This is mallikarjun m m, i booked by paying rs-17990 for dr. Aqua-guard water purifiers hd+ro+uv on 3rd june to eureka forbes ltd sales executive manjunath (Mob no:[protected]) & shiva (Mob no:[protected]).. They have received the amount saying our delivery boy deliver the product, but still i dint get any of single massage from them... And i also take number one of their manager name saying basavaraj (Mob no:[protected]) he say some compromises then he not at all picking my call. And he also say we nothing to do about this since thae sales boy left with money.. And he suggest whatever you will do like you want.
Further i was booked complaint aqua call centre they were said we are working on that... Later again i call ask to them they simply saying without considering costumer expectation they saying sorry sir i for gotten...

I wrote also mail like below, this the way aqua-guard peoples are working there... You know how much struggle we normal people to get that much of many.. You people are least bothered our concerns... Irresponsible peoples you peoples are... How i believe is that person aquaguard or not... Not even single msz received after i got a paid one msz.

If you are not respond to me as earliest possible i put this in to consumer court...

I don't want purifier now please send back to that amount which i paid.. Please do at least this best of your profession.

    The customer support is pathetic. Their system is on upgrade for god know how many days. Eureka forbes attitude towards the service is pathetic and if they continue in this fashion they might not survive for long. Even after calling them 4 times the support could only mutter a few words - "your complaint will be resolved in 24 hours". The email support went a step ahead and mentioned that the support will happen in 48 hours. Please never buy any product from eureka forbes as the service is pathetic and you will repent.

      I am dr palash deb. We were sold an aquaguard last month by one mr amit majumdar from eureka forbes (Phone number [protected]). At the time of selling he sold us a uv aquaguard telling us that it is the best machine. He did not tell us anything about the more commonly sold aquaguard, which employs ro technology. As a result we bought the uv aquaguard. He knew all along that we will be staying in the bypass area where the water quality is not good and a ro purifier is required. However, it seems that because the commission associated with uv purifiers is more (I am assuming this to be true as i checked and found out that uv purifiers are sold far less than ro purifiers – i checked this after someone alerted me) he misled us into buying a uv aquaguard. He is now not willing to replace the machine either with a ro aquaguard. I therefore am lodging this complaint against the eureka forbes salespersons for withholding information and thereby misleading us at the time of sale.

        This is to inform you that i give an enquiry to buy a vacuum cleaner. Your representative having mobile number [protected] came to my house on 18/12/2016 and he serve a demo on the vacuum cleaner. I and my family are very much glad by seeing the demo. And we decided to buy the same on installment.
        Your representative start showing the product manual and suggest me to buy a dr. Aeroguard purifier. He suggest me that if you buy both the product (Vacuum cleaner + dr. Aeroguard purifier), you will get a combo offer of rs. 1000/- discount on the products. Finally he take all the cheque and assure that the money will credited on your account by 2 days.
        6 months passed by, but still i have not receive the amount. Every time i rang him, he gave me different type of excuse. I have face a very bad experience from your sales representative.in future i will not recommend any of my friend or relatives to buy the product from eureka forbes.
        I have paid all the installment, and finally i will terminate my relation from eureka forbes.

        Purification of water quantity is very very slow. it takes more than hours for one liter purification. water taste not good
        It is useless service .2 days over nobody come to do repair my water purifier. To take and they come fast. To do the service they take too long. Branches are nearby only. But not responding.

          I had purchased a brand new aquasure smartuv water purifier on 2 may 2017. The indicator on the machine, while installing didn't turn green and although the person who came for installation confirmed its safe to use, i insisted on registering a complaint. Since i was out of station for two weeks, i called up the service manager on coming back - he was an ego personification. He acted as though such a complaint didn't exist. I had to register a complaint for the same again. The guy who came to rectify
          - changed the fuse it didnt work
          - changed the main board - it didnt work
          I registered a second complaint. Now somebody called me from trivandrum and promised to address the complaint. I insisted that if the machine has developed so many complaint without even being used, it should be replaced. They said they will look into it
          I was out of town on a family emergency and i called up the service manager. Now when i switch on the machine, the water leaks from inside and the power drips!!!

          I am wondering if i should waste my time running behind these inconsiderate and senseless people and file a consumer complaint. I tried escalating the complaint online and the reference number that i was given doesn't exist!!

          Pathetic company. Stupid people and a dumb product.

          In this monsoon season it is so difficult without purified water.
          so, please arrange to get it repaired at the earliest.

            I have taken amc (Gold - 2 years - contract receipt no.[protected] service from m/s. Eureka forbes on 25/05/2016.
            As per the amc contract the service provider shall change the candle filter and required accessories per year.
            However in-spite of many complaints registered (One of the complaint no - [protected]) and continuous follow-up from past 20 days, we have not received any service and we are just kept frustrated. We had a daily phone conversation with the customer care department of m/s. Eureka forbes. They always confirmed to attain the complaint but the same is still pending. Sometime their service man call and says that he will attain the place but will not change the candle filter.
            We are cheated by m/s. Eureka forbes.
            I have the signed contract of m/s. Eureka forbes (Attached herewith) and all the necessary evidence to go legal on the company.
            Though request the higher authorities to look into the reported matter at the earliest.

