Sir:
I ordered Eurovigil security system from Eureka Forbes on 20 June 2016 and paid advance 10000 and the balance amount 49940 before installation. Partial work has been done in the last 10 months. Hardware is lying with me and it may become defunct after some time. The technicians involved have stopped responding to my telephone calls. Even their superior has not responded to my email.

    I purchased a water purifier on 14- april 2017. Since then i am calling your customer care each day and trying to get someone for the free installation. But as it is free and company is not willing to provide any free service, no one is coming for installation.

    I have tried 06 days and 20 calls to customer care. Each day they told me, someone will call you back and visit your home. But no call came and no person came for installation.

    I use aquasure from aquaguard.its not working properly since last 15 days, when I call cc after long wait time they said u r not audible n disconnected, this was repeated several times., then I called the technician who never turned up..n now we r just helpless..don't knw where to complain...plz help.

      No free installation being provided

      Aquagaurd service in pune is horrible. We moved from bangalore (Where service was ok) on april 8th, 2017. Since then we are following up everyday to fix the issue that there plumber created during installation.

      Calling up customer care number is very frustrating. Everytime, they mention that issue will be fixed before tomorrow 12 noon. But neither does anyone come to fix the issue, nor anybody calls back. They have given supervisor number, who is never reachable.

      Please do not buy eureka forbes / aquaguard products. Else be prepared to have broken service for weeks together.

        I purchased the above items.
        Delivered at home by the agent, and cash paid. refused other forms of payment
        I was told that the tax receipt would be e-mailed and hard copy delivered.
        Many calls made to the customer care They would not even register the complaint.
        No response. It seems to be a scam Without a tax receipt I cannot register the purchase and if there is a problem claim warranty.
        Tried to call the corporate office in Mumbai and no one answers the phone. No [protected] I am at my wits end and do not know how to proceed. Can you please advise?

          We are so much disappointed and annoyed at your services
          We have called your toll free number on 13th of April 2017 and got a number of the Uttar Pradesh center I.e [protected] we have been calling on this number since then and everyday but you people keep on telling that we will be there tomorrow. So unproffesional it's 19th of April today and we have not got any service from you people yet. And the number we call they give us other number and when we call the given number they agin give us the very same number we have got the number from its is too frustrating.
          Within 24 hour service of yours is mere a lie. And we have been planning to return the aquaguard we have bought. And will never suggest anyone to buy from you people.
          And I am looking forward to a result or effect of this complaint on you. Whether it be that you take some strict actions on your concerning UP center as you may like. Looking forward to your reply.

            I had purchased your Dr. Aquaguard classic+ on[protected].
            Within one month I started noticing the defects in the product .(colour of water was yellow)
            So I thought to co-ordinate with your company and get a repair.
            But I don't know what is going wrong because first of all nobody came for a repair and on top of that we got a msg that your service has been​ completed .
            We are tired of contacting your customer care routes and that's of no use.
            It has been two months we are facing a lot of problems because of this .
            The repair persons don't pick up the call and if they do so they talk very rudely and they are not ready to solve my problem .
            I request you to please look into the matter and provide me a descent product as soon as possible.

              We bought ro+uv magna model of aquaguard water purifiers in march 2016. we have been facing issues within 15 days of purchase. everytime the technician would come and clean up and give some excuse. every 15 days the water would stop. after this happened for 6-7 times, they included the sediment filter for which we had to pay. this should have been done much before.
              After that it was working better with problems again after 2-3 months o[censored]sage.
              I am posting this complaint to warn others from buying this model and getting into this never ending trap.

              After one year they promptly came to get the amc and changed the filters. within one month again now the water has stopped and the technician said the pump is not working. its been 5 days since we complained but they are still not committing on by when the pump will be fitted.

              All this inspite of the high cost amc.
              This is very shameful of such a known brand. worst customer support! worst customer experience of the product! worst sales!

                  Issue of service LED blinking is not fixed and above all AMC for 1 year is registered

                  I have raised any complaint regarding blinking of service LED for my water purifier aquaguard genius. then the technician came and told that he will fix the issue, and also asked me to go for 1 Year AMC. if you get the AMC will fix the issue and you will get 3 servicing for 1 year free. based on that i registered for the AMC with the payment of R. 4970/-. after that he verified the purifier machine and told me some parts needs to be replaced...

