I had brought Elica Chimney & Hob last year August 2020. Have been facing problems in the Hob for the last 8 months. My first complaint was registered in December 2020 but till date the same is not been rectified every 1 month your service person visit to check he is not able to identify the issue from past 8 months. I am tired of this issues would request you to refund my money or replace a new hob.

        I purchased a high end auto ignition Elica Gas Stove (Hob) in October 2019. In less than the year the burners deformed. Asked technician. The only option I was told was to replace and the replacement cost estimated is INR 4500. The burner is made of two metals. The top ring is of brass whereas the bottom support is of Aluminium. I believe the problem is due to different coefficients of expansion for the two parts. The ring does not fit in properly in the support. I am not willing to change the burner as I know they will again supply the same burner and in the short span of time I will face the same issue. What can be done in this situation? Can Elica replace the burner having both parts made of same metal? Or I will have to throw the entire gas stove out and buy a new one of a better company?

          Installation is very poor, exhaust aluminium pipe is disconnected to chimney with in one day. Called Installation engineer two times but he is not coming.
          We recieved installation kit with chimney hence every thing from product to installation kit to installation engineer is frim elica. Even though very bad response.

            One of the leg support which is a plastic part is broken. So the stove cannnot stay straight. This was never expected of this brand. We have been using gas stove for last 61 years and we felt cheated for the first time.

                On 7th July afternoon, the elica brand glass cooktop blasted when my wife was in the kitchen. The kitchen Hob was not in use and started cracking all in a sudden with a loud noise.

                The glass fragments were all over the kitchen. We were using the product for around 9 months & this was a shock for all o[censored]s, my one year old
                kid was there just before the incident and thankfully did not come there during this time.

                We were worried & wanted to get an expert advice on whether it is safe to keep the remnants of glass top in kitchen further, thinking whether it will blast further or not.

                Made numerous calls to have a technician visit us & give us a resolution. The officials kept arguing with me stating that the glass top will not burst.
                I had to send pictures to them & still they kept saying they will not send a technician as it will not burst again. I even talked to Elica manager of kochi location who was extremely rude & shouted saying it won't blast! Pathetic customer care service I must say.

                After an extremely tiring & painful customer care experience, a a technician turned up & put tape around the glass top & left.

                We do not feel comfortable to use elica kitchen hob with glass top again.We do not trust this product again.

                Please provide me the compensation or replace this defective product with a steel cooktop. We do not want to use a GLASS top hob ever again.

                    Purchased elica 3 burner hob in Jul 2019. Starting onwards there was complaints found in burner and repaired by elica service person. During the second lockdown again complaint raised. After so many follow up a service representative came and inspected and identified issue in burner. Since service representative have no new burner in hand, he said he will replace the burner immediately. After so many follow up another representative came with new burner, which he is not able to replace, now he is telling, burner and it's plates are bend. As per him, it is due to boiled water fell on burner and warranty covered only for burner not for burner plate. Since the plate is not available he returned back and I informed him to come with plate and burner and inform elica to not charge amount for burner and plate. Then after no response from elica...

                    From the above. I understand that elica is using poor quality materials and charging huge amount from consumer using their brand name. Requesting to replace my hob/repair my hob in good condition without cost.

                      I had been purchased a Gas Chimay from Amanzon India in August 2020 and the same has been delivered by M/s. Dhara Enterprises, Elica Kitchen Chimneys, 37/1/4/2/1 H NO - 617, OPP NEELAM METAL PISOLI ROAD, PISOLI Pune, Maharashtra, 411048.

                      After several calls, the chimney installed in Approx. December 2020 and only approx one/two days working and sudden shut down.

                      Several calls were made between you and me, however, no one attends to solve my problem.

                      Now, 16.06.2021, technician visited my house and 25.06.2021 my chimney was repaired.

                      Today i.e. on 29.06.2021, again chimney was suddenly shut down and not working properly.

                      Hence, you are requested to replace my chimney and install the new Chimney urgently. You can track my order with my Mobile no. [protected]

                              My chimney is not working properly. I have raised the ticket thru the Elica service center the technician has visited my home and they are not able to find the correct issue. They are saying the only assumption touch panel is a fault.
                              But the chimney is working for 15 min after it stopped then automatically turned on running for 5 min then stopped. The chimney motor getting heat after its stopped I explained them but the technician not listening.
                              My chimney is under motor warranty but they are not ready to change.
                              The service people's main intention is only to replace other than warranty items.

                                  I have raised a complaint on june4th, they responded saying technician will visit for deep cleaning service the next day but till now I.e. June 20th no one called and attended for service. Whenever I call the service people it’s same response from customer service call. Worst service request experience I never faced this before. I won’t recommend anyone for this chimney better to go for other brands or local brands. Worst service ever

                                    Its been one month i have raised a complaint for my 5moths old chimney which have sensor issue. contacted the customer care many more times but not yet resoled the issue the local elica showroom guy just said he's not interested to attend for free services. Escalated the same with customer care they asked N no. of times that pls allow us some time to resolve the issue but i have waited for another 10days there is no response from company.
                                    If you are unable to provide service in our area then why you are providing products. As you failed to provide service for my chimney then whats of meaning of giving warranty for the product.

                                        I purchase Elica 3 burner gas stove in october 2020, but now i am very scaring to use the product within six months fire catching up twice in regulator and it is not safe to use any more.
                                        My in complain number is 99_1871662 dated 10/6/21.
                                        Therefore I request the company to take back the product on piority and slove the issue in dignifying way.
