Registered 3 service request, [protected], [protected], [protected]. No one has attended. I have taken amc for 3 years, service was done for 1 year. Every 6 months i am getting a message that service engineer will visit for mandatory service. But no one comes. This time i have registered a complaint on may 20th that got closed without any reason. No one called. Then i raised another complaint on june 01, i got a message with an engineers number. But he didn't call. I called upon the customer care number and i was informed that within 8 hrs, the engineer will attend. But no use. Again i raised the complaint on 12th. Again got the message with engineer number. I called him, he informed that within 2 hrs he will reach. But no use. Again contacted customer care, they told within 1 day it will be resolved.

Paying so much money as amc and getting no service. I have taken leave from my work for all these days, hoping that someone will attend. Such worst service. Eureka forbes having such a worst web page, where it shows that we can log service request. But that doesn't work. When we try to log request it always shows the error message "fill all mandatory fields", even if all fields are filled. Also the site is having a page to escalate the service request. If we try this page it will ask for service request number. But it doesn't accept any service req number. It always shows "this service request is no longer valid".

      We have purchased euroclean deep clean wd x2 wet & dry vacuum cleaner at your branch address 6-3-789, 506, 5th floor, pavani prestige, ameerpet, hyderabad - 500016. Contact person shaik shanwaz. After 15 days from purchased date this the machine has not working properly. It has stopped after 5 mins and produce too much heat from motor. And it wont start then. We send this to your service center (Above mentioned address) several time they repaired it send it us back. We have doubt on this as it is defective one.

      Please look into this and do need full asap.

          I have made complain for reinstallation o[censored]nit with same place on 7/6/2017. Again on9/6 i made another complain for reistallation vide comp. No. [protected]. Till this date nobody has come for instalation. From 9th onward everyday i made 3 complains a day. Eventhogh no result. Even on 11/6 i fill customer feedback form stating nonvisit of technician. My registered mobile no. Is [protected] in the name of mahendra shah. I am making complain with another registered mob. No.[protected] mentioning no.[protected]. Eachtime your representative told that man will come today. But there is no result. Please do needfull in matter and send technician.

            I am using eureka forbes dr. Aqua guard magna machine and my customer id is [protected]. While at the time of booking the sales person informed me about their service is like that much level and all. But as they said they are like that only for the past year. But now am yet to close my waranty period. So as a result am complaining for the past 15 days. No one answers me properly am complaining frequently the cust care agent informed me your complaint is in open state and everytime they provide me the service request number. Yes offcourse i know its in open state because no one attended my complaint they promised today our people come and clear everyday. But no one will come. Very patheetic service and the very porr part is after calling they asked for the service feedback. Dont know what they expect from me top fill that.

              I have order the vacuum cleaner wdx2 almost 20 days back and it has delivered after a week of my order. Before order the executives mr. Dharshan (Mobile no [protected]) and mr. Deepak (Mobile no [protected]) did all the dramas and made us to buy it. Finally we ordered through online with their employee reference. Now from last couple weeks we have been calling them for demo and free gift which we supposed to get along with an order, both of these guys not picking the call and one or two times they pick the call and responded like today or tomorrow we will come and give the demo but till now no one came. Really very disappointed with this company and service executives. Very much negligence people they have only thing is they need order once they get it thats all we have to behind them even i[censored] follow up with them also no use... Very very worst service.

                Dear sir/madam,
                I got amc done on 30.05.2016 for an year but got only one service during the whole year that too on the same date of payment and amc done. Before the expiry date of my amc i called to the service centre of my area. Believe me, i am exaxerating have called this person shiv shankar kumar at least 10times. Every time he is assuring to come but didn't come till now.
                Have tried other customer care nos also but nothing turned up fruitful.
                If the company can't provide the proper service then they should not do amc.
                I request u to please look into the matter seriously and do the needful.

                  I am on 2 year amc with eureka forbes for my ro water purifier. Got sms on 2/5/2017 informing of the service visit. None turned up. The service person refuses to answer the phone calls on most occasions; else, he gives false promise of visiting the same day.
                  Booked a complaint on 8/6/2017 explaining the details and was promised of a solution on or before 10/6/2017. Nothing happened and booked a complaint again on 12/6/2017 and was promised of solution the very same day. Nothing happened. Again have booked complaint and got the same false promise of the solution today. On all three occasions, neither sms was sent informing complaint number nor was given when online. However, immediate sms was sent for customer feedback!
                  Not helping by giving contact details of higher officers either.
                  The equipment is still waiting for service!

                    I buy a water purifier online product
                    Within a month purifier make too noicy and with very least pure water
                    Book a complain on [protected] as on 6 may, 17 may, 5th june and 9th june.
                    Nobody visit for services and suddenly a fallow come home at dinner time for service. Worst service by eureka forbes. So i expect better services coz i pay thrise as compare to other purifier company.

                        We have bought this product, which is highest model from the aqua guard thinking that they are such a reputed company and product and after sale services will be good. But we are wrong.

                        We got leakage problem in the aqua guard and their team came and told us that there is problem in the filter and we wil change the filter. Now from the last 2 month no one has come to replace the parts. They do no have the filters. Can you imagine such a big company do not have the filters to change. We are following up with the company from last 2 month and taking water from outside

                        Over 10 times called for home demo of vaccum cleaner at pub 721434..no response .Each time experts assured and told to wait 4 hours.but phone charges were futile. No positive response.disgusting service.very poor disappointed.

