My customer id is [protected]... I bought an aquaguard superb purifier on 30/7/2016... Now it's back portion is broken from its hook and it's hanging... I can't attach it to my wall. I called ur customer care 7 times... Complaint number is [protected]... I called your representative here and waited for 25 days... He is not attending call now... Wat should i do now... Please take this useless product and return my money... Very poor service and totally dissatisfied... It's already 25 days... Shame on u

My customer id no : is[protected]...Complaint number [protected]...Had bought a aquaguard superb water purifier uv +ro+uf on September 2016...now it's back portion is damaged by itself and therefore can't hang it on my wall and use...Called customer care on July 10 2017 and registered complaint no: [protected]...Now it's 3 months ...No response and no repair...I wil say aquaguard is the worst customer service i have ever come across...I have made 100' s of calls...No response...Very much irresponsible company...Worst product for 20000 rupees...I wil advise all those customers not to buy anything from aquaguard...They will never care their customers...Wastage of money

This is very very bad service. We never expected this type of service. We booked a complent on 6/7/2017. we approached coustamer care services also he promised to salve the problem to day. Still the date no bady came to my home and not salved my complent.

    I have bought dr. Aquaguard on 17th june. I received the product on 21st june. The service person came on 22nd to install the purifier and found to be defective. On 23rd  eurekaforbes technicians came and found to be completely defective. I have raised refund on 23rd.
    Sales person convised us to go for replacement, instead of refund, for which i aggreed. But from then i have not receive any response either from eurekaforbes nor sales person. I have dropped many emails, called cust care... But in vain. They havnt collected the product also.
    So vexed with the situation i have again raised for refund, but now they said due to gst 18% will be deducted. I bought this product before gst and paid including all taxes. How gst applicable now? This is such bad experience.
    None give proper response. Plz do look into this issue.

    Earlier i have come to conclusion neither sales person not cust car will help me.but its proved that any one related to eureka forbes dont help.they are after ppl till they buy product, later every one are least bothered.Grt company...

    It makes life hell
    Suggestion to every one dont trust...
    Mere aquaguard ke nahi chalne per Mene eureka Forbes me complain Kiya tha, jiska complain no.[protected] hai.
    Lekin unke dwara koi v response Ni Diya gaya .
    My water purify not working last 3 days.I called log customer care.but 2days gone no service man visit my house.last 3days my family face this problem.

      I have raised a complaint on Wedenesday (5th July) that the water purifier is not working and its an urgent request to send the technician. The customer care person said the complaint is lodged, however i dint received any complaint number to which i again called the customer care representative and then the complaint was registered, I received the message on Monday (10th July) stating they have assigned a technician named Mr Nilesh Kurane ( Mobile-[protected]) this person promised to come on same day however, today its 12th July and still he dint turned up, I tried calling him on the above number but he simply cuts the phone.

      For last 1 month I have raised atleast 10 compaints and each time they dont have comlaint number. Till today none came to home. Whole fmily suffering. Every 1-2 months this is giving problem... how to contact zonal chiefs as its HORRIBLE SERVICE..
      Thanks team the issue is resolved. Mr Nilesh Kurane did visited the same day and resolved the issue very efficiently.

        And till now 12/07/17 i have not received the above said machine and he have no courtesy to answer our calls and respond to compliant.

          I like to withdraw the attention against the eureka forbes uv filter ro for not taking any action against my complaint number [protected]

          I logged my complaint day before yesterday and i got the sms for the complaint number and technician as well but yesterday when no one comes, i had dialled out the number is sms of mr. Sanjay mishra and as per him there is no complaint has been forwarded to him and also he replied the he is not responsible for sector -30, noida

          So why the eureka forbes send those details and this person name in sms, moreover they have there website that always not work.

          They are making fraud with there promises as who is responsible for not getting my complaint resolve within 24 hours, i don't have any filtered water on my house

          I have there amc @4500 inr and at that time there sales person said every problem resolved asap then this seems to be fraud

          I will take this forward to the respective authorities as well.

            The customer service experience that me and my family has received from one of your agents. The agent who sold the water purifier told us the amount for the equipment to be rs. 20, 500 but gave us an invoice of amount rs. 18.490. He also took away the previous water purifier we had which was also of eureka forbes and promised to deduct rs. 500 as an exchange offer. Neither did we receive the exchange money and nor any paper work proving the same. We didn't receive any warranty card as well. My father mr anupam debnath who actually did the payment and took the delivery has tried to contact the agent for the last 2 months. His name is mr samit bhanja from barrackpore office of kolkata. His contact details where we have called him numerous times is [protected]. He mostly ignored the calls and when answered he would make false promises of meeting us or calling us back. My father waited for almost 9 times for him to come to our house and give us the documents and the money but he never turned up. We are absolutely annoyed and dis-satisfied with the service. This is not only a matter of money but also a matter of the customer's relation with the company.

