Had bought AquaSure water filter in 2015, since I am an NRI used for maximum of 3 months in last 2 years . Was not functioning since June 2107, had complained multiple times through toll free customer care, no response, more over the attitude is no care. Had received complaint number [protected]. Multiple times the answer is same - Mr.Manaf called stating will come asking detail about location . Every thing fall in deaf ear, fed up, contacted Eurkea Forbes service center, affirmatively they replied that a service person will be send .
Bad attitude, no responsibility, only interested in selling, no botheration about after sales service and advice. Finally thought of throwing the product in their service center because of frustration
Advice never to buy any Eureka Forbes product

Mr.Sreehari service person Eureka Forbes Mobile Number -[protected] came on 07/07/17 .The said water purifier was inspected by him, he was not able to pin out the fault . He admitted that the machine look new after inspecting the filter since it has been barely used for four months after purchase.
He had promised to return the machine after repair on 09/07/17. Had inquired with Mr.SreeHari, initially he told that they are not able to find out the reason what is exact problem with machine. Later he is not responding to my call .
Please see the attached file - receipt of taking the machine for repair. 18 days after no response, no machine.
