    Its been three years that I am using Aquaguard Water Purifier (UV Plus). But I am really very sorry to say that the company has a very very poor after sales service. I need a servicing of my machine as it is not been serviced for the last 8-9 months. I wanted a servicing, my ID is 193306. For the last 1 week everyday some girl or the other from customer service desk (Arpita, Kushi)are calling and telling me some service personnel will come to do the servicing, but still now nobody has turned up. They call me every morning to tell yesterday they were sorry, but today they will come but the today never comes up

      We were under Annual Maintenance Services with Eureka Forbes for our water purifier Aquaguard Royal. Our Customer Code is [protected]. (Period : 11.02.15 to 10.02.17). However the last service was done on 03.03.17 by Mr. Sanjib Biswas. (of 174 Ramesh Dutta Street, Kolkata : 700006). His attitude was not professional. He came here without any preparation or intend of servicing the product. He didn't bring anything (carbon or candle) required for servicing. However we escalated the case to an higher authority post which he agreed to come the next day with the required equipment. After his visit the aquaguard isn't working properly. It was working fine prior to his visit. Now from the very next day it isn't working at all. While complained over the telephone I was advised to write to customer grievance cell.
      I believe the AMC for the product has been stopped by the company and cannot register for it any further. If we receive this kind of service we are apprehensive to purchase any more products from Eureka Forbes and would not recommend the same to others.

        I have purchased Dr Aquaguard Classic on 13th Nov-2016 but till date I have not received any Bill. Mr Vaibhav Dhanawade ([protected]) was the sales person from whom I have purchased the purifier.During purchasing I was told that Bill will be couriered from company and I will receive the bill after 15 Days.But till date I have not received the Bill.Its really frustrating that I have to run for my own Bill and fails to get any positive reply from the Eureka Forbes.

          I have purchased a vacuum cleaner on 17.02.2017 on line through amazon.in. l got the item along with demo CD which is not working, no manual book also. I requested many times for demo. But nobody has come to my residence for showing demo of vacuum cleaner. How to fix all accessories and how to use it, I do not know. The item is kept idle.

          While purchasing the aqua garud, I was promised to give a free cover with the product, But we have still not received our free cover. We tried to follow-up 4 times with the sales person Vaibhav Dhanwad, but still haven't received my cover. Is this the kind of service you provide? By faking the customers and promising them that you can't fulfill.

            We had purchased an Aquaguard Magna RO for Pudupet urban Primary health centre, Chennai, on 22/11/2016.My customer ID is [protected].For the past 3 months, it has been breaking down frequently(water does not come out of the dispenser) and we are forced to buy drinking water from outside for the patients.every time we have lodged a complaint, the service people provide only temporary solution, which works for only a week.Even after lodging complaints, we have not got a permanent solution.
            We are extremely dissatisfied with this product, and require a permanent solution immediately.Or a replacement for this malfunctioning machine.

                This is incontinuation to my Last mail dt/ 06.03.2017 to Eureka, re: replacement of Dr. Magna RO/UV purchased/installed on 16.02.17, after there 6th technician/official visit to repair/check manufacturing defects, I was obliged by dismantling on 08.03.2017 of machine. On telephone, it was promised that new one will be delivered within 48 hours, but now 96 hours, there's no hope, in view of holi festival, that I may get the replacement in further 48 hours.

                May I ask,

                1. Who will responsible, for my continuing harassment. (May be my loyalty that I am using your purifier for last 20 years & wants to continue).

                2. Who will responsible, As my family has to buy water from market for my daily needs.

                3. Who will responsible for any unintentional mishandling of, as your person has kept machine unpack & I have to take care of its safety.

                4. Has they have any compensation policy in the name of good customer service in such scenerio, one month of advance payment & suffering without machine but with lot of follow-up of Eureka.

                Please note that now there's no mail is coming as acknowledgement for giving update of my complaint, very poor management & customer service for resolving the issue.

