We purchased dr. Aquaguard classic + water purifier. Being found defective., we complained but company couldn't resolve problem. Within 10 days we registered return of product. It has been two months we are fighting for our money. Till date company has not refunded. Moreover after so many follow up no response given by company regarding our money. It is fraudulent company. Using our money since two months and harassing customers.

We are getting such foolish reply from eureka forbes since two months. company not refunding money. Worst service ever seen. I suggest company should close business instead of cheating and harassing customers.

    I have complained many times about water purification system and there is no valid response from your company. Service person visited many times he said there is a requirement of spare parts but there is no availability of spare also in your company whenever we call every time there is a response we are processing what is this??? Today also a person came but he was not having any spare. Water purifier is still in warranty is this type of service u give to ur customers??? It's been a month we r calling to ur company everytime u send a message give us a feedback without visiting a person without checking how can i give u feedback very bad impression we r just gonna remove this purifier.

      As the cartridge of dr. Aquaguard magnum has to be cleaned purchased on may 2017. We called several times to sales executive / customer care / pune office.
      Till now no proper response is given since last 3 days. As we got a message from customer care of technician no and name, we called that guy, he says i cant come as i donot have any message from my office.

        We own an aquaguard genius water purifier and i regret that it's one of the worst decisions we have made. Within 12 months of installation, the machine came for repair almost 10 times.

        Just last monday, i. E. 9th july 2017, the machine stopped all of a sudden and did not turn on even after keeping it idle for 2 complete days. The reason for keeping it idle without lodging a complaint is that when there was a similar issue in the recent past, as soon as the technician came for service and turned it on, it started working fine. For this, the technician was rude saying that i have unnecessarily lodged the complaint and i should have turned on the machine before lodging the complaint. As if i did not do that. Anyways, i did not want the story to get repeated again.
        So i lodged a complaint that on 11th of july 2017 and the technician came for service on 13th july 2017. He checked the machine for quite sometime and confirmed that the level sensor isn't working and it needs to be replaced. He told that the spare parts usually come from bangalore and it might take 2-3 days. So i waited till 17th of july 2017 and i did not receive any update from either the customer service or the local service centre. So i kept calling every day from 18th july 2017. Everyday i used to get the same fabricated answer from whomever i spoke - "we will send technician by eod today or before 12pm tomorrow and your machine would be rectified".
        So i made nearly 15 calls with no use.

        Today i finally called the local service centre and the concerned questioned me if i have lodged a complaint saying that the technician didn't come to my place at all, which i have not.
        Blaming the customer for your mistake? Pathetic communication i say. I mean, simply irresponsible, absolutely awful service

        Luring people into buying bad products and then making them buy extended warranty, just to make money without rendering proper service when needed. I mean absolutely crappy business.

        Lacking courtesy to let the customer know what's happening with their complaint. Nobody told me if the order for the spare part is made or not. How on earth would i know if nobody even bothers to send a text update? When i called the local service centre, i came to know that it is going to take another five days.

        Do you people even understand why people buy water purifiers? Definitely not to keep the machine without using for 3 whole weeks. And i definitely have not spent inr 30, 000/- odd just to keep the machine idle for weeks and buy water from elsewhere. Shame on you. Change your after sales or shut your business
        Do not cheat customers by selling bad, inefficient products

          We purchased a water purifier dr aquaguard classic in july 2016 in exchange for my old infinity machine.
          Noticed a modus operandi between sales team & service team of eureka forbes - in my area :
          The service guy informs his sales team about the product in a particular house, especially where there are no male members - the sales team comes and inspects the machine & gives a tall yarn that this current model is out-dated, parts not available hence change the machine as you have old mother...
          This happened to us hence we exchanged the machine for this model.
          Unfortunately after 3 months of purchasing it trouble started, & in come the engineer, telling us why did we change the machine, the previous one was far superior. & now please take an amc...
          Since i did not take the amc this machine gives some trouble or other..& have been calling the engineer on call basis. Now in june he came & said pcb has gone & immediately replaced the pcb which he was carrying in his bag
          When we asked him to show us the old pcb, he said he had kept it in his bag & it had got mixed up with other part - very suspicious - and charged me rs3400/- now on 19th july again water stopped flowing he came charged 420/- in 05 minutes flat rectified the problem but unfortunately in the evening again same problem water did not flow... Every time this man comes he insists we take an amc - when asked what amc covers he seems very vague
          I have asked him to leave the amc so we can study it & sign...
          A similar incident has happened to another person, we would like eureka forbes senior staffa to investiage this issue

