Hi,
Its been just a month we started using the stove, and two of the burners are not working properly, i have tried calling customer care they gave me different number [protected] - this number when i tried dialing says invalid

Then why have you published this number as customer care number?
The item is under warranty... Let us know whom to contact...

    Dear sir, i bought chimney in dec'17 and it makes huge noise like mixer from the day 1. So many times i had made complaints on this and some mechanic also came but end of the day they couldn't solve the issue. The product is kept unused for the past 6 months. I request you to replace with the new one or kindly service the chimney. There were no proper response from the customer care and when ever i call them they say that they have informed the service center and it will take 2 to 3 days for the spare parts to be get arrived. Its waste of money for me. Please take action and do the need full at the earliest and then you can say that you are world no 1.

      Engineer not visited for installation since 5-6 days. Called to customer care but still no resolution provided. Fed up with such organisation. Will share this feed back on social media and logged complaint on consumer forum if it is not resolved today.
      Worst experience first time. Even though they are charging for installation not providing services. Customer care is irresponsible.

          This product is a disaster to say the least! I've had it for several years however it works for about 4-6 weeks and then each burner stops working one by one. It is clearly not for indian cooking and maybe for simple boiling of european food. Normal indian cooking causes each burner to stop working in 4-6 weeks!

          Do not buy this product.

          And the icing on the cake is the disastrous, almost non-existent so called elica customer service. They don't attend to a call till 6-7 days and that's after 3-4 follow ups from you. When questioned the supervisors say, "teen chhar din to lag jatai hain".

          Product sucks and the customer support is non-existant! Don't touch this product with a 10 foot pole!!

          I purchased these two items on 29th May 2017. I requested for service of these two items from the nearest service centre as stated by the dealer from where I bought. They did so but now they r asking service charges as they r saying only electrical parts r covered under warranty nt the service. Kindly help. Why should I pay under warranty

            Good afternoon.
            It is perhaps my mistake to choose the product and was insisted by the sales person of radhika stores in pimple saudagar for the product quality.
            Well while installing the stove one of the burner was hanging, none of the three screws were fitted, it was rectified after great persuasion.
            During that first compliant it was agreed that the three gas brass burners would be replaced since two of the three have turned partially black is certainly quality issue.
            It is not yet fully being used since nobody is staying there.
            One of the major safety concerns is that explosive sound comes some times while giving spark for ignition.

                I bought elica chimney kitty white on 17th april. I recieved the chimany on 28th april. I am struggling to get it installed. I must say that the service is pathetic.

                Despite several reminders, phone calls, the installation person came today but told that i have to drill a hole in the wall. The retailer had told me that he will help with the person at an additional cost. Unfortunately not installed till now. I would like to refund the chimney.

                In future i would encourage everyone to buy online from amazon. At least they are more reliable than the local retailers.

                I have purchased a microwave less than a year now. When switched on starts warming up on its on. No switches are pressed. The motor comes on and the microwave starts heating up. Have complained so that your technician comes and repairs no one has turned up from the last 3 days.

                  Bought elica cook top few days back, it has stopped working, helpline number is always busy, once by chance, i got connected but executive simply dropped the call as soon i started. Cheap and hopeless products sold at premium. It is 3 burner cook top, only one is not working, elica said it is pipe gas issue but then why other two burners are working of same cook top? Elica does not have honestly to resolve issue and only waste customers time, sheer wastage of time and money.

                  Brass Burners provided by Elica in hob are of very poor quality. I need to replace these burners 3rd Time. I bought this elica hob and chimney in Nov 2012. Pics of burners are attached.
                  These burners are under life time warranty as written in the warranty booklet of elica, but the customer care executives always asks for money.

