Airtel — Cheque Settlement issue

Hi

My name is Karthikeyan B.S. I have changed my sim from postpaid to prepaid and got the settlement letter and cheque later. I found that the cheque payee name is mismatch from my name. I have visited airtel gallery in Chakala (Andheri E) and handover the cheque to appropriate person. This was happend around 3 month ago. They have promised me to reissue the cheque within 15 days. But I didn t get anything. so I have visited again to the same gallery and explained the situation. They have inquired again and informed me you will receive the cheque or credit same money against in your airtel number with in 7 days . I accepted both the option. But I didn t get any call or money from your concern. Again i visited the same gallery for inquire the issue. They have promised again that i will get the cheque within 7 days. But still i did not get anything.

Transfer/Withdrawal:
Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
2) 10 rupees postal order
3) Post to address
Public information officer, EPFO, place where PF account maintained
See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information.
Lot of success stories are there in usage of RTI in all government organizations since 2005…

My PF details were submitted by my company in the month of Nov 2010. I have send mails and also complaint regarding my PF disbursement to the RO PF bandra Maharashtra. I have tried calling them, but till date I have not receive any information on the disbursement. Its been 5 months now The update which shows in the website in the forms are under process. There should be some ruling for the encashment of PF.If the PF ipayment is delayed the intrest for the same should be paid either by the employer or by the PF department.

I had applied for PF advance from EPFO ofice Faridabad Haryana which was cleared on 16.6.09 and was send by speed post on 17/6/09 RL No is 935 for ICICI bank sector 16 Faridabad Haryana, but sorry to say that it has not reached up to now (26/6/09) You are requested to look in to the matter and resolve the issue on priority basis.

Adeeco office of Banglore submitted my PF withdrawal Form on 13th July, 2010 to the EPF Office, Bangalore . I have still not received my PF which should ideally take 40 days to get credited into my account.

I have spoken to Adeeco people in Banglore Office many times but they always told us to speak in Banglore PF offfice.Its very difficult to get Banglore PF office no. I am in Delhi. Its already 4 months over still I didn't get my PF amount.

Pls help me. Its very difficult for me to come to Banglore to get my PF from Banglore.