                    I have entered into a 2 year AMC from February 2016 to February 2018 with Eureka Forbes for my Aquasure Smart UV model. Accordingly, a service was due in February 2017, which is still pending. I had called up at their customer care center and after a round of verification of my AMC they provided a service request number [protected] on 11th April 2017 promising service within next 24 hours. Nobody turned up from their side for servicing. A call was again made on 13th and the same sequence followed: verification of customer detail and promise of service - this time on that specific day itself. And yet, they have failed to provide service.

                    I was also shocked to find out today on logging to my account using my registered mobile number at their website that no AMC has been registered against my account!! I find it appalling that a company dealing with drinkable water - the most elementary need of health and hygiene can have such an utter disregard for their clients. Since non-servicing after AMCs may involve health hazard I request Eureka Forbes to do the needful immediately and ensure that the terms of my AMC are respected and ensure timely proper service throughout its tenure.

                      I got fed up with your team and peoples, they are cheating to customers like anything. Myself is Om Prakash Gupta – [protected],

                      Complaint no.1
                      I purchased one RO (model Enhance RO) under 3 year payment scheme – Rs. 1900/- quarterly ( 11 instalments).
                      Sales man code – 9081568 – Name – Pardeep. Purchase date – 28.02.15.

                      My ECS was not started timely hence I approached to Pradeep he said that there is some problem in our company so ECS is not getting executed timely, they will check and correct it. After one year, he came to me and said you give me your installment and I will deposit in company, I paid Rs. 1900/- to him and he given slip also to me for that amount. For your ready reference I am attaching that slip also.


                      One day other person named Sonu (mobile no. [protected]) came to me for payment collection saying that Pardeep was fraud and he is no more with Ureka and now I will take care of his works. He shown me his I-card also. I believed on his words. After 10 days time he again came to me at my office and asked for my quarterly payment and I paid Rs. 2000/- to Sonu. At that time he said “right now I am not having receipt pad and I will give to you tomorrow”. But till today he has not given me any receipt. Neither he has not deposited this money to Ureka forbes under my account nor he is returning my money. And now he says I have not taken any money from you. During followup with him he accepted that he has taken Rs. 2000/- from me and he will return it to me (I have recording of that chat also in my mobile phone). But he is not returning the money to me.

                      I made a complaint to Rakesh (Faridabad branch incharge – [protected]) but he is also not supporting in this matter. Several times I made a call and asked help from Rakesh.

                      Complaint no.2

                      In the month of Feb2015 itself, Pardeep asked me some reference for his sale. I referred my Uncle – Phoolkan. Phoolkan also purchased same RO model and given a cheque of Rs. 2000/-. After 2 days Phoolkan’s RO was to be installed but during installation some technical issue copped up hence we asked Pardeep to replace this machine with new machine. He has lifted the machine and till today we are waiting for his return. But since he has already left the Ureka and announced as fraud he has not come with new machine. In the meantime ECS also got deducted from his bank account, pls refer below screen shot.

                      Then I approached to Rakesh (Faridabad branch incharge – [protected]) but he has not supported.

                      At last I made a complaint to Ureka forbes customer care (Mr. Arijit Kar) having complaint no. [protected] dated 12.04.17. Ureka is hatching fraud and useless guy who don’t extend their support to the customers. Mr. Arijit has assured me that Ureka executives will contact me to resolve the issue but till now nobody has contacted me.

                      Finally, Ureka is a reputed company and it doesn’t looks to be good if customer is getting tortured like this and he seeks help from consumer court.
                      Request you first of all pls stop ECS from Phoolkan’s bank account immediately and also resolve both complaints at the earliest. Your soon response is highly appreciated.

                        I purchased Eureka Forbes Aquasure Prime 4 L water purifier online from PayTM. I register the installation call and it got successfully installed by the engineer. Since the installation, I am facing an issue with this product. It started with the notification light issue, again for the blinking light, no water flow, heated water, slow water and so on.. every time engineer comes, service it and it starts working but ... only for some time and new issue pops us again.. :(

                        This saga is continued till date, i have registered complaint again for slow water and expecting an engineer again in another day or two an i am sure that he will fix the issue too but it will be temporary and i am damn sure that machine will start giving me an issue in another week or two... Frustrated.. :( :( Can someone from Eureka please take a look and help me fix this please... It was purchased with lot of trust the band has.. but all in vein .. :( (

                        I just need this problem fixed? it's not at all worth opting this product... Worried that what will happen if my warranty expires in another month or two. I am sure no one will entertain after that even though they are not able to fix this during entire warranty period.. i just need my product fixed or replaced... Hope some one from Eureka can understand the pain and pay attention to this ---

                        I am having an Aquaguard Neo. I think it is having some technical problem as a result of which there is slow water flow and suddenly the water flow stops giving red light indication in it.

