Sir / madam,

(1) the push button controls are haphazardly functioning. Probably, the control chip needs replacement.
(2) the connector to exhaust pipe from chimney needs replacement
(3) i am in need of 2 additional baffle filters as the existing ones are more than 5 years old.

    Sir this is sorry to say i have never seen such a bad product. After buying we may have used only for 2 months properly. Twice the technician have visited bt no use the problem is not solved and chimney is automatically getting on and off we dint get any solution for this. I request you to response this we have still warranty. If possible repair or please do change the chimney. Thank you

      after sale worst service & high installation charges

      Finally after 44 days so many follow ups elica send technician for installation. Generally installation covers whole process of installation but elica asking money in every stage of installation. Only for hanging chimney they charged 500/ and his technician again charging for 400/ only for making hole on wall for take out pipe.
      These type companies never clarify installation charges and after purchase they want to loot extra money...

      I have bought a chimney from snapdeal which delivered at 1st of november 2017. I called elica customer care [protected]. But till date no any technitians visited for installation. Snapdeal is not returned product & elica is not instaling product. I have trapped badly between these worst companies. Please help me out this.

      Elica is so shamless after complaining so many time by phone and portal still they are not installing chimney. Anybody in forum kindly suggest how can i take legal action against this fraudster company to doing false promises last one month.

      As you committed to send technician but today s date also gone no one is come for installation neither call me for delay. After one month you wake up and told you will resolve this issue and you are resolving like this.Have you ever seen any reputed company do like this, no installation after one month is passed? And continuously telling lie technician will come, have you any shame or not?

        Dear Sir, Your complaint was tagged on 2nd Nov and as you said you would call back for installation, we did not arrange technician during that time. Again, when the installation request was raised on 30th Nov, we arranged technician from Pune to complete installation at your place. As per the discussion on phone, you were informed that elica does not provide for civil work at customer’s place. It is expected from customer’s side. You even agreed that you will get the product installed from Nagpur technician who will arrange for installation and hole cutting. Kindly wait until Tuesday, we will send technician to complete your work.

          I had bought this chimney glace ltw 60 slim pb power plus led on[protected].
          Within one month of buying the led light of the chimney started flickering. When i complained about it, the elica representative came and said that the led is within warranty and would get replaced.

          Post that i got a call from elica stating that led is not within warranty and i will have to pay for it, when i countered them, they said that since it has been a mistake at there end and they have already stated that it is within warranty, this time they will change it for free.
          Then 2 representatives came to my place to change the leds, none of them knew how to open the panel, they manhandled my chimney but could not install the lights.
          Moreover when they showed me the lights i could see that these are not the same light as the original elica lights. When i asked them to show me the papers that these lights are originally from elica, they could not show it. They left on that day, without fitting my original led light properly. Now it is dangling from my chimney.
          Post that another representative said that he will come with the papers, but no one came. Then i got a message from elica that since i have refused to pay for the led, my complaint is on pending status.
          Please look into the matter immediately as this is absolute breach of trust from elica service center.

            Its been almost 2 months, however i didn't get the resolution on my old cook top. Service engineer visited to my place and i have provided all the details for warranty. I was told that elica team will contact you regarding replacing the burner as it has life time warranty. However i didn't get any call or response from any one. Please let me know if i should wait more time or throw my old cook top as its useless for me without burners. And really i want to understand when elica is saying it has warranty does it really mean for elica?

            I talked to customer care, again without listing to us they assign the work to new service team. Every time they do the same instead of resolution, very poor quality product as well very poor and pathetic customer service.

                Worst ever experience i have experienced so far... Customerservice centre don't care to even call or care to come to place to do installation. Even if they come they don't know how to do the installation... If you call customer care they talk as if they do a favour for you... And don't ever bother to take up any action.. If you escalate further the coordinator talked as if she don't care at all... Why the hell are you guys in business if you cannot provide service??? Now i don't know what to do with product which is just sitting at home without installation... Also the guys who came took 1000 rs and went off and nobody care to give any explanation regarding that as well...

