    I purchased aquaguard magna in april, 2016. At the time of purchase the company promised to give three free visits as free service for my water purifier. But the condition is that even after calling several times nobody has turned up for proper service visits. On visiting their office at gumti no.5, kanpur the person available was mr atul gupta and he promised to send service person to my home. But no one turned up. Further i contacted mr anjul kumar, sales executive from delhi office to help me out. He too promised to send service man but no one turned up.
    Today again i called mr anjul and reminded him of his promise made to me but he cut my call stating that he is busy.
    I don't understand that when the company is itself too busy to attend its customers then what's the use of running such a reputed brand.
    I am a old customer of eureka forbes and i am using their vacuum cleaners as well.
    Further i called on [protected] (Customer care of eureka forbes) but that too busy for very long time. Basically the line didn't connect at the end.
    I have put service request online as well.
    My humble request to eureka forbes is to either provide me services and required accessories immediately or else return my hard earned money back to me and take back their water purifier.
    From now on i won't recommend eureka forbes to anyone i meet.
    I am highly disappointed.

      I purchased euro clean wd x2 order no.[protected]. I paid 14, 500 as requested by sales person through online. His name is madhu c r (Id 9080093) when i request to give discount he said that max. 2, 500 i will give i said ok. He requested to pay online i will give cash he said. Last december i took till now he didn't give money back and service also he is not responding. Kindly look this issue and help me to get my money back asap. I suspect madhu might be cheating me.

        I have been using an aquaguard water purifier and facing frequent water leakage issue right from the beginning & the eureka forbes technician himself agreed that the product which i have bought has a manufacturing defect and also another senior employee of the company.
        When i requested for a product replacement, they said they will resolve the issue permanently, but that never could be noticed.
        Again and again the same issue & now the pcb has shot due to the same issue and which was also confirmed by their own employee.
        Once again i requested for replacement, they say its out of warranty now. When it was under warranty, they didn't do it as well.
        Asking me to pay 4.5k for repair job.
        Raised concerns, escalated the concerns, requested for a senior employee call, but that never happened and hope will never happen in future.
        One of the worst experience which i had and never expected a company like eureka forbes will provide such a worst service.

        There were many calls & few visits by the Eureka Forbes team to my home. Really appreciate that.

        But the problem persists.

        I have never undergone so much of stress and tension, just because of this issue, I have to talk to so many people, attend to so many calls of Eureka Forbes, keep saying the same thing again & again, keep sending e-mails, keep giving feedback.

        Every alternate day I am spending Rs.75 for purified water, as the water purifier is not functional.

        They replaced the PCB after so much of follow up & repaired the water purifier. Same day evening, it started leaking.
        Again complained, again they visited and said few other parts have failed & that has to be replaced.

        This is a never ending story.
        Will Eureka compensate for the amount I am spending for the water I am buying for my family?

          The above water purifier is not working for the past 15 days. The service personnel from your tripunithura service center attended to the complaint and found that the board is faulty. He told me that no spare board is available with them and on receipt of a new board the same would be rectified. I have a service contract (No[protected] with you for a period of 3 years ending on 21/12/2018. My persistent follow up with your tripunithura center have not resulted any favourable response till date. Their attitude to the customers is highly objectionable. They are not telling when the complaint would be rectified. Instead instigating that they have not taken any service request from me, instead it was transferred to them. To my knowledge, a service request once taken would be binding and the customer is entitled to approach the nearest center for redressal of his complaint. I now request your good office to see that the complaint is rectified without further delay. An early action in the matter is solicited as it pertains to the matter of drinking water.

            I, amit m girimaji had purchased eureka forbes water purifier “aquasure xpert ro” in shimoga on[protected] rs 18999/-
            But in night of 16-10-16 the water started leaking from the filter. Their service personnel came and replaced solenoid valve as per warranty. Again within one week same problem came and they changed solenoid valve. Right from purchase till today same problem persisted and they might have changed about 10 solenoid valves, uv tube, uf filter twice and tap. One video of water leaking continuously on 16-08-17 is attached.
            Around 4 months back we requested them to replace the filter and our request was sent to your higher ups and finally one mr. Girish, quality head (Ph no.[protected]) assured us that this will not repeat again.in spite of this the problem persisted and they have changed the same spare. Now nobody is answering our question why they have supplied defective filter and what happens after warranty period is over. Ie. After one year of purchase.
            As per their estimate already they have replaced almost 50% of the cost of the filter. Is it worth maintaining such defective filter and they being a big company may get on with this loss but why should i keep this white elephant.
            Their service personnel have visited my house about 20 times. Every time we have to clean the table and keep the gas stove outside thus our cooking process is disturbed and we have to buy clean water from outside for drinking purpose. Some days we were forced to eat outside food also thus causing mental agony and tension.
            Now i cant afford to keep the defective filter and suffer. Hence please pay back the filter amount of rs 18999/- with interest at 12% p. A and rs 1, 00, 000/- extra as charges for your harassment.

