My ro is not working properly its water purity, tastes of water has been been changed . Past 1 month i m complain continuously to my nearest distributor but no can reply and listen my problems they always excuses something they do not receive my phone calls they fraud with me they changed my water filter with old one they cheated with. I request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible. I hope you understand my feelings and situation

We have bought this ro one year ago in april. Now there is a change in taste of water and the officer which came after registering complaint was asking for Rs.8000 which is almost the cost of this Ro. I want to just get the ro repair.

    Meri mul shikayat 13.5.17 ki thi iske baad 18.5.17 ko punhh likha tha.
    19.5.17 ko muze ek sms mila tha jiske anusar aapke technician 2-3 din me aakar milne wale thee.
    Aaj chhata din hai aapke technician to kya koi vyakti aakar nahi mila hai.
    Krapya 2 din me karyavahi karne ka kast kare.
    Yadi aapka pratinidhi muzse nahi milta hai ya aapka koi javab nahi aata hai main yah man looga ki eureka Forbes shikayat ko salv karne me intersted nahi hai.
    Iske baad main aage ki karyavahi karne ko saksham rahoonga.

      Have moved house in december and despite repeated assurances am still awaiting re - installation and filter change for my water purifier. 1st complaint made in december. Thereafter got a new complaint number on 1st may as they were unable to find my complaint. Complaint number as of 1st may [protected]. Despite repeated follow ups and complaints every 2-3 days, there is no action from their end. A company of this stature and repute should not be allowed to get away with such poor customer service. They should spend less on advertising and more on back end for customer satisfaction. My family, friends and i will never purchase another product from this company again. Hope you'll can help resolve this.

        Good Morning.
        I am a regular user of Eureka Forbes products. I have two water purifiers at my two houses. One of the water purifier is not working and around the first week of May I had lodged a complaint. The service engineer did come the next day and took away a part informing us that he will be back soon. After that there was no trace of him and hence I made a complaint again on 11 May. Still no one bothered to come. The once again I complained on 16 May. My complaint number is [protected] and my customer ID is [protected]. This is the first time I have been so dissatisfied and I have to use mineral water because of this carelessness. Urgently respond and send someone. This is registered under my wife's name Farida Dordy. Registered mobiles are [protected] / [protected]. We stay at Parel Parsi colony and I expect some remidial action soon.

          1. Mr Piyush Mahajan, a Eureka Forbes rep in Pune (Mah), visited my residence in Pimpri on 15th May 2017 and explained about available Water Purifiers. We chose Dr Aquaguard Classic+. On my asking him about delivery, he said by 6 pm on 16 May 2017, it'd be delivered & installed or latest by 11 am on 17 May. I asked about mode of payment, he said it could also be done online.
          2. Taking him on face value, I paid Rs. 9, 490/- online. He never told me that he was going to book the purifier online. All along I was under the impression that I had made payment to Eureka Forbes in Pune and instead of visiting their showroom, I was making payment online and thereby saving lots of time.
          3. On 16th May, when I didn't get a call from him, I called him at 7 pm to confirm installation to which he apologized & promised installation by 11 am on 17 May. I said fine.
          3. On 17th May, when I didn't get a call from him, I called him to enquire. He said he was on his way to the warehouse and would install by 12 noon. He did not call at 12 noon either. I then called him at 1 pm and he said he was on the job and would do it by 2 pm. He didn't turn up by 2 pm & then I called him at 3 pm. He said it won't be installed today but on 19th May. I was shocked at his irresponsible behavior all along.
          4. I then called the Pune Head, Mr. Ajay Bhoola, and apprised him about the facts. He asked me to call Mr Sachin Mahale, the incharge dealing with such issues. I apprised Mr Sachin Mahale about the issue who spoke to Piyush Mahajan keeping me on conference mode. Piyush lied through his teeth by saying he never promised me anything and that he'd told me that delivery was online and the item would be delivered to my residence by 19th May. I called his bluff and brought out the truth before Mr Sachin Mahale, who apologized.
          5. CONCLUSION : Dr Aquaguard Classic isn't installed yet.
          6. REQUEST :
          a) Strongest possible action be initiated
          against Mr Piyush Mahajan for this
          highly irresponsible behavior.
          b) My order be immediately installed or
          my money refunded.

            Dear sir,
            I have purchased eureka water purifier (Magna model) thinking that i am going to buy the best product. But... When it comes to after sale service, my above thinking became reverse... I. E. I have purchased the worst product... I have lodged service request on 13th may 2017 and service request no is [protected]. Today is 17th may 2017 but my complaint is yet to be attendet... And i am forced to buy water from the market even for drinking... Will higher authorities look into the matter and will help me in getting my complaint resolved... And also request management to take care after sale service seriously to save the future of the company... By such a bad experience no one will recommend and will buy such a good product and one day management will be forced to close the business.

