Problems with aquaguard water purifier

Address: 636030

I have purchased a Dr. Aquaguard water purifier of the model
Geneus+ from M/s Eureka Forbes Sales personnel when they
conducted a sales camp in Salem Steel Plant Township during
October, 2016. After installation on 25/10/2016, the machine was attended by the service personnel 8 times so far !!!

The problems faced within 3 months of purchase:

But, unable to get it anywhere. Everywhere they say it is out of stock. This is the status from past 6 months . When and where can I get the dust bags ? . I need them urgently .     I am from Dehradun and have a vaccum Machine which got inoperative, I personally visited to the Service Centre in Dehradun and told him about the problem. the guy told me that there is a issue in the PCB of the Vaccum machine and he told me that the spare parts of the Vaccum Machine is not with them, they have to order from the spare part vendor but till date the PCB is not installed due to wrong PCB's are being send by the Spare part vendor.

    Till now 4 months have being lapsed and Vaccum Machine is laying with the Service Centre in Dehradun only.

    Eureka Forbes After Sale Service is Very Poor in this regard.

      I bought Aqua guard RO from Eureka forbes in Sep 2016, recently ( 1month) back started facing some technical issue with the unit, service was done but issue was not resolved, called up the cust care group to file the complaint again, same person was assigned the job ( I am not sure if he was aware of the actual problem) however I told him that I am not able to find the original bill due to which part replacement was not possible. Spoke to the sales person who sold the unit to me, he said that he would speak with his boss & deliver a duplicate bill to me, within 2-3 days, now he isnt picking up the call nor replying to the message due to which I am sitting with a faulty machine & have to survive on spending money on buying water from outside which is a big problem as my parents have health issues & have to have RO water. No clear communications from a reputed company & at the time of installations I was also told there would be some other papers which would delivered by post which never happened as when I checked the same with cust care no one gave me a clear & concrete reply

        We booked Aquaguard reviva UV. Machine came on Tuesday night around 9 pm and next morning plumber came to installed the machine around 8.30 am. The meeting time was always before 10 am and after 8 pm as I have seven days working profile. Story became worse when plumber came but installed the machine at not a suitable height I called to sales executive and he provided me personal number of plumber. I made call to plumber and request to come before 10 am or after 8 pm but he said " ma'am jab chakkar lagega tab aaunga". In next day the leakage took place by the machine tap I made call to sales executive but he disconnected. Finally I made call to customer care in three different day having service and complain number [protected], 98468439 and 98477102 respectively. Each time I got an executive to talk who was ready to say sorry but useless to send a technician and plumber. Finally I said if I don't get the the resolution by today evening ( 08/02/2017- 8pm) then better you give me money back. So I received call from a landline after few hours and that lady told me that it is impossible to send a person before 10 am or 8pm.
        On 09/02/2017, one technician came at my place but not at the mentioned time and repaired the leaked tap. On asking him about plumber he said it's not his responsibility. I requested him to raise plumber issue but he said for that I need to give charges. I mentioned that I have lifetime free service. Then he said in that case you need to contact your sales person. I called the sales person and asked him to send the plumber. He said he will try but no one came and problem remained unsolved.
        Now my question are:
        Why the hell sales executive didn't say that he can't come in that time. He came and sold the product with poorest service support.
        This is the services they are providing when my product is actually in money back terms.

        Now even when we requested for refund no revert on email.

        It's height!!

        After raising issue through this portal I finally got call from one of the company's distributer on 15th Feb. His name was MR. Praveen(distribitor from Janakpuri). He said that company asked him to settle your case but I doubt that I sold that product to you. On that I said yes you dint sale that product to me that product was sold by Dharmendra Verma from Peeragarhi. He said that according to company's system his name was shown in front of product sold to me. He requested to copy of bill so that he can identify what's the issue. I did the same. Finally he came up with many reasonings:

        First, Dharmendra Verma( sales manager located at Peeragarhi) has no right to make sale of that product.

        Second, the offer price of the machine is 8k which was sold to me at 9490.

        Third and the final one, Dharmendra Verma made me repetitive call to sell out the product on the special promise of providing lifetime free service on which he committed that "kuch bhi panga Hoga toh Banda ghar par aakr theek krkr jayga. But Mr. Praveen told me that ma'am Aisa kuch Ni hota. He made tonnes of false promises just to meet his sales targets. 

        Mr. Praveen said that we install machine first then after ensuring the satisfaction of the consumer we take the payments. But Dharmendra Verma came on Sunday (29/01/2017) and took the payment. After two days that means on Tuesday he came around 9.30pm with machine but without plumber. On Wednesday he came with plumber who installed the machine. But unfortunately he installed the machine at inappropriate height in my absence. And since then I made dozen of call but Dharmendra Verma and his plumber are least interested to pick it up. I wonder on which ground he made promise of lifetime free service. And then words of mr. Praveen comes into my mind that no company promises like this. Undoubtedly just to meet his targets he made me fool.

