I have launched a complaint on 4th may 2017 for non functioning of the device. The service engineer mr. Human sahu visited on 6th may 2017 and declared that some spare part has to be replaced.
In spite of several calls to service center in charge mr. Ashish saxena, till date no responsible person is taking care of the complaint, and on the contrary they misbehave with the client. Claim of 24hr. Service support has no value.

    I am a customer with three years annual maintenance & since 2002, complaint as under
    1. My purifier is leaking since 9.2017
    2. A number of complaints has been registered but position is same
    3. They donot attend complaint now & i am suffering same problem since9.1.2017
    4. A sum of rs 1300 are excess with them since my last renewal in 2015 but they are not bother to paid me back
    A hopeless company i advice not to buy further

      I am a aqua guard users for last 23 years and my customer code is [protected].I am havin AMC with the company.
      I want to know what is meant by TDS vaule of standard drinking water in India?
      My Acqua guard was servised on 9-5-17 and Technician dipped an Apparatus with him in the water taken out from Acquaguard and I was told that value of purified water of my Acqua guard is 130 TDS and.
      I am also having bore well connection and TDS value of bore water was 485 TDS.Bore well water is not filtered.
      The Technician was not in a position to let me know the name of the apparatus being used for the test and what is the long form of TDS value?
      Will you pl let me know wheather this TDS abbreviation is correct and if so what is the long form of it.If not what is the correct termology? and what is the range of so purified safe drinking water through Acquaduard?

        I am having water purifier and has taken AMC on 18/12/2016 with contract receipt no 27367631, My machine is not working and logged the complain to service center on saturday through mobile number [protected] which is your service center and got a call from contact no [protected] he visiting when there was electricity failure and told that he will visit again till now there is n visit and they have not provided the complain number also, today I have logged a call through toll free number with complain number [protected] at 9.30 a m till now there is no response, what a pathetic service I am getting and it is harassment to the customer who has paid the AMC upfront. This is the way the company works or company is winding up his products so that they are providing such a pathatic service t the customers.

          In spite of entering amc for 3 years neither change of filter nor routine visit once in half-year/ year has been done from end. The customer service is very poor which is really beyond the description. My amc for 3 years contract receipt no. 10/24316818 dated 19.01.15. I also lodged a complaint to the concerned deptt. Earlier. But nobody pays heed to my complaint.

            I purchased dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro from eureka forbes through agent mubarak a shek. It got installed today 9. May.2017 by mr. Bharath gowda. After switching off the machine, the machine dispenses normal water through waste water outlet.
            I had called up the technician immediately for support but
            Mr. Bharath gowda didn't attend my 20 calls made to him.
            Customer care also didn't respond to my complaint.
            Please fix this issue or replace my machine with a working one

            I had requested a re installation of Aqua Guard Infinity and service in my house and they assured me the service within 48 hours of my complaint. TILL NOW THERE'S NOT A RESPONSE. FED UP CALLING. The local telephone number is always not answering. Helpline people assure me immediate attention but nothing so far. Really disappointed

              Technician not coming to install the water purifier

And on calling the customer care, every time I was assured that the technician is going to visit my place the same day. Today I called them thrice.                   I have ordered the “Dr. Aquaguard Magna NXT HD RO+UV” product through online on 2nd April 2017, but the product was not delivered in time. After product delivery, I have called so my times to installation person and sales executive to install but they were very irresponsible. As Irritated of calling sales representative and installation people to install, finally decided to cancel the order. I have cancelled this order on 10th April 2017(My cancellation reference no: #10588) and taken another product from the local market. Subsequently I called customer care on 11th April 2017 and informed about the cancellation and they said, refund will take 7 days after receipt of product. But till date no reverse pickup is done and even several follow-ups made over mail and phone. sometimes the call is disconnecting automatically. Now I require my money back…..

                  This company is not giving any value to customers.

                  Kindly provide me the solution / next level escalation to resolve this issue.

                    I have purchased the dr. Aquagurad mangna hd product, 28 feb 17 while purchasing the sales executive told me that i will get gift (Trolly bag) as a compliment, and charged little extra money as compared to market price. So far they have not given the gift item. No one is responding including higer managment as well. Close the complaints every time.