              I Madhuri Singh your 15 year old customer and i use eureka forbes water purification, model name classic, but from last four year company cheated me. I gived you two year amc contract from 2013 but after contract your not a single employee or technician has seen me. And when contract time was almost complete than you technician was came to my house for servicing and contract for new amc. And this time they do too much cheated me one they not give me servicing in appropriate time and without my knowledge he issue some part which value is Rs 350/- on behalf of my name.and still my one year servicing is not done. So give me written explanation about delayed service and why you cheated me. Do as soon as possible .

                I have installed Eureka forbes aquaguard on 28 th Aug 2015. Since Feb 2017 its not functioning and came to know by a service boy that some parts to be replaced. It may be ECB as he said. So kindly repair the aquaguard at the earliest possible because the service center boys are not attending us inspite of several complains..

                  This is your customer Mr. Hosang Mistry from Surat, Gujarat, India. My customer code is [protected]. We had entered into an AMC contract for 3 years with Eureka Forbes considering that we would get good services, but I am sorry to say that your services are highly unsatisfactory. We had lastly got our AQUAGUARD I-NOVA serviced through MR. DINESH (MOB NO. [protected]) on 5/3/2017 & we had requested him ample of times for the replacement of AQUAGUARD PIPE CAP which is not yet replaced. This is really very disappointing. I am sorry to say but your services are highly unsatisfactory & pathetic.Please resolve this PIPE CAP issue soon if possible. Thanks!

                    Dear sir on 13 june 2016 i purchased aquasure water purifier xpert model from allahabad uttarpradesh. As per company norms they give free service two times within a year. My product is also in warranty period. So many times i called to customer care centre of eureka forbes to send technician to my home for free servicing of my product. But every times they note my complaint and say that within 2 days they will send the technician. But now i completely disappointed with there response. I wasted my lot of time and money in calling them. Sir please note down my complaint number that i got from eureka forbes customer executive - [protected] & second complaint no is [protected]. Sir i am also sending the bill of my product. Please take strict action against them so that it won't happen to another customer. Company head office is in mumbai. Hope to receive response soon.                       Hi,

                      I have purchased the Dr. Aquaguard Magna in April 2016 and the product delivered after 2 weeks. No one visited for installing the Aquaguard for almost 2 months and after complaining many times installed in June and in July we shifted the house. From then again no one visited to install the Aquaguard till November.Finally, We installed the Aquaguard with the local plumber. For every 3 months servicing to be done but no one visited to do servicing but the customer care will be calling did the servicing done to your Aquaguard.But now one did the Servicing.I got my 1st servicing in January again in April. In April, 1 year service will be completed but the product I used is only 6 months but they sending a service man to replace the filters again and again even if I don't want to replace and also the service person did something to the machine from then it is making more noise the filters cost around Rs 4500 and also I haven't received the Bill receipt from 1 year and also while purchasing the sales guy said service will be free life long.

                        This is a complain against Reliance Digital Asansol from where I have purchased a R. O Aquaguard water purifier on 31st March 2017 in the name of Asit Kumar Banerjee.. After installation it has started giving problems after 20 days.I have complained about it several times and then service man was provided from Reliance Digital who has detected a problem and said that "ic "need to be change .But after that no one has came nor Reliance Digital Asansol is giving any priority to my problem..
                        As we know Aquaguard is a well known company, this type of problem shouldn't arise so early .But if it has occurred it should be treated as emergency and should overcome the problem as soon as possible.

                          Sir iam ravendra reddy from productie of andhra pradesh state. I was purchased one vacuum cleaner on 9.3.2017. Type of vacuum cleaner is wd x2 vacuum cleaner. It is not working as iam informed to the local service person and he attended and found that motor was burnt, that has to be replaced shortly. But it was about to working one day and got failed. Since two months over about the complaint not replaced the motor with new one. Please inform them to replace motor with new one.

                            Sir when water comes out of the purifier brown dusts comes with the water. I have called the office from Saturday but no one has came to solve the problem it was already happened before a month and the person once came but after 7 days same result. Pls solve the problem as the water of our area is very much worst to use. Pls instruct them to come after calling me. As no one will be in home when he come.

