    Sir I have bought new elica glass top stove which has two burner ..today suddenly when I'm using it suddenly the glass got blasted and everyone really scared some glass parts spreaded throughout the kitchen we have taken 1 hr to clean this ..really shocked about this quality how can a big company like this can produce these cheap quality products ..what if something happens ..please seriously take action against this

    I have requested for chimney service where chimney filters are jammed in on april 10th. I have called multiple time to the customer care regarding this but no one has visted till now.

      Free ADVICE to potential customers: STAY AWAY FROM ELICA, ITS A SUB-STANDARD PRODUCT THAT HAS NAME OF ITALY BUT DO NOT MATCH UP TO THE SAFETY AND SERVICE STANDARDS THAT ARE PROVIDED THERE. THEY POSE SERIOUS THREAT TO THE PEOPLE WHO ARE IN KITCHEN.

      STAY AWAY FROM IT AND THANK ME LATER!

      Firstly, I am not new to using glass hobs have been using Faber for past three years (without hassle) thought of moving to Elica as it was getting difficult to get spare products for Faber, in hindsight it turned out to be a really bad decision. Elica product is sub-standard and lacks durability, It poses serious hazards to people who are in kitchen that can be attributed to poor tests and service men who installed the product.

      Here comes my ordeal:
      We purchased Elica four burner(FLEXI PRO FB 70 MT DX) stove on 05-May-21, from Hyderabad Gachibowli showroom, had to wait for couple of days to get it installed. On 25th of May while preparing breakfast the glass shattered into pieces. Glass shards were all over the place, good that it hadn't hurt anyone. Called showroom folks who absolutely had no idea on how to resolve the issue, had gotten lame reasons from the folk that service men are busy, no one is answering and had no SLA's on how to proceed in resolving the issue from next day (26th of May) stopped answering our calls.

      Called the helpline that is on Warranty card on 25th of May, we were promised that service centre will call us on 25th of May but no one called, upon follow-up on 26th afternoon, I got a call from service centre saying that it would take 3-5 days to get the glass replacement with no other alternative provided. They just use the reason that its lockdown, I know it's lockdown but you are running showroom also in lockdown and selling products then why not put customers issues the same attention, who had reposed faith in you by choosing your brand. We do not have alternative and left in limbo with an optimistic hope that someone will magically resolve our issue.

      I have asked the people (both showroom and service centre) to give me the mail id where I can escalate my formal complaint on the way my issue is being handled so that some person who has power in his hand to take decision can take measures to course correct their brand image. I didn't get any, as a last resort am posting it here to raise awareness among Customers.

      I am sorry to say that the brand that has so much of value abroad (believe me I have lived in abroad for a decade) is being sabotaged by their employees who do not care for the brand name and are very casual in their approach.

        I got my elica chimney installed at my new house in the month of Feburary end 2021.
        A week back, the chimney fall from the hanging place and broke the glass of the stove.
        The chimney fitting was so bad that it fall.
        Also the pipe was attached with tape(Jugaad).
        What a service and installation.
        You are charging INR 800 for this bad fitting.
        Also I want the claim for the stove glass.

          I ordered a chimney and it was supposed to be installed on 20th April and today is 25th and it is not yet installed. Service team is not helping at all. Every time I am calling them and listening their nonsense.

              I had purchased the elica hob in June 2017 - And enough care was taken in handling hob. Still the glass was shattered and thrown over the place when my wife was preparing dinner. Though there was no physical injury, there was a loud noise when the glass was shattered and thrown around.

              Post contacting the contact center we were informed that this kind of instances takes place around one in 3000/4000 cases. Which means the company is aware of the same and it does happen.in that case why the customer should be charged where there is a known flaw in the product. On top of the same they have charged us for replacing the glass and also service fee towards the technicians visit.
              Company like Elica should provide discounted services or replacement cost should not be charged.
              Why would one buy ELICA hobs with such poor quality glass tops?
              Is it that knowingly the company has kept a flaw to make money through servicing the same.

