As proposed by the Company, I agreed to pay Rs.4, 990/- in cash for a service contract for a period of 07.12.2016 to 06.12.2019 which includes free servicing by Home & Hygiene, the authorised Service Centre of Guwahati, Assam under Contract Receipt No.[protected]. But despite calls from the authorised persons from Aquaguard on several occasions, till date I have not been provided with the service.

    My name is vinit d bhuva, your present costomer from about a month.
    My registered mobile number is [protected]
    Well i had ordered a water purifier around 23 days ago, a sales person had came to our home to take a order and take payments.
    I had clearly mentioned my water conditions at my home, based on it my requirements were ro, uv, tds.
    The sales person had suggested us that dr. Aquaguard classic + will b best gadget for us. And we beleaved that eureka forbes wont cheat us (By the way his name was manoj tiwari) and placed order. On arriving of the gadget we soon learned that the taste and smell of water is not upto the mark. The undrinkable water comming out of it worsen the situation. We placed around 6 complaints but our request s are literally ignored. The management department in our locality (Nallasopara, mumbai, maharashtra) do not pick our phone calls.
    On regurlarly calling and complaining from about 20 days they do made contact wit me.. But they do not speak about positive action towards our requests. It cause mental pressure on us. I have learned abt 30 days payback thing on your website. But this in practice do not function. But instead blutter rubbish and try to make excuses.
    We wanted a refund for the product and you can take your product back.

    The people working here are not upto the mark in their service providing skills. This causes problems for the costomers.
    Ignoring problems and just bothered abt selling products are not a good kind of business.

    This machine in under gauranty. But last some days the machine purifie the water very slow speed. Pls solve the issue immidiatly.

      I am very much disappointed for the way ureka forbes responding for complaints. I have registered the complaint on 26:06:17 itself but 3days got over still no one has attended my problem. I am disappointed like anything.in future i will never purchase ureka forbes products. When the company doesn't responds to our queries why should we encourage such products? Really upset...
      Officials please strengthen your team. You people are highly talented in marketing but weak in problem solving. Wake up...

          To my extreme disappointment, i have been using aqua guard genius ro and the product is under extended warranty. I have registered a complaint regarding water leakage from my machine on 15th of june 17 with reference no. [protected]. I kept calling the engineer that water is leaking and please get it fixed but no one came till 19th of june. When they came by that time the pcb got burnt as per the engineer due to continuous water leakage, and that was the fault of the service center as they did not send the engineer after so many calls.

          Mr. Sandeep the engineer got the new pcb and after installing it realized that it is used one and can’t be used in the machine. After that, the calling and calling began. I have called so many times but my problem is not yet resolved. I am really fed up that in this extremely hot weather there is no water to drink irrespective

          Of having such an expensive machine. Every day i have to get the bisleri water bottle of inr150/bottle twice a day and its been happening for last 15 days.

          On 26th i called the customer service again and they gave me a new reference no which is [protected] spoken to indrani and she said already escalating the situation so please look into it.

          I sent emails to the customer service email id but no response till now. Please get it sorted

          your message came on 29th and just to let you know my problem is not yet resolved. lot of calls by me to your people but still no outcome. terrible service and really very unprofessional.
          its a shame for such a big company like Eureka forbes that they cannot resolve one small complaint in one month for a small R.O. I really don't know why I am still writing to you, but terrible service experience from your customer service team.

          Please see if you can get my problem resolved soon.

            I purchased one dr. Aquaguard genious plus online order id [protected] cust id [protected] and delivered the product before mentioned time through fedex
            And agreed to install the product within 48 hours but even after 96 hours noone from service / installation department contacted or visited to install the product. It seems irresponsible and against the violation of consumer right. While reading the consumer reviews it seems frustrating from most of the consumers and afraid about the future result. If you continue as such i will be forced to lodge a complaint against you in consumer protection court. I have made so many phone calls so far for having an initial installation of the product but i got message every time that the personnel will come before the end of the day but till now no body contacted me. Please give due importance to this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

              Hello,

              I purchased a water purifier from eureka forbes, opted for payment via monthly installments.

