Due to non standard installation of chimney, rat entered in duct and damaged filter, piping, blower, assemly and sponge.
Company technician visited and not ready to accept wrong installation done.
He has given all wrong commitments and replace only half parts only on chargeable basis. On very first visit, technician commited no need ordered other parts as he will manage locally.
I asked to replace sponge as it is responsible to reduce noise.
Elica is not redy to take responsibility of technician wrong commitments. Asking for 2500/- to replace sponge which is to high and send back to office (Pune) by me.

    I had called the customer service 8 days ago for elica chimney installation. It bought it from amazon. I called on toll free no and they said the technician would come in 24-48 hours. The technician called and said he would come the other day but till date he didn't show up. I took a leave from the office that day. Tried calling him a couple of times but he didn't receive the phone either.
    I called the customer care again yesterday and again the process started but nobobody visited up till now... I suppose to get a call from service manager but nobody called me.

      Dear sir

      I bought elica cook top 6 months back, now its not working for last three days, i tried calling the elica's toll free complaint no but it is always busy or on hold all the time
      I am not able to make lodge complaint to erica's local service provider as he is saying he can't lodge the complaint till intimation from elica head office.

      Its very amazing that elica costumer care contact no is not working properly and elica local service provider is not able to get complaint directly.

          I requested for installation of the product, the guy came only for inspection and charged 250 rupees which will be adjusted against the installation charges.

          He quoted 1550 for one 6 inch pipe and we will need 1 and half of it. The prices mentioned on the website and what was told by customer care was almost 50% less than that. So we thought to confirm with customer care and told the guy we will let you know the installation date. We asked the guy if we get the pipe that he mentioned (Aluminium and flexible 6 inches) ourselves will he install it. He said yes and confirmed this even with customer care.

          Now when i asked him to come for installation, he kept on promising but not showing up for 2 days and now the service center is refusing to install and says we will not honor your warranty as well as we would not do the registration and also will not refund the part installation charges he has already charged.

          The service center in question is shivoma international.

          Are they hired to install or mint money by overcharging for ducts? Maybe you can ask them to charge for installation​ more than using such shady tactics.

            I bought the elica flat glace 75 chimney from kohinoor in kandivali in april 2017. I just called the company for installation in september 2017. The reason of buying the product early was to make holes in wall, tiling and furniture according to dimensions of product.
            According to installation instructions in the manual there is a duct reducer (150 dia to 120 dia) that is provided for certain models (Included in package of my model). All my tiling and furniture has been made around these reduced duct dimensions (Reducer provided with product) as shown in the installation diagram in manuals of company
            However, now the guys coming for installation say the product won't work for 120 dia duct, even though the manual clearly says it will. The installers are asking me to sign a disclaimer that i will be responsible if i insist on 120 dia duct instead of 150dia, effectively waiving warranty.
            My kitchen furniture costs 5, 00, 000 rs and 5 months of my time. I cannot redo my entire kitchen just for some whims and fancies of the installer.
            I feel completely cheated. Please look into the matter.

              Dear sirs,. I purchased an elica chimney wide po order number 25augst 2017
              From i. H. B enterprises bannergatta road bangalore 76.[protected].
              On 30th august the mechanic came from installation and partly did the job and did not fixed the duct cover. The duct cover needs to be cut for which he will come afterwards with the necessary instrument. He will be charging rs. 500 for installation plus rs.400 for cutting the duct cover. My submission is that the theychimney has been fixed at 75cm above the cooking plane. Had he fixed it at about 70cm., lgthere would have been no need to cut the duct cover and no extra payment of rs. 400 to the mechanic would be payable. It appears that the mechanic has intention ally fixed the chimney at higher point to get an extra payment which is not fair. The mobile number of mechanic is [protected].                 We bought elica chimney on 23rd august 2017 from laxmi home appliances mg road pune (Authorised elica outlet), on repeated call request for installation on number provided by sales outlet the guy did not turn up for installation and kept bypassing same and once disconnected call done for installation.
                Hence we hired a professional for installation of the chimney on 26th aug 2017, however the chimney did not start up due to technical issue on approaching dealer for replacement of the said chimney i was told to contact service centre on the same day, which was done and the matter was told to be sorted in 24 hrs time by then representative khushboo at elica serv centre however failing to have received a reply we contacted service centre again to speak to mr suyog who promised us to resolve the issue however on failing to receive a call back we contacted centre again and asked to connect to senior in charge and then spoke to savio for almost half an hour on the issue who promised to connect a conference call with installation guy and disconnected call without formally ending conversation since then he is not courteous enough to call back either. Now no one is entertaining us as the agency is asking us to approach elica and elica is asking us to contact the place of purchase don't understand the area where we need to contact for the defective product to be replaced.

