Query after the product was delivered and the first person came for installation, we were informed that there is some technical problem for which a technician shall visit on his first visit the technician informed that the adapter was not proper and he shall come again. On the next day the technician comes with another adapter but again he informs us that this adapter too is not compatible with the machine. The company people are not trained for which adapter suits this particular machine.. We have made numerous calls to mr siddique on[protected] who is supposed to be the manager for this part of the city. He does not attend to our calls anymore. Have we made a big mistake by buying a machine made by eureka forbes. We want this unit to be taken back at the earliest and the money refunded a. S. A. P.
The above mail was sent to eureka forbes on 18/03/2017.
No action by the company.

Second mail sent today (24/03/2017)

Making an advance online payment after the visit of two of your salesmen firoz siddiqui and one more we purchased a water purifier, a machine named as dr aquaguard classic plus on friday 10th march 2017.

Even before the machine was delivered we received around 10-12 calls from different people of eureka forbes enquiring about the delivery, installation and whether the machine was working properly.

It was delivered on tuesday the 14th of march 2017.
The person came to install on wednesday the 15th of march 2017. During the installation he mentioned that there is some technical problem and a technician will visit and do the needful.

The next day 16th march 2017 the technician found that the adapter of the machine was not working.
He assured to get another adapter the next day.

On 17th march 2017 the technician came with another adapter which too was not compatible with the machine. He also mentioned that there is some problem with the motherboard. He called on to his superior ms shilpa and informed her. Ms shilpa assured that the needful would be done within 2-3 days.

We have been repeatedly calling up the company but all people have just given false assurances but no action.

During all these days we kept on calling firoz siddiqui who did not answer any of our calls.

We had sent a mail earlier too.. Yet not answered by the company.

We do not want to keep the machine so as informed in our previous mail kindly take your machine back and repay our money at the earliest.

We have made a big mistake by purchasing the machine and made "friends for life".

We just expect the company to take the defected machine back and return back our hard earned money as soon as possible. (The company claims to return the amount in 10-15 days)

    its fine, after taken product back he as put 2cheque leaf to the bank

    804065, and debit Rs-4180/-rs, when we are calling Sales Ex-Sudakar-[protected],

    he is not Responding properly i am requesting you to do the needful thanks.

      I am sold Aquaguard Magna by a sales team after 8-10 months back but I am repeatedly facing problem since flow of water gets blocked. Every 10-15 days, had to lodge a compliant. Engineer comes and cleans it.

      Today an engineer said the filter is broken and needs replacement. SInce it is consumable, it can not be replaced under warranty.

      When I asked for the reason of breakage, he said if filter gets blocked, because of resulting pressure, it can break

      It is clear that since product is not working well and water gets blocked repeatedly, filter broke. When I asked for replacement, I did not get satisfactory response from anyone

        We have installed Aquagaurd GWPDCLBOO ON 2010 we get AMC services from one of your recruited agencies and its located at shanti jeevan kalina santacruz east mumbai 400098 Mrs Mirajkar. No doubts the services are good and no issues, lately i had my last amc service on dec 2016 and they forced me to have the renewal done for amc services as we did it and could not pay the renewal amt of 4910.00 as for financial crunches we requested them to cancel the renewal as we wont be able to pay the amt right now, but the one mrs mirajkar and her husband mr mirajkar started visiting our house at odd times demanding for the money at last we were forced to give a cheque of the said amt and requested to deposit on 24th march 2017 but still they deposited the cheque on 23 mar 2017. my customer code for the renewal is [protected] and mandatory service no [protected] of aquaguardgwpdclboo00000 was complted by mr krishna gupta technician replacing eureka forbes pf candle sleek (ar) (p). we humbly request you to look into the matter and we dont want the services from this agencies i would like to cancel my renewal pl we humbly request you to do so thank you

          Sales guy sold me an aquaguard 12 days back. Took away application and cheques. Sfter that these fellows never contacted me nor taken my call. Even calling to the senior sales guys did not yield any result. After the equipment is delivered, they are not turning up for installation. This company completely disregard customers. This has happened in Ivy Apartments, Wagholi, pune.

