I raised the help line toll free number to registered the complaint about my gas burner not burning properly,
they give me complaint number and send the technician to attend the complaint, he check the gas and do some thing and tell us that it is now ok, very next day the problem found again, we call the technician ph number [protected] from receipt number 10718 M/s Gajendra and services A20 chaurang Terrace, near IBM Tulak Hadapsar and this time he told us that burner is required to changed, I said ok, he told me that burner are not in stock and i visit your house after i received it, and he do not visit and do not make simple call to tell the status, i again call it and he told me that he visit the house and do the work, i told me next two time and do not visit,
i am under impression that customer toll free number call -technician is cheated us. we are just help less to take action against it
i raise the complaint on company sight that details inquiry to be done in this case from company representative so such cheating case does not repeat again, i this is serious that we raise the complaint on company help desk and gets cheated
