Greetings. I bought dr aquaguard magna hd ro+uv on 20.09.2016.in this eight months i have faced problem for 8 times which is certainly not acceptable. Your service engineers attend the calls frequently but there is no permanent solution. I am vexed with the product and request you to replace the same before warrenty period got expired.     Dear sir or madam.
    I am a regular user of eureka Forbes purifier. I complaint 15th May 2017 to my nearest service centre continuously, but no can replay and listen my problems. They always excuses something, they don't recieve my phone's call they fraud with me, they are cheater.so meny time I called to customer care centre of eureka Forbes to send technician to my home for servicing of my purifier. But every time s your employee priyankha dey, arnab mandal atonu...they note my complaint and promised to me within 1hr they will send the technician to my home for servicing of my purifier .But now I complitly fedup with there response. I wasted my lot of time and money in calling theme. I never expected such a very bad servicing from a standard top most one company like eureka Forbes. I am sure there won't be a single customer who is 100%happy with these service. Please take strict action against your franchisee Mr. Pijush kanti Paul on his mobile number is [protected].so that it won't happen to another customer.       Hi team,

      This is sandhya harchekar from pune, aundh road.
      We had a very bad experience in ordering our eureka forbes classic purifier. Firstly the delivery was late than what was promised. We had ordered they product on 14 may 2017 and the eureka forbes people had promised to deliver it on tuesday. We couldn't receive it on tuesday hence requested the service guy to deliver on wednesday. But our request was rudely received and finally the product was delivered on 20th may and the installation guy came today on 21st may. However we discovered that the machine is faulty and there is leakage in it. We tried calling the sales guy multiple times but he didn't answer our calls.
      The correspondent's name is pradeep.

      Request you to look into this matter and provide a solution.

        I have purchased eureka forbes extra tuff filer last year. Now I need to replace the cartridge. But service of Eureka Forbes is pathetic. They are not interested for refill of cartridge due to small amount. Customer need to approach many times but there is no positive response from them.

        I think company is interest in to sale only extra tuff products but not after sales services.

        Hence, it is humble request to at least care for customer who put trust on you.

        If you provide such type of services then perhaps none of the customer shall rely on any of your products

          Trust you are doing good.

I always had a high regards for such an international company but I can't see such a misbehaving service guy from a international company like Eureka forbes and this has been done by him second time. A guy called Gaurav Pandey came to service the purifier and he misbehaved badly and spoke all slangs. Is this service quality.

          He has spoken badly t myself as well as my support system and used language which can't be used by any professional company. I am really upset.

          Would appreciate to look on matter urgently and respond.

              I bought a water purifier almost a month ago, as a part of sales deal I was promised water purifier cover by the sales personnel which I have been following up with them since last month. They stopped taking my calls soon after their sell closed (that shows what company trains them for) then called up customer care several times and every time was confirmed by the telecalling executive the delivery will happen within day. It never happened.

                We bought aqua guard model pride. When supplied to us, a crack was detected by the company man while installing.
                It was replaced.
                The second piece was also had crack detected by installing mechanic
                Second piece is also replaced.

                Having received 2 defective pieces by us & also by our neighbour, we requested consumer care, to supply higher model and willing to pay difference request registered [protected]. Company has not provided u v purifier. The initial purchase was on 10 march 2017

                  The regular servicing of water purifiers is delayed every time until the water supply almost stops. The requests for servicing are unanswered and often reciprocated with lies of how the staff tried to reach us and we weren't responding. This goes on for a couple of weeks until when we spend almost 3-4 valuable hours of our day dealing with the issue of our water management. A message for feedback appears even before the staff of company commits to come for resolution of issue. Ideally, the staff of the company should call to check our convenience to deliver due servicing.

