I bought elica chimney from amazon that got delivered and installed, however after a normal use of chimney it stopped working from the next week.

I called elica 6-8 times and spoke with their customer support team who assured to be looking into problem even i was promised by a supervisor name suyog for a technician visit on 16-june-17 that indeed did not come!
I called thereafter elica twice and call was disconnected by their customer reps and no callback was made!
This is complete unprofessional behavior from a so called world class chimney brand.

Any help?

    Dear sir /madam,

    I present my compliments and beg to say that i am very much disappointed with the above said product.

    I am renovating our premise and i had shortlisted your products compared to other manufacturer as i was assured about your quality and service. I approached m/s. Vijay sales who are a reputed vendor of elica products and many other reputed brands they retail.

    The sales person showed us the catalogue of elica chimney and i shortlisted the above product, along with other elica kitchen products. But when the said product was installed by your technician i was bit shocked and surprised, as the product did not match the image on the catalogue.

    There is definitely misrepresentation of the product, instead of black colour strip, i received chrome finish strip on the upper side of the chimney. As our entire look of the kitchen is in black and gold the stainless steel finish ruins the entire look.

    I have verbally told the staff of vijay sales to look into this matter along with the manager on 23rd april 2017, they assured me that they will talk to elica regarding this issue but till date there is no reply from anybody.

    I re-checked with the catalogue and have obtained the copy of the catalogue from them to prove myself that the product is different from what is mentioned and what is dispatched.

    I would sincerely appreciate if you could kindly resolve this issue amicably in order to avoid bad feeling about the product so purchased from you. I would request you to now kindly make a note of my complaint, as the same has been not resolved

      Hi,
      Please treat this as an escalation on Elica technicians for being unable to fix an issue for past 2 months.

      I purchased this chimney and this has not been working. The motor completely stopped and the light glows dim. Complained to Elica thru their phone number with complaint no 315195 on 24-Mar-2017. The engineer visited and said motor needs to be changed. After 10 days the motor was replaced and still the product did not work. The engineer promised to come back and then closed the ticket suddenly. This is pathetic service. How can the complaint be closed without resolving it?

      I called customer service twice after that and again 2 more new tickets were created which were never resolved and just blindly closed. So far around 5 engineers have come and everymtime a new person comes. The technician came on 04-May and 19-May again and could not resolve the issue. Every time they say they need some part replacement and never come back. Every next time a new engineer comes who start everything from scratch. I am tired of explaining the problem to every guy.

      All these with a product which comes with a life time warranty. It is shameful on Elica. Such a poor service from Elica.

      Please arrange for a replacement of the entire unit and get it addressed on priority. I also need a compensation for the delays made and frustrations which I had to go through. If I do not hear from you, I will have to raise the issue with Elica Italy headquarters. If that also fails, I will have to go for legal action.

        The problem seems to continue. The technician came again on 4-May, fixed the issue partially and promised to come back the next day. It has been 13 days since then. I followed up with him 3 times and every time he says he will come the next day. The day never comes. His name is Kumar and his number is [protected] .
        Such a poor service from Elica. May be i will have to take legal action now.

          Bought a gas stove and chimney worth 20, 000/- a year back.

          Gas pipe joint broke and gas started to leak, we were able to stop the flow of the LPG gas by switching off the gas regulator

          For this we called the customer care and raised a complaint regarding the broken gas cable joint, got an assurance to get immediate assistance

          still no response, called number of times which was of no use

          Service engineer has changed 250/- also did not provide a bill for the service

          Though the call centre agent confirmed that this would be covered under warranty

            I am residing in bangalore and had an idea to purchase elica hob and chimney to use it in coimbatore for my newly constructed apartment. But unfortunately I had a problem of transporting the product from bangalore. So I decided to purchase it in coimbatore itself.

            Bur really I am unhappy with the sales team available in coimbatore. They are not in the mood to sell the product as we were asking for the price available in bangalore.
            The problem is either they should avail the facility of transporting and delivering the product as per customers requirement or arrange for the product in coimbatore.

            The sales team is not ready to help us as we have made many quires from various dealers.

            It is their reponsiblity to stick with customers satisfaction.

            Need a positive remedy. Please do work on the price too.

              My Elica Chimney burners are not working and it may cause anytime accident at my home. I raised request on 15th april and after that daily I called 3 -4 times and every time executives accepted my call and said apologies and escalated but no resolution yet.

              Today I spoke 4 - 5 times again, spoke with technician, confirmed that he will come @04:30 PM but unfortunately it is 6 PM now .

              Top of that there is no sync between customer care and local customer care. Everytiime they are asking problem and my address ..

              I am scared and serious if there is any accident - I have two kids at home..

              They are claiming world's larget chimney seller but their service is horrible... I will not suggest to buy any product from them

                Hello,

                I am regular user of elica products, recently i have purchased elica chimney tcg bf 60 nero 1100.

                It was working well till yesterday. But today it turns into disaster, chimney was off and nothing was cooking on gas stove. We all were sitting in hall and suddenly we heard a huge glass breaking sound like a bomb blast. Chimney glass broken into pieces, no was inside of kitchen that time but surely if someone was doing something inside of kitchen that person surely will get hurt badly that time.

                I thanks God who saves my family member from this situation, but will definitely will not use and will not advice elica products henceforth.

                Is this your standard? I doubt you will be following safety guides in your products.

                Was not accepting this kind of products from your side.

                      I had requested installation of elica chimney on 20th March my complaint number is 313193 I got no response from anyone since then I have called up 3-4 times but there is no response from the executive.. it's been a week now.. Mr binayak took responsibility to revert back and send the executive but still no one has come.. if during installation they are not bothered then how will they be of any help to me after that..