            Sir,
            This is to bring under your knowledge, that i am your customer since 12 years.
            I have recently purchased a water purifier ( dr. Ro magna}
            On 10 January. In just 4 months the red light ( alert light) started to enlighten, it happened just after 2 DAYS when your technician arrived for service . I had registered my complaint regarding this issue to your company on 17 JUNE.
            But i am very unsatisfied with your services because your technician came after ALMOST 20 DAYS .
            He said that all the membranes needs to be changed .
            I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED FROM YOUR COMPANIES SERVICES AND PRODUCT and feeling harnessed and cheated, because how can the membranes get used up in just 4 months.
            I HAVE EVEN INSTALLED A PRE FILTER OF YOUR COMPANY.
            I WANT YOU TO EITHER REPLACE MY MEMBRANES OR RETURN YOUR MACHINE BACK.
            please take the action as soon as possible.

              I had booked a water purifier on 8/6/17. The sales person of the company (Sridhar-[protected]) came to my home & explain about the product. Actually i have not interested to buy this company product but he urge to buy the product. At that time i don't have huge amount & cheque book to buy the product. He advised me to book it now & pay by emi. He only told me order the cheque book and give it to him once i get. I told him clearly it might take 15-20 days. He said no problem you can give whenever you get it, he will start the process & delivered me quickly. So i booked the product & paid rs.1000 of the token advance.

              On that day he told some verification call & message will get you in next couple of days after that the product will deliver within 3-5 days. I didn't get any verification calls or message. So i contact sridhar, sometimes he never attend my calls just send a message as "wait i'll call you later", but never callback. Sometimes he attend my call but doesn't tell the exact status of delivery.

              One day he told me tomorrow you will get the product, and another day told me today you will get the product. Days are gone, but i didn't get the product as well as any information about the product. So i decided to cancel my product & informed by message on 12-6-17 at 1.37pm. Afterwards also he didn't contact me.

              Then i approached to manager (Sambath-[protected]). He only told my booking order was not yet started to process. Now only i know sridhar was telling lies on everyday. I explained everything to him previously what happened & told cancel the order. He asked me to submit the cheque leaf so that only started the process.

              But initially sridhar didn't tell me the terms & conditions clearly. If he told me at initially i never booked the product from this company. At that time i don't have cheque book, so i planned to cancel the product. Then i clearly informed to sambath as i would cancel my product & refund my amount. Afterthat sambath attend my call rarely. He unethically told me never give the amount.

              I went to the company, explained the problem happened before to the staff esther. She told me write a letter about the problem also mentioned the refund. I gave refund requisition letter to her. She promised me amount will get within two to three days. After 3days i called to esther & asked about the amount. She told me to contact manager, he is the in-charge person.

              Then i called to manager, he told to me your amount can't return, because processing fees is huge so it was deducted from initial amount. I asked him send a mail to me, the reason for not giving the amount and processing fees details for my reference. He never mail me till now. Today[protected] also i called him & asked the mail. But he replied as we are not send the mail.

              The company staffs were not reply professionally and their behaviour is very worst. They are only thinking get the order confirmation & aiming for incentive. Not at all consider about the customer. I didn't get such worst experience never before. Herewith i have attached the copy of advance booking bill, visiting cards of the staffs, requisition letter. So i request to take action and tell them to give my amount rs.1000. Looking forward your valuable response.

