We own a euroclean ace vaccum cleaner, which needs paper dustbag, visited nearest office at guntur for the same. Service people at this center intimated that they don't have any stock of it, but refused to answer when the stock will come. It is responsibility of eureka forbes to keep the stock at its office (Promised during sales, the stock will be available at guntur office). Improper response from call center and office people of guntur.

    On name of service, that technician changed original parts with service part also given direct connection so switched on or off does not matter. So when we complained about service part they are saying we are doing same at every places and asking for money to change parts and service.

    Seems that both aqua guard and 100's of service technicians who have changed my original parts are working hand in glove, earning lot of money, cheating customer. Be aware and please don’t buy any of the aqua guard products in future.

    In the beginning they are ok and later they will show their colors and they cheat.

      No refund till date though there is a mail from [protected]@eurekaforbes.com on 27th Sep'17 that Refund is initiated and will be send shortly.

      In spite of repeatedly requesting their customer care for the necessary action is almost 6weeks since they have taken back the material but refund not met.

        We took a aquaguard in 2016. Last free service was due in feb 2017 and still now they didn't give the free service. Customer care guys are calling now saying your aquaguard is out of warranty, do you want to buy the extended warranty. I asked my free service is not yet given even after following several times. So yesterday they told they will arrange for the service. Now service boy is talking vert arrogantly saying as its out of warranty, we can't come for free service. Disgusting eureka after buying their products.

        This has been told them again and again but still they are calling and tell me to upgrade the warranty. When I told them I will upgrade it once I have the free service done. To which they are saying that they are not responsible and will not handle it. I told I shall go legal against this and they abused me.

          I am really satisfied customer of e forbes for last 25 years. I have purchased at least 20 units from you for me and my family circle.
          I have purchased euroclean wd x2 from your representative came to my home. Invoice no. [protected] customer id [protected]
          Order no.:[protected] dated 11.04.2017 rs. 14490-00 from your delivery plant, sales office : the orion, unit-201b, 2nd floor, pune-411001.[protected]
          Sales person's name : dadasaheb sawant[protected]

          Mr. Dadasaheb sawant, sr, told me that there was no buy back scheme for old one but we will provide you a carry case free for the unit. Price of carry case is not a problem for me but till date i did not received carry case from dadasaheb sawant. Even warrenty card and manual is not in that set. I was out of india for 3 months. He was aware of that. Today his cell is switched off. I have tried your user's manual on net. But quality of manual is very poor.
          So, please do the needful.

            I purchased the all filter candles amount rs 4255/- on[protected]. From 20 days[protected] my ro is not working properly and paint smell/chemical smell is coming from water. I gave complaint but no proper service received from eureka forbes company. The technisian s of company demanding another 4000/- amount to solve the problem.                 I bought ro uv filter last year and in one year i have faced a lot with this filter. Recently the filter was showing red light. The exec. Came and he said one filter needs to be replaced after replacing it, he said two more filters need to be replaced. We let him replace the filters and after one week the filter again started showing red light. The exec. Came and he was not able to diagnose the issue. Two more exec. Came with him. To help him initially they changed something called sp and were still not able to resolve the issue. Then they cleaned the sensors and said sensors are an issue. After cleaning the sensors they said the machine has got some electrical problem. They somehow left the machine working and the machine lasted only for two hours before it showed red light again. I called them again and they say the problem is with the pump. They say that sometimes the pump works and sometimes doesn't! They have been forcing us to take two years amc but the way this machine has performed over these 12 months, i don't think the machine is worth spending that huge amount of money. The technicians also claim that only ro filter (Not ro+uv) is much better filter and ro + uv filter will always have problems. They even said they change the ro + uv filter to ro filter for an amount of 3000 by changing the adapter. Frankly, i am lost with so many issues in this filter and i really don't see any value for money for the filter for the last year which had so many problems. Here are all the complaint numbers raised in last one year - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and since the filter is not working again, one more complaint number is coming. I had used acquaguard products before but this one has completely changed my perspective.

                  Hi,

                  I am facing this issue from past six months. I own a eureka forbes steel trendy vacuum cleaner, the reusable dust bag zip is of very cheap quality and it is torn when i try to close it for the first time. When i call up the customer service and requested the new dust bag, the lady rudely told that i can get that at the vendor. But when i asked her to provide her the vendor address in bangalore, she still even rudely told the vendor list is available in the internet. I could not get any vendors who is selling the eureka forbes dust bags in bangalore. Still i have the issue and the vaccum cleaner is getting dust because of not using for long time. Any one help me in this regard would be appreciated.