                This has been a very sour experience with a big brand like elica.

                We would like a complete replacement of product as a faulty product was delivered to us

                  I had purchased elica 5 burner automatic ffr gas stove around 18 months back, the product was faulty from day one, the main complain was the burners would not lit up on pressing the knobs it would take 30 secs to 1 min to lit up, on lodging multiple complains the service guy would come but he never could repair properly, now since end of june the service agent has opened my stove and has not come to assemble, i do not know why are they selling nationwide if they can't keep min spare parts in nagpur, cause thats the reason the service guy says for delay in attending the case.
                  God help elica customers, i would never ever give reference of this stove to anybody

                    I bought elica four brass burner gas stove and hardly used for eight months and now the bigger size burners are leaking and flame goes off even in sim position i have complained and contacted elica call centre many time and got assurances that the complaint will be attended promptly. I am told burners are defective and will be replaced and complaint will be solved. I request for immediate response

                      I bought a chimney on 28.07.2017. On 31.07.2017 i informed your customer care associates on telephone and requested her to install my chimney.in response to that she give me a crm no 388442 and assured me that chimney would be installed within 48 hrs. On 02.08.2017 i waited till 1100am then called the electronics shop from where i had purchased the chimney. After that a technician called me and told that he would come to install the chimney. I guided him to my residence. When he reached their, he told me that he would only hang the chimney on the wall. When i asked him install and demonstrate the full operation like how to operate the chimney. Then he asked me whether i brought a exhaust pipe or not? I told him that i had not been informed about purchase a exhaust pipe, you install the pipe i would pay whatever be the cost of the pipe. Then he told that he did not have any exhaust pipe now but it would be fitted by that day evening or tomorrow. But you have to pay rs 1000/- (One thousand) for that. I told him that i would pay the money but please install today or maximum by tomorrow. Then i paid him rs 500/- for hanging chimney. But it around 48 hrs from that time no body has come with exhaust pipe and my chimney is hanging on wall only.

                      It is very painful to informed you that i have been already informed by your one existing customer that service of elica is very bad at surat but now only i could realized that he was right.

                          I recently shifted to thane hiranandani in a rented apartment. From last 3 days i am struggling to get the elica gas stove burner fixed. When contacted the concerned lal bhadur some technician who was delaying this installation, i had taken leave to just get this fixed but it's been wasted. When called the customer care number they say this area is not under them and call the concerned person only. This is real frustrating where people talk about customer service and such people are appointed as customer service executive and technicians.

                          We tried calling on your number ([protected]) but there is no response from your end however As per the telephonic conversation the site supervisor Mr Mathew the product installation is done.
                          We have a gas stove having three burners. The appliance is not in warranty period. Now the problem is that there is not sufficient gas pass through the burners and also it takes much time to flame .
                          There is one more problem is that, the supply tube ( rubber tube ) which passes gas to the burner is damage at the starting point.

                            Dear elica team ... this is ASAP emergency please !!!

                            In an emergency the toll free 1800 number never responds and neither does the chennai service center number. I hence come here to submit my complaint.

                            From 24th June 2017when the gas stove was in use it catches fire near the on/off tuner knob and around the small burner.
                            On 26th it became scary for me to use the stove any further. I switched off the regulator of the cylinder and fortunately i missed from major accident.

