After installing my built in oven, Elica has not sent any techinician to explain or give a demo. The after seeing that the fan is not working in the oven, I complained time and again to Elica but did not get any response. The Elica dealer who sold this item to me so has shut down the place. Finally after 2 years of complaining, a technician came and took the fan in the oven for replacement. That was last month. He has not called and does not pick calls. Please do the needful immediately

    Sir good day Recently I bought one of your product its model no MCF 4B 70 CI DXN shop name THE KICTHEN WORLD from mangalore and we havening problem that is gas leakage and big sound comes And we given completes about same shop they send one technician and he conform that its manufacturing fault so as per this you should replace all the item . If its small other things I can say its ok but this is gas leakage so please Look in to this matter THE KICTHEN WORLD MCF 4B 70 CI DXN Serial no BK14061768 AMOUNT 16236 Regards

      We had gone ahead and purchased an Elica Kitchen Hob and Hood in Bangalore October last year with great expectations considering the good reputation of the brand internationally. We noticed PROBLEMS just 15 days after buying it. I have been following up with Elica service centre to resolve a long pending complaint, but it seems all is going to the deaf ears.This PRODUCT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY BUT I' AM UNDER THEIR MERCY FOR THE SERVICE, it has been over 5 months that we are following up on it.nothing is being done, I honestly am losing patience over this and I think what they're doing is trying to run out the warranty of 1yr by delaying it..         I am using built in hub. When I turned on the gas, The knob was found surrounded by black fog. It was smelling burnt. The burning smell and black fog indicated something serious! May be the wire inside that knob was burnt. Please look at the issue asap. Though I am calling from yesterday, no response from your bad. This is the worst customer service I ever had. No one is looking forward to sort out the issue, though i have talked with few of elica service centers located nearby. Need a visit of your person immideately.

          I had purchased Chimney & Hob worth 36k, and got it installed in the first week of Dec14. While the experience was excellent until sales and installation, it became exact opposite infact worst & Pathetic experience since the day i started facing problem with my Hob and contacting the Elica Customer care for the problem. I've made multiple calls(atleast 20+ times till date) to Customer care and i would get response issue would get resolved immediately but it was never resolved. Further once in a while i get call back from customer care to check whether issue is resolved and even if i inform them its not resolved same feedback but no resolution. One fine day after multiple complaints, finally one technician visited my flat, checked the hob and confirmed that it was not installed correctly+issues and would comeback with his manager the next day to resolve, but never visited again. There's no escalation points in Customer Service team. Considering reputation of being world's best chimney company, this kind of pathetic customer service would definitely degrade reputation. Request to kindly have my concern addressed at the earliest, please find below info WRT product & problem Following are the details on Products Purchased: 1. Purchased at: Sampurna international - Rammurthy Nagar, Bangalore - 560016 2. Invoice Number = 3319 3. Purchase Date = 29-Nov-14 4. Items Purchased = a.Chimeny model: Glace; b. Hob= 4 Burner model =mfc4b70dx ld 5. Total Bill Amt = Rs 36, 000 Problem: 1. HoB: One of Big Burner is an issue: getting weird sounds frequently while lighting and yellow flames 2. HoB installation is not done properly, there's gap between the base granite & HoB, as the HoB seems to be faulty, its not flat, its bent.

            Hi,

            We had purchased Elica Gas Cook Top ( Power Plus 1C - CT Vefro H60 Slim AI Cook Top), from elica dealer, SVR Enterprise, Banashankari 3rd stage, Bangalore on 21-Jan-2013, and they say its life time warranty.

            But now one of the burner out of 4 burner, has gone bad and we had called Service person, he is telling mixing tube has gone bad and we need to pay for that, which cost around 1000/-.

            In spite of elica saying life time warranty, why we should pay for that.

            Please help us in fixing this problem and do needful.

              your company service people quoted Rs 3500 for a change of magnet in elica microvave oven..how do you think is the customer siuppose to know the cost wen you dont have a rate card for any of it...bad products and this is after 1.5 year of purchase.