              2. Front side panel is damaged
              3. Between the storage compartment and front black panel in this the gap is too much because of the clips are damaged which was holding that front panel
              4. There are so many scratches on the brand new machine

                Amc contact receipt no.10/26285325 dt.25.6 2016 for 2 years
                Received sms around a month earlier regarding mandatory service in june 2017, yet due to uv was not working those very days, service was preponed to 17 june 2017 to attend both complaint as well as the due service. During the service, though the parts were replaced, yet one of the carbon related part was not replaced due to unavailability of new and packed carbon with the service man. It was assured that same part will be replaced shortly after, but since then after repeated phone calls, no body from the company turned up to replace the part. And because of which the uv has now fully stopped working for the last one week.
                This time it's the second long stretch of time in last 3 months that undue trouble is being caused on account o[censored]tterly apathetic attitude to attend services under contract period.
                Kindly arrange to replace the due part (Carbon) immediately with new one and make it fully operational, lest i shall have to move the consumer court against the utterly poor services.

                  I have raised a complaint on saturday (8th july) that the water purifier is not working and its an urgent request to send the technician. Today its 11th july and still now a technician did not come for the service.
                  My machine is under contract and this is the third time in 3 months that i had to lodge complaints for the machine.
                  I have been calling up customer care innumerable times with no resolution. I do not have drinking water at home since last 4 days and presently at the mercy of my neighbours.

                        Recd message in may 2017 regarding mandatory service in june 2017. No body turned up.
                        Requested two times for service in july still service not attended.
                        Today tried to call chandigarh office. No reply. After some time received a call from mob no. [protected],. Got a number[protected] no body to attend the call at this number.
                        This is not the first time, last time also same problem no body to attend service for days together.
                        I think i will have to file a suit in consumer court for their poor service and harassment

                          Hello,
                          I have been calling up the customer care for the last week and a half regarding my vacuum cleaner not working. Everyday i get the same reply saying "we shall get back to you today" and no one bothers to call back. Prior to that the product was kept with the technician for almost three weeks and he claimed that the motor has to be bought in from mumbai. After three weeks he returned the product as it was without changing the motor and said that in case it stops working again please contact us. Its been more than a week now that i have been calling every possible number to no avail. The technician now says that due to gst problems we still haven't received the motor. Please look in to this matter urgently.in case you can't fix it i want a replacement as the product is still under warrantee

                            I bought a new aqua guard xpert water purifier from police canteen on 13th june. Two persons came for installation and i found they do know to fix it properly because they didn't follow the cleaning process of cartridges as mentioned in the manual. I asked them to show their id and name but they refused to say there names and after fixing it in a hurry they just went away. Then i discarded some water and tasted it, the pipe water is coming as it is. Immediately i called the customer care and complaint about that. When i cooked my rice with that water it turned yellow in colour. Then after 4 days a person came took everything out reassembled it and told me to discard the first tank of water. He went away and in 10 minutes the machine stopped. It's not working, so again i called to his head officer (He gave that person's number) and told him the taste is not good, water leaks and machine is not working. He told me to register a complaint in customer care so that the service person will get paid. I registered in customer care. After a week another person came and in 5 minutes he did something and told me to call if any problem occurs. I told him the machine runs for 10 min then it stops. But he refused to wait and clear the problem. I took a video of the machines condition and send it to him. But no response. Again i complaint in customer care, it's been more than 15 days and still no remedy for me. Nobody came for service.

                              I bought via offline sales (Sales person) 19th jun 2017. They came and checked my tap water & suggested the magna hd ro + uv water purifier.

                              I ordered they delivered after 3 days after 3 day they again came to collected money. I paid via credit card. They within 2 -3 hour installation will be done.

                              But after repeated call, after three days they came. Till now 9 days over.

                              Now they said since required water pressure is not there you have to buy booster pump. I denied. Because i have already sees their service in 9 days.

                              After that i am calling for return, initially each day i got new number. Since it offline purchase you cant raise any request online & also no refund request online..

                              I don't know whom to contact to escalate the issue. I got the product on 19th june.

                              I have talked multiple staff but just getting new number or i will call you after 20 mint etc.

                              Thank you Anita for creating service ticket. But still they don't pick up my call some time if they pickup. they ask me to talk to that person. So this time I got Naidu's number who is the boss. They told me sandan gawda will pick the product today.

                              After multiple call they told me I will come to your home with manager between 6.30 pm - 7pm. Don't know what manager will do here. I want product return. No further discussion.

                              Till now I talked to all hierarchy lead/manager. I got just new time. I don't want to struggle in future also.

                              Still i am getting today and tomorrow. Initially they don't pick up call. I am rigid. When I keep calling continuously then they say busy, meeting, training.

                              I heard Sriniwas Naido is boss. But based on his commitment. looks like he is low level executive. Or No body listen his word.

                              Another person, Yogesh, he is also on same like that. on thursday told me On Monday. On Monday, after 6.10pm. he is still saying today will come. this type of word listen so many time.

                              Now I feel, top to bottom every body is liar.

                              From beginning, there is no any single commitment fulfilled.

