Pathetic company with worst employ contact them so many times but they dosnt care u do whtever u like... They even dont wont to provide a bill wht the hell they gona help in future for any complain.. Bought a aquagurad hd ro magna from there dehradun office. They just provided a field recipet nd told bill will come through courier. Bt nthng comes after contacting for several times nw they even dont reply and told by them go nd talk to senior.. This kind of rack less behaviour. Customer right is to have bill for future refrence or any warranty issue. Bt this means they are cheating mailed in their customerservice bt no same happens no reply from them.

    Sir,

    I have 3 year amc contract for my water purifier.
    Immediately after taking amc, i got transferred to kakinada.

    I requested for change of address multiple times, not done.
    After repeated follow up for 3 months, guy came to install. But address change not done.

    Multiple follow up done. No proper response.

    Without any service already one year is past.
    I am requesting them to come and replace the candles and change my address.

      Trusting eureka forbes, a reputed company, we took a 3 year contract @ rs.5525 with eureka forbes on 15th may 2017
      Contract receipt no.[protected].
      Since then our aquaguard has developed problems and when we complain the technician appears after a long delay, checks the machine, says certain parts are required & he would return the next day with it and he vanishes. Repeated complaints are of no avail.
      We were better off without a contract. At least then the technician would return d next day in anticipation of receiving money!
      May i request eureka forbes to please look into the matter & see that my aquaguard is restored to its working condition or else to refund the contract amount.

        I purchased reviva sl. No. [protected] on 5/8/2017. The base of the machine is having major crack. It has been shown to him but it has not been replaced till date. Many times it has been told that it will be replaced within a day or two. Sri dharmendra prasad has stated that he is company representative but his visiting card gives the address of kankarbagh which appears to me that he is working on franchises basis. Kindly look into the matter and my defective machine should be exchanged immediately.

          I am an owner of aquagurad enhance ro+ uv + tds
          The subject water purifier was purchased a year back and the warranty expired on the 30th of july 2017.

          I was repeatedly called by the service people and asked to take up the amc and also received several txt messages. I was informed by the staff in eureka forbes kalyan that the servicing wld be done immediately based on that commitment i issued an hdfc chq valued at the inr 4650 dated the 4th which was duly cleared on the 7th into the eureka forbes account.

          I have been repeatedly following up with the eureka forbes service team in kalyan presumably speaking with their head mr. Patil -[protected]. His response has been "2 days time parts not available" each time. His attitude has be casual and callous. I last spoke to him on the 14th and was again told will take time for parts he did not even have any idea about the status. I have asked him that i want a refund and he said ok.

          I called the service call centre was spoken to, put on hold for a good 10 mts and then the line was dropped. No call back nothing.
          I have sent emails to customer care and all i got was a form to be filled no action at all. Funnily their corporate office number rings and no one picks the call, customer care is absolutely inadequate a waste of time, there is no way actually to contact the company. On coming across this site i realise that the service is extremely poor in this company and one should never buy any of their products. I want a full refund for monies paid and for no service rendered.

          Eureka Forbes sells its water filter at rs 19000 within a few months i had issues and was than made to buy a pre filter for an additional 1000 now after a year i am paying 25% of the cost as AMC

          while selling the executives were all round and now after taking payment for AMC there is no response .

          Will strongly advise against buying this product .

            I purchased a aquaguard from your company in january this year. Your company servicing agent, imran came to my house for free servicing in july, 2017 as my aquaguard was in warranty. He informed me that the candles need to be replaced as they have become dirty within 3 months of purchase. So i replace the candles at my own cost (Receipt attached). The very next day my aquaguard stops working, thereafter the water...

            It has been observed that service of eureka forbes is very poor & i logged a complaint on 13th aug 2017 same is not attended till date also no positive response from them
            My complaint no. Is [protected] logged on 13th aug 2017 and am writing this on 17th aug 2017. I called 4-5 time to eureka forbes call center no. [protected] but am getting only commitment and no solution. So poor service of the company as they are very irresponsible.

              The water purifier was installed on july 7th 2017, and within a month it stopped working. Service technician who came first said that uv lamp has gone bad.
              Later when replacing lamp also did not work, they are replacing pcb for which they do not have spare part. Its been around two weeks since the product is lying at home without much of an update.

