My gas burner (hob) is not working for the last 8 days. I lodged a complaint with the company's Toll Free Customer Care Number and the executive registered my complaint for which i did not get any complaint number or SMS.The Executive informed me that a technician will contact me after 6 days. I was shocked to hear this and asked again ' in 6 days', are you serious. I was totally shocked to hear this from a reputed company like Ellica. I have never ever have heard such a thing from any other companies.

I lodged a complaint around the 19th of August and till today i have not received any call from the technician or the company regarding my complaint. I had contacted the customer care a number of times and they told me that my complaint is being escalated to higher authorities and that i will receive a cal back from the technician today itself. i contacted the customer care today also and the same reply was given to me but till now i have not received any call yet.

As my Hob is not working properly, we are not able to cook food for the last 8 days. We have been forced to go out to eat or call for food everyday. This is very frustrating and difficult for all o[censored]s to eat outside food for such a long time.

Please advise what should i do as i am fed up from calling the customer care again and again to no avail.

    I recently purchased a cooktop from elica & now i need to convert LPG to CNG for which i registered a visit with customer care on monday & i was been told it will be resolved within 3-6 days. Today its 5th day my complaint is unresolved when im calling customer care they are promising me with visit @ particular time but no one is coming & i am missing my office & no one is coming yet.

      We've been facing lot of problems with elica 4 burner stove. At first it was the knobs which used to get heated up very soon as a result we couldn't even touch it. They changed the knobs twice but the current ones are getting very tight and now the burners are not working even after using a lighter. Have written several emails and service engineers keep coming and checking the issu but no resolution till date. Extremely disappointed with their lack of apathy and sense of responsibilty.

        Dear service team,

        My new cooktop gas inlet pipe has been broken !!! even I felt gas leakage last 3 months and given a complaint but they everything fine!! finally yesterday I found that small L shape pipe (gas Inlet ) has crack and broken!! really disappointed how they made it very poor quality alloys fir sensitive parts!!! so I visit very nearest showroom where I purchased and given a complaint but they said ni stock!! strange even small part they doesn't have stock ...Weekend and Aug 15 holiday!! surelyI will file case against this product and using substandard parts for more sensitive gad stove items.

        many accident due to these kind of poor quality items and I decided to put case against this company and showroom.

          I'm using the elica gas stove since 2 years but recently i have been facing a problem. I has been 6 months since one if the burner is not working. We switch on the gas connection and try to light the burner with a lighter but that does not happen. At times the burner gets lightened with an uneven flame which only at the outer side. We tired to fix the problem by cleaning the burner but that didn't help. I would request you to do the needful. An early reply will be appreciated.

            I have bought, Elica Gas Stove from Vijay Sales Mumbai. I was told the customer care service (after sales service) is very good but it was all fake. The Gas pin has been broken in just 1 years time. I tried to reach out to the customer care and all they are doing is providing illogical excuses.

            Its been 3 days and they still do not have any one available to fix the damn thing. I would recommend everyone not to purchase any product of Elica. The customer service is just worst!

              I purchased a gas stove from Bhavani enterprises in hyderabad. The sales person advised me it is a nice Italy brand.
              But since my installation, that is almost 1 months back, the stove is not working properly.
              Inspite of registering complain with elica as well as hyderabad none actions are taken.
              Initially a junior technician came from elica, but he couldn't solve my problem. He left saying they will arrange replace new burner. But nothing is happening.

                Its been a year since i bought a dishwasher from your bangalore showroom. It was said that we would be provided with a free demo of its working but after installation till time we didnt receive any sort of response from your side, even after informing the people concerned. we were asked to browse through internet and find its working but that is not what you promised on purchase. we find it hard to follow the methods from the internet as we are the freshers of this product, we kindly request you to look into our problem as it is a waste of your product if it is not on use.

                  For the last 2 months I have been subjected to POOR customer service at elica. I'm amazed how the company is able to survive with this attitude.
                  2 months back the chimney conked off - the rep came and checked to find out that a part ( which was obviously not covered in warranty) needed replacement.
                  That was then and even NOW after E months there is no hope on the part.
                  I have called the customer care number many many times - I'm surprised by the consistency of the same stupid response - ' sir I will arrange a callbacl' - which never happens.

                  I wish the company realises how much such customer experiences are going to hurt them.

                    I purchased a gas stove from Kohinoor electronics if brand Elica. The sales person advised me it is a nice Italy brand.
                    But since my installation, that is almost 3 months back, the stove is not working properly.
                    Inspite of registering complain with elica as well as kohinoor, none actions are taken.
                    Initially a junior technician came from elica, but he couldn't solve my problem. He left saying they will arrange for a Senior technician. But nothing is happening.
                    Even after speaking to kohinoor electronics regarding the same, they just keep saying that they are working from their end but nothings happening.

