I had purchased the above product over a year back & the same is now not covered under warranty. On 29th April 2017, had registered a complaint regd the machine, that some burning smell is coming, complaint No. [protected], same was not attended.
Registered another complaint on 07th May' 17, Complaint No. 99330630, again the complaint was not attended too.
Registered another complaint on 09th May' 17, Complaint No.[protected], On registering the complaint, I was told that the previous complaint Nos have been closed after attending to the complaint, whereas nobody had attended to the complaint.
Again called on 10th May' 17, Complaint No.99354833,
Called again on 11th May' 17, Complaint No. [protected]
Called today i.e. 13th May' 17, Complaint No.[protected]

Every time you call the customer care, each time they take more than 15 mins asking the same questions again & again, they make false promises that the complaint would be attended 100 % today itself but it never happens. I just fail to understand, how many more complaints i am supposed to register before you send your technician.

This thing cannot go like this anymore & I reserve the rights to go to the consumer forum against Eureka Forbes, I shall wait until tomorrow i.e 14th May'17, failing which, I shall go legal against you.

I had purchased a Wet and Dry Vaccum cleaner many years back. We generally use it once a year, when my wife goes for her holidays and we ask the maid not to come, as the timings may not suit us.

The Vaccum Cleaner stops working, every time we use it (once a year). Last year, when the service engineer came to our house, he insisted that the motor is burnt, and needed to be replaced, and so he will need to take it to the service center. On my insistence, he opened it, before I let him take it, only to confirm that my diagnosis of the problem was correct, and like every other year, the motor was perfectly fine, and it was a dry shouldering issue, where some internal wire had got disconnected.

This year, their service is the worst I have seen so far. After confirming that they will come in the afternoon, 3 times, they did not turn up. I lost my earnings for the 3 days as I had to take leave. The last time the service engineer called up and said that he is not able to come to my residence. Its been about two (2) months since I had first registered the complaint.

I will request all those who get in touch with me, to buy products from some other company as this is the worst service I have ever seen. Our Prime Minister, and also Mr Ratan Tata himself, speaks of exemplary service, which this Tata organisation does not seem to follow.

Wanted to know if there is a service parameter they are evaluated against. I have asked them the time limit they set for themselves to service a complaint. Their answer (recorded on phone) is that they have none. To this one can understand that they, might choose to attend this complaint maybe 20 years later, by when if I am still alive, would have sent this useless piece of machinery (which cost me a bomb, when i bought it), to the junkyard long back.
Finally post the complaint, they sent a service engineer who charged us Rs.425/= to connect a wire which had got disconnected as usual!

    Water purifier ka 20% charge ek pcb me lagne k baad bhi iss pcb ki guarantee /warranty nahi hai aascharya ki baat hai.
    Maine eureka forbs avm aquaguard brand name dekhkar product kharida tha. Iss prakar 9 mah me mahange part kharab hone lage to koi kyo nami company k products kharidega.

      My previous machine wasnt working properly so I called up at eureka forbes to send their person. Amit more came from Eureka and said machine is old and shud be replaced. I said I am fine with it and selected latest Dr. Magna Machine. He took 12500 rupees from me and said there are authorized dealers through which eureka forbes sell the machines nowadays and gave me a bill with akshay enterprise but I said I need a warranty of eureka forbes else how would I knw its their machine. He gave me a warranty card with customer code as well. I bought the machine is Jan 2017 but since feb itself th machine isnt working properly. I again called up eureka forbes to complain and they sent some other service person this time. He told me that Amit more is a cheat and company had removed him last yr only. He sold the machine illegally to you. This is bizzarre to say the least. I have been using eureka forbes machines for more than 10yrs now, I always call at their service center, if amit more is not their agent then how he got my address and details from eureka forbes. They cant run away from their liabilities. If amit is a cheat, its not my mistake. They also say that the warranty card is not genuine. When I called at service center, they said I am registered and the machine is fine sold thru a dealer. How do I believe anyone now? Is this how you treat a 10 yr old customer? If I hv been cheated by their employee or ex employee as they say, the liability is not mine because eureka forbes gave my lead to them. I hv been suffering for more than 4 months now.         Requested for filter change and filter cap replace (Due to leak)

        thank you for sending down the technician, now that he confirmed PCB fried clearly from the water leak which was clearly the responsibility of technicians who replaced my filter, but not replaced filter cap(damaged cap causing the leak). so I'm hoping ill be fairly compensated for my losses.

        thank you for replacing the PCB but it cost me money(1500/- ); as I explained the board was damaged from the careless service of the previous technician.
        So why I'm not receiving any compensation in this issue?

            Hi,

            I have purchased Aquaguard Magna Nxt HD RO+UV on May 6th. While placing the order i was assured that the product will be delivered to be on May 7th and be installed on the same day. This was not adhered to and the manager Kumaresh ([protected]) assured me that the product will be delivered to me on Tuesday i.e May 9th. This was not adhered to either. After calling the manager multiple times the product was delivered to me but since then it has still been lying at my home unboxed because Kumar and his team did not turn up to my house on the decided time slot. I have been chasing Kumar and his team to come over and install this but this has not happened till now. I am fed up of this and want to cancel this order. Please do the needful Thanks!!