              Experienced the most shocking service; eureka forbes debited two months emi amount in the very first month (Depositing 2 emi cheques in a sigle month april 2017); spoke to the accounts team, and apologised them for their mistake - asked them to hold next month's emi (May 2017) and continue with the preceding month (June 2017).

              Was again shocked with service, as the member from accounts team told me to follow up and remind them about holding the may 2017 emi, agreed for this too and reminded them - emi for may 2017 was held.

              Now, in the month of june they had to process an emi, but they again tried to debit 2 emi's in june. I purposely kept one month's emi amount in my bank, so one emi was received by company and the second debit request was refused by my bank - resulting in cheque dishonor - effecting my cbil score and credit liability.

              Note: i had to face the toughest time in eureka forbes office for getting an apology letter.

              After all this - they simply say "sorry".

              - why should my cbil score and credit liability be effected for eureka forbes mistake?

              - why should i bare the cheque dishonor charges (Rs.360.00)?

              - how will will i be compensated for this blunder?

              I've contacted eureka forbes office (In ameerpet hyderabd and customer care team, but failed to receive help).

              I've attached the apology letter given by eureka forbes (Accepting their mistake of trying to debit 2 emi's in one month) pfa.

              Please take appropriate action and help me.

                I was browsing for aquaguard water filters and a on line support person assisted me and told me a sales person will visit me in my house and he did the very next day. I ordered the unit on 15-6-17 and was delivered by courier on 17-6-17. I was surprised by the quick home delivery. Then the nightmare started. I have been calling the number provided in the invoice but no body will pick the call. If some body picks they will tell the service engineer will attend and then no response. Today is 10th day i have been buying water from outside it is additional cost on me. Sales man from eureca forbes sales office: 47 pammal, pallavaram, 600043 chennai attended me. Number given in the invoice is[protected]/5736.

                  This is to bring to your notice that i am totally unsatisfied with the service that i got from eureka forbes (Aquaguard).

                  A new aquaguard reviva 50 ro got installed at my place on[protected] and from yesterday[protected] i got a problem with the same.

                  Initially, in took 30 minutes or so for the storage tank to get filled but now even after 4 hours, it is not getting half-filled.

                  I logged a complaint today[protected] and the technician visited my place (Today itself) and inspected the situation.

                  He concluded that the ro membrane got clogged and need to be replaced, but i need to pay for that.

                  He explained that the ro membrane is not covered under warranty, as it is a consumable and subjected to normal wear and tear.

                  But i am still not able to understand that how the membrane got clogged in 3 months, where it has a capacity to filter 6000 litres of water.

                  Secondly, while selling the water filter, the salesman had not clarified the terms and conditions of the warranty period.

                  Please help me as soon as possible, as it is a matter of drinking water and my family rely on it, fully.

                  Hi, I bought Aquaguard Geneus Plus from Amazon in July - in Hyderabad. After installation, had issues raised a service request in August ([protected]), after multiple follow-ups also no one attended.
                  Now, in December I had to raise fresh request ([protected]), again same response that some one will attend. There is no escalation possible, if service is not done, have to call on same number - pathetic.

As they are in contract of giving service for a year and now they have breach the contract please consider my request hoping for reply please ensure of giving us proper service and should give extra service as reimbursement.                         I raised the ticket on june 2nd but without doing the services the ticket was closed and again i raised the ticket on june 22nd and still did not get the services.                         Water TDs 360.but this membrane not control tds. 260 was the time of installation. But company expert told it will becomes low. It was installed in the months of December/16. Till now TDs is 260. What can l do? Please do needful and take this matter seriously. Stop this business .

                          Would like to applaud eureka forbes for the exemplary service. I bought an aquaguard enhance on june 11th. As on 25th june, it is yet to be installed. I call them on a daily basis to tell them that it is yet to be installed. They provide a new request number and a promise that it would be installed on the same day. From the second day, an apology got added to the routine. It goes like (1) a sincere apology for the inconvenience (2) a new request number (3) a promise that someone will come and install the same day.in spite of talking to different representatives, the escalation team - the routine hasn't change. I have now got so addicted that if i don't get a new request number and a promise, i don't get sleep. So i continue to call them. They also seem to like this game a lot. I have heard horror stories in customer service, but this takes the cherry. They don't even want to install their product. Kudos. Just wanted to check if an email complaint changes anything. But to my excitement, the game continues over email as well. If anyone from eureka forbes is reading and want to dig up - my latest request number is [protected] (Fresh number as on yesterday) :). Cant thank eureka forbes enough for this amazing entertainment.

