After working for about 10 months machine has stopped filtering water. After lodging complaint to your customer care no. For 4 times the local service center responded.
Regret to inform that the service engineer visited the residence has asked for rs.300 as the visiting fees and gave us an estimated amount of rs.3875 for the replacement of filters. On asking for the bill for 3875, he refused to give the bill.
The above case comes under consumer protection act [68, 1986], an act to provide preliminary consumer protection councils consumer disputes redressal agencies.
This shows your negligence towards your appointed service centres who are are busy in blackmailing your costumers whose voice calls have been recorded in the gadgets.