                  I bought Aquagaurd water purifier model Genesis from Croma store in Phoenix Mall in Chennai. The unit was purchased on Feb 11, 2017. The unit was sitting on the kitchen floor for three weeks.The installation happened only after many calls and emails to both Croma and Aquagaurd on March 3rd.
                  The unit did not start first. The installation person opened the complete unit and spent two hours and many attempts to fix it. He was able to strat the unit after an hour but then it started to leak. He took it apart few more times and then hung it on the wall. For a moment unit did not leak. The unit started to leak moment the installer left. I called him and he said he will come back on Monday the March 6th. Today is March 12th, one month anniversary of the unit and I have not used it even once.
                  Today I was trying to drain the 24 litres as required for first time use but the unit stopped completely, it will not refill.

                  No response from any one Eureka or Croma.

                  I want my money to be refunded.

                    I have bought your product 11 months back.Machine complaints are happening frequently and its taking a too long time to get it rectified even though its in warranty period.
                    Presently also I have some complaint with my purifier for which i have registered on Feb 24th and they haven't turned up still.I have made several calls to their Kochi office also and they are not giving any notice so long.
                    Trusting a company like eureka forbes and buying their product and after that when complaints are happening and the company showing no respect to their customers is really called cheating.And its not the first time happening to me.When ever complaints are registered, they are taking more than 3 weeks to turn up.And this time it has crossed 3 weeks also.Worst part is everything is happening in warranty period itself and my warranty period is getting wasted without even using it.
                    When this complaint occurred previously, I have Emailed to their customer service for which also they didnt bother to reply back.If a company like Eureka Forbes is doing like this to a customers whose purifier have not even become one year, What is the point in trusting that company and buying their products???

                      On 27.11.16, i purchased eureka forbes ro+uv+ ltds from hariom electronics, agarwal plaza, m2k, sector- 03, rohini, new delhi-110085. It was fitted by company service agent in my house no. 115 /f-24 / sector- 07 / rohini, new delhi-110085. The unit started working but water was leaking from unit.Service agent was called on phone who attended unit on 28.11.16.But leakage did not stop. As i had to go out of station, i switched of[censored]nit.
                      On 26.02.17, on my return to house, i switched on the unit, but, it did not start. I telephoned to eureka forbes customer care but my complaint was not registered as 26.02.17 was sunday.
                      On 27.02.17 i called eureka forbes customer care to register my complaint which was duly registered & they gave me complaint number.
                      As the complaint was not registered, again on 28.02.17, i got registered my complaint with customer care of eureka forbes. But, the complaint was not attended.
                      On 28.02.17, i reminded customer care, then one service agent came at my address & opened the unit & examined it. He told me that due to water leakage inside the unit, ac-dc o[censored]nit has burned. The service agent told me that he is indenting new ac-dc for the unit & it will be available in 02 days & my ro will be fitted with new ac-dc after 02 days.
                      My ro was not repaired & is not working till 01.3.17 evening.I was to leave for out of station on 01.3.17 night, i locked my house & left .
                      Till today dated 12.3.17, my ro is not working.
                      I request you to replace my existing unit by new unit as my unit is in guarantee & repeatedly causing problem. Also, take up your eureka forbes selling agent hariom electronics
                      agarwal plaza, sector-03, rohini, new delhi, for selling me a faulty unit & causing me harassment .

                          I bought Dr Aqua Guard Magna in July '16. Since last 2days the green light is blinking. My product is in warranty period. I had just got the outside filter cleaned a few days back. So when I called the service center they sent some one to clean the outside filter again which was already clean and refused to replace the filters inside. This is the normal trend which they follow, wait for the warranty to expire and then ask us to shell out more money to change the filter. We spoke to every body we could right from Mr Pankaj, the supervisor ([protected]) Mr Rakesh Kumar, senior supervisor ([protected]) Mr Ganesh Rawat, Area manager Delhi ([protected]) but no body really helped. It's a sad state of affairs, that even in the Capital the service is so poor.

                              We lodged a complain on 02.03.2017 that no normal water is coming out through the normal water channel/tap. Our docket no. was [protected]. After that everyday we contacted over phone with the customer care for sending technician and everyday they assured to send on that day. Till today no person has attended the complain. Our staff members are unable to drink water as only cold(chilled) water is available. We have an AMC with you but not getting service at all. Please see.