              The company's service helpline is of no use and updates are not proper. How can in this day and age a product breakdown within a month not be eligible for replacement.

              Yes on sunday the 20th i called up the closest service manager and he sent over technician who have now resolved the issue. However, the entire breakdown to resolution took around 2 weeks for a device that is a month old.

                Praveen kumar, user of your reviva 50 from last 4 years and doing accurate services periodically and no issues till last week
                For the last time service, got one frachisee number from eureka forbs web site "ganga pure ro service"
                After service registration (00083), mr. Deepak visited and he re installed parts such as membrane, filter, carbon etc
                After his installation waste water coming after purification is not stopping even after ro in switch off mode
                He escaped from my house after collecting the full amount, and franchisee people not want to hear any of my complaints after their re installation.
                After my regular follow up, mr. Ram visited from franchisee and he openly said, "he don’t know".
                Now franchisee people not picking my calls, i think they are not ready to corrupt the fault occurred because of their ignorance
                Still waste water flowing even ro seems as switched off
                Please take necessary actions to prevent such franchisees destroys your good will
                And please help me in this regard

                    I am deeply upset with the service request & your product. I had purchased a vacuum cleaner (Ec health pro vc wit [protected]) on 31/07/2017, machine uv santizer is not working at first use & still i am not getting final invoice.

Arupa basak ([protected]) as my cust id is [protected] but till now 16/08/17 8pm, no one has turned up to attend the meeting, above mentioned persons made lot of promises at the time selling, but no response from them as well.

                      Sir, i have taken an annual amc for my aquaguard enhance. My mandatory service is long overdue. I am trying the local executive since over two weeks. So far he has bothered to carry out service and also will not pick up the phone even thogh i tried calling him over 20 times.. This speaks volumes about the poor status of after sales service. Atleast i hope the local hulimavu bangalore agent takes action to attend acting on my this complaint. Request redressal of my grievance. Drhvprasad.

                        I am deeply upset with the service request.
                        I have raised a complaint on monday 14th aug'17 at 10.00 hrs under complaint # [protected], bearing the cust # [protected].
                        But till now 16th aug 2017 4.30 pm, no one has turned up to attend the meeting, we are trying to reach the technician mr bhairavnath, @ [protected], who made lot of promises at the time of amc, but no response from he as well.
                        I am spending lot of money buying the water cans from out side, i had to charge the amount to the company for the default of services.

                          I have requested on 16/06/2017 for service of Dr.Aquaguard Magna installed at my home. The request was attended by Ms.Priya. S.
                          Since there was no response from local service provider, I have called again on21/06/2017 attended by Sri. Yogesh Kanth M.
                          After the request, i got a call from a fellow informing not to call office for service and he will do it personally and demanded Rs. 4500/- to 5000/- for getting it serviced. Two days later, got a call from office at Kannur and informed that around Rs 5000/- will be required for the service of the purifier.My wife asked how you know it exactly, without attending the home to diagnose the fault and asked them to send a technician urgently. Till now nobody has attended.
                          The present machine was installed by the advise of Eureka Forbes technician after replacing another machine ( classic) which have an ongoing AMC. I faced several problems after installing the new one as they are not attending for service when requested.
                          Please let me know what should I do now.
                          Several email communications passed in this regard and every time got reply that the service will be done within two days.Finally I got a complaint request number [protected]. It is nearly two months the machine stopped working.

                          Three more phone calls received since then. They keep on promising to send Technician, but nobody has attended till now. I have been requesting for more than three months for a usual service of your product. Your company totally failed to resolve the issue as assured by you. I am wondering the mind set of your service personnel, the way they are treating the customers. Let me see if any other options available to sort my issue.

                            Please be informed that I am Aqua Guard Classic customer since 2004. Mine is transferable job and happy to be your customer until today. My aqua guard is not dispensing water. Although I have taken AMC valid till 23/09/2017, thru Aqua Service, Lucknow vide receipt No. 497 dated 24/09/2016. In - spite of lodging complaint today i.e. 14/08/2017 at 1700 hrs and assurance by customer care representative that it shall be attended today, no one has reported till now. We have no drinking water as of now and are forced to drink tap water in-spite of rainy season. In fact porblem had been reported to your representative Mr. Pankaj a fortnight ago at 2100 hrs, but he refused to come at 20.30 hrs although being at home. Machine dispenses water in the morning between 0600 hrs - 0800 hrs.

