Tried to get in touch with your call centre, since I am not getting any response, I had to contact you.
I reside in Bangalore, India and yesterday evening I had bought Elica Kitchenhood ( Model No. : OSB NAC TOUCH BF 60) at ( Mahaveers, No. 35/2, Pukhraj Layout, Opp. Kothari Granites & Marbles, Near Marble Center/Axis Bank ATM, Bannerghatta Road, Adugodi (Post), Bangalore - 560 030. Tel.No.[protected] Mobile: [protected] ). While selling I was told that the Kitchenhood will have life time warranty ( 14 years). Today morning your outsourced staff came for installation and unpacked the pack. I just saw the warranty manual and was surprised to see that it was I year for all other parts except the rotor and motor. The rotor and the motor’s warranty is of 5 years. So immediately I called the dealer and he said very clearly that it is 14 years and said that he will discuss with Elica sales head an come back. Since I didn’t get any reply nor I was able to reach him, I called your service centre[protected] by 10:22 AM I was even surprised to hear from your executive that this product information is not available and said that they are escalating and their Manager would call within 5 mins.. Immediately I went through your website and found that your product catalogue does not have such a product with the model number.
Since I didn’t get any call, I called your Service desk again by 10: 47 am as the installation guys were waiting in my residence. With the discussion happened with yr call centre executives and they said they will escalate and someone will call. Again waited till 12:10 pm and called with the same discussion and same reply. I am really disturbed whether I had bought the original product or a fake ELICA product and why so much of confusions with the manufacturer and also the dealer.
I am not getting any solutions and hence contacting you to get a quick resolution. I am very unhappy and wanted to return the product.
CAN SOMEONE TALK TO ME ASAP ?.

Elica India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But since my installation, that is almost 1 months back, the stove is not working properly.
Inspite of registering complain with elica as well as hyderabad none actions are taken.
Initially a junior technician came from elica, but he couldn't solve my problem. He left saying they will arrange replace new burner. But nothing is happening.
Even after speaking to service center regarding the same, they just keep saying that they are working from,