                    It's been 2 years since I bought RO water purifier from Eureka Forbes and my worst experience continues... Each time I had to escalate all my issues to Mr. Marzin (CEO) to get some response from them. To avoid any more issues as per their service person's request I had gone for an AMC and as part of it they were supposed to provide 4 services in a year. To my surprise there were not a single service provided until I conacted them continuously. That too it was provided just few days before the AMC was about to expire. After that service my unit is not working and I have been contacting them for the service. They are supposed to provide 3 more service but now they charge for each service. Eureka Forbes become one of most money looting company in India no doubt on it. It seems like they have changed their company moto "Get Money Forget Us"... very very poor service. Look at the number of complaints all over social media and other websites. They never learn from it. They found that there is noone to question or to take action against them.                     First of all my apologies for the delayed response as I wasn’t used this forum for quiet long time. They haven’t done anything to resolve my issue. I have already discarded their product in waste and bought another brand which is working good so far. EF never keep any of it’s customer satisfied. They are after customers money. After sale support is the most pathetic that I have ever seen.

                      An AMC renewal was made (Plan silver Rs 4600/) through the link provided by mail received on 18/4/17 evening. It was noticed that the link was filled with the details of one Mr Aravind, Landline No: [protected], mobile [protected], Hyderabad, Telengana. I had edited those details and provided my details and made payment through credit card. No intimations was received on confirmation regarding receival of the request or the booking amount from the company. On my examination of the record I understood that the amount of 4600/ got debited for renewal of Mr Aravind's AMC rather than of my Aquaguard with details as below.This has happened due to a wrong link pro vides by your office which was filled up with Mr Aravinds details. As the situation being so I request to revert the transfer to the under mentioned customer Id. Kindly initiate immediate necessary action so that I can take up my AMC which is delayed. So far many requests were made to Customercare but no action initiated.
                      The transaction of the transfer of ₹4600/ through SBI credit card which went to that of Mr. Aravind is 014961

                        Sir /madam, we purchased a dr aquaguard magna hd uv sr [protected] received product on tuesday (16/5/2017). It was installed on wednesday afternoon but seems to have some technical issue that water does not get filled. We were promised by the technician mr bhubalan that his fellowmen mr karthi would resolve by thursday, to our dismay he doesn't seem to respond to our call till now.. We r disappointed..                           Complaint no [protected]. I had complained about leakage of my eureka forbes ub water filter on 16 may 2017 to customer care and the complaint no is [protected]. The customer care told me that the problem will be attended to the same day. However, a technician by the name of srinivas came at 6 pm on 17 may and went without repairing it as he said that the spare part (Water inlet pv) is not in stock. My water filter is covered by amc and after the specific problem was informed to customer care, it is surprising that the complaint goes unresolved. Also i received a message from eureka forbes at 4:34 pm on 18 may mentioning that the "service technician has completed the work", which is false.in the work slip brought by the service technician on 17 may, i had endorsed that the work is incomplete as the spare part is not available with the technician for replacement. Kindly attend to the pending complaint by 19 may positively.

                              Meri mul shikayat 13.5.17 ki thi iske baad 18.5.17 ko punhh likha tha.
                              19.5.17 ko muze ek sms mila tha jiske anusar aapke technician 2-3 din me aakar milne wale thee.
                              Aaj chhata din hai aapke technician to kya koi vyakti aakar nahi mila hai.
                              Krapya 2 din me karyavahi karne ka kast kare.
                              Yadi aapka pratinidhi muzse nahi milta hai ya aapka koi javab nahi aata hai main yah man looga ki eureka Forbes shikayat ko salv karne me intersted nahi hai.
                              Iske baad main aage ki karyavahi karne ko saksham rahoonga.

                                Have moved house in december and despite repeated assurances am still awaiting re - installation and filter change for my water purifier. 1st complaint made in december. Thereafter got a new complaint number on 1st may as they were unable to find my complaint. Complaint number as of 1st may [protected]. Despite repeated follow ups and complaints every 2-3 days, there is no action from their end. A company of this stature and repute should not be allowed to get away with such poor customer service. They should spend less on advertising and more on back end for customer satisfaction. My family, friends and i will never purchase another product from this company again. Hope you'll can help resolve this.

