I have purchased Elica Gas Stove 3 Burner on 12th Aug 2018, after the use within 2 weeks we got issue with it
1. Central Knob came out.
2. Big Gas Burner flame is reduced to small.
I have registered a complaint on 28th Aug with CRM ID 99_693738, I made follow up with service center, dealer nobody visited till now.
Also I have been told that, I have to pay visiting charges of Rs. 250+GST for the Gas stove which I purchased 2 weeks back and got the issue.
I would like to understand, does Elica understand Gas Stove issues needs quick help as it is related to our safety??
Also what type of quality products Elica is making, Gas stove which got issues with in 2 weeks??
I need response at the earliest, till now we have received worst response from customer care.