                      We have made complain of non-working of eureka forbe water purifier. The same was given on 02.05.2017 bu till today i. E. 08.05.2017 no one turns up nor any call or feedback recd. Generally call closure timing is 24 to 48 hrs. But still call is open and no one from company side bothered to call to their customers.

                      Further in frequent they change their service provider without informing us whether we are confirtable or not.

                        I am having an aquaguard uv water filter which is under amc with you. No service engineer has visited to service inspite of the amc. The period of amc would be over on 13th may 2017. Thereafter you will ask money to touch my machine..
                        The quality of water coming out of machine is poorer than the inlet water from storage tank!
                        This was confirmed today by your representative mr. Amit srivastava who came to demonstrate ro filter.
                        2. Interestingly after mr amit inspected, i got another call from 'eurecaforbes" mr. Mr. Neeraj kumar.
                        3. While mr. Amit srivastava recommended aquaguard reviva ro+uv+tds. While mr. Neeraj recommended using magna hd ro. Mr neeraj told me that mr. Srivastava has recommended an old product.

                        I have purchased one Dr.Aqua guard HD RO machine on 04/11/2016. Machine not meet TDS level and odour less. Always came out water from drain port.                           I had purchased a vacuum cleaner from croma stores make eureka forbes vacuum cleaner trendt tornado on the 27th of march 2016 with a two year extended warrantty.

                          I have complained so many times but of no use. The vac cleaner does not work for even 15 secs and then goes off no service technician ia able to repair it and the company is not replyingto the complaints

                          The invoice no of croma stores is slf[protected] dated 27th march 2016 at 9.13 pm and was paid by my credit card.

                          Please let us know what we should do to get it working or repalce with a new one

                            This is regarding the SR [protected] which i have raised on may 2nd 2017 after 6 days I'm still waiting for any kind of response of eureka side. From my side I have made atleast a dozen calls and each time I get a promise that it will be done today surely sir. Very poor customer care service, for booking I had to wait for 1 month now for reinstallation I'm not sure how long should I wait.

                              I had purchased a Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner on 15th Mar 2017 from Frontline Electricals, Sanjay Place, Agra. We were given a sealed case which we opened at home only to find an important part missing. It seems that the box was opened at shop and re-packed afterwards leading to a part missing. It has been almost 2 months consistently chasing the shop attendants for providing the missing part, all we have got is a future date of delivery. I would request to resolve this by providing the missing part and taking necessary action against the shop owner for disfiguring the brand.

                                I have lodged a service request to customer care service of aquasure water purifier regarding water quality of water purifier installed at my home. Instantly, the customer service centre send an sms sending details about the technician by the name mr vishal ([protected]) with service request no [protected] who would be attending shortly. But to my utter shocking, i got an sms from customer service centre that my service request number has been completed by vishal and they asked for my feed back on service experience without attending any service infact. But when i tried to contact mr vishal to know when he attended my service i found his mobile number switched off. So this is the sorry state of affairs as shown by eureka forbes particularly by aquasure customer service centre and they are trying to make people fool by promoting only sales service of their products but 0 response on after sales service.

                                    I had purchased a Eureksfobes Dr. Geneus + water purifier in 2016 the mode of purchase was online which was shipped from Mumbai to Kanpur. It worked fine for the first year after that I extended it's warranty for the year 2017. It stopped working on 29/04/2017, I lodged an complaint regarding the issue, the service person visited the same day and told UV lamp is not working and it needs to be replaced and now it's 6/05/2017 after several calls and emails i just get fake assurances that today it will be repaired but at the end of the day the product they take no action. Its summer time and there is lot of need of water. We are facing extreme difficulty cause of this.

                                      We had purchased amc of two years for rs 9330/- vide chq no 290568 passed by our bank on 31-03-17 sbop.

                                      We have time and again lodged report of water leakage from our machine but till date despite casual visits the defect still persists. It is almost two months that our complaint is left in-attended.

                                      Through this email we request you to rectify our machine problem of water leakage failing which we shall be forced to look for legal remedies. For the time being our machine has not been working properly, we request you to extend the amc time period by the days our complaint has been not been addressed.