                I have purchased the dr. Aquaguard magna nxt hd ro+uv on 14th juy 2017, within a week the water filter stopped filtering, i raised complaint on 17th july 2017, the technician came after 2 days after so many times calling him, the technician initially said there is an issue with adapter and took the adapter, he did not turn up after 2 days yet, when called they are saying adapter is fine, need to replace some other part and telling it will take another 2-3 days and not telling exact reason, i am frustated calling the technician and service center tired of calling more than 50 times.

                  The free service request raised under ref [protected] on 15-jul-17 for the water purifier product dr. Aquaguard magna in free service warranty period has been closed by service technician on 18-jul-17 without attending and completing the service request. I have booked another service request by calling through their services booking phone no.[protected] under ref [protected] on 18-07-17 and the same has been closed by them on 19-07-17. I have gain booked another service request by calling through their services booking phone no.[protected] on 20-jul-17 under ref [protected] on 20-jul-17 and still not they have not yet send their technician to attend the free service request raised by me.                   We complaint on customer helpline number 3988 3333 saying saying our water purifier water pipe is cracked every day they say somebody wild come .no one is coming since 15 days it's monsoon and we need to suffer though we paid 3115 for just maintenance contract.
                  Pathetic company in giving service please be aware .

                    I purchased eureka forbes product 25 may, one offer is free gift watch, i am followp daily basis but after two month is gone i have not received free gift, every customer care executive tell me coming monday you have received gift,

                      Complaint registered on 13th july 2017, no response till 17th. I have called back on 17th, 18th, 19th.. Only hollow promises. When and if a technician comes, how are you going to show your regret? Will the visit charge be waived? When the service industry world wide shows that they care by first compensating the customer for the trauma endured and then taking to task the people responsible, why are you still covering your backs and askng me to pay a visit charge when i have requested for an annual service contract? Shame!

                        This is complaint during the service that was done for our eureka forbes aquaguard classic e boiling+ water purifier (White).

                        The executive named ashish (Mob-[protected]) who came has changed our aquaguard classic e boiling+’s only 1 filter which is in outside pipe only, but not changed the inside filter of aquaguard classic e boiling +’s which results in smelling of water as it was changed 1 year back, at the time of servicing he has told me that within 7to 10days he will again come and replace the other inner filter of my aquaguard classic e boiling +, but till date my filter are not replaced. I have called the person as well as amc frenchisee mr kartik (Mob-[protected]) of my area from whom i have take annual maintanence contract for 3years, this is my 2nd year and i have got this kind of servicing.
                        One things i like to ask if a servicing person going to change filters to customers house he does not have any planning what kind or type of water filter or model no of water filter customer have and how many things i have to change or clean, why they are doing only 50% of job.

                          I have gone Contract through Eureka forbes for water purifier, Contract receipt No 27758785 dated 25/02/17 for 3 years.I compiined on 1/07/17, 8/07/17 by customer care no.But no service engineer or technician came to attend complaint.

                            Dear sir,

                            I have purchase aqua guard 1 1/2 month back. After installing the same i found the model is of 2015. After speaking to dealer, he said he can't do anything now.

                            And the problem is, water flow is very low, to fill the water pot of 20 liter it took almost more than 1 hour to fill it the same. You engineer had visited my home 2-3 times.

                            Kindly resolve my issue.

                              I bought eureka water purifier on 10th july, 2017 from vijay sales and it was installed by company technician in 4days but to our utter surprise he told us this machine is faulty and send senior technical again to inspect but he also told us that the motherboard itself is not working, please do the needful as vijay sales has pointed finger towards company and eureka has not initiated any process for replacement.

