Respected sir/mam,
As per official bill, we purchased an aqua guard (Classic +) from eureka forbes on 27/09/2016, but it failed in functioning properly after first servicing. Now the water which it is giving is in very bad condition. Not only mud and dust particles are seen in a heavy quantity in the water but also odour of the water recieved is a terrible. We made a complaint a four month ago, but we havent recieved any proper feedback on our complaint. Their technicians are just coming and having a look at the product but they have'nt repaired it. Moreover, there staff members, manager, etc. Are arogantly talking with us and misbehaving. Due to this unhealthy drinking water our family is facing severe health problems and getting hospitalised.
Please look in into this matter as earlier as possible.

Last 10 months no one attended for AMC.
Service request number [protected] has received on 7th Sept at 2.55 from you that Technician Mr.Abhishek Vaishnav ([protected]) will be attended shortly. But til date i.e. 17th Sept 2017 has not attended. When I called technician last sunday, he told me, I will attended same day upto 5.30 p.m.But till date not attended & even not taking phone call also.
I've escalated your concern to my service team in Mulund. Be assured, they will connect with you soon to service your product. Request your patience meanwhile.
