There are many unauthorised sales agent for dr. Aquaguard genius plus. I bought dr aquaguard genius thinking eureka forbes is a trusted bran and well reputed company. But their management is really really a mess. I bought the machine from their sales guy mr. Shailendra on absolute misrepresentation. They give all false promises such as free service and that the product genius plus is much better then genius and will give a better service...

I very disappointed with service of this company you guys didn't know the meaning of sale after service or service under amc.

I have registered complain through phone over customer care on urgent basis as our ro don't work but after four days no one come for check or no call revived from company
I think kent other company are better then your co....

With regards and humble submission i want to complaint against a sales specialst of eureka forbes company of sopore distt baramulla kuldeep singh who cheats me for survey of my shop for requiring sale and service centre... Activally he didnot came at sopore for survey because when eureka forbes text me on 12.6.2017 the no of sales specialist [protected] immediately i call this no and tolds all my office address he assured me i will definitely...

The product aquasure by aquagaurd from erureka forbes is of badly build... That insects and ants can easly enter the water tank after the filtration making the water unhygienic... I even called the customer care... The guy who came to my place said... Sir kent n eureka ke koi bhi ro le lo sab mein keede ghus jate hain... N he promised me he will return with a solution... But he never returned... Even i again called customer care... But still...

I have been complaining about d impurity of water. Whenever i consume it's water directly from aquaguard (My purifier at home) i get heavy throat infection. I can prove this...
Presently i m giving boiled water to d kids n other family members. I have been consuming d water directly from aquaguard since ten days n the result of which is throat infection.
I want d product to be replaced asap....

I have renewed my amc with the confirmation of replacing the filters with in 48 hrs. I have logged the complaint on june 10 and so far issue not address. I have called multiple time to customer care and escalation department and it is the same update that it will be fixing today. I totally lost the hope and support is worst in kochi location.

The customer support is pathetic. Their system is on upgrade for god know how many days. Eureka forbes attitude towards the service is pathetic and if they continue in this fashion they might not survive for long. Even after calling them 4 times the support could only mutter a few words - "your complaint will be resolved in 24 hours". The email support went a step ahead and mentioned that the support will happen in 48 hours. Please never...
