If your services is going to be in such a manner then we are not interested to deal with your company forward.
Its an request to repay our amount.
Hope you rectify as soon as possible.

    I have made one service request no.-[protected] on 27-07-17 on toll free no - [protected]. This complaint allotted to mr. Raj kumar. Without attending complaint he had filled false feedback in the system and i received a sms that my complaint has been completed. Again i made a request no.-[protected] on 01-08-17 and this time also it is allotted to same technician. After regular chasing this has been attended on 09-08-17. On 17-08-17 machine suddenly stopped working and service led illuminated. Again i contacted euro-helpline on 18-08-17 and recd. Service request no-[protected] and customer id-[protected]. Same technician visited on 19-08-17 but not able to resolve. On 21-08-17 he changed pcb but machine was functioning properly and it was giving very high tds water (More than 350) whereas supplied water consist less than 500 tds. This problem i advised to mr. Raj kumar, he told that he has advised this issue to center in-charge. He will send some senior technician to resolve this. After waiting of 2-3 days i again contacted helpline, assurance was given that problem will be resolved till tomorrow. I have contacted 4-5 times but till date no body turned up. Still my machine not repaired. Pl. See.

    nothing happened, machine still not repaired . Allahabad service center In charge Mr. Nikhilesh Kesharwani contacted me on 29-08-17 through mobile no -933550304.He assured me that someone will visit today or tomorrow but no one has visited till date.

I informed that no one has visited or attended till date. She assured that some one will attend immediately.surprisingly no has turned up till date.Now I am getting frustrated and thinking to approach consumer forum.

    My complaint was lodged on 18-08-17 and it is still open or unresolved.I have also not received any massage (false or true) regarding completion of my complaint as was done in earlier complaint.I am astonished that such a big, reputed and old company does have any system of long pending complaint monitoring or not ?Water vending machine is very essential part for daily needs.one can easily understand problems being faced when machine is not working since last 18 days.I think eureka forbes's whole effort are on sales not after sales service.
    Out put water from eurekha forbes giving bad smell.Technicians advised to change filter catrides twice in a year cost me rs.9500/-, but smell continues.Company passing the time with out any innovative solution.complained many times and no solution except advice for change of filters costing me and benifit to company

      I am purchase a reviva uv water filter on 19/06/2017.
      After that on 20/08/2017 the filter not working because filter water not cameout.
      On 21/08/17 i complain to your customer care complain service no is [protected].
      Again i call to customer care to 80376222 on 25/08/17.
      27/08/17 one service engineer ask me my location.
      Now 28/08/17 at 2-55 pm not came any service engineer to my lacation.
      It is not a good service because water is life you are all time add.

        Enhance aquaguard with mineral guard ro+uv. Leaking and the tds is 125. Mr prabhaker reddy who installed the water purifier. The product was defective he installed in dec 17, (In few weeks) because on the very first day it leaked. He changed some part. The tds on the day installed was more than 150. He changed filters perhaps. It started leaking again in june. He is not at all responding to our requests since june 2017. He is reluctant to visit and not lifting the mobile. His mobile no is [protected]. If not done perforce have to knock the door of consumer court.

          I have trendy nano of eureka forbes and trying to find its dust bag since one year. Service people at this center always intimate that they dont have any stock of it, but refuse to answer when the stock will come. Called all the service centres in delhi but they say that they dont provide this as they sell the whole product not the parts of the product. Worst experience after buying this product of eureka forbes. Its like a useless thing at my home right now. All my family members question about this product. Nobody is willing to purchase it. Will never ever buy this kind of product in future. Plz help if you can.

            I have requested for filter change for my eureka forbes reviva aqua guard.
            Service person who came to change the filter, came with open parts of the filter. I objected the same that why company product is not packed. He gave some excuses about gst etc. That evening i got a call from mr. Vijay (Another person from eureka forbes) and he told me that there is some problem going on due to gst implementation and he will make sure that my filters are replaced in one month. This happened on 5th july 2017 and he asked me to wait till 1st august 2017 and i will get my filters replaced. Its been 26 days since than and now mr. Vijay is not picking my phone. Please help me to get my filters replaced with original company product.