            Registered a complaint with Eureka forbes on 24th Dec 2017 to provide service to water purifier which is under AMC.
            Till now, no one has turned up for servicing. Multiple reminders and calls to customer care have been made. But nothing has happened so far and no one attended the complaint till date.

              This complaint is regarding the RO+UV water purifier(Hot & Cold).
              We purchased it form Chandigarh sector 7 but the number which is mentioned in the invoice does not exist. All the customer care numbers are in working. Its been almost 2 weeks we are trying to chase a proper number where we can raise our complaint.
              Water is getting fillup due to which we are not able to use our purifier.
              Luckily we got a person's number who told us that his coming since yesterday and even today he said he will definitely come today but now even his number is switched off.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I have made twice following complaint last week and tried to follow up by calling your executive everyday since March 10, 2017 but till date have not received any reply regarding resolving the following matter. The customer care executive either rolling the ball to Sales department number [protected] and sales department executive are putting me on hold for 10-15minutes and then disconnecting. I really surprised with the kind ignorant attitude is displayed towards the customer's complaints by such a renowned company. I have been using Eureka Forbes purifiers for above 15years and first time I am experiencing such a bad response.

                Please let me asap that whether I am going to get my AMC renewed or refund of my hard earned money of Rs.1, 760/-. Looking forward for your needful and quick action towards resolving the problem.

                  I have purchased an AMC vide No [protected] on 27.06.2015, valid upto 26.06.2018.
                  After purchase of the AMC, I have never been provided service. Since last two years, they have never changed the candle-carbon. I and my family is drinking below standard water since last two years. We are suffering from different diseases.
                  Even the service technician attended, but did not changed the candle-carbon.
                  I am getting service alerts in my registered mobile number [protected]. Even I am receiving messages that service has been provided.
                  Please help me. I am having original AMC paper. I have paid the amount in cheque. I trust on you and wish that you will not compel me to file appeal in Consumer Court.

