I had bought this chimney glace ltw 60 slim pb power plus led on[protected].
Within one month of buying the led light of the chimney started flickering. When i complained about it, the elica representative came and said that the led is within warranty and would get replaced.
Post that i got a call from elica stating that led is not within warranty and i will have to pay for it, when i countered them, they said that since it has been a mistake at there end and they have already stated that it is within warranty, this time they will change it for free.
Then 2 representatives came to my place to change the leds, none of them knew how to open the panel, they manhandled my chimney but could not install the lights.
Moreover when they showed me the lights i could see that these are not the same light as the original elica lights. When i asked them to show me the papers that these lights are originally from elica, they could not show it. They left on that day, without fitting my original led light properly. Now it is dangling from my chimney.
Post that another representative said that he will come with the papers, but no one came. Then i got a message from elica that since i have refused to pay for the led, my complaint is on pending status.
Please look into the matter immediately as this is absolute breach of trust from elica service center.

I have opened a service request on January 13th. But until now it's NOT resolved, I have been calling customer service and no resolution at all.