            Your company entered in to AMC of waterpurifer by Contract receipt no.[protected] for period from21/06/2016 to 20/06/2018 by M/s. Awadh Enterprises, 305/306, BMC Bulding, Stn. Road, Bhandup (West) Mumbai on your behalf.
            Last 10 months no one attended for AMC.
            Service request number [protected] has received on 7th Sept at 2.55 from you that Technician Mr.Abhishek Vaishnav ([protected]) will be attended shortly. But til date i.e. 17th Sept 2017 has not attended. When I called technician last sunday, he told me, I will attended same day upto 5.30 p.m.But till date not attended & even not taking phone call also.

              Dear sir/mam

              I have recently purchased a trendy steel vacuum cleaner on 20th may 2017 from csd canteen (Bill copy attached) of your company. On the vacuum cleaner box it was clearly mention that it contains the “user manual and demo cd” (Box pictures attached). On opening the box i found both the things “user manual and demo cd” missing and i didn’t found it ethically correct. I filed the complain to your customer care on 10th may 2017 (Complaint no) for providing me “user manual and demo cd” along with a product demo so that i can start using your product. But for my surprise, your company refused to give me “user manual and demo cd” and a free demo of the product, which i found highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory from a reputed company like eureka forbs.
              Now once again i am forwarding a written request for the “user manual and demo cd” along with a free product demo and hoping for an optimistic response otherwise i will have to go to the consumer court for justice in my case.

                  I purchased magna water purifier and i had a amc on 19.06.2016 from 26.06.2016 to 27.07.2017, during the amc period your service technician was not changed purifier filed, and i told several times to customer care on 05.06.2016 - 6.15pm - service request no.[protected], ii time on 09.06.2016-8.58am - service request no.[protected], iii time on 16.06.2016. Still the service technician was not come and clear the service. Please complete the service request. Otherwise based on the amc copy, i am go for consumer court and made a complaint to eureka forbes. The last chance for complete my problem is 19.06.2017.

                    On 27/08/16 we get first service, mr. Bablu mondal ([protected]) came and service all issue, after six month latter we face problem on filter then we call the customer care but they not send any man for service. We call again then a man visit our home and say for three year insurance and etc. And say for charges.
                    I said that man, my problem was that why should i pay when i call customer care 1st time on my warranty period.
                    The technician say that he don't know about that then we talk to her senior and the senior say that the will take an action for that. But this man take no action
                    Again i call customer care and similarly this new technician say again for 3 year insurance.

                    We bye product from aditto ([protected]) from pujali, budge budge,

                      We have complained for 2 months but still no action on the complain.
                      The machine is not working and there is no pure water to drink. We have called the customer care 20-25 times but always getting the same excuse that they can do nothing as their system is upgrading. The first date of complain is april 24 2017.
                      The machine is still in warranty.
                      The technician comes and says nothing can be done they make a temporary fix but after 2 hours it again stops working. On asking for the machine replacement, the customer care says nothing can be done as system is upgrading.
                      Cant exactly provide the complain number but the mobile number registered is [protected].
                      The desirable resolution of the complain is to replace the machine as it is still in warranty period. The technician himself said the machine is faulty but they not replacing, or perhaps waiting for warranty period to end.

                        I had an e boiling model of water filter of your make, which i gifted to one of my relatives residing at kaliyagunj (District hq - raigunj) of west bengal almost 2 months back on my shifting back to kolkata from karnataka. Since then several approaches have been made to local as well raigunj service centers to get it installed but to no avail. All along the offices are insisting on buying new one.in spite of complaining this issue to customer care over phone almost 3 weeks back delivered no result. On 13th june again a complain was lodged on mail at [protected]@eurekaforbes.com failed to generate any response.

                        I have a flat at kolkata equipped with your make of water purifier for which a contract was agreed into for a period of 3 yeras w. E. F 2014. It has been observed that even for scheduled maintenance activities the local office at bhawanipur (Kolkata) has to be reminded several times to get the problem attended. Presently since last one week we are experiencing the problem of clogged filter cartridge. Nobody came forward for scheduled visit. The regular servicing man not lifting phone and even a complaint via mail did not deliver anything positive.

                        In both the cases the experiences are frustrating.

                          I have to wait for two days for five glasses of water. It's absurdly slow and customer care bounces it to dealer who bounces it to another dealer citing area and third one never responds.

                          I need either the filter to be serviced or replaced with normal functioning one.

                          My vacuum cleaner (Old type) was repaired based on my complaint on 28/02/2017 and i paid rs2100/ for the repair. The complaint was some short circuit and your person (Mr. Pravin) informed the coil was burnt and it has been set right.
                          The next day when i operated, it did not work; but the problem was different eventhough the machine was on (Green light)
                          I called mr. Pravin many number of times over his mobile and through the customer care;but no response till i was forced to tell "i will lodge police complaint". On 26th april, my vacuum cleaner was taken by one ilayaraja sent by pravin.
                          Since then i have been pressing pravin — but he has been telling that spare parts are not available since it is old type;
                          But on 30th may when i called, he said it cannot be repaired and will return it.
                          I asked him to give me anew one on exchange for which he said "it is not possible"
                          My request is:
                          1) new machine on exchange
                          2) rs2100/ paid is to be refunded or to be adjusted in exchange price.
                          I am eligible for addititional compensation for the mental agony for the past 3and half months which i will claim if my requestis not conceeded.

