Unfortunately i purchased your product. Now i regret about that. I am using aquaguard classic water purifier and 3 months back serviced the product with rs 4000. Now it dead again. Now service center people told that its bord is out of order. It above 1 week am waiting for the product. I compliant about the lack of machine parts in calicut service center. No one called me.     I have an integra7 aqua guard which has been with me for the past 7 to 8 years unable to recall the actual date of purchase. I have been regularly renewing my amc with the company. I admit last year i did not renew it due to financial issues. I wanted to renew amc for this year, but due to a coincidence my integra7 also stopped working. No water coming inside. Hence called up customer care and raised a request # [protected]. The technician came today who was the same as the person last time who did not know how to work on integra 7. I had escalate the last issue and area technician had come down to resolve this. Now the present gentleman had great powers without even opening and just by observing he said all filters needs to be changed and that is it. Good news is that amc for this particular model has been stopped. So practically a customer for integra7 has to shell out 4500 rupees for a service be it how many ever times. I agreed. All customers wants to resolve an issue unlike companies like you. Now after changing a filter, he then tells me, there seems to be an issue with water inlet and started meddling with the pipes, fitted for the device, now that got stuck. No the thread is gone post his banging and pulling and show of strength on the poor pipe. Then intelligently he concludes the meet and says get a plumber to solve it and then i will come to resolve it. Where should a customer like me go? We are being meted out with technicians who does not have actual knowledge or intelligence. Plus the eureka forbes decides to make more money by stopping the amc. I have attached the current scenario in my kitchen. I demand a solution.

      I took AMC for Eureka 's NOVA water purifier for two years .
      But now Eureka's technicians are not visiting as per the AMC contract.
      Past more than 7 months he neither visited us nor called for visit.
      Unfortunately I lost his contact number & I am unable to contact him .
      The name of the person visited prior is Vivek Sawant, I guess .

      Please send foe service as Machine started giving abnormal sound & water filtration is not up to the mark

        Hi,

        The product was delivered at the right time. For installation, when i called eureka forbes/aqua guard customer card number mentioned in the pack, it was an incorrect number. The customer service also doesn't know, who was correct person/number to do the primary installation.

        They finally arrived after many confusions and installed it. There is no difference between our ground water and the aqua guard outlet water, they look/taste/smell the same. When i called back the customer care, they told the tds would be in limit.

        The other features such as taste membrane/ ro specials will not meet can water bottle. I was surprised and shocked about their comments. I would say, these water purifiers are not worth as they mention and do the business in crores, eating public money without giving nothing.

          Sir,
          This very pity to note your irresponsible response towards the service of amc of my water purified.. Even after repeated contacts nobody came for amc renewal. All the time i am getting the same audio taped reply telling our technician will visit u between 10 am and 5 p. M. No one yet... And the thing is my amc expired yesterday. And i will not be responsible or i wont bare any extra payment if charged to me.. Kindly look into the matter positively.

            This is wid reference to our service request no [protected]. We bought dr aquaguard magna just 3 months back n now its tank is leaking. The serviceman who visited was not able to resolve d problem. Inspite of a long "paid"discussion (Repeated phone holds as customer care ppl had no idea who visited, wen... Instead asked us d name of serviceman# n we were d ones who paid for d call) wid customer care executive yesterday n his affirmation that d problem wil b resolved by today 12pm nobody has yet visited. Such an irresponsible behavior is not expected frm a company like eukera forbes. If this is d status in 3 months... Wat is d reliability for future??? Look into the matter urgently or replace d machine. Plz dont make fool of customers.

              Hi, it issurprising to see such a poor service rendered by the eureka forbes at hyderabad. I had raised an complain for reinstallation on 4th of july but till now there is no response from the technicians. I have continuously followed up but a standard answer saying that today evening it will be done. But unfortunately no one even tries to return the call.*complain no. Is [protected]. Higher authority should look into this matter.

                I have water purifier of eureka forbes. I have taken amc of this water purifier of same company for three year in the year 2015, (2015 to 2018) as per contract they had changed sylender in the month of dec & june.
                But this time in the month june 2017 they refused to change the sylender.

                There is rainy season, hence water is getting with soil, hence company must change the sylender and help us to maintain good health and avoid disease.

                      I have booked my order on 8 july 2017 and it was very urgent because my old water purifier had stopped working. So i have called to this company executive and their sales guy told me it get installed latest by 12 july 2017. Then i have booked the machine and paid the amount same time. After that no one turned to see that machine has deliver or not. Till date 22/07/2017, i am only calling them again and again asking when it will get installed. Its our fault that we have booked machine from this company. Every time you call they give a new number to call and check, that guy will give another guy will number. It is like a game just passing from one person to another. Their is no outcome.
                      It is better guy's not to purchase any thing from this company. There service is worst. Once your cheque or payment get cleared, no one will look towards you. And there customer care is worst. Every time you call they will say sir we are escalating. I don't know what these #*g guy's escalate.