                          It is submitted that i purchased a aquaguard pride uv on 07 may 2017 at 12:36hrs from unit run canteen western command panchkula vide memo no 029314. After ten days the product installed by company technician sh. Uma shankar on 16 may 2017 at 1630 hrs but the same product stop working from the next day. I logged a complaint on customer care bearing my request no [protected], second request no is [protected], third request no is [protected] dated 18 may 2017 and my forth request no is [protected] on 24 may 2017. The technician in addition to my above complaint, i called to following persons of his company dealers at panchkula and chandigarh. The details of their numbers and name of persons who attended the calls are as under (A[protected]B) [protected] (C) [protected] (D) [protected] sh. Sumit (E) [protected] sh. Amit (F) [protected] sh vinit (F) [protected] sh anoop verma.
                          The technician sh wazir of his company visited at my residence on 03 jun 2017. After checking the product he told that this product could not be repaired being faulty. And indl told the same to his company senior persons and told that the product not repaired refund the payment to the individual.in view of the above my payment be rfunded to me at the earliest please. I write a letter on 07 jun 2017 to concerned head office and manufacturing company.

                            Dear sir,

                            I changed all the filters and the guy who came said he changed bushes or something to stop leakage . As soon as he went it started leaking again. When I called him on his phone he asked me raise a ticket. OK n the website I tried several times to raise ticket but could not. I also paid for amc and now being able to use the filter. Very frustrating because I have little children and leakage give place lot of bacteria and fungus. Very worst service and upon that u a m not able to raise a ticket.

                              Inspite of our repeated reminders n complaint no one has attended for service replacement of candle of my water purifier.Is it the standerd u maintain by taking advance payment? is it not your responsibility to attend under amc wiithout complaining? we complained on [protected]/[protected]/[protected].All r negligent n making false commitements.
                              What action can be taken against company for not fulfilling its obligations?they r playing with the health of our family as we r not getting pure clean water for use.
                              Why not they can be barred to sell new machines if they can't provide service to existing customers which the service they monopolies ?give me the Govt agencies details where I can lodge my complaint.

                                I booked demo for dr aeroguard spcr 700 after knowing the offers on eureka forbes website.
                                The sales asked me that you can purchase the same from him he will offers all the gifts offers on the website.
                                When i purchased the same he says offline purchase are not eligible for gifts offered online.
                                Thanks god i come to know that 3o days order cancellation.
                                I cancelled the order and waiting for the refund.
                                Such a bunch of fraud are the eureka forbes.

                                  After unsuccessful attempts calling the customer care im finally writing in this column. We had requested to install dr aquaguard magma from sales person mr govindaraj on 2 may 2017 n he had promised to install on 3rd may 2017 as per the company policy. N v had done the payment through credit card on the condition the machine will be bought n installed on 3rd may 2017. Instesd of delivering n installing the next day they took 6 days ie installed on 8.5.2017 after calling ten times... We had raised complainst against mr govindaraj n mr sampath for false commitment n misbehaviour (8.5.2017-cc no [protected] n on 10.5.2017 cc no [protected]) but no action or response taken. To make matters worse, the magma water purifier is not wrking n v hd requested the service team, they came after a number of phne calls n thy left saying its a loose cntct n thy left. But still it wasnt wrking. Every day till now v have called n raised complaint for refund but no response (Cc [protected]).. Im just fed up calling. Please do the needful asap.

                                    Its been 3 years i have been using your product (Water purifier - green ro). There is a major issues with your service. Even after having yearly amc done every year your service is pathetic. I have been continuously chasing ur service persons for service, but the standard answer they have is "you need to submit service request" then only we can come for service. When you ask money for amc then ur executives commit very big every year 2+ services but what actual you deliver is nothing. I'll not recommend any one from chandigarh &
                                    Tri-city to go for ro from eureka forbes.

                                      I had registered a complaint for my ro+uv+uf+tds water filter which is just 5 months old. Now the water does not come out. Its been 5 days since i registered the complaint and no one has called me. I have made almost 20 calls to the customer service of eureka forbes and every time they only say sorry for the inconvenience and that the technician will visit today which never happens.

                                        Sir / madam,

                                        On 17 may i called at the toll-free number to have my nova water purifier serviced. I got a service request number which was [protected] and name of the service person which was dinesh mondal. On the 18th he visited my house, examined the machine and took a day's time to change the panel which according to him was damaged. He took leave never to return.
                                        What is worst this is not the first time that i got such irresponsible responses from eureka forbes personnel. This is my third experience. I am thinking of switching over from forbes to other company and will never recommend forbes to my friends and relations.

                                        I am concern whether staff of Eureka understand simple email. Upon receiving of an SMS that a technician will visit my house for servicing. I wrote email that I am out of India for three months and requested to not send technician at my home. Despite my email I got the SMS that a request for service has been initiated. I again wrote back to not send technician, yet he visited my house and found door was locked. I am trying to call your technician Mr. Yadav (Mobile [protected]) since Saturday and today morning, and constantly his mobile is switched off.

                                        Eureka Forbes seems to be a professional company but it appears it has no control over its staff who can read emails and take action accordingly.