                      We purchased the elica company gas cook top a month ago and the same glass cook top got busted today while cooking. Glass got scattered everywhere in the kitchen. Luckily there was no major accident but few minor injuries as one of the glass piece hit me. We called up the customer care person and they told me that glass is not covered under warranty and we have to pay for it for exchange. This is so ridiculous as this was the defective piece which was given to us and after that also they are talking like this. This shows the class and rudeness of the customer care representative. After so much of argument over call, they sent one technician to our house and they gave one simple gas stove to manage for time being. But so far they have not given any assurance of cook top replacement. We even asked for lower version of cook top (Stainless steel black coated 4 burner) rather than going for the glass top. We complained to the service center person and the person with name premnath (Working as manager in jaynagar service station) was very rude and he was not ready to give us any assurance. He was not ready to listen to us also.

                      Lets see what they do in next 1-2 days. After that we will file a case in consumer court as we have taken all the pictures of the accident which happened in our kitchen because of their defective glass top. We also have the voice recording of the customer care manager word which he spoke to us over phone.

                      Elica — wastewaste company in India

                      I take one gas stove on 1, 11, 2014 in stove one side not burning properly 5year warranty is there I contact shop I dont etc... what to do...
                      Similar incident happened with our stove this month. We were lucky not to have any major injuries. Customer care center or service center people - their 1st argument is glass can not break just like that and it can not hurt people. Its attached to the foil and hence can not get scattered. But thats not the case. Just posting it here so that all consumers will come to know about this.

                        I have purchased elica hub, chimney and otg after repetitive complaints to nm invoatio, dealer in marathahalli, bangalore, the dealer has fowarded the service request to the elica service center and to my surprise i got to know that they charge additional 500 rs extra for otg demo, please note that the demo was not given at the time of installation nor it was communicated to customer about the same during the purchase. I would request customer to please refrain from buying elica products as there is no clarity on the after sales service and the dealers (Nm innovation) seems to not care about the after sale service

                          We purchased a elica hobtop in November. Since then it has not been working properly. Paid 17500rs out of our means to buy one. I did raise complaints thrice since then. The problem that we are facing is when the knob is switched from low to high there is a sudden burst of flames( upto even 12" high). It's a real threat to us. First time a technician arrived, he saw the issue and asked me to send a watsapp video of this to his manager. I did! I then recieved a mail from elica staying that the issue has been resolved. I called up the manager and the manager ( local elica service centre)was atleast curteous enough to say, elica is not processing your request! So I had to call elicaa customer service. I did receive a technician. But we were not fortunate enough to show it to him for the ten minutes he stayed. The flame incident happens like 5 to 6 times in a day. Again a mail was sent saying the issue is resolved. I contacted the dealer directly and there I was told do not contact elica directly, if you tell us we ll arrange a technician for you. Again we could not show it to the technician who stayed for just 10to 15 min to solve the issue. My product is under warranty and I either want it replaced or a good solution to this problem. They have a Very very poor customer service. I have attached a photograph of the. Same. I am using this forum to find a solution. Please help

                            Hi this is tamanna narang.I m sorry to say but we are very very disappointed with the services of elica.we registered a complaint of leakage of gas burner of our hob, last week on 16th march 2016.We got a call next day followed by a visit from the representative from elica.We were told about a change of part very next day.Surprisingly till date we called several times but got no positive response from company executives in fact they r very rude.No part is available in the company is the answer, we r looking into it.We have small children to feed how can we survive without a gas connection as it is very dangerous.Company has no replacement or their own products spare parts..This is absolutely ridiculous..I strongly recommend u as a end user plz don't ever use ELICA COMPANY products..They r next to useless company aftersales.

                              We purchased elica lucid 60 led touch chimney and got it installed today. Everytime we speak to the elica showroom person a new thing is told which is not informed in the begining. They are telling the cons only after instalation of the chimney.

                              Whenn called to the show room they are telling it is informed to us before and nothing can be done.

                              Very poor service from elica customer care and proper bill is not being issues by the technician for the items purchased from them .

                              Not refer anyone to buy elica products.

                                Dear Madam/Sir

                                I am a Elica Gas Stove/Hub User from last 2 years.

                                I regret to say that your company is not providing after sales services to your customers.

                                i HAVE BOOKED A COMPLAINT ON[protected], on 10.02.2016 on 13.02.2016 one of your executive came to our place and explain me that all 3 burners have to change and we have to pay for mixing tubes. He didnot have any of the part along with him.

                                he told me that we will receive a call from the company and they will explain me the expense and if I will confirm only then they will send the things.

                                after that your company gone to silent mode, nobody called me up about my complaint.
                                On 19.02.2016 I again called up on above mentioned number they would not have any previous record or anything with them.

                                I again booked my complaint but sorry to say that till date i would not received any call or any executive from your office.