                                  Good Morning.
                                  I am a regular user of Eureka Forbes products. I have two water purifiers at my two houses. One of the water purifier is not working and around the first week of May I had lodged a complaint. The service engineer did come the next day and took away a part informing us that he will be back soon. After that there was no trace of him and hence I made a complaint again on 11 May. Still no one bothered to come. The once again I complained on 16 May. My complaint number is [protected] and my customer ID is [protected]. This is the first time I have been so dissatisfied and I have to use mineral water because of this carelessness. Urgently respond and send someone. This is registered under my wife's name Farida Dordy. Registered mobiles are [protected] / [protected]. We stay at Parel Parsi colony and I expect some remidial action soon.

                                    1. Mr Piyush Mahajan, a Eureka Forbes rep in Pune (Mah), visited my residence in Pimpri on 15th May 2017 and explained about available Water Purifiers. We chose Dr Aquaguard Classic+. On my asking him about delivery, he said by 6 pm on 16 May 2017, it'd be delivered & installed or latest by 11 am on 17 May. I asked about mode of payment, he said it could also be done online.
                                    2. Taking him on face value, I paid Rs. 9, 490/- online. He never told me that he was going to book the purifier online. All along I was under the impression that I had made payment to Eureka Forbes in Pune and instead of visiting their showroom, I was making payment online and thereby saving lots of time.
                                    3. On 16th May, when I didn't get a call from him, I called him at 7 pm to confirm installation to which he apologized & promised installation by 11 am on 17 May. I said fine.
                                    3. On 17th May, when I didn't get a call from him, I called him to enquire. He said he was on his way to the warehouse and would install by 12 noon. He did not call at 12 noon either. I then called him at 1 pm and he said he was on the job and would do it by 2 pm. He didn't turn up by 2 pm & then I called him at 3 pm. He said it won't be installed today but on 19th May. I was shocked at his irresponsible behavior all along.
                                    4. I then called the Pune Head, Mr. Ajay Bhoola, and apprised him about the facts. He asked me to call Mr Sachin Mahale, the incharge dealing with such issues. I apprised Mr Sachin Mahale about the issue who spoke to Piyush Mahajan keeping me on conference mode. Piyush lied through his teeth by saying he never promised me anything and that he'd told me that delivery was online and the item would be delivered to my residence by 19th May. I called his bluff and brought out the truth before Mr Sachin Mahale, who apologized.
                                    5. CONCLUSION : Dr Aquaguard Classic isn't installed yet.
                                    6. REQUEST :
                                    a) Strongest possible action be initiated
                                    against Mr Piyush Mahajan for this
                                    highly irresponsible behavior.
                                    b) My order be immediately installed or
                                    my money refunded.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I have purchased eureka water purifier (Magna model) thinking that i am going to buy the best product. But... When it comes to after sale service, my above thinking became reverse... I. E. I have purchased the worst product... I have lodged service request on 13th may 2017 and service request no is [protected]. Today is 17th may 2017 but my complaint is yet to be attendet... And i am forced to buy water from the market even for drinking... Will higher authorities look into the matter and will help me in getting my complaint resolved... And also request management to take care after sale service seriously to save the future of the company... By such a bad experience no one will recommend and will buy such a good product and one day management will be forced to close the business.

                                        I Madhuri Singh your 15 year old customer and i use eureka forbes water purification, model name classic, but from last four year company cheated me. I gived you two year amc contract from 2013 but after contract your not a single employee or technician has seen me. And when contract time was almost complete than you technician was came to my house for servicing and contract for new amc. And this time they do too much cheated me one they not give me servicing in appropriate time and without my knowledge he issue some part which value is Rs 350/- on behalf of my name.and still my one year servicing is not done. So give me written explanation about delayed service and why you cheated me. Do as soon as possible .