                      Do not buy the product within two days o[censored]se, i faced problems like knobs are getting extremely hot and base part of stove is also getting hot which is not user friendly for household purpose. Company not giving proper attention for service neither listening to our problem. Properly they will come at your place open the stove completely which is used only for 2 days, i guess elica company do not quality check there products before sending to market.                       Customer help line is just for show, no one answers it for hours and one is kept on hold for long long long time, Elica India website is down and it redirects to Elica Global site. Help line executives are rude and ask why call is made, it is obvious that customer is calling as he is facing issue with useless product of Elica. Technicians too are not trained properly by Elica, they just give false and misleading information. Their products are premium only in terms of pricing but third grade quality and backed by worst service and helpline which is hardly get answered.

                        We bought chimney on 2nd feb 2018 and it has been installed on 5th feb. After a 20 days over whenever we switch on chimney it went to auto clean mode. We raised the complaint and an engineer came. He said he will order a spare and will come back, 25 days went but he did not come back. After we made lot of calls with customercare and sending out emails then one person came and he attended the issue after few mins he said the issue resolved. But the same issue started coming in the same day evening. This is unacceptable. Seems that they given defective product. Please help to resolve this issue. They are not changing the chimney and not giving my money back.

                          The elica gas stove has been a trouble from the day of purchase. The 3 burners of the gas stops working every month. The burners either produce very low flame or does not produce flame at all. There has been servicing every month to clean the gas burners and every time we pay 300rs. After service within 2-3 days burner stops working. The service man has no clue about the problem. He does not give any solution. Lately he has stopped answering the calls. We complained in the customer care, and they will send another technician in their own sweet time. The burners are not working and there is immense inconvenience in cooking food. It has been a terrible experience with this product and horrendous experience with the servicing. The kind of mental stress we have gone through is inexplicable. Further we will only have to resort to consumer court for our rights to get value for money.

                            This is regarding not getting Installation for my new ELICA chimney/KITCHEN HOOD. I had bought an Elica hood 3 years ago. That time also I didn't get good service from your company. Today morning I have purchased a chimney/hood from your authorized seller but am not getting Installation service from your company. I am going to return the hood/chimney as well as urge everyone I know to not buy any of your products hence forth.

                            We request you to please make sure not to sell any product to gullible customers unless you also provide installation. I regret that I have bought your products despite of reading worse service reviews online. Guys beware, don't buy any of these products.

                                  My self danish shaikh from mumbai-badlapur, i am purchase chimney & hob top from prabhat appliance badlapur.

                                  1st i am launch complaint for installation of chimney your technician visit & install the same & taking rs.1200 for installation. This complaint attend after lot of fallow up & after 4days.

                                  Now again we launch complaint for hob top installation on dated 5th feb (Complaint no.99_526041), after lot of fallow up & call your technician visit asking for installation charges of rs.500, but when we purchase the same elica person say to prabhat appliances hob top installation charges is free so why we should pay this charges.

                                  I am very disappointed your service & your service provider language.

                                  Your service very bad, i will return your product to prabhat appliances already intimate to prabhat, i will suggested to my friend circle & family group not to purchase elica product.

Each time i will call the customee executove will gove a new date and say it will be done, but days has passed by for 3 weeks now and non of the technician called or came.                                       I bought elica gas stove having 4 burner for my new house kitchen with a hope that it will work smoothly but despite various reminders to the dealer/co. It is not working properly. One of the burner does not work. Elica engineer did not repaired it well. I have completely fed up from it. The dealer did not provided good after sale service. I need it to be replaced. Elica company is indulged in misselling of its product and get big amount of money from its customers but does not provide good quality product. It is purely a cheating with the innocent consumers.

                                        I bought a new chimney from elica authorized dealer. The installation was done by elica authorized person paying an installation charge. The product was found defective on first use.

                                        Elica is not ready to replace the defective product. They tried to repair the product by sending technicians to my house, but the defect was never resolved after 4 visits by different technicians.

                                        I require a replacement of the defective product. Delivering a defective product without quality checks and repairing at customer location is not expected for a product with an mrp of inr 26000.