                      I have newly purchased elica hob recently in the month of January. Now from past two weeks ignition switches are not working.Auto ignition is stopped and main power gets tripped if gas power switch is on.

                        I had purchased chimney model spot tc 90cm from paytm site and got delivery on[protected]. i have registered my chimney installation at accurate chimney service on same day. they will gave me time of within 48 hours but till date they are not do it. now they are not pickup my phone from last 2 days. please do something and installed it as soon as possible

                          On 14th march night this elica brand glass cooktop blasted when my wife was cooking...glass fragments were all where in my kitchen..the noise was not less than a real blast..my wife got injuries on her hand ...she was using this since 6 months with all the safety measures.

                          it was a shock for all o[censored]s, my kid was there just before the incident...why Elica is manufacturing such life risk stuffs???
                          and to the worst the customer care service is awful ...we called them again and again..after two days a technician turned up with no knowledge ..he left within 5 minutes saying he would report to CC people.
                          I will never recommend anybody to go for Elica's any of such products.

                          This is very bad experience. I will circulate this matter all where in social media and will take to higher authorities if its not resolved at the earliest possible.

                          Provide me the compensation or replace this defective product with a steel cooktop ...

                            I bought a new built-in-oven on 29/01/2017, after 10-15 days it was used and found to be faulty with half the oven heating up and the other half not working, a complaint was registered (Complaint number 299195).

                            A technician first came to check and returned back from the door without even checking the appliance. And again no action was taken.

                            Then another complaint had to be registered and now a technician (Deepak) came after a few days and checked the appliance and returned back stating the element is working fine but yes the appliance is not working properly and we will look into it.

                            Now after a few days another technician (Deepak kumar) visited and now stated that the element is faulty which is causing the uneven heating and will be changed.

                            Now i have from the start been requesting that this piece be changed as this has been faulty from the very beginning, a new piece from the company is faulty why should i get it repaired.

                            I have since spoken to the service manager mr. Harinder malik also and he is stating things like "i don't know in what conditions have you kept the appliance" and more such issues which is he just stating to get out of getting the piece exchanged.

                            This is not my first elica product, i already own another built-in-oven and also a chimney but have not faced such issues before.

                            I want the piece exchanged and not repaired as it has been faulty since day1. A new appliance is faulty why should i get it repaired? It is the companys fault and should be replaced immediately.

                            If the same does not happen i will be compelled to move to consumer court.

                            Dear Sir, As per the telephonic conversation with Surendra Pillay on 14/03/2017 the heating element will be replaced FOC ( free of cost).
                            However the product is not installed by the authorized service center the warranty is null and void.
                            Since ELICA PB INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is a customer centric company we are replacing the spare on FOC (free of cost).

                              Hello. After 15 days elica gas stove is damaged... Then after 2days back returns to that problem ...what can I do...I m very bad trouble in that case .and not responding my cal ..what should I do.. please please help me immediately...and customer care also not responded ...

                                I was purchased Elica vertical chimney on 10/2/17 after 3 days we got chimney but when the person installed their was problem in the product so that the dealer is saying we will replace it but still we didnt get any response & i was give n the complaint to elica thru customer care on 17/2/17 & its CRM iD is 299751from company side also no body visited & they also not taken any action pls initiate this on top priority

                                  I purchase these product in the month of November and installed after 15 days. After installation next day medium gas stove burner smelling. i again complaint to customer care. then 2 person come from Akhand Enterprises and say greese problem and repair it. after 15 days the gas smell come. again i complaint but the problem not solve. it's very risky for my family.

                                  I purchase Elica 773CT Vectro in the month of May 2017 and got installed Immediately after 2 days. In month of August flame was noticed near connection of gas pipe and gas stove. Immediately we contacted Akhand Enterprises (Contact No.[protected]). Then 2 person come from Akhand Enterprises next day and told we have to change and put L Shape connector (Gas pipe and Gas Stove) and told will visit next day as they didn't get that connector along with them. Next day the person didn't turned up. There was more gas smell coming. Same day i called the person and Complaint regarding gas smell. But next day also the person didn't turned up. They dont understand the seriousness of the issue. It's very risky.

                                  I want Elica Company to please take necessary action on this service centers else there would be a big questions on Elica Brand & their Service calls.

                                    Last week
                                    Elica Engineer
                                    serviced my Elica gas stove very next day again l called him
                                    One burner was not working After servicing.
                                    Now again after two days same burner not working. I
                                    requested for same problem.
                                    As per your company rules I have paid service charges.
                                    But my problem /defect not solved. Please now I contacted that person he is not coming to attend my complaint.on 21jan 17 he says I will com on Monday 1100h but he didn't came again I called him. He told 2pm I will come but after that he is not picking up phone.

                                      I had lodged a complaint on 4 Jan 17 for turntable not rotating in Microwave oven.
                                      Complaint no 279896
                                      On 6 Jan 17 technician visited and left stating that the motor needs to be changed which will take 3-4 days.
                                      I have called customer care on 14, 15 & 16 Jan to be told everyone that a call back will be arranged.
                                      Nothing has happened so far.
                                      Please expedite the repairs as such attitude shows such a highly reputed company in poor light.

                                        Elicas gas stove glas top got bursted out and i had raised a cutomer complaint by calling elica customer care. Raised almost a week ago.
                                        Customer care person said, this issue will be treated with very high prio and it is escalated.

                                        Every second day i am calling up and worst thing to hear from customer care is :

                                        "this issue will be treated with very high prio and it is escalated."
                                        - i need to find out the meaning of escalation and very high priority. :)

                                        No sms to my mobile, no technician or service person arrived so far. No status updates.

                                        I am planning to buy a gas stove from other company. Never had such a bad experience with any product and customer care.
