I just purchased dr. Aquaguard magna nxt hd ro + uv + mtds
Person from company came and installed it and it’s working fine.
Just after half an hour of installation, machine stop working now.
I called customer care and they said they will send someone within 2 working days.
What to do? Brand new product stop working just after installation.
Now without drinking water for 2-3 days after spending rs 19, 000.
And my old ro machine is removed to install this new one. So i have no option now.
Very disappointed.

    My aquaguard water filter was bought in april 2016.in may 2017 it stopped working. We called service and were told that pbc needs to be replaced and will cost 1400 rs. At first we protested against being charged but were told that since warranty got over one month ago we shall have to pay. And then nothing happened. We kept complaining, each time we were assigned new complaint number, a mechanic was calling that he was on the way, but without the pbc. Nobody read our complaint. The aguaguard is still not working - it is three months. Lot of time wasted, many complaints, a big waste of money.

      Issue is of Aeroguard Mist which is purchased by one of dealer at Gonda City (Uttar Pradesh).

      We have purchased PRODUCT on recommendation of Doctor at serious need of Patient. Product is not working for which we complained on 24th JULY, 2017 and at your service one SERVICEMAN visit and took raw material out of it on 27th JULY, 2017 and promised to back on 29th July, 2017. Then on non return even after, we call at your helpline they keep on asking to so or so dates and on warning at end to file complain they give Complain No. [protected].
      Today is 10August, 2017 still no positive result we got.

        I had logged complaint on Eureka Forbes site for replacement of faulty filter. Against my complaint, your service person visited and told me for the replacement of filter as it is very badly blocked. As my product is under warranty, I request him to replace the same under warranty. But Eureka Forbes representative refuse to replace the same under warranty and ask me to pay for filter. As product is under warranty, I wish to get replacement of filter under warranty.

          Request has been registered since 29th July 2017. No action has been taken in the last 13 days. I have been calling everyday and all i am being told is the same stupid verbatim, i apologise / i understand/ i am escalating and some one will come in 2 hrs...unfortunately the 2 hours havent happened in last 13 days
          Today too i spoke to the shift supervisior Arnab Das...who transferred my call to the service manager Shantanu who in turn assured that i will hear from him in 10 min ...last 2 hours 10 min have not happened.
          Do let me know that if you guys are incompetent in servicing in noida area...im sure the competition will be glad to help us

          Not sure what to expect from you guys anymore still...may b some service centric person would address a customer pain

            I have purchased one water purifier of aqua guard uv model. Since beginning of the purchase i am getting problem and so many complain i have lodged by telephone and by mail. Every time service person visited and same issue reoccurred. Sometime water is not properly filling up and white layer was floating on the water. I don't have hesitation if i say there service person and product is below standard. Regarding white layer their service person gave reason that this is due to accumulation of salt or dead germ is floating. It is very ludicrous statement but company never sent qualified service person. Although i have made amc arrangement but still proper qualtiy of water is not coming. Although with their sales person instruction and subsequently checked the water quality they referred the uv water purifier.

            Now i can say aqua guard product and their service person is very poor. Nobody should purchase their product.

            But what you will do? you send some in experience service person who will give stupid logic. Could you satisfy myself that the water I am drinking from this purifier is better than normal water. How can I convince myself that your product is actually functioning properly? However, I have made so many complains and also made complain in this forum also on February 2016 but sending some service person nothing has done and you people were just waiting for expiry of warranty period.

            I don't have any hesitation to say eureka forbes products are not upto the mark and you people are making fool to normal customer just through advertisement.

              Hi,

              I have a eureka fobes water purifier at home and for which we had taken amc for 2 years by paying rs. 2720/- and a service charge of rs. 400/- additional on 03.08.2017. Immediately after the service on 05.08.2017 the machine stopped working and no power was coming to machine. We had complained daily from 05.08.2017 to 09.08.2017, inspite of this no service person visited and the service centre people said they didnt get our complain. Now for these 4 -5 days we have to buy water from market and these people are least bothered about service after collecting money for 2 years in advance.

              I would advice every one not to buy any product of eureka fobes.