                              Update: on 2nd Aug 2018, after multiple follow up, one person came to pickup the product for return. But they don't want to give any return receipt. So denied.

                              Today, 8th Aug 2018, again came they say we don't have any such receipt for return. This time Mr Yogesh, Manager came. repeated same thing we don't have any receipt. I will write on original invoice that you have received.

                              So finally, I have no option, they threatened me I will not come next time what ever you want to do it.

                              So I have no further choice, So I hand over the product they just written on my invoice.

                              They mentioned return charge as 1000/-

                              Now my next question, what I did wrong, why I have to pay 1000. I bought the product not for return. Since it is not suitable for my place and not good service so I returned.

                              Sales person checked my tap water and suggested. Where I am wrong?

                              Update: After multiple follow up, today (20th Sep 2017) I got partial refund 14390/- out of 15390/ - after deducting 1000/-

                              Justification: I visited multiple time to your home from office as it is very far. So it is 1000/- charge .

                              Sales man & I did call conferencing with manager for payment confirmation, I spoke to his manger but they just listen no word either right or wrong then call disconnected.

                                I have purchased eureka forbes aquaguard on 1 jul 17 and on the same day registered for fresh installation, they promised for two working days it will be installed. No service man came for installation. Again i call for customer care, their reply was within next day. One service person came but without tools and he told me that next day before 12 they will installed. Nobody came for installation. Each day i am calling for installation two times a day, same reply was from customer care side (Next day they will installed) and now today they were not attending my call

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I have buyed eureka forbes aquaguard crystal plus uv electric water purifier on 28th of june. I called on eureka forbes helpline number i. E[protected] on 1st july talk with mr. Pravin ghadge he told me that mechanic will reach in 48 hrs. After ​3 days i. E on 4th july i call again at your helpline and talk with laxman tungariya again he ask me to wait for 48hrs, i waited for 2 days.

                                  I call on 8th of july call picked by mr. Raju prasad he gave me a number of technician to call directly [protected]

                                  I called technician on [protected] he gave me another number [protected]
                                  Then i called on [protected] he gave me another number [protected]
                                  Then i called on [protected] then he gave me another number [protected]
                                  Then i called called on [protected] he gave me mr. Mahesh rupnar number which is [protected]
                                  Then i insisted last person whos name is mr. Mahesh rupnar to install it he visited my home today and said that i am not the right person to install this model you call customer care.

                                  This is the scenario till now please suggest me for further procedure what can i do

                                  I again called on eureka forbes customer care on 12/07/2017 still they are saying that installation mechanic will come to my place in two to three days
                                  Water purifier anc given to rakesh koche at nagpur on[protected] to[protected] cheque payment is given to your company but you are not sincere about your services and not given a single service after so many complaints

                                    I have purchased aquaguard crystall plus and register complaint for installation on 3rd july. From 3rd onwards calling customer care daily for followup but every time they are saying "your product will be installed today". Now i realised their service is pathetic. If in city like gurgaon your service is so poor then what will be standard of your service in rular area. This is the second eurekaforbes product of my house, but nowonwards i will never purchase any product of eurekaforbes and will suggest all my friends and known persons to never buy their product.
                                    If you can install the product today otherwise i will call any local technician and get it installed. I can't wait further.

                                    You are not alone. I am facing the similar problem. I bought via Offline sales.

                                    I don't know whom to contact to escalate the issue. I got the product on 19th June.

                                    After delay of installation, I am calling for returning but nobody is responding properly.

                                    I have talked multiple staff but just getting new number or I will call you after 20 mint etc.

                                      I purchased Aquaguard Geneus on 5/7/2017 and no one has come for installation in last 5 days. I have been using Aquaguard iNova since 2002 in Pune, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Mumbai but sorry to say that the Aquaguard Bangalore service area is very very weak. Customers are at the mercy of the service agents who pay no heed to customer's concern.
                                      Please change the Center heads of Aquaguard they are all useless fellows, when I call up to Kudlu Gate Aquaguard centre I only get background noise of TV. But equally bad is Kent service which is again not an alternative.
                                      Problems have started creeping after splitting Aquaguard into Aquaguard(B2B) and Dr Aquaguard(B2C). Each business is trying to compete with each other.
                                      If no measures are taken I am sure Livpure or Pureit with worse product quality will oust Aquaguard.
                                      Please strengthen your Bangalore service line for Aquaguard and help us in really getting pure water as Bangalore is the metro which desparately needs purified water.

                                        User of "DR.AQUAGURAD :CALLSIC +". Today, a service guy from your company came for the last service and fixed the water force problem we have been suffering for since we have purchased the machine. The machine was bought a year back.(While, the prior service guy has made us believe that we need a pump. But we have never faced problems with our previous water-purifiers. We have lodged complaints at eureka forbes many times). Many a times a 1 litre bottle has filled in 30mins. I have suffered from this for months due to faulty fixtures and after a year the service guy (today :08/07/2017)cleant one of the pumps and it was resolved.
