[Resolved] Elica — Not responding regarding service of chimney of elica make

I purchased a chiminy on dated 22/04/16.Now it has a problem when starting it.I complained the to the customer care and they replied that as the date of purchase is within 6 months then no need to pay any charges to the service engineer.but the service persons demanding 250/- for visiting charges and travelling charges also which is out of rules.so pls consider my case and provide justice to me

Hi All, Don't buy this Touch Model, I have purchased this model a year ago and used only for 6 month. Now touch panel is not working and Unit is completely dead. while purchase they said life time warrenty for 15 Year. Now they are saying Electrical device won't cover under warrenty. If any one purchase, Please enquire well once.