                            I bought eureka forbes product on 17/8/2016 by the person named

                            From that date onwards he did not give us any invoice copy for the purchase made and stopped receiving calls from us. Finally somehow i contacted the customer support and got hold of abhirami enterprises who gave us the soft copy of my bill.

                            When i checked online i was shocked to see today that, i am not able to find my product registered nor in the invoice their is a customer code given. I am not even am to get service from your side for the product i have bought. I am doubting the authenticity of this whole purchase.

                            I have paid rs.15000/-. Is that the price of the product and if so why is my customer code not given and why is it not showing when i am trying to register a complaint online in your website and when i checked the invoice copy the serial number of my product and the serial number mentioned in the invoice is different. I have tried soo many times for the same issue. But i am failing to get any clarity on this. I need service for the product.

                            I am writing this on hope that this time my queries will be answered. Please requesting the concerned person to do the needful here. I am not getting solution for it at all. I feel cheated here. Please check this and give me a solution. Have i paid more money for a product which is less?. If i had paid the right money for this product then why am i not getting service?. Why is my product not reflecting online in your portal?.

                            I ma having Total RO system of Aquagaurd company .I have also placed AMC for the machine and the machine is not working for the Last 2 months.The KCM CARE SYSTEMS, ATTUR was the representative from Eureka Forbes.No response from the person even after so many calls.I have also regd.a complaint with the Bangalore office of the Company.

                              I have purchased ro from eureka forbes with two year warranty but during service eureka team has not change my filter in warranty. I have checked from eureka dealer it has been changed in paper but not physically.. Nobody bother my complaint in eureka forbes i have paid my installation timely and no due is pending i feel disturb and very tensed.                                 The harassment continues with zero accountability from your side and unacceptable delays and excuse from your sales and service personnel, namel:

                                1) mr. Ramesh (Sales)

                                5) mr. Soheb patel (Call centre)

                                When your machine and service are not as per your hi-fi promises, why have you not taken back your machine when we raised the original complaint within your refund period of 30 days from installation!

                                50 times your stupidest people call and add to harassment by asking "what is the problem? Sir" are they illiterate uneducated # who don't have the slightest idea despite complaint being registered again and again???

                                Or is it that you don't have a complaint monitoring system at all??

                                Now - dispatch 50 packaged water bottles immediately to my home as again from today morning we are without drinking water despite having bought your expensive machine and all your stupid # proclaiming to be providing the "best" service.

                                And take back your machine and process our refund immediately, as per our original complaint which arose immediately in few days of buying your machine!

                                I am any ways going to drag you to the competent authorities and consumer forums as well as publish this on all social media to make other potential buyers aware of the fraudulent claims your company makes! However if you want to avoid the damages claim that i can make, refund my money and take away your machine immediately!

                                And please don't harass me further with any calls in this matter!!

                                Case history:

                                23rd april, saturday - machine stops functioning without any apparent reason.

