for shokers change that is also noted with pcb complaint so far .as per warranty card shows only led bulbs are not covered in warranty. And i expect to change shokers in 1 year warranty policy .it is a genuine manufacturer fault because shokers work only when chimney filters need cleaning.and usually it it is opne 10 times after installation for cleaning filters.I request you to see in the matter.

                Chimney noise sound very high

                I have raised a complaint 1 month before . Technician came to check and he tried everything opened the whole chimney, blower, fan . Still the sound was so loud . He talked to his head of Elica at number [protected] and even submitted videos that he made . The head of region said he will have to get motor and other parts replaced and sound will reduce then .                 Chimney

                This is to report a serious complaint against Elica chimney model number:WD HAC 51S[protected]. Last night, at 11:30 pm ( 19Sep 2021) the glass part of the chimney(2 years old chimney- sparingly used)shattered like an explosion.(Photos attached).

                The glass bits were all over the kitchen. The chimney was not even switched on at this time and neither was anything kept on the stove. I want to register a complaint and would also...

                We bought elica 4 burner built in gas hob. The flame is very low for the big burner. Sometimes the auyomatic lighter doest work.
                Very worst product. Wasted a lot of money on this. I suggest others to not to go with Elica. Now the burners are not working properly. To place order for the burners we were told to pay 3400 for which they are not providing any guarantee. Plz stop marketing your products. Customer service is the worst.

                  I have brought a Gas Stove (EXI HCT 470 DX LOTUS BK) on 8 August 2021. Form the day one I’m facing the auto ignition problem, sometimes it worked sometimes it did not. And then finally its stopped working completely. So I registered a complaint with elica Ref# CRM ID 99_2041683 on 9 September 2021 till date i have gate any response from elica. Whenever I called them to checkout the status I received the same reply from there representative that “your request is under process, technician will call you within 48 hr but I haven’t received any call from technician. When i asked them to transfer my to seniors but they are giving excuses.
                  This is the reason i have to register a complaint here.

                  Could you please explain the reason why this is taking so much time. Also all the warranty related documents have been provided to the Technician on 23rd September. Replace this product as the Auto ignition stopped working within the month of purchase.

                    I purchased spt hac touch fb 60 chimney from kamina kanpur on 7 th Sept 21 it was installed on 10 Sept 21.just after installation its auto clean system malfunctioning.i make a complaint on 11 Sept 21.technician attended complaint on 16 Sept 21 and told that PCB is defective.now it is measure fault by elica that they supplied defective chimney so please replace this chimney

                      They are charging me for the installation which is highly unprofessional
                      If someone buys a product from you why would he’ll pay for the installation

                          We purchase a Chimney with Elica dealer I.H.B Enterprises in Bangalore on 4th Sep 2021

                          Got the product on 8th Sep 2021 & technician came to install on 10th Sep. While installing the product we noticed their is a damage on the body of the product.

                          As we saw the damage we informed the dealer who was very arrogant & said it will not be replaced with the new product but will replace the item within the product which is damage, for which we are not ok, as this is a fault from the company

                          Elica as a company has a policy that they will not replace the product if this is damaged & this was not informed to us while the product was purchased.

                            Oil is dripping within a week of cleaning. Raised a service complaint, and they gave a hefty bill with 6-month warranty.. however no solution of the oil drip.
                            Servicing people Made us change part telling it's defective, but actual problem not solved. It's annoying that on the name of servicing, Elica is outsourcing to external agency however the service provided is worthless and only leads to customer hassles.

                              I took an AMC in June by one of the service providers tied up with Elica in Greater Noida by the name of Kingston Home Services.These people have not provided us the correct AMC invoice and now my 2nd service is due, they are not even attending my request.

                              Not sure as to why you people have tie up with such irresponsible people who are highly unprofessional.

                              Please register my complain and help me with the refund of my AMC amount and help me with the Chimney servicing providers which are genuine.

                                We have purchased new Elica filterless chimney couple of weeks back But now oil dripping from the motor and falling on the cooktop everytime we are using it. Customer service is not helping to fix it instead they are telling it's expected for such filterless chimneys. So my question is if it is expected then why company has not declared it in written on the product page . Why are they selling such faulty products in the market with this issue in their knowledge. I want a solution to this bcz we have invested a heavy amount for this purchase

                                  Very pathetic customer care as well as customer support.. Moreover, the product is so silly and hard to maintain.. and Elica is charging a hefty amount, just for services. My hob top not even completed 1-year.. but I have spent more than Rs. 2000/- for the services, which is beyond any customers capacity to bear and unfair.. Additionally, the customer care is so rigid and worst.. Don't buy such a product.. and amazon must delist their product in their store.. The OEM has to disclose the purpose of the charge if the product is under warranty.. if their product is good, then why cant they maintain 1-year terms for the products.. and the purpose of warranty.
