Updated by cnrb_1983 I had spoken to numerous guys of Aquaguard, but till date nobody is able to resolve my issue.
Karthikeyan – Region Sales manager - 18th Sep[protected]
- He had called and requested me to contact him alone as he is taking in-charge of resolving my issue.
- He had committed that in max 2 days (Wednesday - 20th Sep) delivery & installation will be done
- Later that guy is not picking the call...
Anand - 20th Sep’17 – Technician –[protected]
- Based on Karthikeyan instructions I had contact the technician to make himself available in evening thus installation can be done same day. But delivery not happened.
Sampath - 20th Sep –[protected]
- He had requested me to share the mail copy to his mail id as replacement process for online purchase is different. Details will be available only the mail copy which he needs as reference
- Next day that person has sent SMS to my no. that process completed. Delivery & installation will be done on or before Friday
- On Friday, I tried to reach him to know the actual status but he cut the calls.
Soumya - 20th Sep – +[protected]
- She had introduced as “Customer Service – Retention team”
- She had listed to the entire story and I place a humble request to refund the money back which she agreed to check with internal officials and call back within 30 minutes. But she didn’t turn back
Dineshan - 20th Sep – Service Manager –[protected]
- He is the only guy who had a courtesy to follow up with customer to know whether delivery (replacement) is done or not. He had assured me to get the installation done on the same day.
Please don’t read this as status update from consumer… I do not any need replacement from your company…
Could you guys revert my money back in day or two ?
I’m attaching the screenshot of SMS confirmation given by your sales head as one of the supporting documents I have.
I already registered a service request on august 31 st in euro help line regarding my water purifier.My request no is [protected] and my customer id is [protected]. complaint not rectified till now.
Be assured my service team from Kerala will get in touch with you at the earliest. Request your patience meanwhile.
