Respected sir my name is sudhir sukale from satara maharashtra. I purchase aq classic model i can joint your services from last 3 years back with 3year service contract as per commited to service in year in two time but fact is no any call and information about the service. I did call after 6 months for every day and request for service to satara office but no response and no provide service after the completed 3 years last service is not give and directly call from office your contract has been completed in this case aqaguard is stopped working. Still 15 days not given any service from satara office. 1) irregular service
2) no communications
3) no response
If i did contract for last 3 years so why i should request to the registered

    Dear sir
    We have bought an aqua guard model name dr. Aquaguard magna hd uv (Nxt) vide purchase number [protected] dated 12th june, 2017.
    From the very beginning this system is giving problem.
    Initially water was not flowing and your technicians visited several times to rectify this fault.
    We also have a problem of water overflowing from storage tank since the water supply does cut off automatically.
    For this, your technician mr. Jaiswal visited today (Dated 8th sept, 2017) and said a coil has to be replaced.
    Also we find that when we switch on the system, water starts to fill immediately and not after the 40 secs pause after switch on.
    We are very unhappy with the performance of the system and the repeated faults and we want a replacement immediately.

    Please find some of the list of the complaints previously made:

      Hello euroka forbes,

      I have raised number of complaints number#[protected]. Also spoke with prasad kankal ([protected]) but of new use.
      Below are my problems.
      I have purchased attached amc on 20th sept 2016 which will expire on 19th sept 2017.

      As per amc my elegant ro should be serviced twice/year,

      And

      Replacement of below parts should be done twice/year..

      Pre filter candle, sediment filter, pre carbon, pre carbon, post carbon & membrane, biotron, hccb, mineral etc..

      Issues:

      1) why you have never bothered send your representative for servicing in 1 yr??

      2) today after follow up with your unprofessional customer care executive, service man has serviced my purifier & to my surprised found that all dirty mud inside purifier which has caused sickness to my family. This has caused because of your negligence in servicing despite of amc.. (See attached photos & check with your service engineer.)

      3) your negligence & worst service has caused my entire family to fall sick including my child, all o[censored]s were hospitalised due to dirty water which has caused due to non-service of purifier despite of such costly amc.

      4) i have paid more than rs.20k as hospital bill for my family, who is going to reimburse me??

      Solution to recover your damaged image:

      1) i want free of charge renewal of amc as you have not serviced my purifier in one year.

      2) i want my hospital bill of rs.20k to be reimbursed by you as my family fallen sick because of your negligence.

      3) 1 service & 2 time replacement of above mentioned parts are pending. I want that should be done asap..

      If you people fail to give me above solution i will ensure that your worst service / dirty water photographs are viral on social sites & ensure that it reaches to media /consumer court.

        I have bought a new aqua guard geneus plus online from eureka forbes website. I received unit in a good condition but after opening it for installation today the mineral modulator up and down button are not working properly. Inspite of buying it online at a higher price in the company website i got a defect unit. I request you to kindly replace the unit immediately and do the needful.

        Cancelled the order and went for a refund. Considering good service ordered this product with lot of hope and regretted. Now realised yhat Aqua guard is no different from other water purifier products. Can Somebody please share your experience with any alternate good water purifier available in the market...

        Very sad to say that your service is very poor and till date there is no response from your team to arrange a pick up for the unit from my home for a refund. I observed that you are very enthusiastic till the customer purchase the unit after that it is vice versa.

          Dear sir/ madam,

          It is with great disappointment & dissatisfaction that i'm writing this mail to you. We had purchased aqua guard purifier last month & since then it has stopped working twice. We are buying mineral water from last 15 days since your service team is incapable to support the customers on time & inspite of repeated followups & calls fail to deliver service which the customer expects from such a well know brand.
          I had even written to ms. Vinath hegde
          (Head crm) but have not received any response till date.
          With this i demand the current equipment be replaced with a new one & reimburse complete amount we have spent on mineral water.
          In case i don't receive your feedback by today, i will be left with no other option but to go public & consumer court for redressal.

            I purchased a vaccum cleaner of eureka forbes on 7 jan 17 from csd. Product has a warranty of 1 year from date of purchase. Warranty card is also duly filled with product sl no., date of purchase and stamp of seller. Few days back the motor of vaccum cleaner got unserviceable and stopped working. I contacted to service centre for repair and 2 3 days later their service engineer came home and took the machine with him stating that it can only be repaired at service centre. Machine was repaired on the same day but they refused to give the delivery under warranty. I showed them the duly filled warranty card but still they refused. Now its almost more then 20 days and they are still not accepting the repair of item under warranty and asking full repair cost i. E rs 1650.

              We purchased eureka forbes aquaguard water purifier about 1 year back.

              Now the service people are asking us to replace the filter for the unit as that has a life of only one year. And they say the cost of the same would be rs.5000.!

              To make it worse, they claim that it has to be compulsorily replaced after every 12 months.!! This is unbelievable and the cost they claim is unimaginable considering we spent only around 17000~18000 for the full unit.!!

                I had purchased a doctor aquaguard magna hd ro+uv on 18/10/2016 and the same is under warranty. As per the instruction of company's representative water purifier is connected to portable municipal water connection and is used for domestic purpose with a family size of two adults and two kids. Immediately after installation complaint was raised about excessive drainage. Representative visited but no solution was found and problem is persisting. Four months back purifier stopped its work. When complained technicians used to come and problem used to reappear after few days. Now with the time nearing warranty period they are asking us to replace filter candle costing nearly 5000 rupees. They are not ready to read the company's specification on filter it self regarding its durability which clearly mentions that product is for 12 months under normal usage. It appears that company has supplied sub standard product.