                Don't buy elica products...Their After Sales Service is waste..My Table top Stove have some problems...After raising the complain and calling everyday to their customer care team nobody bothered to call and enquire the issue. I had to pay to outside vendor and solve the issue. PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT AT ALL

                  Product ordered nt delivered the same by the seller. Few days after the purchase made, the light lids bursted & now after six months lights are not working. 100 times i have filled in the form but there is no response from the seller as well as the customer support centre. Cost of the Chimney was Rs-11000/-. it was including the Warranty Card. I have called the CCare so many times as my product was under warranty. it was ifew days after the purhcase was made but there was no respose recieved from the company. Please assist!!

                    I have taken Hob and Chimney as a set about 2 years back. I had to pay hefty amounts for every visit of Elica service team, it started with Installation which was around Rs3000/-, then for a general service which costed around Rs600/- every time, so we stopped calling them after about calling 2 times. Now, let me put across the latest problem; one of the burner (out of the four burner hob stove) was not igniting properly and when I called on them, they said there is nothing called as Life time warranty hence it costs Rs2000/- When called on the Pune team, they were just justifying the price.. hence called on the Customer Relation Manager, a lady dont remember her name, she was just doing a sale (no service) Then on escalation to her boss, Sumen, he was seeming to be closing the issue but no use... on calling his office number back... he was not reachable... It is pathetic... I found that these guys are not only rendering poor service...but not keeping up any words... the service department is operating on a P&L basis, hence charging exorbitantly... Pathetic to own this...

                      Respected Sir On July 10, 2013 we had Elica Cooking range and chimney installed in our new house. Subsequently asked for a demo from the Go service Bangalore Personnel. However the Grill in the cooking range didn't work. The personnel informed he would talk to Go Service and do the needful. I have been complaining since last year with Elica Customer Service and Go service. This issue was never rectified and we never used Grill in the Cooking range. After requesting number of times a Personnel From Go service came and checked He coud'nt resolve the issue and confirmed that the Grill was never worked or used because it as at fault from the beginning. In plain I was sold a Faulty Equipment. I have complained to consumer forum and Elica forum as well. Kindly do the needful or replace. Kindly look into the history of complaints in email and calls.                         My Elica chimney is not working since 1.5 months. I have launched a complaint to Elica customer care since then but till date there is no action taken. Despite of hundreds of calls to customer care and service center, there is nothing done. First of all, the customer care number gets disconnected automatically after 2-3 rings. After this trouble also, if I am able to reach the customer care once in 2-3 days after trying 10 times a day, all I get a response is we will look into it. There is no supervisor or manager to whom you can connect. This is just not the product one should buuy. Strongly recommend NO BUY for the products of this company

                          We have purchased one Gas Stove Elica Cooktop ICT Vetro 377 SLIM from MS Vijay Sales Hub Mall Mumbai on 02.10.2014 vide invoice no: V No. 109-GE10-14SI 232 dated 02.10.2014 CODE[protected] SCode Serial no 46S[protected] for Rs 4650/- and same was installed on 04.10.2014.This stove has glass surface over it. We had been advised not to use kitchen utensils/cooking appliances like Bati Cooker, Gas Tandoor, Gas Oven which touch the glass surface of the burner. It's OK we have not used such utensils and complied all instructions while using Gas Stove. Yesterday my wife was preparing tea using only one burner on that time; the glass surface has got busted out with voice "Cut" "Cut" "Cut" the glass pieces got scattered over the surrounding surface/kitchen area. My wife was shocked to see this incident and she ran away out of kitchen. My wife was alone in the flat at the time of incident. Just imagine what could be happened in case it would have hurted her with major accident. We are lucky that no big incident occurred. We are thankful that it did not hurt my wife. Small pieces of glass were mixed in various eating items kept in kitchen and same are now waste/not useful. Surprisingly, Gas Stove is used only for 10 days and within two week of time such incident occurred that too with compliance of all instructions It is totally contradictory to features of product. I am really shocked how come this company using this kind of glass surfaces without testing with the temperatures. it's totally fault of company and cheating with the consumers. We have immediately lodged an complaint with the customer care but the same is awaited for response. Please attend the problem immediately.                             2 weeks back i had a issue with my newly bought elica chimney (Vento 60) model. The service engineer had a visit to my place and confirmed that the mother board has burnt and damaged completely and needs replacement. The took all the guaranty card, sale receipt and mother boards photo and told that the item will be replaced within 10 days. The items has be shipped from Pune so it takes some time. After 2 weeks over there is no response from them and when we call back they are saying it is high priority and it will be resolved quickly. My question is that the way Elica serves it is customer ? I purchased these items based on the review i got that it has good service. It failed to my expectation too early. I just have to wait and see when this problem is going to be resolved.