              It's been almost a month now that i have been complaining, sending smse's to [protected] regarding the eureka forbes water purifier.

              The technicians (Mr. Urvesh kauthankar-[protected]) call's up asking for the location and then don't turn up. This has been going for almost a month now.

              Even called up mohan[protected], i guess he is their incharge. He told me he get back to me. Now it's been 4 days since i last call him.

              Very bad customer service.

                I have purchased aquaguard crystal plus uv water purifier & extended warranty certificate via amazon (Order #[protected] &[protected] which was delivered on 23 or 24 aug 2017.

                The installation request #[protected] was assigned to the technician mr. Sudeesh who came for installation but could not complete the same because the outlet nozzle was broken. He said that it would take 3-4 days to receive the part from cochin and that he would finish the job then. Since then he has not returned, nor does he answer his contact no [protected] when we call him.

                Please look into this issue and expedite the installation.

                  Dr. Aquaguard (Ro+uv) water purifier, was ordered through an aquaguard sales agent mr. Purushotham (Cell no: [protected]) on 20th aug 2017 and also made ag payment of rs.18390/- vide andhra bank padmaraonagar branch cheque no:000069 dated 20th aug. Unit was delivered on 23rd aug or so, installation person came and demanded installation charges. When i informed him that installation charges were already included in the payment made, the technician left without doing installation in a indecent manner. At the time of making payment the agent assured that installation of the unit is included and also agreed to test the bacteria content of filtered water from a standard lab on demand plus one year guarantee. I made atleast 25 calls since 24th aug to the agent, to send a technician, for installation of the unit, unfortunately he sent none and started not picking my calls since 26th aug. I have also contacted aquaguard customer service[protected] and lodged vide complaint no: [protected] -. I thought it is no point to wait for the aquaguard personnel, therefore got the unit installed through a private personnel, on paymnt of rs. 750/-.
                  Pained with the inconvenience, as well as the mental agony caused by the aquaguard personnels, i decided to make a complaint to you and request you to instruct the aquaguard company to pay rs. 50000/- as compensation fo causing agony to me due to their in-actions.
                  Since i dr. Anupama is busy with my work i authorise my father shri. J. Ramakrishna cell no: [protected] (401 jaganresidency padmaraonagar, beside sai temple, secunderabad — 500025) to act on behalf of me.

                  Reference to your note asking for-registered contact number it is already with you . Your personal contacted me twice. My daughter dr. Anupama authorised me to follow up the case which I haves stated in the complaint itself. My name is J.Ramakrishna cell no; 9494227770
                  I have made it it very clear that Since no response was there from the sales agent, ([protected]) and after registering a complaint with your costumer service e[protected] vide complaint no: [protected] -. I thought it is no point to wait for the aquaguard personnel for installation of the unit and therefore got it done through private agency on payment
                  Pained with the inconvenience, as well as the mental agony caused by the aquaguard personnels, i decided to make a complaint. Since Aquaguard responded to my complaint I do not want to go for compensation provided if a responsible person comes and explain the circumstances under which installation not done and get the reinstallation by his personnel as installation to be carried out by your firm and repay the amount I have spent or as suggested extend three months guarantee . P) but till date not give costoomer warranty card and my filter not work on 01/08/2017. I am many times call firms and customer care but till date my problem dose not solve. M/s gangotri enterprise jabalpur was give offer time of purchase life time service free and one umbrella but till date umbrella are not received, life time services only letter head writing without name &seal not any contract no or responsible person name.

                      Dear sir,

                      Complainant has purchased uv water purifier. By contract receipt no.
                      10. 26753892 dated 28.08.2016 he was to be proided with the 2
                      Periodical visit and replacement of consumables/cartridges of the
                      Purifier.

                      No one visited on after sale service till date. The purifier became
                      Non-functional on 17.05.2017. I called up on the number given to be as
                      [protected] at service center.

                      The facmily of the complainant has to drink unpurified water which has
                      Lead to ailments in abdominal diseases.

                      On last occasion also rs. 1580/- was taken in the name of annual
                      Service charges / amc however no one visited nor any facility was
                      Provided during the tenure of an year dated 29.08.2015 - 28.08.2016.
                      The second contract of amc till midnight today (28.08.2017) was signed
                      Only on the assurance of regular periodical visits and replacement
                      Facility.

                      Therefore, agreed facilty may be provided forthwith and erroring
                      Officials may also be subjected to appropriate action and action taken
                      May be communicated to the complainant otherwise complainant will have
                      No option but to seek legal action and its entire responsibility will
                      Be yours.