                We have taken 2 aquaguard ro+uv purifiers last year and both have stopped working (Filtering). We placed request for repair almost 2 month back and your executive told that it cannot be repaired and need to be replaced. After that we have been calling customer service for replacement and they keep telling that they are placing request for it, but nothing is happening after that. Now we do not want to follow up any more, kindly return our money back or replace it with new one as soon as possible. Please take an immediate action on this.

                  Reference to the trailing complaint,

                  I had brought the aquagaurd magna nxt, wherein the company write on company website, if the customer is not statisfy with the product there will be money back with in 30 days (Attached website details), i have talked to their seniors about the same, mr. Mukesh & satish has replied on telephone that once the product is sold we cannot replace it. You can do whatever you want to do with the product..

                    Hi i am naveen., the user of dr aquagurd magna from 1 year. My complaint is against salesmen and his team leader and servicemen.

                    Servicemen always comes directly to the spot without prior information atleast before 1 hour. And he is not at all flexible for our timings. He directly says he can't come.

                    Moreover, at the time of purchasing of this dr aquaguard magna, sales people had said many lies like 8000 litre of water can be filtred but servicemen is saying only 6000 litres. After that we have to replace filter. And coming to the amc charges we had been informed by sales men it costs around 3200/- but now they r saying 4800/-. What type of cheating is this by company? When i speak about this with team leader, he says he is not repomsible. And service men is saying because of "gst" it's prices revised to 4800/. Dear friends please let me know is gst really impacted for the almost 50% of the cost increasing?

                    I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase this aquaguard.

                      Hi team,

                      I brought eureka forbes aquaguard ro+uv almost 3 years back and my customer id is - [protected]. Every year i renew the amc on regular basic.

                      Recently i shifted my house from one location (Kondapur area) to another (Lingampalli area) wthin hyderabad. On 03-august-17, i called customer care requesting to re-install the water purifier (Service request no - [protected]) and servicing as half yearly servicing is due. I have been told that the request will be closed within 48hrs but now its been more than 6 days but i did not get any call or sms from any service agent. I called customer care several times to follow-up on this and every time i got the same response that it will be done by today eod but that eod never came.

                      Please do let me know if eureka forbes is not capable of handling customer services, i'll sell this product on olx and go with some other brand which has better customer service.

                      In last 2 months this is the second time i am raising customer complaint.

                      Today (09-Aug-17) morning around 11:49AM I got a call from mobile no +91 [protected] and the lady on other side asked me if the complaint has been resolved, I said "NO" then her other question was "do you own a aquaguard?"...I mean seriously? I have mentioned my customer ID in the complaint and she got my mobile no from the database and she is asking me if I own a aquaguard. Most irritating part is she was continuously laughing during the discussion.

                      Eureka Forbes...your customer service has really been degraded.

                          I hold ro water purifier gwpdanano00000 with amc [protected] valid till 23rd june 2018. I purchased this through online and it indicated that
                          For ro based purifier "replacement of consumables per year" as follows;

                          One pre filter candle,
                          Sediment filter, pre
                          Carbon, post carbon &
                          Membrane.

                          First service for this amc was done on 24th june 2017. Service person changed only 4filters except "pre filter candle", when checked he told me that it will be charged extra as it is fitted outside the machine. How come, it is a part of machine and it came along when purchased. Also in amc it is written all 5 filters including "pre filter candle" will be changed.

                          I have written this complaint to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com on 3rd july 2017 and no response from them till date.

                          Service doesn't match with annual maintenance contract for which we have paid money.

                          Company should replace "one pre filter candle" per year as written in amc

                            The infinity apparatus is registered under the name of dr. Bijoy dev from kolkata. On 2nd august i have noticed that the red button is not working to get water. I launched a complain at that moment. They have assured me for sending technician. But the technician ganesh naskar left the machine without any repairment and told me that the required parts is unavailable. I discharged my mother from hospital on the 1st august, 2017 and i requested repeatedly official of toll-free no. As well as technician but everyone was mum. Being water is basic need to everybody, you must look after the service of the technician also. Ganesh naskar is inefficient and ill-behaved person. As i have experiences with his working skill. He knows nothing, i don't know you are loosing your reputation due to this type of technician. Next technician pranab halder visited on 7th august and told me that the said problem is not right. It lies in different parts. I have to buy water in those days instead i have amc facilities for 3 years.