              I logged a complaint for aquaguard not working on 14th august.. Complaint number [protected]..in spite of repeated follow up. No one attended it.. Now today i got a message that it's assigned to someone and within an hour another message that it's completed.. How's that possible when no one even called me.. You are fooling people.. This is when i paid a huge sum for amc last week and brought such an expensive product..

                Dear sir,

                I have purchased a aqua guard from the company, which was supposed robe working for my samsung fridge. The sales manager mr. Kapase himself had assured me that this model is suitable for the fridges which have ice makers as well as water dispensers.

                So i bought the product trusting the sales managers promise. To my surprise just after two months the product started giving a problem. Since then their engineer must have come take ast five times but it's still not working we'll. I have offered them to refund me the money or give their latest product with storage, which they are not confirming. I think it's a breach of trust hence the complaint

                    I raised my first complaint in jul 27. My amc end date was aug 24. The service personal visited and did not even touch the equipment. He immediately said to change the filters and to renew the amc. He did not do any service to the equipment. So, i went ahead and renewed my amc. He visited again and just changed the carbon filter and left the home. He did not bothered to chk the salt level. Need proper service as part of my amc contract.

                      I am a 57 year old woman with a 91 year old, ailing invalid father. My husband was away for a few days and the aqua gaurd service person came at a time i could not avail of his service, due to some problem around 10 days ago. So i asked him to call and come again, he never turned up. Then my ro started malfunctioning. Tuesday morning i lodged my complaint and service request requesting the operator to hasten up informing him of my emergency due to ailing father. Since then have called many times, talked to local head in amritsar mr gurpreet but no service till this time, friday. A few times the ring was ignored, i messaged, no replies. Am in tears, been buying water bottles for 3 days. They say they provide 24 hours service! I even told the operator i would shift to kent purifier but no response. Kept on promising but no one came! The phone numbers i talked to are[protected],[protected],[protected]. Most probably a case of ego of the local service person whom i returned. My service request no. Is [protected].

                      Thanks to the letter here, my complaint was attended to on Friday though four days after umpteenth and frantic phone calls .
                      But just today I got first a call from the local center +[protected] asking me if it was redressed and I spent 10 minutes explaining all and a apprising the man on the phone about all .Just a few seconds after this I get another phone call from number [protected], the man on the other side grinning away to glory and asking me the address of my house as he had to come and attend to my complaint ! Are they harassing me now or along with a zero local service they have zero coordination too ? For God's sake Eureka Forbes, I have an ailing 91 year father to attend to at home .First no one responded to my complaint for Four days though you claim a 24 hours service now all of a sudden all want to come and attend to it 3 days after it has been attended to and 5 minutes after I have informed the local center .Is it their standard behaviour or they keep this special for women ?
                      Thank you for forwarding my complaint so promptly .Service man visited on Friday and problem taken care of .But it still shocks me how a reputed concern like Eureka Forbes be so no professional in service .They claim 24 hours service
                      I was informed that the local service centre didn't respond but then whose flaw is this ?

                        I am customer of eureka forbes for past 8+ years. Have purchased the water filter. And every two years i have been purchasing amc. (Rs 7500+ every two years)
                        And the service center replaces my candles every year as part of amc. Unfortunately for one year, they forgot to change the candles & haven't provided the service due to non availability of stock!. And they promised it will be replaced without fail within a month. However this is pending for years. And haven't resolved. The service acknowledged the pending replacement & however they cant help, it seems.
                        This is pathetic customer service, every year i am paying 3700+ & didn't get the replacement of candles! Could you help me resolve this?

                        The staf[censored]nderstood the gravity of situation & sincerely apologized for the service situation.
                        Finally they have ensured, what was due on service part was fulfilled to my expectations

                          We have purchased dr. Aquagaurd water purifier about one year back. 2 days back the eureka forbes compny service person visited and said that one of the 2 filters has not been installed from the begining. Its a faulty installation and because of that the motor has failed.
                          Yesterday, another service person visited, cheked and said we need to pay 3500 for the motor.in one year, this water purfier's motor is not working and that too due to the fault committed by the company service personnel themselves.
                          Why should i pay for a mistake committed by them
                          I want the motor to be replaced free of cost
                          Or i want full refund of money for the filter

                            On 17.08.2017 i was informed amc call will be attended in 2 working days.

                            Since 20.08.2017 everyday i am giving call to eureka forbes. Everyday i am assured technician will reach.