                      Respected Sir,
                      I would like to bring to your attention the kind of service as well as the respected managers [Mr. Jinu (ph.no: [protected], sales manager), Mr. Renjith (ph.no: [protected], service manager) and Mr. Younis (Ph.no: [protected], sales manager)] negligence towards a customer. I hope no one in this world would have gone through the issues that I had to face just because I made a blunder mistake of purchasing your product.
                      On October 2016 Mr. Arun Antony (Id no: 9096271) came to my house for demonstration of Euroclean Xforce machine. After the demo he informed about the EMI feature and hence I paid the advance amount. On October 15th 2016 Mr. Arun along with another rep delivered the product but he did not provide the invoice bill copy. On October 18th 2016 when I switched on the machine, the machine heated up within 5-10 minutes and turned off by itself and then it would not turn on. This happens intermittently and not on a regular basis. On the same day I informed about the same to Mr. Arun and he informed that he would replace the product. I waited till November 1st and had to call him again as there was no response for the replacement. When I called him, he informed that he has registered the complaint and someone would come to check and replace the product. I waited for 12 days and still no one responded to the issue. On November 13th I was given the phone number of Mr. Jinu and I informed him the issue and also told him that if the issue is not resolved I would inform the bank to stop the cheque payments. Mr. Jinu gave me the phone number of Mr. Renjith and I contacted him on November 15th and informed the issue to him and he assured that he would look into the issue. I waited till Jan but on one responded to the issue. On Jan 19th 2017 I was given the phone number of Mr. Younis and I informed the issue to him as well. He contacted me back and informed me that he was reported the issue and a rep would come to service the product. After almost a month a rep contacted me and came to the house for the demo of a new product and informed me that Mr. Younis sent him. On Feb 2017 I went to Tutus tower to speak with the manager. I was then introduced to Mr. Renjith in person for the first time. I informed him about the issue from the very beginning. Mr. Renjith, in the beginning of our conversation, denied that he never spoke to me over the phone. I showed him the call recording and then I informed that I do not want the product. Only after meeting him, I was provided the invoice bill copy. He requested me to give a last opportunity and he would send a rep to rectify the issue within 24hrs. I waited for a couple of days and then contacted the customer care number[protected] and registered a complaint (complaint no:[protected] on March 1st as well as March 5th but no one responded to the issue. On March 17th a lady contacted and enquired if the issue was resolved or not and I told her the complete history and also informed that I do not need the product.
                      This is the whole story of the thrilling experience that I had to go through just because I made a blunder mistake of purchasing your “absolute worthless piece of crap” product from your company.
                      Now let me come to the exact issue. This is the worst kind of customer experience I have come across or would anyone come across in the entire universe. After sales, you do not give a value to the customer. Customer is not a priority to you. If the managers do not respond to the customers issue then why do you have such kind of managers. It is a shame to know that a big company like yours provide the worst kind a service to the customers. I am very much disappointed with the product as well as the service response that I have received. I do not want the product anymore. You can take the product and provide me a closure form. I already have 5 cheque bounces which I have to deal with the bank and henceforth if I apply for a loan it would get denied because of your cheque bounces. I have to face these above consequences because of your company’s negligence. If you could rectify the Cibil issue as well as the cheque bounce charges from your end as well as the bank, I am ready to take the product. If not, I do not want the product anymore. I do not want to hear the words “last chance or opportunity” because this has been an ongoing issue for the past 6 months and I have already given the last chance to rectify the issue. I know that your managers would deny the entire story, so I have recorded all the calls and can provide it to anyone if required. I hope you would provide a positive response to me. Do replay to me at the earliest. I would also like to bring to your attention that none of the phone numbers mentioned in the website do not work. Especially[protected].

                        I got a call from your Dehradun office saying that my AMC has expired and to get new AMC done. I told them to send someone for servicing the machine as well as do the AMC. They said that I have to pay Rs.400 for servicing and we will do the AMC also. Mr.Sachin ( mob no [protected]) came on 16.03.17, did the sevicing and took Rs.400/ cash.He told he didnt bring the papers for doing the AMC and will come within 3 or 4 days to do the AMC.Today someone else came and did the AMC and I paid Rs.3340/ by cheque, I think they should not have demanded Rs.400/ cash for servicing when I was doing the AMC.

                          I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service and your representative misbehavior on call and number I have called [protected].

                          I have purchased 2 machines o[censored]V Magna water purifier on 26th Jan 2016 and second on 19th Feb 2016 with same sales person and also I have purchased 2 years AMC with him.This AMC is still in effect.Aquaguard filter/candle is suppose to changed in Jan or Feb 2017.But it was not changed.

                          I called up the EUREKA FORBES and launched a complaint. Next Day, service man came to see the problem and he said, there is no AMC on my name.I was really surprised.How is it possible.

                          Being a consumer who paid for the service in advance, I am totally frustrated and mentally upset.kindly cancel my AMC and refund my money.

                          Please treat this as a complaint from my side and do the needful immediately, or else I am going to consumer court and take necessary action against Eureka forbes to take their water filter and put huge penalty as I wasted my more than 2 weeks.

                          I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service and hope that you take some stringent action against them ASAP.

                            I have purchased new Maxima RO+UV on 12th March, 2017. I was told that installation will be done by Wednesday i.e. 15th March, 2017. I got a call from technician and I gave him my suitable time for the same day, but he didn't come. Now it has been a week and I still didn't get installed. I have already made several calls to the technician and customer care but always got the same reply (Will do it tomorrow/ In 1-2 hour/ or ASAP) but no one came for installation. I have also registered a complain with customer care (Complain No :[protected] and they promised that it will be done by today itself. Now it is almost 10 pm and I cancelled all my work and plans for just waiting for the technician still nobody came for installation and technician is not even picking up the call now. It is quite frustrating that I have to face this much problem with the service even before using the product.