                            Last year i have taken amc for aquaguard water purifier as their sales person told that it will give you peace of mind and now after making complain about my purifier not working they are not responding. I am following them for almost a week but no one turned up. I suggest not to take amc better not to take product itself as customer care is pathetic. Everyday they are telling it will be resolved by today but nothing happens after that.

                              Water purifier+ro+uv magna machine installed on[protected], leakage observed from bottom rear and front side,
                              Installation person not entertaining such problem, sales person visited once and no support given by technical person, problem is still not resolved.. Need to replace machine without any problem.. It is observed that machine reached late at home the first failure.. Machine reached and installed with another problem of leakage.. Please replace machine.

                                Respected sir/mam,
                                As per official bill, we purchased an aqua guard (Classic +) from eureka forbes on 27/09/2016, but it failed in functioning properly after first servicing. Now the water which it is giving is in very bad condition. Not only mud and dust particles are seen in a heavy quantity in the water but also odour of the water recieved is a terrible. We made a complaint a four month ago, but we havent recieved any proper feedback on our complaint. Their technicians are just coming and having a look at the product but they have'nt repaired it. Moreover, there staff members, manager, etc. Are arogantly talking with us and misbehaving. Due to this unhealthy drinking water our family is facing severe health problems and getting hospitalised.
                                Please look in into this matter as earlier as possible.

                                  I bought aquaguard water purifier superb model last year which is around rs.25000.in the past two weeks, water started leaking outside. I spoke with customer care & my request no is [protected]. The technician said i need to replace the internal parts which cost around rs.4500 & also he mentioned that i need to change the parts on every year. And also in the first time, while fitting the purifier in my home, fitter said i need to another filter outside the water purifier box. What the hell is that? While purchasing seller said nothing need to replaced regularly.

                                  I got a call from your technician and again he said the same story. and also he said, the same amount need to pay to change the filters & every year. it's really useless. i am not willing to pay Rs.4000 every year. can you please take the device and refund the money.

                                  Worst installment in purifier in Kanchipuram. They don't know how to fix the outer body in the machine. As well as they said we are not responsible for hanging the machine in wall. His number is [protected]. I buy the machine in saravana and co kancheepuram. They also support him.                                   I bought aquaguard water purifier nrich 100ro+100uv model on 02.07.21 which is around rs.18000. from day 1water started leaking bottom. I spoke sales representative who saled the product to me, day 1 responded and said I will arrange service engineer and 2nd onwards not lifting the phone and again raised the compliant no on responded, plz don't by from Eureka goto some local brands they will give good service and cost also less

                                    Number of years for amc service: 3 years from 20/6/2015 to 19/6/2018

                                    I would like to get the amc done quicklt since it is not done for last one and half years.
                                    The usual period of regular free maintenance is once in six months.

                                    Complaint number 2:
                                    I could not talk to the complaint call centre in the helpline or the service centre number since the automated voice say that my numbers from which i call are not registered. This is bemusing on one side that you definitely has to call from the same number.
                                    Secondly though i tried from all my existing numbers many times in different days the same responce that all my numbers are unregistered so i cant register my complaint is the response..
                                    Please check what joke is this..

                                      Hi team,

                                      I brought eureka forbes aquaguard ro+uv almost 3 years back and my customer id is - [protected]. I was happy with the product and service till last month. Every year i renew the amc.
                                      Recently i got a call from service agent “vijay” (Mobile no – [protected]) that amc renewal is pending so i asked him to come and replace the filters also. He came to my house on promised day and renewed the amc along with water filter replacement.
                                      The moment he left the house after changing the water filters i noticed that water is leaking from the filter and heard sparking sound & burning smell. I called him and informed the same. He promised to come on next day to check the issues. He came next day and after checking it we noticed that as the water filter was not fitted properly because of that water was leaking from the filter. There was wire beneath the filter which came under dripping water contact and got burnet.
                                      I asked him to change it immediately as it could be very risky. He said that he is not having wire part with him so he will come after 2 days but since then he is neither picking my call nor responding back.

                                      When i call him from my friends number he will pick it thinking its unknown number and the moment he hear my name and voice he just say “hello hello” and cut the call. After waiting for few weeks i finally called customer care on last sunday (11th june) and reported the same problem.
                                      I have been told that the service request (Request number – [protected]) will be resolved within 2 working days and the request got assigned to the same service person - “vijay krishna” (Mobile no – [protected]).
                                      It’s been 5 working days now and i did not get any call from him.
                                      We can still hear the spark sound and burning smell. I am very much dissatisfied with the behavior and service of the agent and at same feeling risky to use the water purifier. If you (Eureka forbes) cannot provide a good customer service then please let me know. I’ll better sell this water purifier and go with some other brand.