                            I removed the plugin of the stove and kept aside. Temporarily on normal stove. Need help ASAP to resolve this please.

                            Burner is broken and the knobs are broken we complained about it but no one comes anytime we had the warranty but no one came and our warranty expired we call your man but no one come's we are calling since a year now we are tired you just send a consult person who can repair it at immediate
                            I bought a chimny of model 'HYDRA LTW 60 NERO PD POWER' of touch panel in the month of 7/17. After a month it has stopped working and even its touch panel is also not working. It is kindly requested to get it replaced/repaired at the earliest.

                              Hi,

                              I have recently bought a Elica Chimney from you. From the day it was delivered, it is not working . I did complaint for same and some technical persons came with some kits and still issue did not resolve. the delivered take back and again delivered it and again same thing happen, same issue the Chimney was not operating at all . The seal open piece was not operating second time after taken back redelivered. the third time again the chimney taken back and again redelivered may be after some technical correction. So after initial order it took almost than 15 days to deliver the product in working condition.
                              After that the chimney in between keep operating or sometime not at all. so issue is still there it is not resolved yet. and now my chimney is not operative for more than a 20 days. I have call shop owner several times but he is not ready to accept any request since he is done with job of selling the product and earn his commission he redirects us to helpline every time for anything . I have told him this several time the this product is getting inoperative in between and again start automatically again.
                              I have already logged complaint for same but the technical person just came and took some videos and snaps of Hood and not reverted back yet.

                              I am really upset with the product which sole to me it is a Defective products. and the day bought it i am getting continuos errors for same and it is not working at all. I have bought 2 products Kitchen Top and Hood . From first day i facing this issues, How can assure that this product will work properly within 3 months it started showing its defect . it is look like i have bought really unnecessary headache, since this Product did not worked at all since I bought it .

                              I request you can you please look into this issue on priority and replace the product and give me in working condition or another model withouot issues.

                                Company dealer (Add - laxmi road, opp to gokhale auditorium, pune) provided me defective gas stove, i called concern dealer regarding the same but he was rude also asked me to launch complaint against company. As a dealer his job was to fix my problem but he simply refused to do so.
                                I am going to register complaint against dealer and company in consumer court.

                                HOOD CHIMNEY BLACK through snapdeal. Chymeny delivered but despite repeated missed call no body is contacting for its installation. i am planning to sending it back in nobody is turning for its installation.

                                  We purchased elica 4 burner model 4 months back.

                                  The four burners sizes

                                  - the front 2 burners
                                  One is a "big" size burner and the other is a "medium" size burner

                                  - the back 2 burners are of "small" size (Both are of equal size)

                                  Just within a week of its usage, the front side left burner (Medium size one) is making popping noise when we try to turn the nob to increase the flame from sim.

                                  Adding to my above complaint, the nob of the problematic burner is very tight to operate but the rest of 3 burner nobs are smooth . Am not sure if this has any link with the popping sound coming from this medium sized burner .

                                    Chemney was purchased on 03/06/2017 at rajajnagar, bangalore model cresty chemney, installed on 07/06/2017. Unfortunately chemney stopped working within ten days i. E., from 17/06/2017. Tried to call toll free no, which was busy most of the time. Finally complaint registered through sms, but no service engineer attended and told mother board is not working. Rediculous, chemney not working within 10 days of installation. Please replace current chemney with new one. Hope my problem will be solved

                                      Hi, i have placed a complaint today morning (21 june 2017) and till now there is no response for the complaint.
                                      We purchased a combo set of chimney and glass gas hob (Vetro 4 b 70 swirl)
                                      And today morning all of a sudden the glass bursted luckily no one was in the kitchen and none got hurt.

                                      Is this the quality of glass used which just bursted just after a month of the purchase of the new product?
                                      We raised a complaint to get it replaced and no technician has called yet.

                                      Please contact and get the issue resolved soon.