                            After following up with many people starting from customer care, the elica showroom from where it was purchased continuously for 3 weeks and making tons of calls (even i had to call 2 times from US), finally it spare parts has been changed and the problem got resolved.

                            Currently i am out of india for 3wks and will be back on 7th Oct. However i had given my other contact number ([protected]).When my family member reach out to customer care it is told that the issue will be resolved by 22nd evening. For your kind information this is the update what i heard on 23rd evening:

                            1. First of all i came to know that the technician has not informed about the kind of replacement going to be done (mother board was damaged). However the technician has taken photograph of the same along with the sale and guarenty card .

                            2. Customer care informed that as they were not aware of this issue it will take few more days as the parts has to come from Pune.

                            My question is, are you guys sleeping till last 10 days. What kind of technician you guys have and dont they report what is the issue customer is facing.

                            This is just last reminder from my end to get it resolve as earliest otherwise i will not hesitate to put forward this matter on consumer court to get the penalty..

                            This really pathetic get to know that you guys are saying you are not aware of the kind of issue after 2wks of complaint. You shoue take serious action against the technician you are sending to home for all this.

                            I made call to above customer care number and as per the information i got is the initial replacement piece which was ordered had some issue and was asked to resend another one from Pune which is taking time.

                            Let me wait and see how many days it takes just for a parts replacement.

                            Really dissapointing service from such a big brand.

                              I had gone to Devi International to purchase Elica Electroni Chimmeny the sales Executive of Devi International had told that they will give for low price and the executive A. Subramani of ASM Enterprices told that he will give to less price and he din't tell that he is form different showroom and not taken to his office he made a hurry to my brother that this offer will be closed in an hour and took the check for more amount then other dealers. Elica has to take action and indian government should take action against the fraud done by A. Subramani has done a fraud. If anyone can do any thing in Devi International they have to cancel all the company dealerships to them. A. Subramani and Devi International have done the fraud and then they tell that if talk more I will give you a complaint in Police Station and the are talking in a bad language to me. If you continue to give dealerships to this type of people then they will be doing cheating and every will have to bare the same and Elica and other companies will bad name because of Devi International which is located in Jayanagar 3rd Block, Bangalore and ASM Enterprises located in 67, Mission Road, Opposite Foto flash, Bangalore- 560027. If I contact they tell that they are not responsible. He tells I will not refund your amount by taking the chimmeny nor not give the amount which they have take more then other dealers. Inspite they are using bad languge and tell that do what ever you want. What is the law doing to such type of dealer and what is Elica doing. My no [protected]

                                1. Box Packed Chimney dented and Rotary Fan NOT working
                                2. Poor Service and Installation

                                Firstly, it seems the company is dependent solely on the two mentioned individuals, so the attitude these two person will carry as if they own Elica, Italy. :))

                                Secondly, the installation was paid. Even after spending 34000, the installation was NOT FREE. but paid! That would have been alright, unless the installation was so inaccurate and immaturely done. The overhead exhaust pipe was sealed with a mere scotch tape!!!???? Can a mere tape handlE temperatures of deep oil frying cooking? it would have anyway come out, but it did so very easily during one of the checks done for the exhaust systems. This just simply proves the quality of installation. The installer kept telling me he had more installations to do, so was in a hurry for payment and works. they did not even screw the top properly and install the much needed upper plate.