                                I purchased a new Aquaguard magna UV water purifier.When the machine came by courier and the technician opened it for installation, he found the 2nd stage filter broken from the connector. Now a new machine will be supplied in place of the damaged piece. This puts a big question on the quality control of Eureka Forbes when their products are packed or else the courier company which they claim are responsible for the damage. I will have to wait 1 week now for a new machine to arrive.

                                  I have purchased Aquaguard Genius + machine just couple of months before, It was not working on very first day itself. I had requested them a lot to give me replacement, but though my email conversation went up to their directors, they didn't given me replacement but got repaired

                                  Now, product is not working again, I have registered complaint on 24th Feb. Called 3 time to customer support. Today it 8th of March, still they have not taken any action.

                                  Because of this future issues, I initially wanted a good working machine as a replacement but they have not given it.

                                  But, on registering complaint again and again they are not taking it seriously.

                                  I have registered complaint 2 weeks before but still they have not resolved issue. If I called their engineers, One person says your area is given to other person, and he is on leave. Other says your ordered parts of machine is not reached from Mumbai yet.

                                  I am in Pune, and they are saying parts not received from Mumbai in 2 weeks. Online shopping companies delivers product from another state in about a week's period.

                                  Eureka Forbes providing very pathetic service. I am just getting frustrated of buying their product.

                                    I have purchased the WET & DRY Vacuum Cleaner from Eureka Forbes in last week of December 2016 from Mr. Lahoo Shinde.

                                    He had promised for the BAG as Accessories on full payment of Vacuum Cleaner. We were there 6 peoples for the presentation. If you require we produce them for any help.

                                    Also I had registered the case of NON DISTRIBUTION OF BAG on purchase of Vacuum Cleaner. But case results are not submitted to me. You may check the calls recordings from me also I had provided all necessary mobile numbers and bills to Customer Care but still I didn't receive any supported call and BAG.

                                    Also Mr. SHARAD DAWAND from Eureka Forbes team AIROLI, wasted my time and told me that they will handle CASE.

                                    But unfortunately he denied and Neglected me by saying this area is not under his power. He had given me mobile number of Mr. NILESH GAWADE [[protected]]. After calling to Nilesh he told me we will not provide the BAG and that has to be taken in written from Sale Person. I told him for the RETURN of PRODUCT but he refused to explain the RETURN POLICY by saying he is unware of the same.

                                    He told me that he is AREA MANAGER and he don't know the RETURN POLICY, such a shame for me as WHY & HOW I had purchased product from such persons.

                                    Request you to please take as an FRAUD COMPLAINT against all mentioned in mail.

                                      Hello,

                                      I am owning Maximo RO+UF, S.No [protected], purchased in last quarter of 2016.
                                      Currently the filtered water is very minuscule,
                                      15Feb2017 First complaint no-[protected], no response many days.
                                      2nd Complaint no - [protected] again 27Feb2017
                                      The service person has arrived only after 2 days (1st March 2017).
                                      But the problem is not diagnosed leaving the issue as it is and left the service abruptly, stating "That's all he can do" and left the place abruptly. Moreover not responding to the phone call for rechecking the problem.

                                      Its such a cruelty towards my elders to behave in a rude manner.
                                      Moreover the water purifier is the main source of water for us.

                                      Please take action to either reimburse the money or replace the complete product (as the service personal is not trained and incapable).
                                      He is even not aware what is an I-Filter, which comes along with the project.

                                      I have logged in my complaint requesting for replacement filter. I was promised that customer support engineer will call in 24 hrs and it is now 120 hrs and no calls yet. There is no on line support and no local support. It is pathetic to see such kind of follow-up.

                                        Hello,

                                        I bought Dr. Aquagurd Classic + from one of your Service centers in Kalyan, Maharashtra. I told the salesperson that our water flow is from Bore well and we want something which will purify the water. The guy checked the TDC and told that it is 230 and the product will take care of this.

                                        We got the product implemented 2 days later but didn't find any difference in taste. The guy checked the purified water and it was still 225 TDC.

                                        I requeted him to unistall the product and give us new product Aquaguard Magna HD RO. The guy has still not given either refund or replacement. I am not in India now and my family is suffering with this issue.

                                        This is very pathetic to fight for right. Nobody is entertaining and they don't even pickup our calls. Expecting a reply from you.
