I had purchased the above product over a year back & the same is now not covered under warranty. On 29th April 2017, had registered a complaint regd the machine, that some burning smell is coming, complaint No. [protected], same was not attended.
Registered another complaint on 07th May' 17, Complaint No. 99330630, again the complaint was not attended too.
Registered another complaint on 09th May' 17, Complaint No.[protected], On registering the complaint, I was told that the previous complaint Nos have been closed after attending to the complaint, whereas nobody had attended to the complaint.
Again called on 10th May' 17, Complaint No.99354833,
Called again on 11th May' 17, Complaint No. [protected]
Called today i.e. 13th May' 17, Complaint No.[protected]
Every time you call the customer care, each time they take more than 15 mins asking the same questions again & again, they make false promises that the complaint would be attended 100 % today itself but it never happens. I just fail to understand, how many more complaints i am supposed to register before you send your technician.
This thing cannot go like this anymore & I reserve the rights to go to the consumer forum against Eureka Forbes, I shall wait until tomorrow i.e 14th May'17, failing which, I shall go legal against you.
