    I have purchased Elica Gas Stove 3 Burner on 12th Aug 2018, after the use within 2 weeks we got issue with it

    1. Central Knob came out.
    2. Big Gas Burner flame is reduced to small.

    I have registered a complaint on 28th Aug with CRM ID 99_693738, I made follow up with service center, dealer nobody visited till now.

    Also I have been told that, I have to pay visiting charges of Rs. 250+GST for the Gas stove which I purchased 2 weeks back and got the issue.

    I would like to understand, does Elica understand Gas Stove issues needs quick help as it is related to our safety??

    Also what type of quality products Elica is making, Gas stove which got issues with in 2 weeks??

    I need response at the earliest, till now we have received worst response from customer care.

      Bought an elica hob 18 months ago. All burners have gone bad & need replacement costing about rs. 8000.

      Following is the message sent on the elica website:
      Elica hob flexi brass hct 4b 70dx bought from roopam at lohar chawl. Burners going bad after 18 months. Rs. 8000 for replacement. What guarantees it will not happen again after spending rs. 8000. Just called your help line & cancelled the burner order which anyway is expected after 2 weeks, how do we cook food for 2 weeks?

        In less than a year of purchase and installation, with nothing done to it, the glass hob has crumbled to pieces on it. Thank god no one was around, else there could have been several injuries as well.

        It is hard to imagine that a company with an international brand reputation can sell such substandard products. However, it seems that elica has been selling this substandard product to a whole bunch of people in india, judging by the sheer number of online complaints against this particular product in question.

        Company is lying. Ask them to submit the document or proof of glass replacement. Today at 1445 hrs your one more technician made a visit to check the broken glass.

          Have raised a warranty claim request for my cooktop patio ict dt 773 blk which i purchased on june 24th 2018. Warranty claim date is july 22nd 2018.

          An engineer visited on july 23rd and made his report and nobody visited after that. I tried calling the dealer many times but i am not getting satisfactory response. They always tells me that they have raised a concern with company. It's been around 1 month and still the issue is unresolved.

          I never expected the pathetic service from such a reputed brand.

            Hi team,

            I brought a "elica 377 ct vetro" from kohinoor life styles baner on 4th june 2018. On 11th aug 2018 top glass was broken suddenly.

            We are fallowing all protocols to use the gas stove as mentioned. For resolution i have called customer care and raised a complaint "99_677412" and fallowed up so many times.

            But till today nobody contacted me with the resolution, when i requested cc to transfer the call to senior executive he said there is no senior executive to answer my call.

            So recommend not to buy the elica product due pathetic service which they provide to consumers. Just waste of money and time.

              elica burners

              Hi

              I bought elica "flexi brass hct 470 dx" on 23rd october 2016.

              After 4 months, we submitted a complaint with elica service center for yellow flame. They reached out and checked the stove. They cleaned it a bit and went.

              Also after the first cleaning, the flame started coming out from the sides.

              Problem wasnt solved, so again after 6 months, we lodged a complaint. Same action was...

              We have logged many complaints about the chimney which is not working. CRM ID 99_669670. Till now no one visited house and rectified. When ever we call them they are saying they will surely visit and never visited. Is this the kind of service we get?

                I complaint about the backfire taken place on one of my burner. My daughter was lighting the stove at that time, flame came towards her, luckily she got survived. This was an incident. Immediately my wife called HP gas mechanic, he replaced all four burners, he charged 2160 rupees. I called three four times to customer care about this incident, the executive assured me call back all the time but till now no call came from company.

                I bought elica chimney (kitty series ).but now the chimney lacks suction power and makes crackling sound.The chimney doesnt have suction power.

                  I am writing to report a complaint regarding the oil collector of Elica kitchen chimney that I purchased from Amazon on 13 May 2018.

                  From its installation on 18 May 2018, the oil collector has fallen automatically twice, first time on 16 June 2018 and second time on 10 July 2018. Both the times it fell, the chimney was not even in on mode. In short, the collector just fell from its place without any reason.

                  I have been following up with your customer care executives ever since the recent piece fell without any success. The technician called Sridhar visited my house Saturday but he was of no help. He refused to provide a replacement and told me that he would discuss the matter with head office. More over, he was not even able to answer basic questions related to the function and operation of the chimney. I suspect that Sridhar has not fitted the oil collector properly both the times when it was replaced.