                                No one attended the complaint for 2 days, even after repeated follow-ups with call center and your sales person mr. Pradip.
                                Two days we remained without filtered water and also had to bear all adversities as machine is connected directly to water inlet and we had no other source of direct drinkable water supply.
                                Had to use cloth filter and boil all water for 2 days due to this callous and careless attitude of your people despite emphasizing a million times on the urgency - we have small kids and aged mother at home too. Any one can easily fall prey to water borne diseases, specially in these days where fatal cholera cases have also been detected in our close vicinity.
                                25th april - finally, when we get a call from your service technician mr. Yogesh, we spoke in an obviously irate mode as he was asking "what is the problem" after 2 days o[censored]s registering the complaint and suffering without any choice. Mr. Yogesh disconnected the line asking us to speak to sales personnel and get the machine returned.
                                We spoke to the sales person on same day (Pradip) who connected to his boss and they again sent yogesh to our home to fix the problem.
                                Yogesh fixes the problem and goes.
                                28th april, the machine's tap handle breaks - this for an under warranty machine which is not even 6 months old!!!
                                We register another fresh complaint the same day (Complaint no:[protected] and yogesh again visits us the next day. He assures us that he will get the part without any cost at the earliest. Meanwhile, makes "temporary" arrangement of a small pipe as seen in attached picture.
                                It is 4th may 2016 today and still the machine has to be used in the same condition with a pipe as your people have no part available and despite numerous follow-ups and messages to your sales head mr. Dilip (Refer whattsapp screenshot attached herewith), there's no action except for a call received today asking for another 2 days of patience from our side!!!

                                Now: we have been telling this very clearly to your sales people and re-iterated to all your representetives and state the same here too - we do not want your pathetic machine at all!

                                Please take the # thing away and refund our full purchase price immediately, else we will be constrained to drag you to consumer court for cheating customers with defective pieces and uncaring irresponsible attitude!!!

                                We will also highlight this issue in all kinds of media available to us including social and print media, which we assure you will be detremental to your business as your company actually deserves to be shut down for providing shabby products, pathetic service standards and duping customers!

                                This was never expected from an eureka forbes product, but we are sure your company has gone to the dogs now!!!

                                  This is mallikarjun m m, i booked by paying rs-17990 for dr. Aqua-guard water purifiers hd+ro+uv on 3rd june to eureka forbes ltd sales executive manjunath (Mob no:[protected]) & shiva (Mob no:[protected]).. They have received the amount saying our delivery boy deliver the product, but still i dint get any of single massage from them... And i also take number one of their manager name saying basavaraj (Mob no:[protected]) he say some compromises then he not at all picking my call. And he also say we nothing to do about this since tha sales boy left with money.. And he suggest whatever you will do like you want.
                                  Further i was booked complaint aqua call centre they were said we are working on that... Later again i call ask to them they simply saying without considering costumer expectation they saying sorry sir i for gotten...

                                    There are many unauthorised sales agent for dr. Aquaguard genius plus. I bought dr aquaguard genius thinking eureka forbes is a trusted bran and well reputed company. But their management is really really a mess. I bought the machine from their sales guy mr. Shailendra on absolute misrepresentation. They give all false promises such as free service and that the product genius plus is much better then genius and will give a better service etc. After purchase and making the necessary payment they took 4-5 days to deliver and nearly a week to install.

                                    It is now almost 6 months plus they have not even bothered to come and do service or anythin.

                                    I spoke to their manager mr. Santosh upadhyay but even he is a toothless tiger.

                                    I am thinking of going to consumer fora for their poor services.

                                      I very disappointed with service of this company you guys didn't know the meaning of sale after service or service under amc.

                                      I have registered complain through phone over customer care on urgent basis as our ro don't work but after four days no one come for check or no call revived from company

                                      My last complain yesterday 6:15 PM.
                                      My machine is in the name of SEEMA GUPTA so Pls check with your customer car and also hear audio conversation that what they committed and what is results
                                      Request to you Pls say your company think any resolutions not always talk.
                                      My experience is very pathetic with your company and I make my mind to switch this.Market have lot of other options

                                        With regards and humble submission i want to complaint against a sales specialst of eureka forbes company of sopore distt baramulla kuldeep singh who cheats me for survey of my shop for requiring sale and service centre... Activally he didnot came at sopore for survey because when eureka forbes text me on 12.6.2017 the no of sales specialist [protected] immediately i call this no and tolds all my office address he assured me i will definitely come on monday i. E 19.6.2017 mornings i call him on mornings in monday but he assured me again that i will come after half an hour i call after one hour he again assured me that i will come after fifteen minutes but time to be gone but he even nor call me nor he under standing me his personnel issue full day i parallysed in my shop for waiting for sales specialist for survey for sale and service of euroka phorbes products like aqua guard in north kashmirbut he cheats me...