        But still mr. Praveen can't do anything as he didn't get that product sold to me. He said ma'am matter bahot upar tak pahuch gya h but the point is I don't care where the matter has reached I need my money back as one of the company representative cheated on me and even company is not interested to listen the issue and return my money.

        I don't care what Dharmendra did and mr. Praveen said. I do remember that it was the company on whom I relied. So now it's company's responsibility to refund my money.

        That's it.

        I doubt that they will reply once the period of money back (30 days) get ended!!

        I guess the concerned fraud person ( Dharmendra Verma ) is still not in a mood to act as a gentleman.
        He came on Thursday ( 23/02) when I was not at home. My old and sick parents were there. He came and took that machine back in return he gave me post dated cheque dated (28/02). Over the phone he said due to Shivratri Saturday and Sunday banks will remain off. So he is giving cheque dated Monday (27/02). I asked for the cash but he said "baad me de jaunga". I asked him that he can take back the machine once he pay cash to me but he said he need to submit that machine to company on that day only. In addition he also took machine stand with him for which I paid 300 rupees along with the machine value. I made call on Thursday night asking why did he took that stand on which he said he will return that on Friday( 24/02). In addition he said he will bring cash and take the cheque back. On Friday I made so many calls but at night he finally said that he will come on Monday.
        The point is, over the call he said he is giving cheque dated Monday (27/02) but it is dated Tuesday (28/02).
        He also said he will give me cash by Friday but then he said he will give that on Monday.
        Moreover he has taken that stand for which I have paid separately and he is well aware of that.
        One more thing to add on today evening (25/02) one sales executive came at my place offering another models (Aquaguard magna cost of rupees 13000), his name was Shailendra. He said they will take the cheque given by Dharmendra Verma and the balanced amount I need to give them to buy that new model. I asked him if he is sent by Dharmendra Verma .On that he said he is from different team but I just trapped him and he admitted that he sits with him in the same office at Peeragarhi.
        In short that concerned fraud man is still thinking ways to make me fool. How cool is this!!
        What kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is this. He came and took the machine but did not pay my money back. In addition he is still finding way to make me fool and test my patience.

        And to be honest I still have doubt if the cheque will get clear or not.

        Please look into it on priority as it was Eureka Forbes which we relied on.

            We've bought aquaguard reviva water purifier from this horrible company and we badly regret for that. Our filter got repaired one week before and there was no water inflow in the purifier and it stopped working. I called Eureka forbes service no: 3988 3333 for more than 6 times and they got all the information from me like telephone no, address, model name all the 6 times. They gave me a complaint ID which was of no use. I called them and mentioned the complaint Id, even then they asked to repeat all the details. I also had AMC for my water purifier and all they replied was " Servicing people will be coming in 2 days mam" This was the reply that I got for 6 times and I waited for 12 days. No one turned up. And then I registered for urban clap to get the service for it and paid 2600 for the AMC product

              (3)At 10:57:33 hrs of[protected], I received message from AM-EUREKA " Your service request number [protected] has been allocated to technician Mr BASUDEV DAS ([protected]) It will be attended shortly-Eureka Forbes. At 11:04:54 of[protected], again I received message from AM-EUREKA " Your service request number [protected] has been completed by service technician Mr BASUDEV DAS -Eureka Forbes.However, no one attended my home/RO system.
              It is a cheating on your part. Please do needful immediately and intimate me to my contact number mentioned below.

                Purchased Dr Aquaguard Classic + model on 30 Jan 17.Amount fully paid by cash. Till now bill not received. Article installed by sales personal which was not done properly. Till now out put nil.Approached sales personal of Bhubaneswer region and all of them advised me like RISHI MUNI...Your work will be done shortly. That's all. But till nothing happened.                   Booked for buying water purifier by paying Rs.1000 vide Receipt no 047952 Dt 14/10/2015 from Eureka Forbes Limited, 1609, P&T Block, Kuvempunagar, Mysore-570023 with a condition that the product should be delivered with in 7 days of booking.
                  But the sales boy Mr.Dinesh ph no [protected] kept on giving false promises and ultimately started avoiding the calls and till now neither delivered the product nor returned the advance of Rs 1000 collected .

                  Later complained to the company by emails and telephonic calls several times .
                  Only false promises.
                  Today when I visited the office for my surprise the manager blindly refused to entertain my claim and refused to refund.
                  Very disguising the way the whole set up works.

                    My AMC number:[protected]
                    Today I had booked a service request since my aqua guard is not working.
                    I am yet to receive the AMC invoice soft copy :[protected].
                    I sighted the AMC number to the repair person from eureka forbs, according to him the dust filter was blocked and he need to replace few parts.
                    The service charge not suppose to be charged but he didn't aggreed even though I provided him with the AMC number. His excuses was that he cannot validate the AMC number so cannot operate through AMC...He also told it depends from which franchise I have bough the AMC from.
                    What is the user of AMC when the repair guy is not aware of it and doesnt want to fix the issue.

