Hello we have purchased the chimney of model glace ltw 60 a year ago and the shop keeper did not inform us regarding the warranty registration so we have not registered and this is 15 years warranty product. Now the shop owner was changed and he is saying i don't know about the previous owner.

I bought elica cook top 18th july 2018 right now my flame is almost dead. Hi, almost 9 months back i bought a chimney from elica, one day it started vibrating making noises and fall down.. I have purchased the elica dishwasher and hardly used it 20 times and it's not working after that. I called customer care and some of there location service vendor visited and said that it's some electronic board is not working. I bought a product paying, say 4000 inr and investing 826 inr per year for maintenance that's not a fair deal, right?