              My name is kishan benjamin. We bought the vacuum cleaner wd x2 on 29/06/2016 (Under one year warranty) by door to door sale. The sale person name is manikandan and the mobile number is[protected]. I was the raised the complainants about my product on 10/04/2017, after the many phone calls your service person come and collect the product from me for the service propose. While he was taken that product from me, i asked him to give the evidence to carry; he said it is not required. After ten days, they handed over the product to me but i was shocked because the product was changed. They gave another used product which is damaged and not working properly, particularly that product is not for us. Why you people cheating us?
              My queries are:-
              1. Why you people not giving any slip while taking the product for service?
              2. Your service person not attending the calls properly.
              3. They take the product for service but not returned on time or call to the customer for the delay.
              4.in my case the product is not for mine so what you will do for me?
              5. Do try to cheat the customers because i mark some identification in my vacuum cleaner and i took some pictures before i gave to the service person.
              6. Please take it as serious and arrange my original product installed of cheated one. Please do as soon as possible.

                  With respect to above subject i purchased ur water purifier from your sanjaynagar - bengaluru office under your loan scheme in the month of december 2017, u was told by you team it will cost 18, 490/- and payments were collected, whereas it was 17, 490/- when i received the bill, on asking for clarifications there was no proper response from mr mahadev so i had informed him i will not pay emi till the issue is clarified and my cheques continued to presented to my bank, finally i returned the product on 26/03/2017 at 5.30 pm and now my cheques are misused by sridhar shetty and presented for clearing every month, pls take necessary action on the same and return all my cheques with the charges levied by bank to me .

                    I have been registering complaint for leakage and service with the customer care number [protected]. It has been 2 months and no service engineer visited even after repetitive calling.

                    Everytime i call the customer care they mention me that a service engineer will call me soon but no one ever calls.
                    Very pathetic and irresponsible behaviour from the company.

                      Customer id [protected]. Message received on mobile on 22/03/2017 that mandatory servicing of my water purifier will be done by technician in april.
                      No one came till now. Have called up many times and have tried to escalatethe request via website. Nothing has worked for me. While buying i was promised a lot of things regarding after sales service. But the actual picture is very much opposite. Very poor after sale service.

                        I have launched a complaint on 4th may 2017 for non functioning of the device. The service engineer mr. Human sahu visited on 6th may 2017 and declared that some spare part has to be replaced.
                        In spite of several calls to service center in charge mr. Ashish saxena, till date no responsible person is taking care of the complaint, and on the contrary they misbehave with the client. Claim of 24hr. Service support has no value.

                          I am a customer with three years annual maintenance & since 2002, complaint as under
                          1. My purifier is leaking since 9.2017
                          2. A number of complaints has been registered but position is same
                          3. They donot attend complaint now & i am suffering same problem since9.1.2017
                          4. A sum of rs 1300 are excess with them since my last renewal in 2015 but they are not bother to paid me back
                          A hopeless company i advice not to buy further

                            I am a aqua guard users for last 23 years and my customer code is [protected].I am havin AMC with the company.
                            I want to know what is meant by TDS vaule of standard drinking water in India?
                            My Acqua guard was servised on 9-5-17 and Technician dipped an Apparatus with him in the water taken out from Acquaguard and I was told that value of purified water of my Acqua guard is 130 TDS and.
                            I am also having bore well connection and TDS value of bore water was 485 TDS.Bore well water is not filtered.
                            The Technician was not in a position to let me know the name of the apparatus being used for the test and what is the long form of TDS value?
                            Will you pl let me know wheather this TDS abbreviation is correct and if so what is the long form of it.If not what is the correct termology? and what is the range of so purified safe drinking water through Acquaduard?

                              I am having water purifier and has taken AMC on 18/12/2016 with contract receipt no 27367631, My machine is not working and logged the complain to service center on saturday through mobile number [protected] which is your service center and got a call from contact no [protected] he visiting when there was electricity failure and told that he will visit again till now there is n visit and they have not provided the complain number also, today I have logged a call through toll free number with complain number [protected] at 9.30 a m till now there is no response, what a pathetic service I am getting and it is harassment to the customer who has paid the AMC upfront. This is the way the company works or company is winding up his products so that they are providing such a pathatic service t the customers.

                                In spite of entering amc for 3 years neither change of filter nor routine visit once in half-year/ year has been done from end. The customer service is very poor which is really beyond the description. My amc for 3 years contract receipt no. 10/24316818 dated 19.01.15. I also lodged a complaint to the concerned deptt. Earlier. But nobody pays heed to my complaint.

                                  I purchased dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro from eureka forbes through agent mubarak a shek. It got installed today 9. May.2017 by mr. Bharath gowda. After switching off the machine, the machine dispenses normal water through waste water outlet.
                                  I had called up the technician immediately for support but
                                  Mr. Bharath gowda didn't attend my 20 calls made to him.
                                  Customer care also didn't respond to my complaint.
                                  Please fix this issue or replace my machine with a working one

                                  I had requested a re installation of Aqua Guard Infinity and service in my house and they assured me the service within 48 hours of my complaint. TILL NOW THERE'S NOT A RESPONSE. FED UP CALLING. The local telephone number is always not answering. Helpline people assure me immediate attention but nothing so far. Really disappointed

                                    I had lodged complaint no.[protected] on 2.5.17, no.[protected] on 6.5.17 and [protected] on 9.5.17 about not proper function of water purifier. I had also sent email and talked to customer care. But no use. Nobody has given me any call or sent any message. My problem is not solved so far. Eureka should solve my problem immediately or return my am contract amount.