                              I have purchased water purifier dr. Aguaguard classic+ model online vide invoice no.[protected] 06.02.17 (Customer id : [protected]). On 14/06/2017, i have lodged my first complaint about its not working, i. E. Within four months of purchasing water purifier though, your technician has repaired it, but again it stopped working and i have to lodge complaint again on 25.07.17. You technician visited on 25.07.17, but even though the complaint was not resolved, the message was received in my cell that "your service request number [protected] has been completed by service technician". We have contacted your technician again to resolve our complain & on visit, he said that pcb is out of order and it should replaced and it may take 2 to 3 days. After replacing pcb also taking 3 days, the water purifier not start working, so the technician give other reason that adaptor is out of order and it should be replaced, so again more 2 to 3 days lapsed in replacement of adaptor. After replacement of adaptor taking another 2 days, the machine not started hence your technician said that now there may be another fault in water purifier so he carried my water purifier to your service center to check which fault in the machine, which is kept in your service center till today.in such a way, your technician giving one or other reasons and changing parts of the machine one after another, but water purifier could not be started yet. Since the water purifier supplied to me is totally faulty & defective, your technician could not repaired it even after changing its parts and as a result of which i have to suffer so much by buying mineral water from the market. As i am not ready to wait for such a long period to resolve my complaint with faulty/defective water purifier, i may kindly be replaced my faulty/defective water purifier with new one now without taking much time or otherwise i will be left with no alternative but file a complaint with customer grievance cell, though unpleasant for me & you also.

                                I have ordered a water purifier from your mumbai office mr deepak mishra ph: [protected] after 10days it was installed after many follow ups with mr deepak. While booking i had confirmed the price wherin mr deepak had comited to provide me a cover and pipe for the machine. Till today i: e after 15 days i have not received the cover and pipe.
                                I agree eureka does not provide cover and pipe but then why did mr mishra comit and till today he is not receiving my call nor reverting. I was provide number of mr chandrajeet yadav no [protected] but he also did not help me.
                                With this behavior i am finding it difficult to purchase any more eureka products.
                                No body has ever bothered to give a call and listen to my problem. I have never expected such service from a good company like eureka.
                                If his message has some weightage please arrange for the same. I will never speek to any of your sales persons as all are cheaters and only concerned in their sales.

                                  I am customer of eureka forces since last two years. I bought amc in 2015 but services done was not at proper time period mentioned. .then again in 2016 August was renewed I paid whole amount but no further service was done.. in March I was to shift to new place in same address locality for which I called local amc dealer to shift the purifier for which I paid 400 rs. I was waiting for free services which was mentioned in amc package inspire of calling many times... now I am getting mug for renewal. ...I need my refund as when services are not provided at proper time for what they take money in amc... my mobile number is [protected].I am having amc agreement copy also.

                                    It is to inform you that i sri manoj nandi purchased one no of auqaguard manufactured by eureka & forbes company from m/s brahma enterprise kokrajhar in the month of last november/16. Upto[protected] the aquaguard was functioning properly. But it is to inform you that the aquaguard is not functioning properly till the first maintenance which was done on[protected]. I personally contacted through telephone the company's mechanic from bongaigaon mr guha several times since[protected] and he himself attended the complain two times, but it is regret to inform you that till date the aquaguard is not functioning properly. So i would like to request you kindly to take necessary action so that the existing problem can be solved immediately and i would get the benefit from the aquaguard.

                                      Hello everyone.
                                      I have purchased a product from eureka forbes last week.
                                      I have purchased online shopping and got free installation.
                                      I am facing worst experience with them 1 week they fixing appointment for installation but till the date they are not even responding.
                                      Am calling to customer care and make making proper follow up. But no response.

                                      The dealer whom they are allocated is not at all responsible. They are not even ready to pickup my cal. Today 7th aug 2017 is the 3rd rescheduled appointment date they have given me on last saturday. After calling them numerous time they again re-scheduling the date to next week.

                                        While getting the motor repaired, the pvc item to fix the motor was broken and i have approached in early june for help and was given a cmplaint ref.[protected], but no action was taken. I again reminded them for the same complaint and i was given given follow up reg. No. [protected]. Today when i went to escalate my complaint, i am that the registration is not existing.