                                We have been having problems with the water purifier for several days. About 2 weeks ago, the transformer blew out. Eureka forbes technician (Pavan k) came and took the equipment to the office. He returned the following day saying that a new transformer has been put in. A week later, on july 14th the transformer blew out again. The same technician (Pavan k) arrived and on opening the equipment i noticed that the new transformer that he was supposed to have put in just a week ago did not look new at all - it was rusted and old. I asked him about it and he had no proper answer. The fuse was also gone, and instead of putting in a new fuse he wrapped a wire around it and inserted the same thing in. The equipment did not work. When plugged in, the transformer began to smoke. He dismantled the purifier, left it on the kitchen floor and said he will come the next day (July 15th) with a new transformer and fuse to fix it. It has been 3 days and he has not shown up. He does not return my calls. Eureka forbes helpline is totally useless. I have called every day, and they say the same thing every day - that someone will come before the end of the day. Beyond that, they do not care about solving the problem. It has been 4 days that i have not had purified water in the kitchen. We are on amc contract - have paid for 2 years service which we are not getting. Eureka forbes company's repair people have cheated us by putting in an old transformer that has blown out again and no one seems to care.

                                If the company is not capable of offering reliable service, i would like them to return our amc contract money so that we can buy a different purifier from a company that is trustworthy.

                                Thank you for your reply - it is as pointless as the helpline people telling me that someone will come to fix the broken water purifier the same evening. No one has shown up and I am being lied to every time I call that a technician will arrive before the end of the day. I have paid for service which is completely ignored. I have no purified water in the kitchen, and your staff keeps giving me the runaround. You are all into playing games with your customers and not into providing service. I want my AMC contract canceled and my money returned to me. I am tired of these promises which your company has no intention of keeping.

                                  I have purchased an aquaguard eternity wp system in 12/05/15, dc no. 25492699, customer id - [protected]. My registered phone numbers are -[protected] and [protected]. After one year i came with your service contract from two yes for the periof from 27/06/16 to 26/06/18 vide contract receipt no. 26077602 dated 27/06/16 more than three months am not getting proper offer i have complained several times through aquaguard helpline but no service has been provided.

                                  Now, the flow of water supply from aquaguard is almost nil so am in great trouble and helpless condition please do the needful immediately.

                                    This is to inform you that i have purchase aquaguard genius water purifier machine in january 2016 and bought amc of the same in january 2017. My aquaguard genius machine's membrane expired as informed by visiting technicians of aquaguard within 5 months and without filtering the prescribed limit of 6000 litres. I have lodged many complaint of non-functioning of machine (At least two or three times in a month). The technicians firstly made me change iron filter and other parts in just 3 months of amc. I have to call technicians in every fortnight which shows the failure of the machine. But this time they are asking me to change the membrane in my cost i. E. Rs.2200 in spite of paying the amc charge of rs.5600 and change of iron filter in my cost, which seems the injustice to a customer and failure of amc. They are simply saying that machine filtered more than 6000 litres, which seems totally false. It is pertinent to mention here that i have changed my earlier membrane after 11 months of purchase of new machine last year and this year after amc was done, the membrane is not working in just 4-5 months (That is also in disturbing mode in every fortnight).. I felt cheated by purchasing this machine and that too by buying amc.

                                    Please look into the matter urgently as my aquaguard has not been working since last month.

                                    Already 4days back given complaint to area service man...it's veryyyyyy emergency no water in house I said...he said ok sir...I can send him tomorrow... that's it no Cal's we're lifting...what the hell of dis service...
                                    Previously also same thing happened...

                                      This is complaint during the service that was done for our eureka forbes aquasure xpert 8 l ro + uv +uf water purifier (White).

                                      The executive who came did not do any proper cleaning, even after i asked him to. You can see the photos i took of the top area where water fills after he left.
                                      He told me it was yellow & if tablet is put it would be fine.
                                      Eventually i had to completely remove the water & clean for myself.
                                      When i asked him for tablets he gave me just 2 (The last service executive who came did not give me anything saying he didnt have it).
                                      Even back of aquasure was left messy. He was in such a hurry to leave.

                                      After filing this complaint, I am really impressed by the way Eureka Phobes team has responded back.
                                      Mahesh and Jagdeesh came to my home today and they rechecked the unit and cleaned it thoroughly.
                                      This is wonderful follow-up for the mistake the previous engineers work. Well appreciated.
