Hi,
Please consider that i have purchased one dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro + uv in may 2016 (Invoice attached below). However i am facing continuous problems in the product.in the last 6 months technician has visited 5 times for the servicing of product in respect of complaint raised by me.in the last visit of technician during the month of november 2016, he clearly instructed us that if you still face the problem in the product then you should get the product replaced as soon as possible.
As correctly said by the technician, again we are facing problem in the product from the last one week and not able to get a single drop of water from the filter and thus i raised the complaint on monday dated 05.12.2016 having complaint number 97782720 and it was clearly told to me that the product shall be replaced maximum by today i. E. 07.12.2016.
However when i again called the customer care executive today, then he told that your complaint is in process and technician will visit again and gave me another complaint number i. E. 97806139. However i clearly requested the customer care executive that i do not require the technician visit again, however need immediate replacement of product.
Please consider that i purchased the product considering good image of the eureka forbes, but presently facing lot of harassment due to product incapabilities and miscommunication by the customer care team. Requesting you to please help me at your earliest and get the product replaced by today itself.
Inspite of repeated request, there is nor response till yet.