                  I have purchased 'dr. Aquaguard compact' and at time of purchase i was inform about 2 free service in year. Till date i did not get any free service.

                  When i inquired about this matter their service manager gave number of excuses like i do not have your data, you have denied for free service (Which is not true. Why customer denied for any free service) etc.

                  I have register complain on www.eurekaforbes.com as well and emailed on ' [protected]@eurekaforbes.com' still i do not have any update on the complain.

                  They do not even care to explain the matter.

                  I strongly advice customer do not buy any product from "eurekaforbes". At a time of purchase they commit you every thing but they do not provide.

                    We are supposed to have free servicing, since we had already paid for the m. C.
                    But, the servicing hasnt been done yet.
                    The actual problem is that, the filter is most probably blocked, maybe, i dont know.
                    But, we are definitely having problem in collecting the water. Somehow, the water comes for once in an entire day (Not everyday either though) and then, stops.
                    Please, dont ignore this message, or else we will end up drinking tap water!

                      Yesterday i requested for a service for my aquaguard nano ro water purifier, i have clearly mentioned that i have one service due and complained against it as i haven't received the service for the past 6 six months even though i have called the local service personnel several times. But, today when i got the call from the concerned person saying that the service which was due for the past 6 six months is not valid and it's not his problem and i have to pay for it. So, my question is why do i need to pay when they are not able to do the job correctly? What is the purpose of complaining when there is no proper action being taken?

                          Der eureka forbes,
                          I need to change cartridge for aquasure xtra 16 lit water filter. I made support request online 3 times (Request no [protected], [protected], [protected]).
                          I hv also mail for service escalation on 16 august 2017. Every time i got reply that "we wil contact you within 24-48 hours"
                          But still got no response.
                          Even i have called the tollfree number several times. But receiver only good promise. Not a single person appeared to attend the problem.

                          I hope eureka forbes hear to customers problems also apart from selling products.

                          I m making myself ready to through out the product since it is not healthy to drink this water.

                            Installation date 7th July 2017
                            First service request :- [protected] ( 4th Aug) purifier was stopping and starting randomly (note this is within one month from installation)

                            Second request :- [protected] (Aug 8) product stopped working, repairman came and replaced UV light but it stopped again . He went back and said PCB needs to be replaced, spares not available
                            Another set came on 20th Aug as noted on above link, replaced PCB

                            Third request : [protected] (Within a week of the last ), again servicemen came and said membrane needs replacement.

                            I asked for replacement of product.
                            Regional service head says only service possible and replacement period is one month from initial buy.

                            As per them product is supposed to last for 10 years. Here it conked off in two months.

                            Not sure what to do next. Horrible experience.

                            I have spoken to the area representative from ameerpet, hyderabad and as well as the regional office head and customer head at secunderabad with my case.
                            They are insisting that only servicing can be done.
                            Three times service personnel have visited and unable to fix it. The replacements are also not trivial.
                            Only thing i am asking for is replacement.

                            I have even escalated to you office in mumbai but no one has contacted me on phone.

                              As per the amc i have taken from the eureka forbes ranchi that he will provide three free service with three times replacement of candle and carbon, but the service provider has provide me only two time replacement of carbon and candle and four times free service, hence my third carbon and candle not been replaced.

                                Last 23rd of june i was purchase ec i clean vacuum cleaner from madurai district tamilnadu. I was used just one week after one week i faced heating complaint from the machine. I just used only 10 minute but machine heating abnormally, the connecting hose was meted in 4 times. So i filed the complaint to the respective toll free number but no body contact me. I file the complaint in 2 time and continuously i contact madurai sales manager and sales representative but no one help me. Their is no service support from eureka forbes limited very worst quality of material and service.

                                    The amc services of eureka forbes are a big disappointment, which does not come as a surprise. But now, they've even started cheating customers by lying to them just to get a renewal.

                                    I took a 2 year amc from eureka forbes (Period from 19-aug-2016 to 18-aug-2018) for which i paid rs. 4455/-. The services committed are never delivered. This was the same experience when i took an amc in 2015.in order to appease me for the next amc, they offered me 1 free service along with the 2 periodic services per year.

                                    My renewal is due in 2018 and your team has started asking me for a renewal of amc. Absolutely ridiculous. I conveyed it to the person calling and he said that "we charged you just for a year and not 2 years". I'm attaching the photos of the receipt for your perusal.

                                    I feel like a fool having trusted eureka forbes for the amc a second time.

                                    A person named Ronak visited my house and changed the filter. Only my kid was home then. He replaced the filters and I'm happy about the service this time.

                                    However, I still am not clear about the main issue regarding the expiration date of my AMC contract. Please confirm its validity until 18 Aug 2018, as per what has been written in the receipt.

                                    I would also like clarity on what all the service personnel is supposed to do as part of "Service". In the past, I've only seen them cleaning up the filter (at times) and putting some chlorine tablets in the unit. I see different people at different times doing different things. Could you please throw some clarity on exactly what these guys are supposed to do while servicing? I'm utterly confused about it.

                                        Please note it has been 10 days that i ve registered a complaint for my ro for water leakage.
                                        Firstly i never get any sms alert for the complaint number as promised by the agent.
                                        Secondly the service is so pathetic, unreliable, hopeless, and sub standard. The technician called today at 3pm that he would be visiting me by 4pm but yet no sign of him, it is 6 20 pm now. During these last hours i have been constantly calling him and asking him to please come as i cannot forever endlessly keeping waiting for him as it is. Working day!!
                                        It just keeps pushing me if by saying he is coming after completing the current visit which could soon be over.
                                        I called at the customer care to report the same.
                                        They too assured that he would come visit soon, also that they would call back with the status. But again tall promises!!
                                        Now the technician has stopped answering your calls also.
