I bought an amc for my aquaguard e-ro from your esteemed company on 8th november 2016 contract receipt no.27212901 for one year. At the time of contract the company person assured for 3 free service in an year.

I raised an request for service on 31st may 2017 (Complaint no.[protected]) in that time the customer care executive assured within 24 hours service will be done, after again i done followup on 1st june 2017 with mr. Saravana and 2nd june 2017 with mr. Praveen, every time the representative assured it will be done within 24 hours.

After rigorous followup today i came to know that the contract is not updated in the system. So, the representative will not do the service.

Now i am having serious doubt about the service of aquaguard, i paid almost rs.5500/- per annum where there is no register in your system and assurance of service.

My questions is
1. Who is responsible for registering in the eureka forbes system even the customer has made the payment and having the contract recipt?
2. Even after followup with represtnatives, only assurances is coming, nobody is interested in resolving the issue, when the company will do the service?
3. Whether so much of followup is required for taking amc service?

Resolve this issue at the earliest otherwise refund my money.

Just now once again I spoke with customer care executive Ms.Varsha, today (8th June 2017) I came to know it has been assigned to wrong vendor, she told she will assign to correct vendor and given new complaint number [protected] and assured service will be completed today. Eureka Forbes is telling after 7 days of rigorous followup it has been assigned to wrong vendor.

Everyday I am getting the new stories from Eureka Forbes.

Made a mistake by taking AMC.

let see when Eureka Forbes will do the servicing ???

    Hi,

    I had bought an Dr Aquaguard Geneus Plus RO and called your customer care for installation. The reference number is [protected]. The service did not happen for 4 days. I called up again. They said they will send the technician in 2 days. Again nobody came. Then I called again. Again the same thing happened. Today I called up for the fourth time.They gave the same answer.

    I don't know what is happening. Did I buy a Eureka Forbes product ? or some random roadside company product? I your work over once you sell the product to me? What do I do with this product?

      I mujibar sekh from krishnagar, dist-nadia, west bengal, i purchase a filter eureka fobes eternity filter last year march here my water tds 660.. Ur sales man measure but they have not told that this machine for low tds area that i saw your sight that is 200, i belive in ur product and item but ypur sale man not bother to tell this tds matter as normal human being i don't know that time about this tds matter, if i can expend 12400 then i can also expend 19000 to 20000 for my family and kids, i don't know why your sales man by knowing ly given this product that this is high tds area... Now what i will do? Plase change my filter for better.. And this is your sales man that nomal people cant belive, i am dis hearten.. Because i belive the eureka fobes...         I have purchased dr aquaguard one year before, now technician is telling to replace the filters every year and cost is rs 5500/- thats huge amount.
        Spending such amount every year is bit difficult for consumers.
        This was not informed earlier. Company is making money by charging huge amount on consumables. We got cheated by company.

          Even after a month long struggle between customer care executives and technicians no efficacious result has been delivered. Booster pump for ro+uv+tds water purifier which the technician installed stopped working after a week and since then after every complaint we r send the details of technician rohit who gives us the no. Of customer care executive meenakshi n it keeps going like that.

            I bought two year amc for my aquaguard reviva in the month of june. But the aquaguard service person could not fix the water filter. It started leaking the same day he replaced the cartridges. Whenever i call them, they take a week to pay a visit. Every time he takes some shortcut and is never able to fix the problem. Poor service, defective products, lazy people. Do not waste your money in any aquaguard product. We don't have access to clean water even after spending 10000 rupees on amc. Not to mention the extra time we lose everytime in calling him and attending him.

              Water strainer and carbon filters for aquasure xtra tuff 18 litres water purifier have gone bad in may 2017. We have searched the whole local market at margao, south goa. We have lodged a complaint with mr. Smith - mobile no. [protected] to provide us with 3 nos. Water strainers and 3 nos. Carbon filters for our water purifier. We were given to understand by the shop talaulikar traders, at margao south goa from whom we purchased the machines that mr. Smith is in charge of its service centre.

              We placed our order with mr. Smith on 3rd june 2017, it seems mr. Smith is beyond our contact now. Kindly arrange to deliver the above parts to us at the earliest.

                Paid for amc on 5 jul 16 via sbi cheque which was deposited in name of eureka forbes amt 3810 can provide you bank statement for 2 service and filter replacement but got no service till now when i called shocled to know that i havent paid and there is no record with you the service who keeps on hold for 30 min to come back with unethical and clever one liners jas zero information
                Will escalate to state consumer forum and file a written complaint against you as this happened in 2015 16 too when i had paid on 4 jul 2015 for this kind of loot

                  I have Aquaguard compact model. I had taken 3 years GOLD service contract on 29th Sept 2014.

                  In last almost 2.5 years i have only received 4 services that too after number of follow-ups every time. My last service was done on 17th Sept 2016.

                  This time again i had put the service request on 29th April 2017 by calling on customer service help line. request is not yet handled even after more than a month.

                  please help URGENTLY.

                  If request us not handled in this wk, i will be forced to go to consumer court.

