Water parameters,
Tds - < 350 ppm
Color – yellow
Required flow rate – 15 lph
As we requested, one of your technicians came in our home on 02/07/2017 & he has checked the tds & inlet color. As per his recommendation, we have installed the machine on the same day & there is no color removal in the outlet water quality. I had complained on last week to eureka forbes, one your service engineer visited at our home after he checked the inlet water quality he said that, as per inlet water quality the machine is not suitable. The machine has changed & ro machine only suitable & installed machine is not remove the color
He said i shall inform the same to head office, they will revert but still now there no any action plan from your side. Kindly may i know what is the solution for subject.

For past week I am trying to call you service center and get leaking fixed but no response. What am I suppose to do with such late response.
New buyers who want to go for new water purifier don't buy from eureka forbes because their service is very bad.