                            I have been unable to source the dust bags for Ace Vacuum Cleaner. Calling the support line has not been helpful as it is either out of stock or they don't care to follow up after assigning a person to the complaint. Haven't been able to find one on any online portals as well.

                              I purchased a brand new machine (Eureka forbs - dr. Aquaguard genius model) on thursday (09 mar 2017) and it was installed on sunday (12 mar 2017).

                              It stopped working on tuesday (14 mar 2017) after installation. I called a person who installed it and problem was resolved.

                              On friday (17 mar 2017) it again stopped working.

                              I am fed-up with this machine and it feels like i got cheated. Could you please take some necessary actions to resolve this issue asap?

                                  I have bought a water purifier from Eureka Forbes 5 years back. I have taken AMC for this purifier and paying the AMC charges regularly. Currently this purifier is in AMC.

                                  I have relocated from Ambattur, Chennai to Annanagar West Chennai on 1st Dec 2016. On 24th Dec 2016, i registered a complaint with Eureka Forbes (Ref: [protected], talked to customer service representative: Harikrishnan) for AMC service and address change. Customer care representative promised that the service person will come in 2 days. No one came and the complaint was closed by Eureka Forbes without providing service.

                                  I called Eureka Forbes multiple times after that and registered many complaints till now.
                                  Recently on March 17th 2017 also, I talked to Anitha in Customer care and registered another compliant Ref: [protected]. Again got the same apologies from customer care and same promise that within 2 days it will be resolved. Again no use and complaint got closed automatically.

                                  Again on March 23, 2017 called Kathir from customer care and expressed my dissatisfaction of not attending the complaints since last 4 months. There was another Ref ID provided: [protected] but no one came to provide service. But the complaint was again closed. This time I got a link for the complaint through my mail ID. I have provided a feedback that I am extremely disappointed with Eureka Forbes.

                                  On March 25th 2017, Someone from Eureka Forbes called me and mentioned that this time 100%, they will send someone to perform AMC and given a complaint no: [protected]. But till today no one has come.

                                  It is more than 6 times, I have called Eureka Forbes from Dec 2016 for providing service to the water purifier which is under AMC. No one is bothered to address my concern from Eureka Forbes.

                                  I would request consumer complaints forum to help me resolve this issue.

                                    I had done AMC of my Eureka Forbes Aquagard Model: Compac, against contract receipt no.27578353 dtd 05/03.17. I issued cheque amounting Rs.4375/-. SBI cheque No.198693 dtd 31/03/2017. How can my cheque debited prior to cheque date. On 16/03/2017 i recd sms from SBI, ' CHQ No.198693 for INR 4, 375.00 fvr LCC CMS POOL A C NON recd in clg wl be paid if found in order'. Above amount debited to my account. Cheque becomes a cheque from the date it bears. Hence my cheque has been illegaly processed and encashed. This is the gross violation. This is mistake of Eureka Forbe and Bank also. Pl. rectify this and give reply early.

                                    Have registered AMC 2 months ago. Aquaguared people called us that they would come for servicing the aquaguard filter. But they turn up, though it was a month they called us. Kindly send the technician for servicing the aquaguard geneus at the earliest possible.

                                      I have recently bought a vaccume cleaner Xforce from Eureka Forbes soon after the demo, during the demo he was telling once you purchase we will give detailed demo and training on that perticuler model, after purchase many times called, Nobody came for installation and training, its been 2 months over no one is bothered to lift our call .I never expected such a bad response from a reputed company like Forbes.
                                      This has really changed my mindset that better to go for local brands rather than looking into Premium brands.

                                      Looking into this I am really bothered about service and spares support now.