                  I had purchased a elica 3 burner cooktop in the month of may17, used for 3 months but it has a very low flame and cooking time is increased. For which i complained three times, but all engineers said that the flame is this much only.
                  If the regular stove of rs 2500 can serve the purpose then why to buy this type of costly (14000) cooktop which cannot boil a bowl of water in half an hour.
                  I am very disappointed by elica's products and will spoil its image as much as i can where ever i get a chance.
                  I tried to get it modified or repalced with some extra cost from the dealer from whome i purchased it, but everyone is worst. No repsonse.
                  People please check the product somewhere before buying it. Its a total waste of money. Not made for indian homes.
                  No body in this company will understand the problem and solve it.
                  Its better to keep the food in the sun than on elica, it will get cooked faster.

                    It is very shameful that elica products are worst in the market. Don't go for it.
                    I purchased elica cooktop 2 weeks before. This cooktop has 4 burners. One burner stop working from 3 days of date of purchase. You technicians are worst. One person named birbal came to my house for checking and he replaced existing branded elica nozzle for that burner with local nozzle from local market and he himself stated this saying in order to save time. But the problem was not that. He went back saying that product is fine now. After just 6 days the same burner goes off. Another person visited sent by birbal with no elica id card, no dress and even he don't know the complaint number. He cleared same nozzle with pin and said its working fine.
                    He even happily said that it was not a big issue it as just clearing nozzle. I mentioned him that if i would have clear nozzle and more gas started coming and a blast happens at my place. Was that not a issue? He started giving me crab reasons. I didn't allowed him to back his job sheet as he didn't knew comlaint number and was not mentioning correct information there.

                    Again now its 7 days over and the same burner again goes off.

                    This is the quality of products elica has. Please don't go with elica products better go with other brands.

                    I urge elica to immediately replace my faulty cooktop. Failing to do so will lead me to go to consumer forum for the same. Also i spread the same in social forum.

                      Got installed my brand new elica chimney on oct 3rd, 2017.
                      During the installation itself, the chimney was not working and we identified it as propeller blade issue. They replaced it.
                      Now within a month, it stopped working and now the technicians identified it as switch board issue.

                      Its been very clear that a defective got delivered and its giving problem from the day 1.
                      When i requested for replacement policy, i got a reply as - replacement is not there in our warranty policy.

                      With regrets i raise below 2 questions to elica:

                      1. Whether the policies of elica is to support/help customers? Or to give excuses to justify the defects with the product?

                      2. Whether we bought a lottery or a product?
                      The response from customer care is like - its your fate that you got delivered with a defective product and you need to adjust with it. We will support by providing free service/repair till the warranty period.

                      Worst part is i am yet to relocate to my new flat and haven't yet started using the chimney. Before starting using the chimney itself we are facing more issues.
                      Am i not reasonable to ask for replacement of the chimney?

                        We had contacted elica company executive mr roshan in indore phone no. [protected] for the service of kitchen hood at our residence on date 1sep2017. After inspecting, we were asked by him to shell out rs 5000/- for the solution of the problem in next 15 days. We made rs 5000 /- cash payment with receipt of ellica company and gave him our kitchen hood for repair.

                        Till date we have not received our chimney back and also no amount has been refunded.

                          I was delivered the product on 19/10/2017. After opening the package we found it is (Model no# flexi burnerhct 375 dx) three burner hobtop
                          I had registered for return of the item with amazon. Following the same i got a call from elica...

                          We bought almost all our kitchen appliances from elica. Chimney, hob, microwave oven and a normal baking oven. All the appliances bought were from their top of the line range.
                          From the day we bought the oven and it was fixed, it was not working properly. The fumes were not getting sucked out due to which the house started getting full of smells. We called the service engineer who came, fiddled and went away. However the fumes still remain and the suction is so weak that even an exhaust fan will do a better job. This is still in the warranty period and i am in a good mind to remove and throw this in their showroom as a useless product.