                                this is to request you to do the needful and not make us regretful that we r using your product.

                                Awaiting an immediate action.

                                  Tried to get in touch with your call centre, since I am not getting any response, I had to contact you.
                                  I reside in Bangalore, India and yesterday evening I had bought Elica Kitchenhood ( Model No. : OSB NAC TOUCH BF 60) at ( Mahaveers, No. 35/2, Pukhraj Layout, Opp. Kothari Granites & Marbles, Near Marble Center/Axis Bank ATM, Bannerghatta Road, Adugodi (Post), Bangalore - 560 030. Tel.No.[protected] Mobile: [protected] ). While selling I was told that the Kitchenhood will have life time warranty ( 14 years). Today morning your outsourced staff came for installation and unpacked the pack. I just saw the warranty manual and was surprised to see that it was I year for all other parts except the rotor and motor. The rotor and the motor’s warranty is of 5 years. So immediately I called the dealer and he said very clearly that it is 14 years and said that he will discuss with Elica sales head an come back. Since I didn’t get any reply nor I was able to reach him, I called your service centre[protected] by 10:22 AM I was even surprised to hear from your executive that this product information is not available and said that they are escalating and their Manager would call within 5 mins.. Immediately I went through your website and found that your product catalogue does not have such a product with the model number.
                                  Since I didn’t get any call, I called your Service desk again by 10: 47 am as the installation guys were waiting in my residence. With the discussion happened with yr call centre executives and they said they will escalate and someone will call. Again waited till 12:10 pm and called with the same discussion and same reply. I am really disturbed whether I had bought the original product or a fake ELICA product and why so much of confusions with the manufacturer and also the dealer.
                                  I am not getting any solutions and hence contacting you to get a quick resolution. I am very unhappy and wanted to return the product.
                                  CAN SOMEONE TALK TO ME ASAP ?.

                                    This is my fifth complain to Elica on same topic. Whenever we use the burner from low to medium or high, sudden flames spurt towards the person cooking the food. Tt becomes very dangerous and unsafe.

                                    Last 4 visits the senior technician has tried to solve the problem, but after 2 days problem again comes back. The local technician will try mislead us by telling it is a usage issue and there is no fault with the product, which we proved him wrong so many times, by showing the actual problem

                                    There call center executives are not escalating the same to higher officials.

                                    My 4th complaint was registered on 11 Jan 2016. I reopened the same ticket on 16 Jan stating the problem has still not been solved. And till now no one has bothered to call or visit us. Everyday repeatedly i am calling there call center - [protected] to remind them. Have to spoken to senior person of call center too, by still no action has been taken .

                                    I can see similar requests have been logged by other users of the Elica hob. This seems to common design fault in their product. I urge Elca CEO - Mr Pralhad Bhutada to take serious action to solve the concerns of their customers.

                                    A mere call from their customer care and reply on this forum, is not going to help.

                                      I purchased ellica hob MFC 4B 91C1 DX1 and ellica Chimney Spot TV 3V 90 Cm from Kitchen World from Kailpauk Chennai. HOB was installed on 28 jun 2015 by kitchen world technician - Mr.Dhanraj . From 30 jun 2015 onwards one feet sudden flame rises from both 2 ring (big) burners. The flame comes when turning knob from sim to medimum( video & photo attached). High Flame does not come always but comes suddenly with flames going upto 2 feet height causing huge danger. I had compalint to ellica customer care and service personel from chennai service centre - SAI RAM ENTERPRISES ( job card attached) Mr. Madhu attended. so far 6 times they have checked the hob - tightened the value nut & bolts, adjusted presure regulator and gas leakages. no uses. issue did not resolve. After posting the issue on socal media and several follow up with Ms Terasa, i was contacted by elica sale AGM Mr. Domnic maxwell. he promised to resolve the issue over phone and replace my hob with new one free of charge as the issue of sudden flame not resolved . i had followed up several times but he kept saying no issue, we will replace the hob don't worry by 28 th Dec. then he said he is hospitalised and can look it into the mater by 2 jan and had conference call with senior technician to pick up the hob and replace with new one with in 10days. when i called up to follow on 1st jan 2016, he said don't worry my hob will be taken on 2nd jan. on 2nd Jan when i called him no reponse and when i checked my mailbox, he writes mail at 01 jan night 11pm that i need to pay Rs 12000 to get new hob for a cheaper product than my current hob. it was totally shocking and unethical on part of him. its show the company culture and his character.he is totally disgrace to the company and customer service job for cheating me with flase promises and wasting my time for 10 days.

Innovations, Marathahalli, Bangalore37 vide Invoice No 1220 dated 09/10/2015 I had registered a complaint that fan and light not working on 23/12/2015 and obtained complaint no134554 Till date(29/12/2015) the technician has not turned up Request intervention at appropriate level Best Regards BRPillai mob [protected]
