I had purchased elica hob from vijay sales in april 2019 and installation was done in july 2019. After few days of installation the elica hob switches started heating automatically and all the remaining of food and oil cooked would go under the hob where the wires of the hob was there from hob edge glass of all 4 sides. So i complained in vijay sales and elica brand, their engineer visited after 5-6 days of 3-4 of complaints and charged us for cleaning the hob and said generator is to be replaced under warranty and silica is not installed which needs to be installed and he will come and replace/install it. But no one came for it for the next 4-5 days. Again i complained 3-4 times in vijay sales/elica brand. Then again new engineer visited and said generator is proper but silica needs to be installed and switches needs to be replaced which will be on chargeable basis. So i said its not my fault if installation is not done proper as elica engineer have installed the hob and switches heat is not my issue, this all should be covered under warranty as its been just 4 months i purchased and 2 months its been installed but the elica engineer was refusing to be under warranty and left. I again complained vijay sales and elica brand but still its been 4 days no one has visited and no proper response from vijay sales nor the elica brand.

Please take strict action against vijay sales and elica brand.

I have purchased elica hob 3 months back and the flame is very low. Its consuming too much lpg now a days and cooking time has increased drastically

Need immediate resolution
Large burner is not working
This the worst service, from last 7 months we have problem in stove and they are not service and they are not picking call, I don't suggest elica to any one, service center not responding for our problem after using it will fully black coloured

    I have purchased the gas stove from vijay sales on 19.8.2017. Its one burner is not working and i have lodged complaint at vijay sales opera house on 16.8.2019. From vijay sales further they lodged complaint at elica gas on 17.8.2019. After that mechanic visited my gas stove on 19.08.2019 and take visiting charges rs.350/-. After following he told me that part is not available. I approached then at vijay sales on 22.08.2019, and told the serious issue. Madam of vijay sales customer service only listen the issue @ 7. Pm. But i saw poor response and very poor service. On saturday 24.08.2019 i again contacted to customer care service at elica gas and told him serious issue of gas burner. I told him that will alive if we don't have any gazete but workable gas is very important from morning till we sleep. But nobody is giving service and i am fed up now by this company.

      Below mail thread highlights that

      Elica is using illegal businesses to provide customer service. These illegal businesses don't honor amcs and elica declares them as illegal.in our case before our amc expired.

      We next got service directly from elica customer service, and their call center forwarded service provider failed to provide proper documents and receipts.

      I am regular user of elica products.

      It was working well till last week. But today we came from hometown it turns into a disaster, chimney was off and nothing was being cooked on gas stove. We entered into house and entire house was spread by a huge glass peices of chimney. Our neighbours heard a loud sound like a bomb blast and knocked us but we were in our native. Chimney glass broken into pieces, no was inside of kitchen that time but surely if someone was doing something inside of kitchen that person surely will get hurt badly that time. Pathtic service, we have kids in our house so called u many times in order to sort out the promblem but you didnt respond at all though it is an emergency.


      I thanks god who saves my family member from this situation, but will definitely will not use and will not advice elica products henceforth.

      Is this your standard? I doubt you will be following safety guides in your products.

      Service Center people said short circuit but my electrician told me, problem with PCP Board only.

      For the 2 years back only I bought chimney. I am sure I got the defect product. And service center people asking for new PCP Board Rs. 2600 and deep service charge 1200.

        Purchased elica chimney from vijay sales mira road, mumbai. Since the date of installation this chimney is not working. After numerous complaints elica technician repaired it 4 times, same problem again exists.
        Haven’t used it at all and continues to create problems. I want a replacement of this product as this product is faulty.
        We are frustrated with the kind of replies and excuses received from service people.

          I purchased 3 gas stovetops from elica india in december 2018. Since the day i bought them, i’ve been facing a problem. Complained numerous times but technicians came home and did nothing but charged me. Spoke to mr. Surendra pillay at elica. He clearly told me that the model had a manufacturing defect in the first lot but now refuses to accept the same. I’ve been speaking to him since a few days and he’s unwilling to help. Elica has pathetic customer service and keeps giving excuses. They took note of my complaint only after i posted on social media. The company should replace the product if they know it has a defect. All three stovetops are giving problems.

            I have puchased elica chimney perhaps in April 2019 and called costumer care multipule times to take installation date as I live in Delhi. They provided me the date of installation on 17.06.2019 as per my request but they didn't visit on date and informed me that they would come on 21.06.2019 when I had already left Ballia (where chimney is to be installed). They have called me 1000 times since I bought the chimney but did nothing but calling (very irritating) saying that " your chimney will be installed as per your requested time".

              Gas is leaking from burners when stove is still under warranty. Flame is coming out of enclosure and extending it to hands. Has raised several complaints but service centers did not respond and Once service attendant did visit but he took only 5 minutes to reach conclusion. This is serious negligence with consumer safety. Need help to escalate the same

                I purchased elica build in hob bj16102419 from bangalore on 13, may 2017. We had to call in service as the burners were not working. We paid a service charge of 295 on 15 nov 2017 to authorized company rep although the hob was in warranty. The service person told to refund the money once we produce the invoice. We again called for service on 3 june 2018 and paid rs 295 again. But problem of burner not working didnt get solved. We called up service on 15 june 2018 (Elica pb pvt ltd) paid 995 rs got the burner replaced. All this within one year of installation. Even today the burners are not working properly.
                Appreciate if someone from company can look into this matter.