                      Daily i am purchasing water from outside and in same amount which i have spent would have purchased other purifier.

                      So if any one is going to buy any thing from this company please keep in mind you have to suffer, what i and other are suffering.

                      It is better go to local shop and purchase from them.

                          We purchased dr. Aquaguard classic + water purifier. Being found defective., we complained but company couldn't resolve problem. Within 10 days we registered return of product. It has been two months we are fighting for our money. Till date company has not refunded. Moreover after so many follow up no response given by company regarding our money. It is fraudulent company. Using our money since two months and harassing customers.

                          We are getting such foolish reply from eureka forbes since two months. company not refunding money. Worst service ever seen. I suggest company should close business instead of cheating and harassing customers.

                            I have complained many times about water purification system and there is no valid response from your company. Service person visited many times he said there is a requirement of spare parts but there is no availability of spare also in your company whenever we call every time there is a response we are processing what is this??? Today also a person came but he was not having any spare. Water purifier is still in warranty is this type of service u give to ur customers??? It's been a month we r calling to ur company everytime u send a message give us a feedback without visiting a person without checking how can i give u feedback very bad impression we r just gonna remove this purifier.

                              As the cartridge of dr. Aquaguard magnum has to be cleaned purchased on may 2017. We called several times to sales executive / customer care / pune office.
                              Till now no proper response is given since last 3 days. As we got a message from customer care of technician no and name, we called that guy, he says i cant come as i donot have any message from my office.

                                We own an aquaguard genius water purifier and i regret that it's one of the worst decisions we have made. Within 12 months of installation, the machine came for repair almost 10 times.

                                Just last monday, i. E. 9th july 2017, the machine stopped all of a sudden and did not turn on even after keeping it idle for 2 complete days. The reason for keeping it idle without lodging a complaint is that when there was a similar issue in the recent past, as soon as the technician came for service and turned it on, it started working fine. For this, the technician was rude saying that i have unnecessarily lodged the complaint and i should have turned on the machine before lodging the complaint. As if i did not do that. Anyways, i did not want the story to get repeated again.
                                So i lodged a complaint that on 11th of july 2017 and the technician came for service on 13th july 2017. He checked the machine for quite sometime and confirmed that the level sensor isn't working and it needs to be replaced. He told that the spare parts usually come from bangalore and it might take 2-3 days. So i waited till 17th of july 2017 and i did not receive any update from either the customer service or the local service centre. So i kept calling every day from 18th july 2017. Everyday i used to get the same fabricated answer from whomever i spoke - "we will send technician by eod today or before 12pm tomorrow and your machine would be rectified".
                                So i made nearly 15 calls with no use.

                                Today i finally called the local service centre and the concerned questioned me if i have lodged a complaint saying that the technician didn't come to my place at all, which i have not.
                                Blaming the customer for your mistake? Pathetic communication i say. I mean, simply irresponsible, absolutely awful service

                                Luring people into buying bad products and then making them buy extended warranty, just to make money without rendering proper service when needed. I mean absolutely crappy business.

                                Lacking courtesy to let the customer know what's happening with their complaint. Nobody told me if the order for the spare part is made or not. How on earth would i know if nobody even bothers to send a text update? When i called the local service centre, i came to know that it is going to take another five days.

                                Do you people even understand why people buy water purifiers? Definitely not to keep the machine without using for 3 whole weeks. And i definitely have not spent inr 30, 000/- odd just to keep the machine idle for weeks and buy water from elsewhere. Shame on you. Change your after sales or shut your business
                                Do not cheat customers by selling bad, inefficient products

                                  We purchased a water purifier dr aquaguard classic in july 2016 in exchange for my old infinity machine.
                                  Noticed a modus operandi between sales team & service team of eureka forbes - in my area :
                                  The service guy informs his sales team about the product in a particular house, especially where there are no male members - the sales team comes and inspects the machine & gives a tall yarn that this current model is out-dated, parts not available hence change the machine as you have old mother...
                                  This happened to us hence we exchanged the machine for this model.
                                  Unfortunately after 3 months of purchasing it trouble started, & in come the engineer, telling us why did we change the machine, the previous one was far superior. & now please take an amc...
                                  Since i did not take the amc this machine gives some trouble or other..& have been calling the engineer on call basis. Now in june he came & said pcb has gone & immediately replaced the pcb which he was carrying in his bag
                                  When we asked him to show us the old pcb, he said he had kept it in his bag & it had got mixed up with other part - very suspicious - and charged me rs3400/- now on 19th july again water stopped flowing he came charged 420/- in 05 minutes flat rectified the problem but unfortunately in the evening again same problem water did not flow... Every time this man comes he insists we take an amc - when asked what amc covers he seems very vague
                                  I have asked him to leave the amc so we can study it & sign...
                                  A similar incident has happened to another person, we would like eureka forbes senior staffa to investiage this issue