                          The oven looked good but has issues. We used it once when hit worked and after that is not working.

                          We need the following :
                          A good senior technician who speaks at least passable english and knows what the problem is.
                          We do not need a a lower down the line technician who does not know what is the issue and does not know even basic english. It is difficult to explain technical terms in the local language, tough i speak the language pretty well.
                          We need all these appliances working properly and immediately.

                          I bought it 1 yr ago.it ' s oil collector gets broken frequently due to cuts marked on it by oil collector holder loops.please suggest.I am highly disappointed
                          I purchased Elica 2 years back and till now it has been working fine and smooth. There is no complaint from my side. On the other side, I am finding it too useful as it easy to use and clean. But if you having any issues you can call on this number[protected]. They will surely look the matter as the Elica team is really helpful.

                            Recently i got elica chimney with sr no : kf16263348 from nm innovations shop (# 27, shop no. 3, r. J. Garden, marathahalli outer ring road,, anand nagar, aswath nagar, chinnapanna halli, bengaluru, karnataka 560037). I got the chimney delivered from. The shop on 2nd oct 2017. I had to follow up with elica technician to get it installed till now everyday. Today finally the technician came and when tested the chimney the chimney is not working. It's a damaged product.. I want he chimney to be replaced.

                              Dear all,
                              We had purchased 3 burner hob of italian company brand with name elica.
                              To my utter surprise, one of its burner is not giving flame to its capacity. I complain on 12th oct 17 at around 10am to elica coustmer cell[protected] with assurance to get rectified within 24-48 working hours. No response till 15th morning, i again call, again they said it will rectify.
                              Again i called up today i. E on 20th oct 17, talked to babita, dishant and there senior mr. Malik for the problem. Mr. Malik assured to send technician by today. After regular persuasion around 4.30 pm we able to talk again with mr malik for not getting any call from any technician. Finally we got call from technician mr. Neeraj, that he forgot the complaint as given to him. Now will come around 9 pm or tomorrow morning at 11 am. Though we got guest in the morning and we have to prepare food for them. Now, this the service after sale from elica? If, yes, then no one should buy any item of elica (Italy brand).? If its in fault of technician, what action will company take against him?

                                I bought kitchen chimney and requested elica team for installation.
                                Elica is postponing installation from last two days and today again got communication that technical team will visit tomorrow.
                                Got frustrated by such unprofessional behavior. If you are not in state of installation then please share actual information.
                                I had lost my two days just waiting for arrival of technical team.
                                I am not either promise of tomorrow's installation schedule will be kept or not.

                                  I purchased elica turboair from elica store bangalore on 24th jan 2017. The product is osb 60 bf. Right after started using the chimney, the oil started dipping from the baffle filters and falling inside the cooked food. I raised the complaint to elica on 4th march and they have visited our place to check the chimney more than 10 to 12 times with all so-called technicians but they always convinced us that it's our fault o[censored]sing too much cooking oil and we are not cleaning the filters after every 2 days. Also, they have pointed out that our chimney pipe outlet getting back air force so the oil is dipping where else in the same building people using other brands chimney having outlet pipe same direction but they are not facing such an issue neither they have to clean after every cooking.
                                  My concern is if i really need to clean the filters every 2 days then why did i purchase this chimney, and why visiting multiple times without giving any proper solution where else every time they are figuring out our usage problem other than accepting their product fault. Till today neither i have got any solution nor they are attending my issue after the repetitive reminder from last 3 weeks. Really biting my nail why did i purchase elica product that too after paying such a big amount.

                                  My new gas cooktop is not working properly and we are trying to make a call to the customre care since 2-3 days but our call isnt recieving to them

                                    Bought 4 burner elica hob but was given defective piece. Inner brass part was broken n now its been a month they have open it n taken that part to exchange with taking extra charges 4 it. Im still waiting 4 that part. Other 2 burners r not working properly, yellow flames r coming n making my vessels black. Flames r coming 4rm bottom of the burner..