                            The service level has detorated and its difficult with eureka forbes

                              Hello,

                              I booked dr. Aquaguard for a demo online.
                              The demo person came and gave the demo only just checking the water purity level at my home address. He promised to life time free service if i book a machine now and provogue watch free as per offer. I book that machine after given token amount 500.
                              Next day he generates a purchase request for dr. Aquaguard. On 29th july he calls me and came for payment and asked me to pay the actual amount. Nanku kumar mob no [protected] came to collate payment and promised me that after 10 days, i will get my provogue watch and warranty card for life time free service of the machine which includes no visiting charge lifetime through compay.
                              But since then, i try to call him but he didn’t give any satisfactory response.
                              I know i have been fooled. I want to bring it to the notice of eureka forbes that their executives are doing fraud and the company will lose the trust of the customer’s

                                I bought one eureka forbes product which was a dr ag eterniti wp system and having customer id [protected]. However when the technician came for installation, he told that the product was not suitable for our locality and then we raised a request for replacement. The request id being 1169. On calling the customer care they told that the replacement is possible only when the product will be returned after which the amount will be refunded.in the meantime we bought another product suitable for our need. The product was collected by the eureka forbes person on 27th july 2017. The amount is yet to be refunded.in between i made two calls to the customer care and both times i was told that it would be refunded within seven working days. I made the last call on 12th august 2017. However the issue is yet to be resolved as the amount is not yet refunded.

                                  We had requested for return and refund of the said product since there were issues with its installation and we found it a hassle. We got the confirmation for the return and refund request, but they are yet to act on it. When we try calling their customer care - it's not easy to get through to them, first of all, since it's always a long, irritating wait - they simply assure us that action would be taken. Would appreciate a speedy resolution of the issue. Thanks.

                                    I have been eureka forbes water purifier for the last 10 years.in 2008, i bought reviva ro.in april 2017, when i faced issue with the purifier, i was asked to pay rs.4000/- for filters despite having amc for another 1.1/2 years. As i find ro service becoming costlier year after year, i decided to get that exchanged. I exchanged it with classic. I was assured that the amc of ro will be transferred to the equivalent terms for classic post warranty period and that would be mentioned in the invoice. But till date, i am yet to see anything happening.
                                    Efforts made by me to get this issue addressed:
                                    Customer care: 3 mails, 7 calls (Contacted persons praveen d, vasundhra s, praveen b, asha r, saravanan (I was told he is the supervisor).
                                    Royal enterprises (Franchisee dealer from we exchanged):3 mails, 2 calls to mr. Manikantan and 1 personal visit.
                                    I really wonder if they have any complaint tracking mechanism as i had to repeat the issue to every customer care person again and again.in the last 4 months, even my purchase record was not updated and it still has me as ro user.
                                    I also tried to reach vinath and asha (Escalation level 2 & 3) on the landline numbers given in the website. I doubt if anyone by these names exist. I don't find neither the mail ids nor the mobile numbers for escalation.

                                    As a last chance, i am posting here. If i don't get it resolved, i would go for legal assistance.

                                        I am now sick and tired of escalating this issue to eurakaforbes senseless people... Next time i see any people canvassing from this company will get belted from me for sure...
                                        Problem:
                                        My water purifier that was sold to me stating that it's their best of the line models dr. Aquaguard geneus+ never been able to dispense water to its expected quality and they got me to renew my amc for the second time as well by giving us some stupid explanation, sadly everyone who came in accepts that our escalation is valid but never been able to fix this for us.
                                        Now it stopped working completely and we switched back to bottled water again. They customer care number is most frustrating it rarely connect and when it finally connects they disconnect the calls... Trust me i showed this in front of one of their sales reps who came home once and he had no answer for this... Stupid guys!!!
                                        All of them who visited to resolve the issue cooked up some story and got away... Please never believe or buy any product from this brand, if it works it's good for you but if doesn't then you have a one hell of a journey trying to reach no where...

                                        Revival RO contract receipt no.[protected] period 16.02.16 to 15.02.18. during first 2 service (1 year) no replacement of enhancement kit, candles done. After 18 months in 3rd service 15.08.17 it is replaced. Is this kind of service by Eurekaforbes??? Now please extend 6 month contract period so that next replacement to be done as per contract.
