Updated by Murali SG There were many calls & few visits by the Eureka Forbes team to my home. Really appreciate that.
But the problem persists.
I have never undergone so much of stress and tension, just because of this issue, I have to talk to so many people, attend to so many calls of Eureka Forbes, keep saying the same thing again & again, keep sending e-mails, keep giving feedback.
Every alternate day I am spending Rs.75 for purified water, as the water purifier is not functional.
They replaced the PCB after so much of follow up & repaired the water purifier. Same day evening, it started leaking.
Again complained, again they visited and said few other parts have failed & that has to be replaced.
This is a never ending story.
Will Eureka compensate for the amount I am spending for the water I am buying for my family?