                      I received a call from Allahabad Yureka Forbes on 30th August 2017 and I was assured that a senior member of your team will reach by 31st August 2017 to redress the grievance, however No one turned Up.

                      Such miscommunication is highly pathetic and shows the ignorance as well as Lack of Professionalism at Eureka Team.

                      Kindly take care of such continuous fake promises in the past more than 2 years.

                      I will wait for a week more and failing which may lead to appropriate legal action.

                          I have made one service request no.-[protected] on 27-07-17 on toll free no - [protected]. This complaint allotted to mr. Raj kumar. Without attending complaint he had filled false feedback in the system and i received a sms that my complaint has been completed. Again i made a request no.-[protected] on 01-08-17 and this time also it is allotted to same technician. After regular chasing this has been attended on 09-08-17. On 17-08-17 machine suddenly stopped working and service led illuminated. Again i contacted euro-helpline on 18-08-17 and recd. Service request no-[protected] and customer id-[protected]. Same technician visited on 19-08-17 but not able to resolve. On 21-08-17 he changed pcb but machine was functioning properly and it was giving very high tds water (More than 350) whereas supplied water consist less than 500 tds. This problem i advised to mr. Raj kumar, he told that he has advised this issue to center in-charge. He will send some senior technician to resolve this. After waiting of 2-3 days i again contacted helpline, assurance was given that problem will be resolved till tomorrow. I have contacted 4-5 times but till date no body turned up. Still my machine not repaired. Pl. See.

I informed that no one has visited or attended till date.                           My complaint was lodged on 18-08-17 and it is still open or unresolved.I have also not received any massage (false or true) regarding completion of my complaint as was done in earlier complaint.I am astonished that such a big, reputed and old company does have any system of long pending complaint monitoring or not ?Water vending machine is very essential part for daily needs.one can easily understand problems being faced when machine is not working since last 18 days.I think eureka forbes's whole effort are on sales not after sales service.
                          Out put water from eurekha forbes giving bad smell.Technicians advised to change filter catrides twice in a year cost me rs.9500/-, but smell continues.Company passing the time with out any innovative solution.complained many times and no solution except advice for change of filters costing me and benifit to company

                            I am purchase a reviva uv water filter on 19/06/2017.
                            After that on 20/08/2017 the filter not working because filter water not cameout.
                            On 21/08/17 i complain to your customer care complain service no is [protected].
                            Again i call to customer care to 80376222 on 25/08/17.
                            27/08/17 one service engineer ask me my location.
                            Now 28/08/17 at 2-55 pm not came any service engineer to my lacation.
                            It is not a good service because water is life you are all time add.

                              Enhance aquaguard with mineral guard ro+uv. Leaking and the tds is 125. Mr prabhaker reddy who installed the water purifier. The product was defective he installed in dec 17, (In few weeks) because on the very first day it leaked. He changed some part. The tds on the day installed was more than 150. He changed filters perhaps. It started leaking again in june. He is not at all responding to our requests since june 2017. He is reluctant to visit and not lifting the mobile. His mobile no is [protected]. If not done perforce have to knock the door of consumer court.

                                I have trendy nano of eureka forbes and trying to find its dust bag since one year. Service people at this center always intimate that they dont have any stock of it, but refuse to answer when the stock will come. Called all the service centres in delhi but they say that they dont provide this as they sell the whole product not the parts of the product. Worst experience after buying this product of eureka forbes. Its like a useless thing at my home right now. All my family members question about this product. Nobody is willing to purchase it. Will never ever buy this kind of product in future. Plz help if you can.

                                  I have requested for filter change for my eureka forbes reviva aqua guard.
                                  Service person who came to change the filter, came with open parts of the filter. I objected the same that why company product is not packed. He gave some excuses about gst etc. That evening i got a call from mr. Vijay (Another person from eureka forbes) and he told me that there is some problem going on due to gst implementation and he will make sure that my filters are replaced in one month. This happened on 5th july 2017 and he asked me to wait till 1st august 2017 and i will get my filters replaced. Its been 26 days since than and now mr. Vijay is not picking my phone. Please help me to get my filters replaced with original company product.

Now today i got a message that it's assigned to someone and within an hour another message that it's completed.. How's that possible when no one even called me.. You are fooling people..                                       Dear sir,

                                      I have purchased a aqua guard from the company, which was supposed robe working for my samsung fridge. The sales manager mr. Kapase himself had assured me that this model is suitable for the fridges which have ice makers as well as water dispensers.

                                      So i bought the product trusting the sales managers promise. To my surprise just after two months the product started giving a problem. Since then their engineer must have come take ast five times but it's still not working we'll. I have offered them to refund me the money or give their latest product with storage, which they are not confirming. I think it's a breach of trust hence the complaint
