We have an apt explanation for all your grievances.
Firstly, your installation was delayed, as you stated that you will call us back for installation. But we never received your call before 1st of December.
Our technician came and installed your chimney thereafter. The delay between your installation request on 1st Dec. and the date of installation was all due to the confusion you had about the charges.
Now, about the charges, we have mentioned clearly every charges on our website. The link to this is : http://www.elicaindia.com/charges.aspx .
Please refer in the link that INSTALLATION IN DUCTING MODE CHARGES ARE : RS. 500.
Refer to 3rd point from bottom in the link. It clearly mentions : Core cutting or Granite cutting charges are not included in Installation charges.
We have all the charges clearly mentioned on our website, which if you had browsed, would have known beforehand.
We are a customer centric company and your claim about threatening about installation charges is completely baseless. Instead, we were trying to make you understand the actual charges.
We are always ready to help customers, going out of the way, if necessary, wherever it is possible.
We at last, request you to register your product for avoiding further confusion by sending your warranty card details and invoice copy on [protected]@elica.in .

Very first I called at 2nd of nov 2017 just after one day receiving the chimney.I have delivery proof when I received the chimney from snapdeal.Then continuously followup for installation these 5 days I did not get any response from your side so I decide to return chimney.If you are really serious with this issue I can send you call detail if you ask.
Second there is neither core cutting nor granite cutting, there is simple need of makking hole in 9inch single brick wall.For this simple work you are looting 400/ which is not in your price list also.
I have seen your price list there is no any clarity in service charges.
And for threatening issue I can show you discussion b/w suyog and me which I recorded as a proof.
I have opened a service request on January 13th. But until now it's NOT resolved, I have been calling customer service and no resolution at all.