                  I request you to look in the matter at the earliest and provide me with a new oil collector. Please note that the recently fitted collector was under warranty of one month. It was installed on 26 June 2018.

                    We bought ELICA stove last February. From the time of installation, the fan sound is more and cannot be increased or decreased. A spark noise is made when any of the stove is on. With these complaints, we called a service center. The call was answered and they sent a serviceman. The person tried to repair the spark sound but couldn't repair hood/chimney. He told he will come next day but didn't come back. Still now nobody came and we couldn't use the stove.Please acknowledge the complaint and take further action. Thank You

                      I am very much disappointed with Elica service center. My Elica oil collector is broken when it was under warranty. when i called service center they said it will cost me 400/- and it does not cover any warranty. I somehow managed with broken oil collector. Now it is completely broken and I called service center again. I got call from 3 service center and they are asking 650/- 1100/- and 1600/- respectively for the same oil collector. The price is not consistent in all the service center. It openly cheating by all the service center. Please let me know what is actual cost for oil collector for elica BF 60 turbo air and request you to provide me at earliest.

                        I bought elica chimney last month (Near yelahanka police station shop) and i clearly told the retailer that it has to be installed with a cover and i don't want to see the exhaust pipe open. Before billing he said they have done thousands of installations and he will take care of it.

                        While installing, the person who came to install the device just ignored all my requests and said this is how it can be installed and closed it. Now by kitchen looks awkward with this non-sense installation. Also the installation is made such a way that it hits head every time while cooking.

                        Hope elica replies to my concerns and resolve this issue soon.

                          About one month back i had made complaint for non working of filter of elica chimney. After a week inspection was done and told that the filters are to be replaced and the filters were pulled out from the chimney by him. I said ok please change the filters. Then a message came that it will take fortnight to replace the filters. After a lot of chasing and repeated telephones till date nothing has been done. I am very much surprised that the how the elica company doing work.

                          Now what should i do should i sent back the whole chimney to the complany as the same is out of order for the last one and half month.

                            Elica service engineer took the motor / chimney, stove and collected money on 16th june. As on date no update.

                            Message from. Elica:

                            Hi sam complaint number for elica chimney repair is s9c15000039. Service will be provided within 24 hours. Technician name is mr. Vivek and contact number is [protected]. Visiting & inspection charge is rs.600/-. For any assistance call +91-[protected] (9am-5.30pm)

                            When i have contacted today, they say give rs. 6000 or they will not return the stove.

                              I have bought deep silence chinmey on 28-may 2018. The store person at bund garden, pune is a pure cheat. He just gave away the chinmey without any detailed demonstration and the product in store is really deep silence but when i installed at home the noise level is high... They are saying bcoz of 1200 suction power the noise level would be high. This is a case of cheating by elica company.

                              After repetitive complaint i have still not got any solution.3-4 times the technician has visited and done his part still the issue of noise is not resolved yet.

                              This is enough of your company.. Its almost been a month i have been regularly calling customer care for some help. I want the whole unit to be replaced with a good working mode. Please arrange for an immediate replacement of the product.

                              The company is saying it is deep silence but noise level is huge. This is a case of cheating. I wont tolerate more or else i have to move to consumer court.

                                  I wish to inform you about my problem with our chimney. We installed a brand new chimney in our house 3 years back. It has repeatedly given us problems which were jus temporarily fixed by the worksmen. Later some part wasnt available they said. Now my chimney is not in working condition and is lying idol since your workman has visited and removed out from its place.
                                  Since last one year i have been registering my complaint several times. The same has also been communicated to mr. Bhosale, company's service head, but there hasn't been any satisfactory response. Nobody is ready to tell what should i do about it now.
                                  A customer trusts the company and its quality for purchasing such an expensive product and he exepects proper service post the purchase. But the service we are getting is not worth the money spent.
                                  Please take a note and fix my problem or else give me an exchange for my chimney.
                                  A positive response is awaited.

                                    I have bought the chimney in last year september 2017, it worked for 2 months and after that it used to start suddenly and stop. After many followups technician came and changed the touch display but after changing the display fan stopped sucking the smoke properly. I am following up with them on this issue from last 3 months and no resolution has been provided yet. Their technicians come and visit my places, make some excuses and go back without resolving the issue.

                                    Please get my issue resolved as they are harrassing me by not doing the work. I called them multiple times but they are not responding.