                    I have a water purifier for which i keep renewing my amc, the latest being one on the 27th may 2017, vide their receipt no 27986518. On 15th september we received a call from a representative of eureka forbes stating that there was a service due. The representative came over and insisted on replacing a 'candle' at a cost. When i stated that the same was done at the time of amc renewal he insisted that the same was mandatory. I accepted and requested my mother who was the only person at home at the time to allow the same to be carried out.in 20 minutes my mother called me back stating that the representative had left and that the purifier was not working. I called the gentleman and requested him to look at the problem. He came back, looked at it and called in another colleague of his. The second gentleman looked at the problem and stated that a pump was faulty. When i mentioned that it was working just fine before the 'service' i was given an assurance that this would be replaced in 2 days. It's been 6 days since this happened and i still don't have a resolution despite multiple calls. The service provider does not even know if i have a valid amc as my water purifier is registered as out of warranty. Posting this here as the ceo has chosen not to have his email id out in public domain. I do empathise with him because it's probably prudent to do so when you're representing an organisation which is fraught with lackadaisy.

                        My name is joseph we had purchased water filter aqua gaurd classic plus in chamrajpet branch, bangalore in emi option it costed us 10500 rs. Almost we had paid upto 90 percent of money, but we shifted our home to other destination we requested for ro filter because o[censored]navailability of corporation water. So the company employee had came to our home by assuring that will do the exchange and took the filter, after that if we call him he is playing a game will deliver as soon as possible and giving unwanted reasons since from 5 months. So am requesting for administrator of erueka forbes to take serious action against those people who are spoiling the company name i never seen such a irresponsible #s including the manager of the branch too he is also playing a games. After a deep enquiry about the branch finally we got the phone number of that branch manager and complained about the issue that # itself is involved in this scam asking us what proof you have if you have purchased it. Then we showed that rascal that amount deducted from our account pass book then what else proof he needed. I never seen such a # in my life. We had purchased lot of products through emi but one had harassed like this. So for the eureka forbes concerned people's request to resolve the problem as soon as possible or we will drag those #s to media. That # chamrajpet branch manager number is [protected]. And the fraud employee who took our filter assuring us will be exchanged that # number is [protected] by name naveen.

                          Never buy a eureka forbes purifier.
                          You pay high rates for better quality product and good service.

                          It's horrible.

                          My water purifier is not working past 11 days. Called up customer service to send their agent with adapter as it could e an adapter problem as the light is not blinking on the adapter.

                          The technician turned up in 2 days and informed me that he would return with the adapter in few mins. He hasn't turned up in 9 days.

                          I have made calls to customer service everyday no one turns up but an assurance from an incompetent call center agent apologizing that this time for sure it will be repaired in 24 hrs.

                          I was given the number of their direct service centre. He also lied to me that he has left with the adapter and did not turn up till today.

                          Certainly not recommended at all

                            I have purchase aquaguard magna at emi basis on december 16 but he is saying that i have purchase on aug 16. At the same time after completing the all emi salesman have not given the invoice cash memo. Name of salesman representative is sardul kumar &his code is 9094527. My customer id is [protected]. After repeated complaint sardul is using a abusing language. He endorse the wrong date of purchasing so that he escape from free surviving. At the same time not giving invoice cash memo.

                              Hello eureka frobes i am from pune. I submitted request on your site then one engineer contacted me. He installed aqua gaurd enhance to my home and said i will receive invoice on mail. But still i did not get any invoice... Its 2 months now (From 27 july 2017) and even my number is not registered on your portal he is not answering my call after several calls to your customer care they gave me complain number [protected] generated on 31 august. I need invoice at any cost, now i planned to go to consumer court but before that i have a hope from your social media cell. Hope you people help me.

                                We had launched a complaint on 10 september, only the fact that we are in amc th complaint is not served. Tchnician who come to resolve the matter told us that there is some part missing and should contact regional manager, regional manager is hopeless and not attending calls. He is least bother to serve any customer. Language used by the people in the organisation is very bad overall hopeless scnario. People are just moving us from one person to other
                                If there is some one powerful, please launch a complaint against them. Careless behaviour.

                                  I am holding an amc for my aquaguard sensa water purified. Raised a service request no: [protected] on sep 19th morning 8am as my water tap of purifier is broken and needs to be replaced. Around 10.30 am last day got a message that its allocated to a technician mr. Narendra. P.. Last evening time got a call from technician saying that he can only come today.. But till 6.30pm today i have not received any call or service from eoreka forbes on my service request.

