I have entered AMC on 19.01.15 vide contract receipt no. 10/24316818 dated 19.01.15. In the last 2 years, only one time filter change had been done. Next change of filter is due on Jan'17. But no body had visited my residence as yet. The service under AMC is extremely poor indeed.In the last two years nobody had made contact with me in respect of service .Even while making contact with the mob no of the authorized representative, it was duly disconnected from your end. I got insulted.

    I, kantilal J Patel, purchased the above product on 13.06.2016. after a few days, the led light stopped showing red and orange signals. It was supposed to show red when process of purification was on, blink red for system error, show ember when tank was full et.they
    however, it only shows green all the time. After complaining, their technician said its ok if the light shows only green and note red or ember. but he promised to change the led light. thereafter, in spite of number of telephonic complaints they have not attended to this problem

          We are senior citizens and in possession of AG classic water purifier machine since many years. Since last 4 years we have been paying 2 yearly charges for AMC.

          Recently we have observed that the filter case has worn out and developed a crack. On contacting your customer care, we were guaranteed a replacement of the same free of cost but when technician visited us, he said it will be charged.
          In the mean time, we have recently shifted to a new location and have brought only the machine and not the case as the same was promised to be replaced by the company. Even in the AMC papers it is written that the contract covers replacement of worn out parts. However, your service centre refuses to replace it.
          Let me make it very clear that for a senior citizen to pay for AMC and still expecting us to again pay for worn-out part is totally uncalled for and after being a loyal customer of Aquaguard for more than a decade.

          Kindly note:

          Please instruct your service centre to provide us the equipment (filter case with fitting) free (under AMC) so that our water purifier becomes functional again.

          Today evening I got a call from your service centre from Mrs Chakraborty[protected] that her senior Mr. PK Basu has refused to co-operate and plainly told that company cannot provide the new candle case.

          I am very sorry to say that if that is the kind of customer care you provide to loyal customers, that too to senior citizens, its really really unfortunate.

          And I won't hesitate to knock the doors of consumer court . Because its not about money but about customer support. Now where is it written in your AMC contract that worn-out, old parts will not be replaced.

            Hello, we are raising the first service request for aquaguard enhance purifier bought in 12/16... Everytime the customer care promises to send the technician next day since 3rd apr and they keep creating new complaint nos? All promises have turned out to be false?
            Please advise is this your company attitude?

              This complain was registered on 27th of march before this I had registered a complaint when a technician came told he has fixed the problem but the problem began immediately he left I called him he told he will send his colleague as he is going out of station from march 24th till date I'm following up in customer care calling the executive there is no response at all this is the worst customer service n people working there.You people having such a brand name n behaving like this is totally unprofessional it's just disgusting the worst company ethics is been followed

                  Last Friday upon my request one of the eureka water purifier sales man came to my home to show a demo, and immediately i have ordered since i knows eureka s brand, i have ordered for Dr aqua-guard HD +RO, but on the next day they have delivered a product which is older version for this model..when i check with sales agent he is saying he will replace it soon, daily i am calling him and asking the status of this replacement, but that cheating sales man keep on saying he will replace with in half an hour...and nowadays not responding proper way, always saying due to audit he is not able to replace it with new one...he is purposefully trying to cheat us..

                    Myself praveen, bought your product - aquaguard enhance ro+uv water purifier on 08-apr-2017 to the amount of rs15000/-. I made a request for new installation on 9-4-2017 and i got a reply that, i will get a technician for new installation within 2 working days. The reference id for that call is 99098758.

                    Today is the second working day (11-apr-2017), so far i have not received any calls from installation engineer, so i have called your service center for three times on[protected] and i got a reply that i will get an aquaguard executive by today and the reference ids are 33113936, 99107363.

                    Till 5.30 pm no person has came for installation and no one has contacted me, its really frustrating situation for me to make call once again to your call center, but not other go and finally i made a call at around 5:30 pm to your call center.

                    Your call center people again postponed my installation to next day (12-apr-2017), and the reference id is 99111427.
                    This is totally deceitful attitude towards the customers, this makes me depressed and painful for me.


                    You have taken my amount of rs15000/- on 08-apr-2017 itself, but the service has not made as per the word given by you.