                  We had purchased hob one year back, initially the burner flames were not good enough leading to delay in cooking.
                  The service personnel visited twice he cleaned the burner nozzle and casting cabs. He said the casting cabs need to be changed for higher flame and quick cooking.
                  Yesterday again we called on serrvice engineer as flames were too low. Now this service engineer changed the burner nozzle and flame increased. But he said thecost of each nozzle was 3200. Replacing all burner nozzles will cost us almost 60 % of hob cost.
                  Is this strategy of your management for revenue generation

                    Bought elica hob & hood on amazon / order #
                    [protected] // delivery agent refused delivery to home saying its too heavy for him and sent both items back // amazon of course has refunded me the monies but now my whole kitchen work has been stalled due to the items not being delivered. How can the agent mark the item as being refused by customer on his own, and just send it back?
                    Who's paying for the return charges - this delivery agent or elica? Bet he's not the one paying otherwise he'd think twice
                    Seriously, why do you keep such disgusting people as your front agents who interact directly with customers???

                        I raised the help line toll free number to registered the complaint about my gas burner not burning properly,
                        they give me complaint number and send the technician to attend the complaint, he check the gas and do some thing and tell us that it is now ok, very next day the problem found again, we call the technician ph number [protected] from receipt number 10718 M/s Gajendra and services A20 chaurang Terrace, near IBM Tulak Hadapsar and this time he told us that burner is required to changed, I said ok, he told me that burner are not in stock and i visit your house after i received it, and he do not visit and do not make simple call to tell the status, i again call it and he told me that he visit the house and do the work, i told me next two time and do not visit,
                        i am under impression that customer toll free number call -technician is cheated us. we are just help less to take action against it
                        i raise the complaint on company sight that details inquiry to be done in this case from company representative so such cheating case does not repeat again, i this is serious that we raise the complaint on company help desk and gets cheated

                            It's been more than 15 days we bought elica chimney, and more than 10 days product was delivered. Installation request was placed on the day of delivery of product. The installation technician unpacked the item, but handled the item very roughly during his attempt to complete the installation. Also the technician was not at all polite, and spoke rudely. After the installation there was a loud noise from the chimney, so the installation technician suggested to contact elica customer care, and submit a repair request. The next repair technician checked the item and informed that the blower need to be replaced, and made a note if details and left. After a week another repair technician arrives with replacement blower and tried to replace the part.in the attemp he noticed a damaged housing that was causing the noise, and therefore informed about replacement of housing and left. He promised that he or his colleague will return with a replacement part on monday i. E.[protected], but so far no one came and we are still waiting. It has been a very disappointing & most pathetic customer service i have ever received. I'm not sure if this complaint will go to the right person to take necessary remedial action, but i sincerely wish to escalate this even further. Poor service!!!

                            Following technicians came so far to perform installation & repair.

                            1. Elica - Installation Technician - Bharat ([protected]) - Rude and handled the product roughly.

                            2. Elica - Service Technician - Sujit Mishra ([protected]) - Did incorrect diagnosis to cause delay in installation & repair.

                            3. Elica - Service Technician - Virendar Sharma ([protected]) - Promised date of repair i.e.[protected] passed by, and still waiting for this person. When tried to follow up with him, he promised to call back, but there's no call back with status update.

                              There was has leakage issue from the hob for which complaint was filed online. However elica has wound up from goa i think and outsourced the servicing to niki servicing agency. Which is pathetic.
                              After being promised that there technician will visit me on priority basis within 24 to 48 hrs there are no single soul to attend the complaint. A technician turned up after 5 days to tell me you replace the burners. No replacement was done and i had to file a complaint again and escalate it only then a service engineer turned to replace the burners and after paying rs5000/- the problem seems to have worsened. I have small kids at home and the safety is at stake. I think if elica cannot resolve issues and have no technical expertise then they should shut down production and watch other competetors provide customer satisfaction.

                                I have repeatedly since buying your chimney complained as to its total non functioning after the first month and as yet no one has come to attend the problem despite repeated visits through your call centre and also through vijay sales form where it was purchased.
                                If i do not get a service attendant response within 24 hours i will be forced to take stronger action through my legal department.
                                Already i have been made to to wait unsuccessfully for two days and been told that a service engineer would come by to address the complaint.
                                The next commplaint will be to the consumer forum.

                                  We got the stove form amazon in this month and we start using form 10th suddenly on 15th morning the gas leakage found and we immediately stop the regulator and dismantle and kept aside, we are in huge fear due to the failure of new buy one failure. Resolve the issue on priority.
                                  The leakage happened in the on-off twister we think that there is technical issue in that so leakage happened.

                                    We purchased an elica cooktop 4 burner stove on the[protected]. One of the burners started making noise upon ignition, within 2 days of installation and also producing low flame. Hence, we called the company to request a technician visit to check any problem. The company sent a chimney technician instead who very confidently opened the company fittings below the stove to fix the issue. After he left, since the very next day we started facing problems of gas leakage from either the same or the other burners. Seeing the seriousness of this issue, this time we requested elica to send an "experienced cooktop technician" only. They sent a 15 year experienced "senior technician" who came not once, not twice but 3 times, but was still not able to fix the issue of gas leakage. Further, he caused damage to the pipes and the main product below by hammering the pipes during the course of repair. Now the product is lying wasted in a sorry state where elica executives are calling everyday asking us to give them the product to send it to their factory for repairs. When we told them that the product was damaged at the hands of their company technician, we want only refund or replacement, they are adamant for repairs only because its their company policy.

                                    When they realised that we dont want to go ahead for repairs, they have started a new tactic. They are calling and intentionally disconnecting the phone after we answer. Is this what they mean by "customer care"???

                                    By far, this has been the most horrible experience for us with elica. Please do not go for their products at all. We are really regretting buying this product.

But afte from its installation its not working properly, my whole kitchen room make dirty due its bad performance. I have also complain 2-3 time to elica service people attend the same but not not solved the problem.