                                Thirdly, the new chimney box was itself opened by the installer from Elica, Mr. Birbal. But to my surprise, the same was dented and the motor was not rotating. On this, we requested for a box replacement, but he said "ye to ho jaata hai during transportation, bahut complaint aati hain, hum theek kar denge"...god damn, a 18000 worth chimney has problems, and the company is not even taking care of the logistics handling.
                                However i agreed since we had little time to do the new house opening ceremony, so we continued the installation. The installer assured that he will get a complaint registered and get the fault repaired the next day. So we waited for an entire day next day after which he never took our calls.
                                So we finally decided to call up the toll free. but could not reach as the call will not be answered everytime. We called up for four consecutive days, upon which we got connected on 26th July, 2014.
                                After listening to the grave issue and concern of house ceremony, the service engineer reached us in less than 3 hours. This engineer (mr. Pandey) saw the installed product and assured the resolution on Monday early morning, since Elica remains closed for service on sundays.

                                Monday morning, we started calling Mr. Pandey and he just simply ignored our 26 calls. Toll free was not picked up again untill late evening when i was re-assured that the technician would call me. Anyway we failed to receive a call, so today (Tuesday) - 29.07.2014, we tried calling Mr. Pandey from another call and he picks up. On questioning why he did not turn up, he said its not my duty to answer to ur qustions. Please call up office, . " jab part aa jayega, to laga denge, dont call me again"

                                THAT'S THE ATTITUDE OF ELICA... BEWARE OF ELICA

                                i DON'T KNOW WHEN WILL THEY REPLACE THE FAULTY PART, BUT ONE THING IS FOR SURE, I HAVE FACED HUGE EMBARRASSMENT AND WILL TAKE THE COMPANY TO TASK. I HAVE ALREADY GOT THE PAPERS PREPARED FOR A CONSUMER COURT CASE AND MAKE SURE THEY SUFFER A BIG EMBARRASSMENT TOO.

                                elica gives very good service. i had some problem in my kitchen chimney, i called to their customer support. they have sent their technical person within 4days. thanks elica.

                                  care centre delhi ph no[protected] and told me that the spare of chimney not available in delhi branch being sent to pune office and on5.6.14 received a call that your part of chimney sent will be attended within two days but like this a month is about to crossed not body caring to attend this complaint chimney was purchase on 22.6.14 all formalties done as per their requirement no.of complaint made to there concerned office but no action taken till date.

                                    I ordered Elica Chimney from Snap deal ( [protected]): 1. No one Pickup the pickup the phone when we call on provided Elica call center number. 2) No repose from email i D:[protected]@elica.com I am clue less whom shall I contact for installation. I called the snap deal and they sent a installer. who made it worse by doing wrong installation... Very poor service. I have four drill hole on front of my kitchen with half done installation. do not know whom blame Snap Deal or Elica.

                                      I am so harassed by Laxmi Road Elica Dealer " Sandeep Stainless Steel Center ", Address "546, Near ABC, Kedkar Road, Shaniwar Peth, Pune - 411030 ". Most Fake shop .

                                      I bought a HOB from that Dealer and it was defected . After Installation on the very first day when I lodge the complain, The Laxmi Road Dealer totally deny for his responsibility as he was tota
                                      lly paid. Then I call to the customer care, every alternate day one technician come, analyze the issue, take print of my warranty card and go without any fix . I am really disturbed and tired . I have been calling to Elica Customer care and to the Laxmi Road Dealer ( who cheat me) from last one month, Please help.


                                      I AM A VICTIM, DO NOT MAKE YOURSELF TO BE A VICTIM, SO NIETHER BUY ELICA PRODUCTS NOR BUY ANYTHING FROM LAXMI ROAD ELICA DEALER.HE IS A ROYAL CHEATER .IT IS HIS FAMILY BUISNESS.

                                        its almost six days that when the complaint was lodged and for the last six days, they have no one to visit and have a look of damage. finally on writing on their FB page, their person visited and in one minute he left confirming that the YES the Glass has broken and it need to be replaced and they donot have the same in their stock. it may take 10 -15 days . no estimate provided and incase of replacement how will they proceed. ther is no idea. such a useless and hopeless company. seen many such similar complaints on this forum, which remained unresolved. people should write on their FB page so as others also got to know and they avoid this brand. having a worldwide reputation does not mean it will sell without the customer support