                                    This is to bring under your knowledge, that i am your customer since 12 years.
                                    I have recently purchased a water purifier ( dr. Ro magna}
                                    On 10 January. In just 4 months the red light ( alert light) started to enlighten, it happened just after 2 DAYS when your technician arrived for service . I had registered my complaint regarding this issue to your company on 17 JUNE.
                                    But i am very unsatisfied with your services because your technician came after ALMOST 20 DAYS .
                                    He said that all the membranes needs to be changed .
                                    I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED FROM YOUR COMPANIES SERVICES AND PRODUCT and feeling harnessed and cheated, because how can the membranes get used up in just 4 months.
                                    I HAVE EVEN INSTALLED A PRE FILTER OF YOUR COMPANY.
                                    I WANT YOU TO EITHER REPLACE MY MEMBRANES OR RETURN YOUR MACHINE BACK.
                                    please take the action as soon as possible.
                                    WITHIN 7 DAYS, OR I HAVE TO FILE A SUIT AGAIST YOUR COMPANY IN CONSUMER FORUM.

                                      I had booked a water purifier on 8/6/17. The sales person of the company (Sridhar-[protected]) came to my home & explain about the product. Actually i have not interested to buy this company product but he urge to buy the product. At that time i don't have huge amount & cheque book to buy the product. He advised me to book it now & pay by emi. He only told me order the cheque book and give it to him once i get. I told him clearly it might take 15-20 days. He said no problem you can give whenever you get it, he will start the process & delivered me quickly. So i booked the product & paid rs.1000 of the token advance.

                                      On that day he told some verification call & message will get you in next couple of days after that the product will deliver within 3-5 days. I didn't get any verification calls or message. So i contact sridhar, sometimes he never attend my calls just send a message as "wait i'll call you later", but never callback. Sometimes he attend my call but doesn't tell the exact status of delivery.

                                      One day he told me tomorrow you will get the product, and another day told me today you will get the product. Days are gone, but i didn't get the product as well as any information about the product. So i decided to cancel my product & informed by message on 12-6-17 at 1.37pm. Afterwards also he didn't contact me.

                                      Then i approached to manager (Sambath-[protected]). He only told my booking order was not yet started to process. Now only i know sridhar was telling lies on everyday. I explained everything to him previously what happened & told cancel the order. He asked me to submit the cheque leaf so that only started the process.

                                      But initially sridhar didn't tell me the terms & conditions clearly. If he told me at initially i never booked the product from this company. At that time i don't have cheque book, so i planned to cancel the product. Then i clearly informed to sambath as i would cancel my product & refund my amount. Afterthat sambath attend my call rarely. He unethically told me never give the amount.

                                      I went to the company, explained the problem happened before to the staff esther. She told me write a letter about the problem also mentioned the refund. I gave refund requisition letter to her. She promised me amount will get within two to three days. After 3days i called to esther & asked about the amount. She told me to contact manager, he is the in-charge person.

                                      Then i called to manager, he told to me your amount can't return, because processing fees is huge so it was deducted from initial amount. I asked him send a mail to me, the reason for not giving the amount and processing fees details for my reference. He never mail me till now. Today[protected] also i called him & asked the mail. But he replied as we are not send the mail.

                                      The company staffs were not reply professionally and their behaviour is very worst. They are only thinking get the order confirmation & aiming for incentive. Not at all consider about the customer. I didn't get such worst experience never before. Herewith i have attached the copy of advance booking bill, visiting cards of the staffs, requisition letter. So i request to take action and tell them to give my amount rs.1000. Looking forward your valuable response.

                                        I have purchased the dr. Aquaguard magna nxt hd ro+uv on 14th juy 2017, within a week the water filter stopped filtering, i raised complaint on 17th july 2017, the technician came after 2 days after so many times calling him, the technician initially said there is an issue with adapter and took the adapter, he did not turn up after 2 days yet, when called they are saying adapter is fine, need to replace some other part and telling it will take another 2-3 days and not telling exact reason, i am frustated calling the technician and service center tired of calling more than 50 times.