                    First impression is the best impression; even for first time installation part also your company has not kept the word and cowardly procrastinating the installation work. Though its your first duty to do this activity but you never cared about the customers and their situations.

                    Suppose after buying your product if we are not paying the money whether your company will accept it. Then how do you expect the same from the customer. So i request you to pay the compensation amount of rs 25000/- for the delayed duty (Which you have committed), holding my rs.15000/-amount and also the pain i have bared so far.

                    Failing which i would post this poor service (Really its no service) in all forums and social media especially facebook, twitter, and whatsapp shares for making awareness to other people whomsoever going to purchase your product.

                    If still if you didn’t react to this mail your company will definitely face the consumer legal action.

                        I hv bought a Aqua Guard ENHANCE RO on 6th April n it is not installed at my home yet. I have been following with thier customer care team twice a day bt still they could not ensure abt the services they are supporting for. I also had raised a complaint#99091349 on 8th April bt no progress made on it since a week time. Even thier technician does not know how to deal with customer so i would like them to educate for the services they are providing.

                        Providing Nagative feedback did not help.

                        Not at all satisfied with this company supportive people and I stronglly suggest everyone not to go for this product.

                        I want a legal enquiry to b made against this company.

                        They ensured me yesterday that product will b installed before 10 Am today bt still no information n not able to reach them.

                        I also would like to update like how they make people foolish selling adjacent equipment for RO.. one day a technician came, he checked the pressure level and it was 0.4 kg per their equipment (i dont even trust on their this equipment) and said it wiuld require a minimum of 0.7 kg to work a RO properly, so i asked for the solution and he said a water booster has to required to get required water level n it will cost you extra 2700₹. I explained i had seen so many ROs working without that n even in my current society it is working fine without booster. Even after conveyancing with him he was nt ready to install it so I immediately checked on Net for that booster n it is available on net for 1000₹ to 1200₹ n i can go for it instead of taking from you bt he denied saying 'I will only install the product if you will buy it from us' and went back without installation.

                        I can provide that Technician and his Supervisor name n mobile no. bt i want a justice against them.

                        If I will nt receive a Justice then will go to police station along with this consumer forum complaint to raise a FIR against this company.

                          Have lodged a complaint to repair Aquaguard classic model, but everytime a technician comes he informs that the parts for this product are nit available. This issue has been pending since last two months .
                          This product is on their catalogue online, How is it possible that spare parts arent there. The have visisted my house twice in this period and taken visiting charges too.

                            Aquaguard nova model problem

                            Our Aquaguard enova model developed a problem. There was no bip sound. We made a complain. Technician came and changed the circuit. From next day it did not work. There was no water flow. Again I made a complain. Today technician came but failed to do anything positive. He told that he would come next day again. As a result we are not getting pure water for five days. My daughter is suffering from diarrhoea. We can not expect...

                            Hi,

                            I've purchased AMC online for my AQUA SURE RO NANO of Amount 3625 on 18th Mar'17 through my credit card number 1133 (last four digits), while doing the payment process due to some technical reason the payment was debited through my card but the confirmation of AMC done was not received at my end. So again I've did a payment of the same amount.

                            I've already logged the Query through customer care but still the issue is not resolved. The Request number is 98951837.

                            Now i am looking for my refund back of amount 3625, kindly get it done as earliest as possible.

                              I was promised a buyback of my old water purifier by the company salesman for Rs. 500 while he was pitching a new R.O to us.He gave us an assurance that Rs.500 would be deducted from the bill of the new purifier.But, after the installation of new purifier, he openly refused to honor his words & disconnected the phone.His name is SIRLEP SHARMA--[protected].
                              If this is how your salesmen make a fool out of the customers to sell the products then, it is a serious concern for the reputation of your company because I am not gonna tolerate this unashamed dishonesty & cheating.

                              I am extremely angry & disappointed after this incident & to avoid any further escalation of this issue, I'm hoping for a prompt & positive response from your side

                                out of 2 issue one issue resolved, another issue still pending(when i bought product, sale's person said will give you Rs.1300 gift card), but still now i didn't get gift card...why ?