                    My complaint no is : [protected] (Recent one) and have so many ref no. I requested for a service more than a week before. I have requested many times but no one is turning. Its been a week we are sitting without water. Aquaguard gives very least importance to customer's health. Very disappointed with the service. Aquaguard service people are giving us reasons not to visit customer places. Customer care promised me 7 times so far but no luck. Utter waste! Don always think about money. Do some service atleast!

                      Sir, myself pn padhi. I have called aquaguard customer care on 01 jun 17 and complained that the purifier is not working. The complaint no. Is [protected]. It was assured to me that the technician wil visit with in 48 hours. Since then i have called the customer care more than 5 times. Every time they assure me that technician will visit today. I don't understand when their today will come. I am staying in a rural area, where clean drinking water is not available. My whole family is prone to water born diseases. If after paying so much of money for the purifier, i am still not able to get safe drinking water, then what is the use of buying such products. Sir please do something.

                        I had called up your customer service person and was assured that someone would come today to replace a small part that was needed. Customer i. D. No. Is:[protected] and my request no. Is [protected].
                        I had specified that we were not going to be available for the next month and therefore needed help as of today. Extremely bad customer service by eureka forbes. We have waited the whole day and no help has arrived.

                            Respected sir, madam
                            I do hereby inform you that i purchased an aquaguard enhance ro 7 ltr purifier on dated 11/11/2016 from great eastern shop in salkia invoice no. 15/sa/1617/12632.
                            Regarding my complaint no. [protected] was attended by bitan karmakar on 30/05/2017 the tds was stand from 500 to 195. Further i was reported to mr. Bitan and today 02/06/2017 he replaced the ro membrane with a regenerate ro membrane, i also asked him why he will not give with replace with new one. He explained this is the company policy as it is a consumable part of machine it is not exchange with new one whether it is under warranty.
                            Now please clarify the exact company policy about
                            One more matter i want to explain you that after yesterday the time taken for store the water in tank take more time than earlier.

                            I do hereby inform you that yesterday a telephonic conversation with your executive done where he told it is the company policy as Mr. Bitan said. He also confirmed that consumable part of machine isn't under warranty. There have such no manual with me in that time .
                            Let me please clarify when I purchased there have no such condition paper if that types of policy you have then I request you to please highlight it clearly and not in small letter which also violated the rules .
                            I must be go to consumer forum regarding this issue as also as request to general public as they not cheated in future . It also intimated your representative .

                            This is fake company. I'm not satisfied your product from starting onwards till now I'm facing problem. But SP visited 4 times no use not resolved problem. So don't cheat customer. Don't buy this product

                              I purchased one aquasure xpert ro+uv+uf with tasteguard water purfier from central police canteen on 5th may 2017. Installation request registered vide no. [protected] on 7th may. After repeated request service engineer reported only after 20 days. However, പ്രോഡക്റ്റ് stop its functioning from the next day to its installation. I called several times but service engineer not yet reported to rectify the problems. Fed up with your poor after sale service i am lodging this complaint.in case no response from your side nothing will left with me except lodging complaint in consumer court. This for your info and needful action immediately.

                                  Every time we are facing the same problem.
                                  I didn't expect this type of service from eureka forbes.

                                  Ours is Aquaguard Classic. The water flow is very slow. Tried calling call center but not connecting.Ours is under service contract.My mobile no. [protected].It takes an hour to fill 6 bottles.

                                    I am durga, resident of btm 6th stage, banerghatta road, bangalore. We reached aquaguard to get information on their undercounter water purifier for our kitchen that was under renovation. Their sales rep sankanna gowda, seemed to be under great pressure for showing up his sales... Pressurized us to go for aquaguard invisipure (The only under counter model which eureforbes has). Even though our kitchen wasnt ready, he made us purchase it by 16th march 2017 (Order number:[protected]. Once the kitchen was ready (After a month) we had to constantly followup with around 3 service request for the installation of this product. When the technician arrived for installation, we were told that water tds is not suitable for this water purifier model. Pain is that, eureka forbes does not have any other under counter model suitable for our water tds. This leaves with no other option, but the refund. We have been doing constant followup (Web, call center calls, visits to nearest sales office, area sales manager calls). I can list about 6 service request number in this regard, all we are told is that they would soon start the refund process. Fed up with all ways, refund does not seem to have got initiated.

                                      I have taken amc for the aqua guard water purifier by paying rs 4190/- vide challan no. 25638897 for a period of one year from 22.12.15 to 21.12.16 and it was confirmed that 2services will be made in an year as per the amc contract. Surprisingly not even a single time your service engineer has visited for amc and several times i have called up, but no response.

                                      Is this the way you are giving service to a customer by attending 0 times after taking amc. Pls advise me why action should not be initiated against your company through consumer court, for cheating the customer.

                                      If there is no response from your side, i would be forced to take action against you.

After multiple followups also nobody came to assist us in this. It already been 6 days. Is this a way to support a customer. Even tough the product is good I am totally dis satisfied about your service. Some value should be there for the customer.

                                        I have followed up for the today morning as well...but i got the same reply stating they will inform the technician... i dont understand what is a big deal in changing a purifier catridge that too not an electrical one... if it would have been available in the outside market we would have gone amd bought them...but its not available as per your customer representatives...atleast they dont have a courtesy to call and give us an update... if you cant provide us the service asap please let us know we will not use your product anymore and will not recommend the same too anyone as well..