                I brought gas stove on 3 rd of April 2021, CASA ITALIA APPLIANCES-CHANDANAGAR (A Division of Thanuja enterprises ). but it's performance is very poor. Fire is coming from front on off nobes and some damage is also happens to that gas stove ( 4 burner). We raised a complaint on 7 th of April 2021.and asked for product replacement But nobady respond from company side . We are waiting from
                4 days and we are left the product at company.

                    Got Elica's gas for 8K from Vijay Sales in November last year. Have complained 5 times and they sent the guy to check 2 times but there's no solution yet. I've been complaining them for 3 months now. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF SOMEONE FROM THEIR TEAM IS READING THIS AND COULD PROVIDE A SOLUTION. My mother isn't able to cook simple chapatis as well. I've attached the image how the flame is affecting utensils as well.

                      II have purchased elica stove and chimney 18 months ago.
                      Despite rising numerous request for servicing of product ... Through customer care number... Nobody is bothered to show-up. Every time I ring up to the customer care... They say that they will send a agent in 48 hour's..but no one shows -up.
                      I like to register a serious complaint on the service of your company..

                          Yesterday's night complaint is showing resolved, how come?
                          I bought elica hob flexi fb hct 375 dx on[protected].. initially 2-3 months it was working perfectly fine than the burners started creating issues.. because of the lockdown we anyhow managed..I lodged the first complaint on 2nd Feb 2021..in next 2-3 days technician visited and checked and cleaned the hob and charged 850 rs for services..and he told that the burners need to get changed and it is not functioning properly, within 10-15 days it will get replaced..after 10 days I called the technician to enquire about the status, he told to call to the customer care as according to him it is being delayed by ELICA..I called to the customer care on 15/02/21 and explained them the complete story, but they told that technician has not raised any requirement for burners change and they are lodging a fresh complaint and assured that the issue will get resolved within 15-20 days..I again called the customer care on 24/02/2021 to know the status and again get assurance for solving the issue.. than I received 3-4 calls from different people from elica to know whether any technician visited or not..as no technician visited I informed the same..on each call I only got the assurance to get the issue resolved..on 14th March 2021 I got the call from them that technician will visit on Monday ie 15/03/2021 and today dated 18/03/2021 I received the text saying my case is getting closed as I am not ready to pay the charges..no technician visited no charges has been explained and the case is being closed..the product is under warranty..I have never seen this worst kind of service from any company..if it is not been resolved within a day or two I am going to lodge complaint against them in consumer forum..

                              but they always used to make me fool.

                                I have purchased wash basin crusher in may 2020. It took nearly three weeks for the providers to install after series of requests. Then after it stopped leaking spoiling the entire cabinet, and one day it stopped working. We put up a service request nobody showed up. After yelling at the showroom and customer care some guy showed up And removed the installation and took the details for replacement. Since November 2020 there has been no replacement. The customer care representative never responds of responds he ( Nagendra) jus skips the phone call and cuts it away saying will get back to you in five minutes. Am really frustrated with the service provided by elica. One of the worst in place. I really feel sorry and ashamed to have recommended my colleagues to buy elica products. We have collectively purchased products worth more than 10 lakhs. People from elica customer care are very unprofessional and unreliable. The customer care is a farce.

                                I really feel frustrated and ashamed to be a customer of elica. It has got the most unprofessional behaviour towards customers. The waste disposal crusher stopped working more than 10 months ago, inspite of repeated complaints there has been no resolution. The service staff does not intend to provide any solution. Now after speaking in strong tone and asking them to take away the product even if they don't want to repair, they came home and say that it is beyond one year and does not cover under warranty. It is so stupid of the elica that they do not respond till the warranty period is over and now they send an expert from Pune to say that it does not cover warranty. I really feel bad for my neighbours who on my word have ordered nearly 11 lakhs worth of elica stuff. I would request one and all not to buy anything from elica from now on.

                                Good bye elica. Such a shame.