                                  I bought the above product from Vijay Sales - Chembur-Mumbai on 27th March 2017 by paying Rs. 5499/-.
                                  A technician from the above company ( outsourced by them) came for installation on 30th March. After fixing and checking for almost 45 mts he orally said that the said Eqipment has a manufacturing defect and needs to be replaced. we have asked for a report for the same but he refused.
                                  His mobile no is [protected].
                                  We went and complained to Vijay Sales on 1st April for a replacement. they said another technician from the company ( not oursourced) will and check.
                                  On 3rd April a new technician came.
                                  He also checked for almost for 1 hour and said this needs tobe replaced. When we asked for a report from him he refused and on arguments he gave a slip to be filled in by us and made us write we need replacement. he also mentioned to us the company will inform Vijay Sales to give a replacement.

                                  Nothing progressed. On 7th April we have approached Vijay Sales again for a replacement and they promised that with in a day replacement will be sent home. Now on 10th Viajy Sales say it will take another 3 days to send a replacement.
                                  This one of the worst products I have ever come across and no commitment from Eureka Forbes.. Very Very poor service.
                                  If it is not resolved I have no other option that publicise in Social Media.
                                  I feel terribly sorry, why I have chosen this product..

                                    I have been using Aqua guard Eureka Forbes for the last 25 years. My customer ID is [protected] My mobile # is [protected].

                                    During my service with SBI, I was having the product installed at my residence at Banks cost. Any service request was made to the bank which in turn used to take up with the company which was keen on providing me service as and when required. But, things have changed and after retirement om Bank's active service since 2006, I had to purchase it myself.

                                    During the past decade, my experience is not that rosy and I have always been subjected to unnecessary delays and difficulties. I have always had to register my complaint more than once and wait anxiously for the service setting aside my urgent domestic works. The dealers have always been non-co-operative and even does not bother to answer my call or call back after their return from any work whatsoever.

                                    As always my AMC is valid and current during the period of my call, I am entitled to receive instant service. But what of the dealers, even your customer service desk people have not been aware of the seriousness of the water crises. There are too many in the past, but to quote a recent example, when the machine was non-functional, somebody from the customer service desk told me that the water problem as per the company rules would be solved within the next 48 hours. If this is the attitude and training of the staff members of the company, the AMC system should be discontinued forth with. .

                                    During the last decade especially, as I have seen that the dealer is the monarch and the customer is at his mercy. He does not bother to answer our call on any emergency or call back after his so-called urgent commitments are over.

                                    I don't know whether the mechanics under the dealer are adequately trained or not, but after every repair, a problem crops up within five to six hours. As in the past, the mechanic tried some tricks a couple of days back and it came to my notice somehow or the other.that the candles had not been fixed properly, He admitted that one candle namely, MULTILAYER POLYPROPYLENE YARN WOUND CATRIDGE had been disconnected to the process to ensure free flow of water.

                                    The Aqua Guard Reviva- RO has four catridges. As I know that when a candle stops functioning, it has to be replaced at th customer's cost More than one candle may need replacement all at a time. I don't think the dealer or his mechanic has been instructed connect the machine to the water source overlooking the filter factor.

                                    The earlier system of rating the service rendered after complaint gave some power to the customers to let you know about the quality of service the dealer is rendering. But your present system is confusing and the website referred does not allow us to write down completion of service. This prompts the mechanic to decamp even if no effective correction has been made.

                                    Finally, one suggestion, catridges as and when necessary should be provided by you instead of the customer going to purchase the same despite AMC,

                                      I purchased Ur useless product Dr. Aquaguard water purifier 3 yrs back. It worked for first 6 months, later on full of problems. Made many complaints, no proper service and no proper response from the service team nor the higher officials.

                                      The machine is used as a showcase item.

                                      I didn't request for any service, but often am received messages starting that I requested for the service and yesterday I received the below msg:

                                      "Mandatory service [protected] of your Aquaguard GWPDDRMRO00000 has been completed by technician Mr. S.UDAHYKUMAR - Eureka Forbes"

                                      No one came for service and how u can create a fake record as if someone came for the service and u people are asking for the feedback for the service. Don't u feel ashamed of doing such a cheap job.

                                      Who the hell is that udayakumar, ... I need a proper reply if not will take this issue to your head office. Intha pozhappuku pichai edukalam... thooooo
