We have aqua gaurd total duo wp (Ro based water purifier in physiotherapy department of cmc hospital vellore and th equipment is on amc from 03.08.2016 to 02.08.2018.
The ro water purifier filter is not working and we have informed eureka personnel mr, arunkumar on 14.06.17 and he came checked and said full set of filter and motor needs to be changed.
But he said that motor is not available after repeated phone calls.

I have a valid service contract with eureka forbes to service my water purifier. They have not serviced it inspite of raising a complaint on 13th july 2017 though their service level commitment agreed is 24 hrs. Purchased the above product in april 2015. However, since i already had a euroclean tornado vacuum cleaner i used the wet n dry model only for carpet and floor cleaning. Lately, when i tried to use the corner and precision cleaner of my new machine i found that these attachments were not compatible with the main unit and that they do not fit.

I purchased a super clean vacuum cleaner of eureka forbes from big bazar, gip, noida that is still in service warranty. Now its motor is not working.

I have called 15-20 times in your customer care in past 2 months and every time i am committed with technician visit to resolve the issue but to my surprise even most of time request is not logged into the system and not reference no is given.

After 5days laps no body was attending the complain for rectification of machine. Telephone complain was initiated. Aquaguard machine was serviced by the company in last 3month. The balasore agent was not attending the complain. Nobody is attending the phone as is was registered in aquaguard company. During servicing thay says we are here to solve at any time at any moment. Bu doing nothing.

Aquagaurd magna, eurekaforbes is a pathetic product. Ever since from the date of purchase the product has encountered the air blocking problem.

The service support team rules out the product problem & beyond it they are looking for the service charges. The product is still under the warranty & as per the warranty norms - any product under warranty does not attract service charges....

I complained online regarding eureka forbes purifying machine installed at my home. I got a service request no ([protected]) along with contact details of the technician, mr. Mohd farid khan. My request hasn't been attended yet also when i called mr. Mohd farid khan, he was very rude and unprofessional. He asked me again to provide my name and address inspite of my registered complaint. The product was delivered at the right time. For installation, when i called eureka forbes/aqua guard customer card number mentioned in the pack, it was an incorrect number. The customer service also doesn't know, who was correct person/number to do the primary installation.

They finally arrived after many confusions and installed it. There is no difference between our ground water and the aqua guard outlet...

This very pity to note your irresponsible response towards the service of amc of my water purified.. Even after repeated contacts nobody came for amc renewal. All the time i am getting the same audio taped reply telling our technician will visit u between 10 am and 5 p. M. No one yet... And the thing is my amc expired yesterday. And i will not be responsible or i wont bare any extra payment if charged to me.. Kindly look into...
