Dear all,
We had purchased 3 burner hob of italian company brand with name elica.
To my utter surprise, one of its burner is not giving flame to its capacity. I complain on 12th oct 17 at around 10am to elica coustmer cell[protected] with assurance to get rectified within 24-48 working hours. No response till 15th morning, i again call, again they said it will rectify.
Again i called up today i. E on 20th oct 17, talked to babita, dishant and there senior mr. Malik for the problem. Mr. Malik assured to send technician by today. After regular persuasion around 4.30 pm we able to talk again with mr malik for not getting any call from any technician. Finally we got call from technician mr. Neeraj, that he forgot the complaint as given to him. Now will come around 9 pm or tomorrow morning at 11 am. Though we got guest in the morning and we have to prepare food for them. Now, this the service after sale from elica? If, yes, then no one should buy any item of elica (Italy brand).? If its in fault of technician, what action will company take against him?
