I am durga, resident of btm 6th stage, banerghatta road, bangalore. We reached aquaguard to get information on their undercounter water purifier for our kitchen that was under renovation. Their sales rep sankanna gowda, seemed to be under great pressure for showing up his sales... Pressurized us to go for aquaguard invisipure (The only under counter model which eureforbes has). Even though our kitchen wasnt ready, he made us purchase it by 16th march 2017 (Order number:[protected]. Once the kitchen was ready (After a month) we had to constantly followup with around 3 service request for the installation of this product. When the technician arrived for installation, we were told that water tds is not suitable for this water purifier model. Pain is that, eureka forbes does not have any other under counter model suitable for our water tds. This leaves with no other option, but the refund. We have been doing constant followup (Web, call center calls, visits to nearest sales office, area sales manager calls). I can list about 6 service request number in this regard, all we are told is that they would soon start the refund process. Fed up with all ways, refund does not seem to have got initiated.