                                  Totally unsatisfied with the response from eureka forbes service.. Would like to know what is the sla for any service request for a person who is having an amc from eureka forbes.. I have been purchasing bisleri bottles for past 2 days for my complete home usage. Why are you giving amc when you are not able to support a customer in need.

                                  Need someone to fix this issue at the earliest. Replacing a tap would hardly take 15 to 20 minutes for which we have already wasted 2 days time and also i had to purchase water from outside.

                                    I have been a eureka customer for last 2 (Two) decades. Recently i decided to replace/upgrade my water purifier and hence contacted your office. A team consisting of m/s punitha and rajadurai visited my residence, gave me a demonstration of the above unit and gave an offer. The offer was: (A) price rs.15890/- (B) discount on my old unit as a buy back rs.500/- (C) cheque from the amc agency for the value o[censored]nutilised period of the existing amc contract. Accordingly i place the order and the supply was made. But now the above gentlemen have gone back on their promises regarding the cheque from the amc agency for eh value o[censored]nutilised period, which is 4 months and 8 days.
                                    I am a senior citizen of 80 years and it is highly improper of your organisation representative to take me for a ride like this. I have paid cheque for rs.14390/- but expect you to reprimand your representatives and compensate me for the utilised portion of the amc contract by arranging to issue me a cheque as promised by our representatives at the time of demonstration.                                     We've latest bought Aquaguard Classic+ (billing on Chopra Furnishers, hanuman mandir chowk, kapurthala (Pb.)
                                    This product is leaking and we have complained to our Sales person 9095466 (Jaswinder Kumar). He is also not coming for many days and even not given us demo for this product. We have called him many times but not giving us response.

                                      I would like to inform you about your best service.

                                      I have lodged complaint of my water purifier on 26.08.2017. Nobody has come to attend. But some days I have received a mail dated 08.09.2017 from you stating that my complaint no. [protected] is resolved by Ajay Kamathe. Complaint closed by you without attending.

                                      Again I have lodged complaint on 10.09.2017. your representative gave assurance to me for resolving the complaint on the same day, but nobody has resolved it.
                                      Next day I have once again reminded about my open complaint, your representative again gave assurance to resolve the complaint on the same day. But nobody has come to my home.
                                      Next day one person has come and checked machine. He want some accessories to start the water purifier and that time accessories was not available. He said, he will come next day, but till date nobody has come.
                                      After some days 10.09.17 & 17.09.17 I once again reminded but nobody come.

                                      This is the great service provided by you.

                                      My family suffering from various problems.

                                      Do the needful and resolve the complaint within two days only otherwise I will approach to consumer grievances forum.

                                        Hi, i purchase the dr. Magr0+uvoriga 16.06.2017 as rent a gurd eureka forbes scheme pay the quartly amount 2100/- paying rs.3500/- at starting.
                                        Machine was working till 30.07.2017 from installtion on 23.06.2017. At 31.07.2017 machine not working at lodge complaint on 31.07.2017 techinician come on 04.08.2017 check and say the machine have sensor problem, machine not repaired you get new machine. After lot of followup get the machine on 22.08.2017 and installed on 23.08.2017 machine worked only 1 day then i again lodge the complaint sr. Technicain come check say (Mr. Makarand -[protected]) again say the machine not repairable. You get the new machine again. But as 03.09.2017 say the machine repalce one time only. I call sales person mr. Pawan [protected] say you surrender the machine you get your full amount refund rs.3500/-. Mr pawan picked the machine on 05.09.2017 but till date refund not credited. And start story here the deposted the my pdc cheq 2100/- as i give 2100x 7 each quarter deposited. I stoped the cheq thats why amount not debited. And daily recovery agent l call & mail for payment for product already surrender.
                                        Today when i call the sales person they say aur 15 din lagenge aproval nahi mila.

                                        1) machine not working thats why i surrender.
                                        2) why eureka forbes not repaired the product after lot of follow up.
                                        3) after surrender of machine pdc cheq hits on my account bank charge
                                        Me.
                                        4) how much time require for process of my refund.

                                        Till Date 26.09.2017 noboday contacted ( Pune Team ) after return back machine on 05.09.2017, depositing my PDC cheq after returned the machine .When i expect my PDC cheq ( 7 cheq X Rs. 2100/-) & Refund amount Rs.3500/-.very pathetic service of eureka forbes .machine not repaired as well as given faulty machine again .Please do the needful.