                                This is to bring to your notice the pathetic customer service experience that eureka forbes is giving to new customers. I bought Aquaguard Enhance RO model on last week. I called customer care 39883333 on 10th May, 2017 and requested for installation. The request trail can be traced using mobile number [protected]. Since then I am calling almost everyday but nobody turned up till now for installation. I am using Kent water RO at this moment and frankly speaking, never faced issues with customer service. I am planning to return the aquaguard RO and will buy something else as I am afraid of the kind of service I am going to get. Pls use this email for training your customer care people as only thing they are doing is to mislead the customer with mocked up explanations. After four days of followups, they told me that there is a technical issue going on for last 4-5 days.

                                    Issue : i have purchased this product around now around 2 months ago and am already facing major service issues with aquaguard. The product is still not installed in my house since a part was broken by the installation engineer while installation.

                                    I have been requesting refund of my money rs. 18500/- as per their 30-day money-back guarantee since just 1 week after purchase, but no action has been taken so far.
                                    I have just accumulated a lot of complaint numbers : [protected], [protected], [protected]

                                    Details of issue:
                                    1. Person who came to install the product [saturday 18th mar] broke one part during installation
                                    2. He said that he will come on sunday with new part, but never came. I had to call mr. Chalapaty to tell him the situation
                                    3. Mr. Chalapathy mentioned on 21st mar that product will be replaced completely and it will be done by 25th march.
                                    4. On 25th mar, i called mr. Chalapathy atleast 5-6 times, but he did not receive my call
                                    5. Since then i have been calling eureka forbes services requesting for return, but they just keep saying that it will be done but nothing happens

                                    Please help i[censored] can.

                                      I had purchased the above product over a year back & the same is now not covered under warranty. On 29th April 2017, had registered a complaint regd the machine, that some burning smell is coming, complaint No. [protected], same was not attended.
                                      Registered another complaint on 07th May' 17, Complaint No. 99330630, again the complaint was not attended too.
                                      Registered another complaint on 09th May' 17, Complaint No.[protected], On registering the complaint, I was told that the previous complaint Nos have been closed after attending to the complaint, whereas nobody had attended to the complaint.
                                      Again called on 10th May' 17, Complaint No.99354833,
                                      Called again on 11th May' 17, Complaint No. [protected]
                                      Called today i.e. 13th May' 17, Complaint No.[protected]

                                      Every time you call the customer care, each time they take more than 15 mins asking the same questions again & again, they make false promises that the complaint would be attended 100 % today itself but it never happens. I just fail to understand, how many more complaints i am supposed to register before you send your technician.

                                      This thing cannot go like this anymore & I reserve the rights to go to the consumer forum against Eureka Forbes, I shall wait until tomorrow i.e 14th May'17, failing which, I shall go legal against you.

                                      I had purchased a Wet and Dry Vaccum cleaner many years back. We generally use it once a year, when my wife goes for her holidays and we ask the maid not to come, as the timings may not suit us.

                                      The Vaccum Cleaner stops working, every time we use it (once a year). Last year, when the service engineer came to our house, he insisted that the motor is burnt, and needed to be replaced, and so he will need to take it to the service center. On my insistence, he opened it, before I let him take it, only to confirm that my diagnosis of the problem was correct, and like every other year, the motor was perfectly fine, and it was a dry shouldering issue, where some internal wire had got disconnected.

                                      This year, their service is the worst I have seen so far. After confirming that they will come in the afternoon, 3 times, they did not turn up. I lost my earnings for the 3 days as I had to take leave. The last time the service engineer called up and said that he is not able to come to my residence. Its been about two (2) months since I had first registered the complaint.

                                      I will request all those who get in touch with me, to buy products from some other company as this is the worst service I have ever seen. Our Prime Minister, and also Mr Ratan Tata himself, speaks of exemplary service, which this Tata organisation does not seem to follow.

                                      Wanted to know if there is a service parameter they are evaluated against. I have asked them the time limit they set for themselves to service a complaint. Their answer (recorded on phone) is that they have none. To this one can understand that they, might choose to attend this complaint maybe 20 years later, by when if I am still alive, would have sent this useless piece of machinery (which cost me a bomb, when i bought it), to the junkyard long back.
                                      Finally post the complaint, they sent a service engineer who charged us Rs.425/= to connect a wire which had got disconnected as usual!

                                        Water purifier ka 20% charge ek pcb me lagne k baad bhi iss pcb ki guarantee /warranty nahi hai aascharya ki baat hai.
                                        Maine eureka forbs avm aquaguard brand name dekhkar product kharida tha. Iss prakar 9 mah me mahange part kharab hone lage to koi kyo nami company k products kharidega.