                          Sir, we had purchased an aquaguard from eureka forbes on april 23rd 2016.in the month of december, we encountered an incident with the purifier, that the filter stopped filtering the water. The product was under warranty period, but the company refused to exchange the product for a new one. Instead, i had to buy an external filter for the aqua-guard for rs.2500/-. Today, 16th april 2017, again, there is a problem with the water purifier....

                          My previous report was as under on which basis the request nmber [protected] was allotted:-

                          My AMC is signed on 28/9/14 for three years lasting from 28/9/14 to 27/9/17. As per terms and conditions I have to get three sets Carbon and filter candles during the AMC period.As the life of Carbon and filter candle is only one year as ypur view. On signed AMC one one set i.e. one Carbon and one filter candle was provided on 28/9/14 and another set was provided on 19/2/16 so far. Lastly on 5/4/17 your technical person namely Mr. Nikhil Rana came my house and he only done cleaning works of Carbon and filter. He did not change the existing set of Carbon and filter candles whoae life was expired by using last one year. kindly look into the disputed matter as your technical person said no due of Carbon and filer.Please examine and provide one set Carbon and filtwr candles immediately by deputing your technical person as the existing Carbon and filter sets:s life is expired by last one year used.

                          As per my request number No.[protected] dated 12/4/17, on 14/4/17 at 10.00AM a SMS received that Mr. Nikhil Rana has been allocated to attend the job and he will be attended shortly. But unfortunately without attending this job another SMS received on 15/4/17 at 6.17PM from your end that Mr. Nikhil Rana has completed the Job and 15/4/17 at 6.18PM another SMS received in which .stated that during the last visit one carbon candle was replaced MRP:850.00. Lastly on 5/4/17 your technical person namely Mr. Nikhil Rana came my house and he only done cleaning works of Carbon and filter. He did not change the existing set of Carbon and filter candles whoae life was expired by using last one year. Your technical person namely Mr. Nikhil Rana is completely lier and cheater.. Please enquire the matter immediately and give proper justise. So you are again requested, kindly solve the matter as early as possible by providing one set candle i.e. one carbon and one filter candle which are due on 19/2/17 as last set of candle (one carbon & one filter) was changed on 19/2/16 from your end and as per our AMC the life of the existing candles are expired according to your view.

                            I am a loyal customer of Aquaguard from the day I started using it.I own an Aquaguard Enhance RO+ UV purifier. A week back I noticed that there is a small taste difference in the water which we get from purifier. So I raised a service request to check it out. The representative came and checked the hardness of water and found its way more than 130 which is not suitable to drink. And he immediately told to change the candles which will cost a bomb (4850+425) including 1 year AMC. I agreed after a while thinking about the quality of water and paid the same. Once the fittings are done, he said it works fine and told us not to use first tank of water and left. We drained whole tank of water before we started using it and noticed a difference in taste. So I tested the hardness myself and found its more than 250!!! And each time it varied. Again I raised an SR to rectify it. The technician came, checked and told this time that the device Pump is gone and it will cost 2500!!! . Imagine the scenario where we spent 5275/- 2 days back and now again 2500/-. Thatz just a ripoff from fellow customers. Even in the warranty period Eureka Forbes didn't turned up for free servicing. I wonder how this expensive machines goes wrong in such a short span of time. Or is it designed to go wrong so that company can make more money??? I expect company to answer this scenario ASAP.

                                I have entered AMC on 19.01.15 vide contract receipt no. 10/24316818 dated 19.01.15. In the last 2 years, only one time filter change had been done. Next change of filter is due on Jan'17. But no body had visited my residence as yet. The service under AMC is extremely poor indeed.In the last two years nobody had made contact with me in respect of service .Even while making contact with the mob no of the authorized representative, it was duly disconnected from your end. I got insulted.

                                  I, kantilal J Patel, purchased the above product on 13.06.2016. after a few days, the led light stopped showing red and orange signals. It was supposed to show red when process of purification was on, blink red for system error, show ember when tank was full et.they
                                  however, it only shows green all the time. After complaining, their technician said its ok if the light shows only green and note red or ember. but he promised to change the led light. thereafter, in spite of number of telephonic complaints they have not attended to this problem
