The harassment continues with zero accountability from your side and unacceptable delays and excuse from your sales and service personnel, namel:
1) mr. Ramesh (Sales)
2) mr. Rohit (Service)
3) area manager - mr. Pravin / ms. Sakshi
4) technician - aniket kadam
5) mr. Soheb patel (Call centre)
When your machine and service are not as per your hi-fi promises, why have you not taken back your machine when we raised the original complaint within your refund period of 30 days from installation!
50 times your stupidest people call and add to harassment by asking "what is the problem? Sir" are they illiterate uneducated # who don't have the slightest idea despite complaint being registered again and again???
Or is it that you don't have a complaint monitoring system at all??
Now - dispatch 50 packaged water bottles immediately to my home as again from today morning we are without drinking water despite having bought your expensive machine and all your stupid # proclaiming to be providing the "best" service.
And take back your machine and process our refund immediately, as per our original complaint which arose immediately in few days of buying your machine!
I am any ways going to drag you to the competent authorities and consumer forums as well as publish this on all social media to make other potential buyers aware of the fraudulent claims your company makes! However if you want to avoid the damages claim that i can make, refund my money and take away your machine immediately!
And please don't harass me further with any calls in this matter!!
I am marking consumer forums in this mail for action and also sharing this mail on all social networking sites!!!

Case history:
23rd april, saturday - machine stops functioning without any apparent reason.
Complaint registered immediately on same day - complaint no: 86764990
No one attended the complaint for 2 days, even after repeated follow-ups with call center and your sales person mr. Pradip.
Two days we remained without filtered water and also had to bear all adversities as machine is connected directly to water inlet and we had no other source of direct drinkable water supply.
Had to use cloth filter and boil all water for 2 days due to this callous and careless attitude of your people despite emphasizing a million times on the urgency - we have small kids and aged mother at home too. Any one can easily fall prey to water borne diseases, specially in these days where fatal cholera cases have also been detected in our close vicinity.
25th april - finally, when we get a call from your service technician mr. Yogesh, we spoke in an obviously irate mode as he was asking "what is the problem" after 2 days o[censored]s registering the complaint and suffering without any choice. Mr. Yogesh disconnected the line asking us to speak to sales personnel and get the machine returned.
We spoke to the sales person on same day (Pradip) who connected to his boss and they again sent yogesh to our home to fix the problem.
Yogesh fixes the problem and goes.
28th april, the machine's tap handle breaks - this for an under warranty machine which is not even 6 months old!!!
We register another fresh complaint the same day (Complaint no:[protected] and yogesh again visits us the next day. He assures us that he will get the part without any cost at the earliest. Meanwhile, makes "temporary" arrangement of a small pipe as seen in attached picture.
It is 4th may 2016 today and still the machine has to be used in the same condition with a pipe as your people have no part available and despite numerous follow-ups and messages to your sales head mr. Dilip (Refer whattsapp screenshot attached herewith), there's no action except for a call received today asking for another 2 days of patience from our side!!!
Now: we have been telling this very clearly to your sales people and re-iterated to all your representetives and state the same here too - we do not want your pathetic machine at all!
Please take the # thing away and refund our full purchase price immediately, else we will be constrained to drag you to consumer court for cheating customers with defective pieces and uncaring irresponsible attitude!!!
We will also highlight this issue in all kinds of media available to us including social and print media, which we assure you will be detremental to your business as your company actually deserves to be shut down for providing shabby products, pathetic service standards and duping customers!
This was never expected from an eureka forbes product, but we are sure your company has gone to the dogs now!!!

Now, in December I had to raise fresh request ([protected]), again same response that some one will attend. There is no escalation possible, if service is not done, have to call on same number - pathetic.
