Elica four burner gas stove not working when burner is under warranty

Not able to fix the problems

We decided to buy a blue cook top from Elica for the exchange of my black cooktop which had no problems. I loved the blue, only because of that we decided to go for an exchange. We waited for two weeks as the shop in Kadugodi did not have the auto ignition one. We got one on May 12th.
Within a week of purchase the surrounding near the rim of the burner started turning brown. I called up the shop then after a week he send a technician....

Not attending to complaints-replacement of spares are not done for over six months.

Poor product quality and arrogant sales and support

I bought Elica hob (4-burner) with glass top. Original product configuration - 1 large multi or tri-burner + 3 black coated swirl burners. When buying product we had requested 1 swirl burner to be replaced with full top cover Indian (not Italian) burner which was shown in black colour. Within 2 uses - not even 2 -days the black coating of this burner started peeling off to partially show the brass top and partially the black coating....