                      Is react water technologies a truly authorised dealer of eureka Forbes? Been having a harrowing experience since last 2 weeks. Thankfully haven't paid for the product still and they are refusing to take it back. Haven't received any invoice too and order no. Is 174. These guys look bogus to me. They have been trying everything possible to fix the issues with additional parts etc but nothing seems to work. They are refusing to take it back and insist they will keep installing newer parts to fix the issue. They say they have raised invoice so cannot take back the product and that invoice will only come via e mail but hasn't come till date. Called eureka Forbes call centre and they advise not to pay these guys and say they don't work in this manner.                         i had purchased aqua sure extra tuff water purifier 6 months before and for first service i had follow up with company for since last 1 months but they have not send any person for service and i had follow up for many times and due to it my product get damage i want replacement of product and refund

                          I am Manoj Kumar Senapati from Balasore, Odisha. I am having Aquaguard, My customer id is [protected]. My machine is in AMC and not working from 22nd Jan 2017, I have raised complaint in 25th Jan 2017 vide Service Request No-[protected] but still looking towards sky for the resolution, no service person from your end come till date, I am lodging complaints is everyday days from last one month. In spite of again and again lodging the complaint issue is not solved. Firstly you people insist for AMC, and then took the hard earnest money afterwards you start simply harassing and nobody from the company took the pains to come down and repair the product. Eureka Forbes is so bad in giving service to their customers.

                          I would never suggest anyone in future to buy anything from Eureka Forbes.

                            I am lodging this complaint as Eureka Forbes have tagged my personal mobile number to a Eureka Forbes representative named Pavankumar. Because of this I am receiving several calls from different clients of Eureka Forbes - approx 7-8 in a day. Its extremely disturbing and also harrasing as I have to keep telling each caller that its a wrong no and the give him the aforesaid brief. When I tried to lodge a complaint with Eureka Forbes customer care, they refused to take it saying they cannot register this complaint and I need to block the calls. However, its not about blocking one no, its different callers everytime and unless I answer the call how can I understand that the call is for Eureka Forbes. It is a pathetic advise given by them. I am writing to you to help me escalate this to the right authorities of Eureka Forbes so as to have a quick correction done in their database.

                              Sir, we have purchased dr aquaguard in june 2016. from that day onwards we are facing problems with that unit. continuously we are giving complaints to the company. they are sending their service men to clear the problem. but the problem is not yet solved. actually the problem is we are unable to drink that water. purified water is having alkaline taste. so we have given that water for testing. they have given a report stating that ph of the is high and suitable for drinking. the same thing we have reported to the company. eight months gone. now they are telling that if it is with in 15 days will replace. now it is not possible to replace your unit. every time service men come and something they want to do. one did cleaning. problem not solved. other came he advised to ut external filter. problem not solved. another came he said pump is in reverse order so i have corrected it. but the problem was the same.another came he told that sv is blocked.and removed.even though the problem was the same not solved. now the unit is not working. finally, I have given a complaint about dr aquguard. complaint no is [protected]. No action has been taken. i want my unit replacement or money back.

                                It's been 3 weeks now & Eureka couldn't install an RO+UV for me. I've been talking to your customer service frequently & no updates. Thrice I've got the text it's been resolved without even a technician visit. On 31st I've raised another request with number: [protected], technician Pancham visited on 2nd Feb without complete troubleshooting tools & failed to sort out due to shortage of PCB as discussed with Rishi(one of the technician supervisor). Rishi promised me to get the task completed within 30 minutes on 2nd Feb(which was again false commitment). I was away from 2nd to 7th. In between I've got another text that the problem has been sorted though no one was available at my address.

                                I've again filled a negative survey on which behalf I've got a call from your end asking the reason for negative survey(which was simply ridiculous). I've explained everything thrice to 3 different over that call & again assured that it'll be sorted within 24 hours. And now it's been 3 days, no call no show. I now request you to take your product back & refund me with compensation. Else I'll go to the next level. Please don't call me or send any technician to check the product or sort this out. I just want to return the product & refund now.

                                  I am not able to use my euroclean Ace from past few months as I don't have dust bags for the same. I tried searching it online and with customer care too. Customer care guys called us and offering us with new Vacuum cleaner to purchase rather than providing solution to my problem. Please help me in finding out stores where I can get Dust Bags in Bangalore. My vacuum cleaner is working fine, so I don't want to buy another one just because I am not able to find the dust bags.

                                      i m mr. G.N Bhat from srinagar kashmir. i want to bring in your kind notice that sometimes before i purchased a vacuum cleaner here from a distributor and a month back, some problem developed in the cleaner. accordingly i informed the service center and a delivery boy came here and took the clear along with and till date the clearer has not been returned despite my repeated requests. every day they are making promises that the item will be delivered tomorrow but nothing comes from there and when i asked them why u r defaming the reputation of the company. they asked me to go and lodge a complaint in the company. now i request you to please intervene into the matter and take action against your staff here in srinagar so that anyone else will not suffer like me henceforth and it is to mention here that i promise u that i will not repeat this mistake again to buy any item from your company anymore.