                            You are kindly requested to get our problem attended on top priority.

                              Company persons were very keen for renewal of AMC. after renewal in June, they brought kit that was open and fixed it. It has not been functioning since then as whole water is flushed and never stored. so many times complaint lodged but poor response and service and no solution, I have been much frustrated with the service handled.                               Sir, i am sujata the user of aquaguard compact for 1.5 yrs, customer id [protected]. I hold an amp for 2 yrs. First service for this amc was done on 27th june, 2017. Serviceman change the cartridge. But after 1 month water coming from machine are not clear. I complaint for that. The service req no: [protected] dated 4 aug 2017. Serviceman came to home & told cartridge is not working & suggest for change the cartrige & pay for this.. My complaint against the cartridge. Why cartridge damage in 1 month? Why i 2nd time pay for this. My 2nd complaint no: [protected] on dated 13 th august 2017 against cartridge.
                              Requesting you to take appropriate action & solve it.

                                Have complained about 4 days back.Nobody is bothered to attend the complaint.
                                You all have provided me with your technicians
                                mobile number...saying he is assigned the job.
                                It is more than two days that he has never bothered
                                to call and attend the complaint.
                                We are trying his number and it is continuously
                                giving us a message that this number is temporarily
                                disconnected.
                                Have emailed to you and informed your helpline
                                number several times about this.
                                But it seems you people are not bothered about
                                your customers.
                                Please provide me with the senior executives
                                mobile number or email id...who will really look
                                into this matter and resolve it immediately.

                                Waiting since 4 days for the technician.There are only assurances that the technician will come, but nobody is bothered to call.Have a valid annual service contract with them.
                                This happens everytime we place service request for our aquaguard water purifier.
                                The local office in Bhandup west is the worst i have ever experienced.
                                They never have there data updated and worst service centre.Nobody works properly.
                                Many times i have been personally and the office is closed or opens late or there is no executive to answer us.
                                This is the kind of service they provide to their regular customers.
                                Calling since 4 days but no answer.
                                Have emailed so many times to all the emailds, but no response yet.

                                  I am not sure if anyone reads these complaints because I have written a few and the ridiculousness is just unending. I had called the toll free number to request for a visit to check the water contents before deciding on which one to buy. The sales rep visited my house in a Sunday afternoon ( please note this) 5th August, took a cheque for 18000 for the RO UV filter and promised us that the product would be delivered that very week on Tuesday
                                  My parents who do not live in this city postponed their travel plans so that someone could be at home to receive the product and get the installation sorted. Till Thursday the product hadn't been delivered and only when I called the sales rep I was given an update saying it will be delivered the same day. Post this the guy stopped answering my calls and the product wasn't delivered! On Friday evening I called him from a different number and he answered and gave me his seniors number. I called up the senior who very curtly told me that the product would only come on Monday. So basically you guys work on weekends to take our money and close a deal but when it comes to delivery you guys stay shut!! Post this I called the helpline number where an extremely incompetent lady made me hold the line so that I could speak to her senior since she couldn't even understand my complaint. After a while I was told that the senior was busy. She then gave me two other numbera of some area heads etc. Both didn't bother to answer my calls. When I called the customer service number again some guy to my complaint. And I was told I will get a call within 48 hours. Imagine then my extreme anger when this afternoon someone from Eureka Forbes installation deptcalled me telling me he had received my complaint issue from their office saying I had complained that my installation has been delayed!! So basically no one has bothered to read my complaint about non delivery of product!! And when.i told him the same he apologized and asked me to call him when the product was delivered. Seriously do you guys not realise that you guys need to serioysly get your act together!!

                                    A fake company - ion exacense pvt ltd has serviced our aquaguard magna purifier and the same was confirmed when we called the aquaguard technicians. The filters read forbes technologies and are fake too. Aquaguard what's going on? Your guys have sent this person and looted 8175/- from me for 2 years amc and now their numbers are untraceable ([protected]). You guys have to fix it immediately!

                                    Change of candles Rs.5020/-. Two services free from today.

                                    If the candle goes bad in six months, they said they will replace it free.

                                    Absolute overcharging and cheating.

                                    Service is "outsourced". Funny, they fall at your feet before sales only to fleece you afterwards
